It turns out that this Second Young Master Wu is an educated man

So, in this case, it's easier to deal with him

What's the problem with Brother Long for not coming back yet?

I'm so furious

Boss

Let go of me...

Both of us will be in trouble if people see us later

Let me ask you, why do you keep me waiting for so long?

Why are you asking me?

You were the one who let His Majesty got drunk last night

How can I leave my working position

if His Majesty is still sleeping?

The King should know better

He insisted on drinking and gambling with me

When I played a few rounds with him, he got drunk directly

Do you know who I am?

I'm the greatest gambler in the whole village

He thought he could play with me?

I defeated him just like that

I understand now

Not only you have greater martial art skills than me

but you are also wiser than me in terms of other abilities

It should be this way, or else how can I be your boss?

Come...

Come over, speak with me

You stink. Why do you smell of wine?

No... I don't think so

Do I smell of wine?

I've rinsed my mouth in the morning

Did you drink wine in secret last night?

Yes, I did. I drank with some of my good friends

And I also gambled with them

I ended up losing quite a lot of money

How much did you lose?

Anyway, I had lost half of my salary

Boss, you have to help me

Don't worry. I'm your boss and you're my little brother

Your problem is my problem

Let me teach you a few tricks later

I'm sure that you can win back all your money. How does it sound?

- Really - Of course

Boss, do you know all the tricks in gambling?

No, I'm also a woman by the way

As a woman

I can't always go to gamble, can I?

Yes... Boss is also a lady

Something like that

No, I can't do it anymore

Be careful

Slowly

Slowly

Lady, I'm begging you. Can you please help us?

Please get up quickly

My daughter-in-law was on her way back to visit her parents

But, her baby was accidentally affected during the journey

It's raining now.

Grandmother Wang's house, who is the midwife is 5 miles away

Can you please lend me your carriage?

That carriage is not mine. It belongs to this young master

Can you please help them?

Head Escort Shi, why don't we give the carriage to them

in order for them to find the midwife's house?

No. What if this woman gives birth on her way there?

Your carriage will get dirty

Leader Shi, it's a good deed to be able to save someone's life

Moreover, it's just a carriage

- Will you please go - No

Lord had instructed me to make sure of your safety

when we were leaving the house

But these 2 people

looking at them, you know that they're outsiders with unclear backgrounds

I can't leave you behind for even a step

Leader Shi, both of them look like good people

Moreover, I don't have any grudge against them

Why do you worry so much?

Why don't we do it this way? I'll accompany you to go there

Young master, please don't do this

If this woman really gives birth in your carriage

you'll involve in a bloody incident

and put yourself in bad luck forever

Young master, I'm begging you

Don't do this. Please get up quickly

Young master, I'm begging you

- She can't hold it any longer - The three of us are hunters

My sister's face

was accidentally hurt by a bear when she was young

That's why she has to wear a veil

But we're ordinary people that live our own peaceful life

Why don't we do it this way?

I'll go with you to send these 2 people to the midwife

So, only my sister and your master will stay here

You shouldn't be worried this way, should you?

This is a good idea

Leader Shi, don't delay it anymore. Will you please go quickly?

Okay, second young master

You have to be extra careful yourself

It's good that the workers escorting the goods carriage will arrive soon

If something really happens

remember to send the rescue signal in time

Okay. Can you go now?

Thank you, young master

- Thank you for your help - Please get up quickly

- Come, get up quickly - I have nothing to give to you

I can only pray for you more in the future

Come, take this

- Thank you... - Use it on the road

You come with me

- Slowly - The rest of you, please take note

Slowly

Slowly, slowly

Thank you, young master

Lady, I think this rain

isn't going to stop in a short time

Why don't you keep the umbrella for yourself?

Well, thank you, young master

Lady, please have a sit

I wonder where are you and your brother heading to?

