Why is it so important for you to make varsity as a freshman?

Because I want my dad to come see me play.

My Dad works on Friday night and that's when the freshman play.

But when I make varsity I’ll play on Saturday

and my dad would be able to come to the game.

It doesn’t matter when you play,

you know Uncle Joe ain’t coming to see you play!

He’s too busy drinking.

I have a spiritual Dad that will always be by your side.

Give him the patience of Job

and let his patience give him unyielding wisdom

especially in the face of temptation and peer pressure.
