Original subtitles

Natsu, Happy, and Lucy, hoping to rebuild Fairy Tail,

set out to find their old friends.

They found Wendy and Charle working for the Lamia Scale guild.

However...

The Sky Sisters! Shelia and Wendy!

I'm a Lamia Scale wizard now.

I can't go with you.

Sticking around just out of pity...

That doesn't sound like what a friend would do.

Tonight, the hammer of judgment will fall upon Lamia Scale.

The thanksgiving festival of blood begins!

Using monsters to attack us... Orochi is utterly despicable.

I'm all fired up! Let's go, Happy!

Aye, Sir!

Sorry, Natsu!

Move!

Whoa!

He's more of a monster than them!

No matter how far, far away we are

you just need to keep on believing

So, please, stop crying, look up...

...and let's move forward together

Why do you look down

and stare at the tears you've shed?

Even if today is a bust

we can always walk forward with faith in tomorrow

Having someone who can reach out to me

and someone I can laugh with

gives me a new strength

that can change the world as we know it

No matter how far, far away we are

you just need to keep on believing

everything is for you for you

The morning sun has driven the night away

I won't be afraid or hesitate anymore

I'm going to turn my dream into reality

So, please, stop crying, look up...

...and let's move forward together

So many monsters!

And they're all about to attack the city...

We'll let Lyon and the others handle the city's defense.

Plus, Natsu and Lucy are there, too.

We're going to strike at Orochi Fin's heart: its monster tamer.

Sorry, Happy.

Oh, I'm fine. You're not heavy, like Lucy.

No, I mean... I just really want to protect the city myself!

Shelia...

"Because of Love"

It's funny, isn't it?

We first met as enemies,

but now we're trying to protect Lamia Scale together.

It's all thanks to you. You offered to be my friend afterward.

No. It's because you accepted my offer.

U-Um, are you all right?!

I-It's nice to meet you!

Mm! Same to you!

Dragon Slayer Secret Art! Shattering Light: Sky Drill!

You're really amazing, Wendy!

I don't hate fighting,

but I have no love for one-sided violence in a match with a clear outcome.

I don't need pity!

Please fight me with everything you have

until I fall and can no longer move! Please!

Responding to full-powered feelings with full power of your own!

That's love!

Gathering Clouds of Heaven!

Sky Dragon Crushing Fang!

I had a lot of fun, Wendy!

Oh, my injuries...

I-I had a little fun, too.

Let's be friends, Wendy!

Yes, Shelia!

There they are!

Where? Where?

A-ha! There!

Let's drop in on them!

Aye, Sir!

Who are they?!

The Sky Sisters!

Sky Dragon...

Sky God...

...Roar!

...Howl!

Get it together! They're just two girls!

Excuse me. Count again.

White Moon!

Charle!

It's time to show off the results of my training, too.

Just go hide somewhere!

Sky Dragon Wing Attack!

I'll handle the monster tamer!

Shelia! You need to stay closer!

I have to stop the horde of monsters!

Sky God Dance!

This smell... It seems familiar.

Outta my way!

I'm coming for you, Happy thief!

They're here!

Here goes!

Open, Gate of the Lion!

Loke!

Lucy's knight has arrived!

And...

Star Dress: Leo Form!

Is that Erza's spell?

Requip magic?

It's a little different, actually.

You look wonderful, Lucy!

When I summon a celestial spirit, I direct some of their magic into me.

--So wonderful! --Quit it.

In any case, this means I can fight, too!

In a dress?!

That's my wife for you!

That's good to hear.

Ice Make...

...Eagle!

My turn! Ultra-Poison Nails: Mega-Mega Jellyfish!

Wave!

It's spinning time!

Regulus Impact!

Regulus Lucy...

...Kick!

That's all?!

It's a light-based attack, by the way.

Sky Dragon Talon!

Sky God Boreas!

Where is the monster tamer?!

There!

That's him!

Look out, Shelia!

Wendy...

Shall I step in?

No. They're not worth your trouble.

--Are you okay? --I'm sorry...

I've seen that girl before.

S-Sir?!

Let's see how you "fly" now.

What is this?!

The ground...!

Isn't that...?!

Bluenote Stinger of Grimoire Heart!

--I... --...can't move!

No one can move under the force of my gravity.

Sir! You're going too far!

You're harming my wizards, too!

Err, forget I said anything. Please do as you wish...

What is he doing here?

Black Hole!

Fly! Fly!

I'll start with...