We're going to the capital city to seek shelter from our relatives

Just that it's a long journey

and there are so many bandits

I wonder if we can reach the capital city safely

To be honest, this carriage of goods of mine

is also heading to the capital city

If both of you don't mind it

we can head there together

Well...

...I thank you very much

I'm Wu Ying Qi, and I'm from Kunming

May I know your name?

I...

My surname is Ye with the name of Qian Ying

Ye Qian Ying?

That is such a good name

Boss, let me tell you something

In order to make disguise over Oboi

His Majesty will summon you to stay the night with him

Last night

did His Majesty treat you all right?

Don't mention it about it anymore

That little emperor really is a womaniser

He had nasty thoughts of me at first

Boss, in that case, didn't you cry of shock?

How is that possible?

I'm the boss

Don't I have good martial arts skills?

Later, I drank and played the dice with him

That little emperor was drunk just like that

Boss, you really have both the wisdom and courage

I really admire you...

I did okay

Do you know what this is?

This is dice

Let me teach you a few tricks

I guarantee that you will win back the money you lost yesterday

But, let's make a deal first

You have to give me half of the money you win. Are you clear?

No problem, we will split it in half

This is more like it

It really hurts

This should be perfectly safe

What do you mean by perfectly safe?

Your Majesty

It's nothing

Your Majesty, if you want to rest

I'll go down and you can lie on this royal bed

And then, after 2 hours

it will be fine to let Eunuch Li carry me back to Chuxiu Palace

It's not even midnight yet. I still don't want to sleep

Just tell me, what do you want to eat tonight?

To be honest with you, Your Majesty

I ate too much yesterday

It turns out the food is accumulated today. So, I can't eat anything

Do you need me to summon an imperial physician to take a look on you?

No, it is okay

I have to take the medicine if the imperial physician is summoned

I've taken medicine from youth until adulthood

I'm so afraid of taking medicine

But, I see that you're jumping around here and there

You don't seem to have any illness

Why do you take medicine since you were young?

Don't I have a hidden headache illness?

When it relapses, it hurts so much

My father had found many physicians for me since I was young

but all the physicians said that there is no cure for this illness

Only 1 physician said that it could be cured

but his curing method was a traditional prescription

Moreover, this medicine... it's too difficult to get it

What is the medicine that's so hard to find?

You can tell me. I'll find it for you

Thank you, Your Majesty. But, let's forget it

What do you mean by that? Tell me quickly!

This medicine is called the dragon pearl

Dragon pearl? What is it?

It's Your Majesty's tears

It is your tears

But, you're the emperor and the Son of God

How is that possible for you to cry for me?

In that case, this is a little difficult

To be honest, from my youth to adulthood

except when I was 8 years old

when my parents passed away

I don't think that I've cried again

It's nothing. This is just a legend

I don't even take it seriously, and so should you, Your Majesty

What are you doing?

I had lost completely last night

so I want to reclaim my pride today

Do you dare to gamble with me over the wine?

Okay, but Your Majesty

you can't blame anyone if you lose again this time

Don't worry

Although I'm a womaniser, but I also have the gambling ethic

What did you just say?

That Eunuch Li looks just like me?

Yes, that's right

I've already instructed Yi Huan

in order to prevent her from telling Long San

that Eunuch Li is Oboi's internal spy

In that case, what's his name?

Li De Fu

Li De Fu?

Does he have a black mole

at the back of his left ear?

Yes, that's right

Godfather, how do you know that Eunuch Li

has a black mole at the back of his left ear?

Does he really have a black mole?

Godfather, what's wrong with you?

De Fu...

It's a surprise...

- Godfather - It's such a surprise...

It's such a surprise...

It's such a surprise... He is still alive

Godfather

He is still alive and...

he gets into the Forbidden City and becomes the Head of Eunuch

Godfather

This Li De Fu, Eunuch Li

he is my twin brother

What?

Eunuch Li is your long lost blood brother?

