Hi, Ms. Choi Yoo Ra.

Try smiling.

I'll tear your mouth so show me your smile!

Yeon Hwa!

Don't hit my sister! Don't be bad to my sister!

I'll give you Dal Soon.

Soo Ae! Yeon Hwa! Are you crazy?

Who are you? Who are you?

I'll end... your life. Get ready.

Why are you harassing my daughter? Who are you?

Let's go to the police!

Who are you to harass my daughter?

Mom!

After you, it will be your family.

You said she was in front of the house.

Did you get a snack together?

What happened to you?

There was an incident because of a misunderstanding with Yeon Hwa.

A bad person did this to my sister's neck.

He pushed Mom like this, too.

I'll take the kids to bed.

I won't be able to live my life.

What's going on with the endless misfortunes?

I'm in my Golden Years, but why do I have to endure this?

Yoo Ra, my heartbeat is so fast. I can't live like this.

Why did you come here?

Did you get that necklace as a gift? Or, did you buy it yourself?

Barging into my work place for your investigation is very unpleasant.

Please leave.

CYR. I wonder if that's important.

I guess it is since you looked for it at the accident site at dawn.

At a certain point, Seol Yeon Hwa's car was ahead of you.

You sped up and passed Seol Yeon Hwa... then!

When you stepped out, wow. It was Ha Yoon Hee.

I hit a person. What do I do?

What do I do, what do I do...

You were shivering and about to run away. Then!

Ha Yoon Hee grabbed your ankle.

What are you talking about now?

I play a bit of badminton.

I have Iron Man's arms.

I found it strange that a woman's bracelet fit my arm.

Then I found out that it was an anklet.

Yes, it's mine.

It might have came off when I gave the blanket to Ms. Seol Yeon Hwa.

It's an important gift, so I went back for it, just in case.

Really? Then how does Yeon Hwa remember this?

There was something sparkling in Ms. Ha's hands.

The fact is that this was in Ha Yoon Hee's hands.

Seol Yeon Hwa knows about it.

I caught the hit-and-run perpetrator.

Are you okay not going to the hospital?

Is your neck better?

My sister almost died. Right?

Drink some water. I reported it to the police.

I told them what he looked like and what he did.

Who was that? Do you know him?

He's the fiancee of the late Ms. Ha.

Does he think you killed Ms. Ha?

Because Ms. Ha was pregnant, he probably thinks I destroyed his family.

What? I thought that truth will eventually come out...

But this is a serious matter.

What's happening Yeon Hwa? You can't breathe?

My poor sister.

So one anklet means that I'm the perpetrator.

So easy, right?

Then, tell me why you lied about your car in the repair shop.

I got another one.

This button.

The button from Ha Yoon Hee's clothes was found in your car.

Even if your parents remarried she's still your sister.

Isn't it too much to frame her as the hit-and-run perpetrator?

- What are you doing? - I have an eye for people.

An eye for picking out people in my category.

Choi Yoo Ra, you'd be a perfect match for me.

Let go.

Based on my long experience...

There are two types of people in this world.

People who use foul play to survive.

People who play fair even if they lose.

Which category do you and I belong?

Let's try to find the right answer.

Let go!

Let go!

I have a gift. I'm not sure if it'll be a gift or a poison.

I have a gift. I'm not sure if it'll be a gift or a poison.

Turn yourself in or go against the rules. It's your choice.

Think carefully. Tonight is your only opportunity.

What's the price?

You've only come back now?

I turned on the heat. You must be tired, so go rest.

Yeon Hwa, Yeon Hwa...

Yeon Hwa, are you really sick?

You can't breathe?

My poor sister.

Try breathing like this.

Yeon Hwa, let's call Mom.

It's okay, Soo Ae. I'm okay.

Yeon Hwa.

Seol Yeon Hwa, you hit Yoon Hee.

Heaven saved me.

You were unlucky to the end.

[Looking for Witnesses]

Hi, Ms. Go.

Ms. Seol, my car is getting inspected. What does this mean?

What?

You're supposedly a suspect.

Why are you a suspect? What does this mean?

I'm so scared.

Not a witness, but a suspect?

What?

Mom, what's a suspect?

Detective Park, throw me a few.

Wow, you're a fast tracker, Reporter Oh.

Sometimes you are wrong though.

Well, Detective Park...

Is it true that Ha Yoon Hee and Seol Yeon Hwa were enemies?

She was opposed to the marriage so Seol Yeon Hwa ran her over.

Well, there you go throwing theories around.

You still haven't learned lessons from legal battles?

Don't believe what people say. Just trust the evidence.

Seol Yeon Hwa committed espionage.

Then Ha Yoon Hee covered it up.

She did so much, so holding grudges would be...

Detective Park, there is something here.

What?

Isn't that Ha Yoon Hee's earring?

The remains from the hospital included only one earring. This is the same one.

This was not found at the scene.

Isn't this the car Seol Yeon Hwa drove?

- Run a DNA test on the earring. - Yes.

I don't know. There is no one like that here!

Do you know how many calls I've received?

- We have a star in the house. - I'm sorry, Mother.

Let me ask you one thing.

