this is one of our major failures.

So one of my big takeaways

with the Undercover Boss experience is

knowing the communication
could be a lot better.

So I wanna go undercover

specifically into one of
our franchisee centers,

to ensure that we're paying attention

to the things we need to be
as an organization.

I know that I would not
be able to pull off

going undercover again
without being recognized.

So I wanna send someone else undercover,

someone that can go in and help me

get the answers to
the questions that I have.

he passed away in the military.

and my mom actually lives with me...

had an aneurysm in her brain

And the doctor said

a 5% to 7% chance of surviving

because it was so severe,

She just takes charge of everything,

and she wants that for me too.
That's why she supports me.

and did a lot of things,

and he's seriously missed
in that community, for sure.

He's definitely left

a very large void in my life.

I know that he's, you know,
watching over me.

Well, actually, he was murdered
here in this house,

believe it or not.

And it's still under investigation.

At the time, I had actually
been deployed to Haiti,

and so I wasn't even here.

I was on a ship.

And to know that I was gone

and there was nothing
I could do about it.

And it's just been an emotional journey.

And he, um...

You know, it was such an
unfortunate and untimely death.

You know, it's... here we are, you know.