That's correct

Both of us

are originally the sons of poor farmers at Shaanxi

I'm called Li De Lu

and my brother is called Li De Fu

The name of Li Ding Guo

is the name I've given to myself after I became an adult

At that time when I was 10 years old

a disaster had happened to my village

Both of my parents

were killed by the insurgent troops

My twin brother and I

became orphans

We lost our home and didn't know where to go

They are here to capture us. Let's run quickly

Over there!

There are 2 people over there, catch them for me

Yes

Stop!

Don't run, stop right there!

Brother, hide yourself well

Where are you going, brother?

I'm going to distract them away

You can't do this. Our parents had said it before they passed away

that they wanted us to be with each other forever

Father and mother are no longer around. So, you should listen to me

This country is in a war right now

If both of us get caught, we won't be able to survive

In that case, the family of Li won't have the next generation

Brother

- We've found him! - Catch him!

Stop there. Don't run!

In order to protect my brother

I had fought with my own life

to distract the soldiers

Later, I was kidnapped by Zhang Xian Zhong's subordinates

Zhang Xian Zhong saw that I was physically fit

so he kept me as his son

From that day onwards, I had been following him everywhere

And I've put on great effort

to look this brother of mine

But, I have no news of him

At first, I thought he is no longer alive

But, it doesn't occur to me that

he got into the Forbidden City to become a Eunuch

He even serves for Oboi now

Godfather

do you need me to tell him your identity

in order for both of you brothers to reunite?

No

No

If you tell him our relationship

you and Yi Huan will be exposed

I've been separated with my brother for so many years

So, I don't know at all

what kind of man is he now

Does he still cherish the family tie with me?

I don't have any faith

We can't take this risk

Okay

In that case, I'll do nothing for the moment

and take some time to observe him

I'll also find an opportunity to test him

Oh yes

you cannot tell Yi Huan about this matter

She is too careless

I'm afraid that she won't have the patience

Don't worry, Godfather

I know what to do

You lose again. Come...

Drink it

What's wrong?

I'm willing to admit for losing. Do you still want to put the blame on me?

You're very suspicious

What do you mean by that?

This is so strange

Your Majesty, the way you play the dice today

is quite different from yesterday

When you played the dice yesterday, out of 10 times

you could only win 3 times at most

But, why do you win so many times today?

This afternoon

I had learnt from a guard that know how to play the dice

I'm the Son of God and I'm born with cleverness

I'll know immediately of the things that I learn

But, the way you throw the dice...

Why do I feel so familiar?

Do you learn from Long San?

It really is him, right?

How dare he betrays the exclusive tricks that I taught him

and passes it to Your Majesty?

Please don't blame Long San

Although you're Long San's boss

but I'm the master of Long San

If I ask him anything, he has to answer me honestly

If I ask him to do anything, he has to do it according to my order

Your Majesty, Long San is an honest man

Don't ever bully him, okay?

Why do you care for him so much?

I... I'm the youngest among us

Moreover, I took me great efforts for me to become his boss

Furthermore, he really adores me

So, of course I have to defend and protect him

Fine, I know it already

I won't bully him for your sake

However

what should you do to thank me?

Your Majesty, you're now especially like a person that I know

an old man with the surname of Zhou

Does this old man with the surname of Zhou look like me?

He doesn't look like you

but the way he does things is the same as you

This old man can be successful

because he is so calculative

and aim at the right timing

Li Yi Huan, Li Yi Huan

You're scolding me indirectly again

I dare not

Your Majesty had mentioned it yesterday

that you won't become a devil that behead people just because of 1 word

That's why I make this joke

Your Majesty, I'm from a low family background

I'm a wild girl and I lack my parents' guidance

So, I know nothing

I can't stay the night with you

Why not... you let Eunuch Li to come and fetch me now

in order for me to go back to Chuxiu Palace?

I understand now

You want to anger me and then make me send you away, don't you?