Did you cause the accident or not?

No, Grandmother. I didn't do it.

Then why is everyone going crazy? What is the truth?

What about the espionage the accident and the oxygen mask?

You really had nothing to do with it?

No, I swear that I didn't do any of it.

Mother, Yeon Hwa only helped Ms. Ha.

She just took her to the hospital.

Yeon Hwa is also a victim.

The worst person is the hit-and-run perpetrator who hasn't turned himself in.

Who does that kind of despicable thing?

Heaven knows, the earth knows. How despicable!

I'm going to work now.

Without breakfast?

Your stomach will hurt. I'll make you breakfast.

Just have a little. I'll make it now.

I'm okay.

This household is such a mess.

My my... I'm going crazy.

You don't know what Father's desk means?

It needed to be thrown out.

Father worked there for 40 years.

Put it back now!

So, he brought it back.

Yoon Jae didn't come home last night?

It'll take 5,000 years before that ice melts...

Don't worry and sit down.

Thinking about it, you and Yoon Hee have similar taste.

If Yoon Hee were here, you would get along like real siblings.

When did you make all of this?

I'm going to make you breakfast everyday...

So make sure you have breakfast even if it's late.

You'll make me fat.

You're 10,000 times better looking than James Dean, so don't worry.

I want to get along with Yoon Jae.

Drinking together... biking skiing and fishing.

I've wanted to do a lot.

Finding your first-born status is the priority.

He has no manners because he was born privileged.

Establish your older brother status first.

I can't stand seeing him ignore you.

Eat. I was in a hurry so I didn't check the seasoning.

Don't complain.

Ma'am, here is the morning paper.

- How did it go? - The stock price dropped again.

I'm going crazy.

Of course it'll drop with Yoon Hee's accident and all the rumors.

I need to move up the shareholders' meeting.

This is great. Really delicious!

Why is Detective Park is not calling me...

Does it mean something went wrong...

Or things got out of hand?

Good morning, President. Did you have breakfast?

Can I have a cup of coffee?

Here is a cereal smoothie. And some multi-vitamins.

I'll be in charge of your health.

J Cosmetics depends on you. You have to take care of yourself.

All right, thanks.

Here is your schedule for today.

[Many Secrets in the Death of the Daughter of J Cosmetics]

[Car Accident or Murder with Resentment?]

[Questionable Accident after Espionage and Disapproval of Marriage]

[Ms. Seol's Denial, Remains Mystery]

Hello, this is Seol Soo Ae.

Hi Soo Ae, this is Yoon Jae. How are you?

Yoon Jae, Yeon Hwa's sick.

A bad man made Yeon Hwa sick last night.

He choked her neck and made her sick. She almost died.

What? Where?

In front of the house. He said he'd kill her.

Yoon Jae, you're Superman so protect my sister. Okay?

Anyone...

Who's related to Yoon Hee's death will die in my hands.

Even if it's you or your woman.

Was it you, Kim Tae Il? Did you go to Yeon Hwa last night?

Try denying it to the end. I'll chase her to the end.

Come to my office. I'll reveal the truth to the world, not the lie.

Call the reporters.

Excuse me?

We can't tolerate libel.

- What are you planning? - To tell the truth.

Detective Park.

Results from the DNA search are here.

The DNA from the earring matches Ha Yoon Hee.

It's confirmed, right?

Submit this.

Ma'am, the President is calling the reporters.

Why? Does he want to brag about the falling stock prices?

It seems he wants to correct the rumors about Seol Yeon Hwa.

What? He has time to worry about his girl instead of the falling stocks?

Is Ha Yoon Jae in his right mind or not?

We're ready.

- Let's go. - Okay.

You couldn't even sleep so why are you going out?

Yoon Jae told me to come to the office because of something important.

I'll be right back.

I'm nervous to send you alone.

Let me go with you to get a cab.

What if that man comes back?

Hold on, I'm getting my jacket.

You're sure Seol Yeon Hwa is an industrial spy?

Well, we'll have to hear what he says.

Will he tell the whole story?

President, reporters are waiting in the assembly room.

All right.

Where are you?

Yoon Jae, I'm almost there.

Come to the assembly room.

The assembly room? What's happening?

What happened?

Why have you been quiet all morning?

Is that right? Good.

Seol Yeon Hwa is coming to J Cosmetics right now.

Hi Kang Wook, I'm in the building.

Ha Yoon Jae is stirring up trouble to protect his girl.

Come to the assembly room.

Let me remind you again. Taking photos is prohibited.

Please understand.

He's gone crazy.

Is it true that Ms. Seol Yeon Hwa is a spy?

Is it true that she ran over Ha Yoon Hee and pretended to be a witness?

According to an employee, Seol Yeon Hwa was next Ha Yoon Hee when she died.

Is she related to the cause of death?

Please tell us the truth.

What is Yoon Jae trying to say in front of the reporters?

By any chance, announcing their engagement?

No way.

Seol Yeon Hwa is not related to the death of my sister.

She helped as the first witness of the accident and is unrelated with the death.

A person can be stabbed with malicious words.

From this moment, I will not tolerate any speculative articles.

