It's an uninspiring kitchen,

But hand-scraped?

that throughout,

It'll connect
all the spaces.

Then we can do something
a little bit more refined,

on the cabinets,

white quartz counters,

She will love that
'cause that's modern,

I think once he sees
the tones and the patterns

And the textures

forever-home renovation.

It would take us about five
weeks to get it all done.

We do have

lemon tree is a perfect gift.

which is the feature.

Then we've got the layering

I couldn't have asked
for something better.

I mean, all we have to
do now is lay some sod

but it has a lot of texture.

The most impact is gonna come
from our brand-new wallpaper.

and when it's done,

Now they'll officially
have a space

That they can see everywhere,

All the family can enjoy

And it just looks really pretty.

a budget of 100 grand

For this entire renovation.

The structural wall set
us back $3,200,

But we saved $3,000 by keeping
the existing kitchen window

And another $700 by drywalling
over the fireplace

Instead of removing it.

In the end, we came in
just slightly under budget

At $99,500.

We took what's a clean,
modern white but mixed it up