I won't fell into your trap. Let's continue to gamble quickly

Let's make a deal. If you lose

you have to come up to my royal bed

It is fair now because we are equal to each other. Come

Oh my, if I continue to gamble like this

his skill will get better

That means, the chance of me losing is getting higher

This isn't looking too good

Your Majesty, it's fine if you want me to gamble with you

But, you have to promise me one thing

Go ahead and tell me

I'm always in the dark of the appearance of the Son of God

Can you please take off the mask?

I've grown some boils these few days. It's not convenient for you to see me

Does he really look that ugly

and is he ashamed of letting me see his face?

Your Majesty, we've drunk so much wine

Why don't we lie down on your royal bed for a while?

Going up to my royal bed?

Aren't you afraid of me taking advantage of you?

No, I'm not. I know Your Majesty

is going to keep your word

That's not necessary

Although I'm the Son of God

but I'm also a man

Aren't you afraid of darkness very much?

As long as Your Majesty is here, I'm not afraid of darkness

This isn't right

You're acting suspiciously

Why do you say that?

Aren't you always afraid of me getting near to you?

I know it

You must have come up with some kind of new tactic to deal with me

Am I right?

Why do you think of me this way?

Your Majesty, why do I smell some fragrance in this room?

Fragrance?

How is it possible to have fragrance on my royal bed?

It's you that smell a faint of fragrance

Your Majesty...

You have groping hands

No, it's groping royal hands

This isn't right. Why do I pull the bell anxiously?

Let me see how does this little emperor look like first

He keeps wearing the mask. How ugly can he be?

- Oh my god - His Majesty has rested for the night

Little lady should go back

Wait... wait for a moment

Come. Under the rain yesterday

luckily Mister Wu had offered to help

Or else, both mother and daughter-in-law wouldn't have survived

We represent both of them to have a toast with Young Master Wu

You're welcome. I was just lending a helping hand

Leader Shi, why don't you accompany us to have a drink?

I never drink during the journey of sending goods

But, you can go ahead and drink as much as you want

Forgive me for not being able to drink with you

You're really dedicated to your responsibility

Wait until we go back home

I'll surely speak many good words for you

Thank you, second young master

Second young master, allow us to have another toast with you

Thank you second young master for allowing us to come here with you

Lady Qian Ying, you're being too courteous

Didn't we just help the pregnant woman under the rain together yesterday?

And we also witnessed the arrival of new born baby

How rare is this fate?

- Come, let's the drink - Come

Sir, will you please give me some money?

Thank you... Thank you, sir

Sir, it's not easy for me to sing. Can you please give me some money?

Take it

Thank you, sir...

Wait for a moment. I give you so much money

because I want you to accompany me while I'm drinking

Come, accompany me for a drink

I can't drink. I really can't drink

Do you want me to force you rather than asking you politely?

Come, have a drink

Grandfather, I can't drink

- Master, don't be like this - Grandfather, help me, grandfather

- Grandfather - Master

Master...

My granddaughter and I...

We are just selling our skills. We don't accompany customers for drinks

Return the money to him

We can't accept your money

Please... take it back

No!

Why should I take back the money that I've given to you?

You're a blind old man. Let me tell you something

Not only I want your granddaughter to have a drink with me today

but I also want her to spend the night with me

You can't do that

- Just go away - Grandfather...

Come...

- Why do you bother about him - What for?

Come over here

You disturb a lady under broad daylight

Do you take into account of the law?

This lady...

Look at you wearing a veil. When I look at you closely...

- Grandfather - You look quite beautiful

Are you okay?

Not bad...

- A coincidence that she isn't matured - Leader Shi

- Why don't we do it this way - Be cautious

- You will replace her to play with me - I understand

What are you doing standing over there? Kill them for me!

Leave quickly...

Old man, please get up quickly

Those villains are all gone

This zither has been with me for 50 years

I never thought that it would be ruined today!

Old man, please let me have a look at the zither

Maybe I can fix it

Young master, do you know how to repair a zither?

To be honest, I've learnt how to play zither since I was young

So, I know a little bit about repairing a zither

This is great

It's great. Thank you for your effort