Ms. Seol Yeon Hwa.

We're here to arrest you as the assailant of the Ha Yoon Hee accident.

You have the right to hire an attorney and the right to remain silent.

I didn't do it.

Have you done your job of investigating?

We found evidence from the car Seol Yeon Hwa drove.

Let's go.

I really didn't do it. I wasn't the one who did it.

Let go!

That bitch.

Let go!

You cannot interrupt the police from performing his duty.

Yoon Jae, I really didn't do it.

I'm not the one.

What are you saying? An arrest warrant?

My daughter has been arrested?

How did my innocent daughter get arrested? Why?

Mom, what happened?

What did you just say?

Honey, is it you? Yeon Hwa was arrested.

What do we do, Honey?

This has turned so wrong.

It's not my daughter. She didn't do it!

Please help my Yeon Hwa.

Honey, please save my good daughter.

- Yeon Hwa...Yeon Hwa. - Mom... Father.

- Yeon Hwa. - Are you eating? You lost weight.

I'm mad. I'm mad to death.

Yeon Hwa, how can this happen? This came from nowhere.

Mom, I also don't know how it started.

Right, the truth will be revealed.

Even if the world turns upside down truth will be revealed at the end.

So get through this, even if it's hard.

Your attorney is looking to help you.

Your innocence will be revealed soon.

Thank you.

Please take care of Mom and Soo Ae.

All-in.

Call and plus two.

I got six points.

Well, I'm sorry.

Hold on please.

I have a red light. When the red light blinks, stop.

A goblin's panties are sturdy and I am the best.

Do these have glue on them? They keep getting stuck to me.

I just happened to be a little lucky. Just lucky.

Hey, come here.

Yes, I'm coming.

For those working all night long, buy some vitamin drinks.

I had a dream last night.

You know, those Three Little Pigs?

They walked into my house on their own.

Is there any way?

Since the victim died it's difficult to request bail.

She's arrested, meaning they have solid evidence.

The prosecutor will start indictment so we need to prepare for a trial.

A trial?

Actually, the fastest way is to settle with the family.

Then there is a possibility of probation, too.

Settle? How can you say that as Yoon Hee's brother?

- It's not Yeon Hwa. - You're trivializing Yoon Hee's death.

- Yeon Hwa wouldn't lie! - Get yourself together, Ha Yoon Jae.

There is a clear evidence now.

If you keep insisting she's innocent will it become the truth?

Your story is all over the newspapers and the internet.

The company image has sunk and people are spreading rumors.

And the only thing important to you is getting your girl out?

Your father would pass out.

Aren't you ashamed to face your sister?

- I will settle with her. - You have no right to settle!

If she's telling the truth, how about proceeding with the trial?

If she's honest, her truth will emerge.

I don't want to settle either, Yoon Jae.

I can't stand you staying here and being investigated.

Settling means admitting the fault.

I can never settle, because I'm innocent.

I'll go through with the trial. I won't give up.

Will you be okay in there?

Since you trust and protect me, I'm okay.

Let's not forgive whoever did this to you.

I will never forgive him. Never.

The First Session of the Trial

How are you feeling President Ha Yoon Jae?

You still believe in Seol Yeon Hwa?

I do. The truth will definitely come out.

Excuse me, I'm sorry.

Were you aware that Ha Yoon Hee was going to the management off-site?

Yes.

Why did you, as an employee go to the management off-site?

I had something I wanted to show Ms. Ha.

What was it?

We requested the item for evidence, so why did you withhold it?

I lost it.

That's her excuse?

She knew Ha Yoon Hee was on the way to the management off-site.

She knew the person on the road was Ha Yoon Hee.

She was definitely aware of the situation.

It's an intentional act disguised as a mistake, right?

It's not. I didn't cause the accident.

I only witnessed Ms. Ha who had already been in an accident.

Why didn't you call an ambulance right after you saw Ha Yoon Hee?

I didn't think about it.

Her body was ice cold, so I took off my coat and covered her.

Weren't you stalling time to manipulate and conceal unfavorable evidence?

- Objection! - Overruled. Continue.

You knew that the victim who was hit was Ha Yoon Hee.

While she was buying time to disguise herself as a witness...

Choi Yoo Ra, driving behind, saw them.

Only then did she call an ambulance to make herself seem like a witness.

- Isn't that the case? - No, it's not.

I absolutely didn't do it.

Why would I do that to Ms. Ha? Why?

I'd like to request Choi Yoo Ra a witness, to testify.

Yoo Ra, please. Only say the facts.

Just say the truth. I implore you.

Has the witness heard that the criminal wasn't involved in the hit-and-run?

No. I didn't hear that.

We know that you didn't know it. Mother knows it and Soo Ae knows it.

Don't worry Mother. Soo Ae, you and Mom stay healthy.

How does it feel to see your girl get arrested?

Has it finally hit you now that you've seen her in court?

The trial isn't over yet.

Don't get ahead of yourself.

No. I didn't cause the accident.

All I did was witness the accident when the team manager had already been hit.

I didn't do it.

A sibling has died.

But I still believe the criminal. That is my proof.
