but to also be fearful

that are supposed to
protect and to serve

can get so overwhelming.

like it's time to come together.

I'm proud to be an American,

but America right now
is in a state

where I can't really say
that it's my America.

It's somebody else's America.

We really need to talk about it

and really have
real conversations about race,

racism, and what this country
is supposed to stand for,

supposed to be built on,

which is equality,
freedom, justice for all.

And I have to be hopeful
and share a message of hope,

but also keep it real.

so desperate to do my best,

because I felt like it was
gonna be the last chance I got

to show success to my mother.

And I think there were moments
in that season

who I pushed out of the way

And this time, I've been able
to just embrace people,

enjoy myself,
and do the best I can do.

Do you feel
she was proud of you?

I know she was proud of me.

She was actually at the finale.

And when the crowd started
cheering, "Eu-re-ka, Eu-re-ka,"

I looked at her, and her eyes
were welled up with...

I didn't even need the crown

at that point,

Those are the moments
I get to cherish.

So, now, what would being
in the Hall of Fame mean to you?

It would really validate
my journey as a bigger queen,

and I think a lot of
other bigger people, too.

just talk about my size,

but that's a platform
that's very important to me,

because I have been torn down
my entire life for it.

I was never gonna be torn down,

at least by myself.

that I have shown that

I walked in these doors

but I wasn't as shiny
as I feel like I am right now.

Today, I feel
absolutely exposed,

I feel absolutely brilliant,

and I have to thank each and
every one of you guys personally

for helping me reach my journey.

that we've known her,

That was breathtaking,
from the top of that headpiece

the potato shoes.

When she first got here
the very first time,

she was straight off the bus
from East Tennessee.

Since then, she has
really grown into a force

But she has come so far

Horror Story,

she was fantastic.
