and bile ducts,
and she's anemic.

Clip the wrong vessel,
once the bleeding starts,

we might not be able
to stop it.

At her advanced age,
there's a real chance

she won't make it
through surgery

I highly recommend
a palliative consult.

More like 60, full of life.

She has a lot to live for.