Shelia!

Found ya!

Natsu!

Natsu!

He's standing up...

...like it's nothing!

How dare you steal Happy away!

I'm sorry.

Natsu! This is no time for that!

That guy who tormented us on Tenrou Island is here!

Bluenote!

I don't remember him.

You can't be serious!

I've seen him before, too.

No idea what you're talking about!

I'm being crushed...

Fire Dragon Roar!

You're annoying me, scum!

He was just a small fry.

Yet...

Why does his obnoxious face annoy me so much?!

S-Such magic power!

N-Not even I can take a single step!

Sir!

This one is trouble!

I'll crush you!

That's what you think!

-His flames...

...are lifting the ground up!

Impossible!

Fairy Tail won't stay down!

Fairy Tail?!

Now I remember!

Those Fairy Tail members!

I won't let you hold us down!

Black Hole!

This guy can "fly!"

Just one attack?!

How much stronger did he get this past year?!

You know better than to steal--

Uhh, my clothes are on fire here!

Never mind the lecture, Natsu. Look around you.

The bad guys are still--

We surrender.

Looks like all the monsters turned around and left.

--Thank goodness! --It was a natural outcome.

You saved the day. We thank you again.

I need more to wreck.

I'd say you did plenty, Natsu.

I can't believe Orochi Fin went and hired Bluenote.

Bluenote?

Oh! You mean that guy?!

You only just remembered him?

It's understandable.

Something even worse attacked us on Tenrou Island after that.

Huh? Really? Now I'm the one who can't remember.

Acnologia.

Oh, so you do remember that.

I couldn't forget him even if I wanted to.

Come to think of it, what about Wendy and Shelia?

Oh, in three years' time, they'll both be my--

They said they needed to talk alone.

So much for my plan.

Huh? What plan?

I wanted to prove to you that I'd be fine on my own.

Except Natsu wrecked all of that.

Well, he is Natsu.

You need to be by Natsu's side.

Huh?

You love him, right?

Wha--?! N-N-No, I'm just...!

I don't think it's like that.

It's more like I look up to him, like a big brother...

That's a type of love, too.

You'll have regrets if you don't go.

It's like Natsu said. Fairy Tail isn't gone.

He loves you... And he loves Fairy Tail.

That's what brought him here.

I'm...

Be true to yourself, Wendy.

Even if we're in different guilds, we'll always be friends.

Shelia...

Friends forever.

Mm.

Thank you for everything!

Take care, Wendy.

I suppose I should thank you as well.

You take care, too, Charle.

I really... don't know what to say...

This feels so selfish of me...

This was part of the agreement when you joined, remember?

--Mm. --Really?!

We agreed to stay with them until Fairy Tail was rebuilt.

--Charle! --Don't go!

Even so...

Sheesh. Pull yourself together.

Wendy and Charle didn't forget about Fairy Tail after all!

Oh, Wendy. You're such a crybaby.

I can't help it...

Don't worry. I'll take over as one of the Sky Sisters.

Please don't.

How about me?

Definitely please don't!

Good luck with rebuilding Fairy Tail!

Thanks!

Give Gray my regards.

Speaking of which, I've actually lost track of Gray.

Watch yourself out there!

Take care, Wendy!

Right! You, too, Shelia!

It's okay to cry now.

I won't cry! Because I want Fairy Tail to get rebuilt, too!

Are you ever going to stop crying, Wendy?

It's just... They were all so kind to us after Fairy Tail disbanded...

Plus, I finally found you guys again...

She's crying out of sadness and happiness!

We're just getting started.

We're gonna get everyone back together!

Right!

Hey. Where to next?

Good question.

To the east of here is a place called Rain Bringer Village.

Rain Bringer?

Apparently, it never stops raining there.

Oh? Does that mean...?

Until you fall asleep, until you give that smile

Your tattered heart is more beautiful to me than anything

Under the same sky, we look up at the same stars

Please, may the dream we shared come true now

There's no doubt we can achieve the future we wished for

as our harmonies connect and stretch endlessly along this path

While searching for their guildmates,

Natsu and friends find a brokenhearted Juvia in Rain Bringer Village.

When she shares what Gray has been up to lately,

Natsu is reminded of a worrying truth he learned a year earlier.

As a dark shadow corrodes Gray's body,

new dark threads coil around his heart and stain it pitch black.

Next Episode: "Avatar."

"Avatar"

With the dark guilds gone,

an era of a new type of darkness begins.
