hydrology, he ran the numbers.

All of that runoff is gonna
swell the Woonsock River

way beyond its banks.

a safe place to stay.

Volunteers there will have food,
water and medical supplies.

Everyone else will handle
step two, property protection.

We're gonna focus our efforts
on the South and West Basins,

as well as areas
that border the river.

Gullies, culverts,
storm drains have to be clear.

We're gonna need
as many sandbags

as we can get our hands on.

So anything that even resembles
a bag, fill it up.

Strategic choke points
and sandbag berms will slow down

and redirect water flow.

Let me be clear.

We are on our own in this fight.
There is no help coming

and we have no reinforcements.

But what we do have
is each other.

And as far as I'm concerned,
that's all we need.
