Episode 29

You fooled us all.

You won't walk out of here alive.

Godfather.

Didn't you promise me not to kill him yet?

You still haven't figured it out?

He's the mole.

Do you know why he targeted Kexin?

He's using Kexin as his shield.

Do you see it now?

Sir.

I'm not a mole.

When it comes to me and Kexin,

it was Kexin who approached me.

It has nothing to do with me.

That's just how she is. You know that perfectly well.

Godfather, I can be his witness.

Kexin was the one who made the first move.

There's actually nothing going on between them.

Kexin said those things just now

just to save Mu Qing.

That's enough.

All I know

everything that happened to the group

was because of him.

If I get rid of him,

all these problems will be gone.

I'm going in.

Rong Yao, if I can't hold out here,

set up the rescue right away.

Okay.

Be careful.

Don't worry.

Sir.

There are many of us here.

If you execute me

without proper investigation,

how can they continue to follow you?

How can the group keep going?

Killing you is saving our group.

Wait!

Kexin?

Why are you here?

How dare you ask me how I got here?

You were fooled by him! Don't you know?

I didn't get fooled.

I've liked him all along.

I took the initiative.

Glasses!

Take her away!

Don't come any closer!

What are you doing?

You harmed my mom.

You even harmed me.

Now, you want to harm my lover.

Dad.

I thought you loved me.

In the end, you're just selfish.

You've never been considerate of me.

From now on,

if any of you hurt Mu Qing,

it means you're picking a fight with me!

Kexin, you...

If you hurt Mu Qing,

I'll kill myself.

Mu Qing, let's go.

What are you doing?

Where are you going?

Move aside.

Release Congtou.

Send someone to keep an eye on them now.

Tell Luotuo to work harder

and find the mole quickly.

Retreat.

Kexin.

Thank you.

It's my fault for liking you.

You're still joking around

at a time like this?

Sir.

You stayed up all night.

Get some rest.

Are you still worried about Kexin?

No matter how hard I tried,

I couldn't prevent it.

Maybe only Tieguanyin knows

who the mole is.

Tell Officer Zheng to think of something.

Have some water.

Thank you.

Rong Yao.

Are we interrogating Tieguanyin?

Our top priority now is to save Xiaoxiao.

So...

Captain Rong, Glasses is calling.

Wiretap.

Hello.

Did you find the mole?

Tieguanyin isn't saying anything.

I couldn't look into it.

If she wouldn't talk,

you can figure out a way to make her talk.

The whole police station is watching her.

I can't get close to her.

Zheng Ke.

I'm telling you.

I have high hopes for you.

So...

Alter evidence

you need to use your brain.

Don't disappoint me.

Otherwise, you'll be even more disappointed.

Hang on.

What's the matter?

Did you figure out a way?

Although I can't get close to Tieguanyin,

I can try to alter

the incriminating evidence against her.

You mean

if you change the evidence,

the police won't be able

to complete the chain of custody.

Yes.

Zheng Ke, let me tell you.

I want results.

I don't care about the process.

I'll give you one day.

Captain Rong.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

I'll report this operation plan

to Director Liu.

Don't worry.

We'll do everything we can

to save Xiaoxiao.

It's risky.

I know.

Once we release Tieguanyin,

Glasses will protect her.

It will be hard to control her after that.

Also, if we mess up,

I can't imagine

what would happen to Xiaoxiao.

I know all of that.

Since you know it,

why did you make this plan?

I trust my team members.

I'm very confident about their abilities.

I'm confident they can pull it off.

Director Liu.

We just need your permission.

Xiaoxiao is very sick.

We can't delay this any longer.

At the moment,

only your plan seems feasible.

How about this?

I'll explain to the higher-ups.

Just proceed with your plan.

I'll bear full responsibility if a problem occurs.

Don't worry.

I'll get it done.

What do you want to ask me now?

Tell me.

My answer is the same anyway.

How long are you going to keep me?

Why don't you give me a blanket?

I'm telling you.

We're strictly following protocol

in this interrogation.

If you're tired,

just cooperate with us.

How about this?

I'll loosen the cuffs on your hand.

So you can relax for a while.

But later,

you have to fully cooperate with us.

Is that better?

Glasses told me to save you

How about this?

That's better.

All right.

You can cooperate with us now, right?

Or else,

we can't help you even if we want to.

Ask away.

Glasses.

Sir.

How is Tieguanyin doing?

I've arranged for Zheng Ke to do it.

But it will take some time.

What about Mu Qing?

I want something sweet.

Can you finish all of this?

Of course.

This one is really good for you.

What's that for?

This one is better.

Peppa looks so much like you.

Thank you.

Why are you looking at me?

They bought so much delicious food in the morning.

Can't they invite us to eat together?

What are you thinking about?

It smells good.

You chose well.

These are my signature dishes.

♫ In the evening, by the serene beach ♫

That means we have the same taste

and the same palate.

♫ From my camera, you're looking at the shore ♫

All right, stop acting.

They can't even see us anymore.

♫ I hope our hearts will never sway ♫

Your acting today was too much.

Holding hands and pretending to be close.

How was that too much?

That's the only way to prove

♫ I want to fill my world up with you ♫

we have a special relationship.

That way, they won't dare to hurt you.

It's for your own good.

Besides,

as a woman, I don't mind it.

♫ If love is the destination of wandering ♫

Why do you mind?

One more thing.

Keep this in mind.

If something like this happens again,

keep your distance from me.

♫ Your smile blurs my sight ♫

Don't risk it again.

Comrade Mu Qing, the shrimps are ready.

♫ At this moment, I am lost for words ♫

Are you so eager to try my cooking?

♫ Close your eyes slowly ♫

♫ And let me kiss the edge of your nose ♫

Let's eat.

Let me try it.

It smells great.

♫ The wind blows past you as you zone out ♫

It's good.

♫ Suddenly, I realized ♫

♫ What we experience is love ♫

It's so good.

♫ And time is my love confession ♫

This is tasty too.

♫ If love ever comes ♫

♫ It's the sweetest thing I look forward to ♫

This is it.

♫ Let's promise to never ♫

What do you mean?

Try it.

♫ Say goodbye ♫

I'm good.

Try this, Liu Yuanwen.

♫ The wind blows past you as you zone out ♫

♫ Suddenly, I realized ♫

What do you think?

♫ What we experience is love ♫

♫ And time is my love confession ♫

This taste

is not as bad as I thought.

♫ If love ever comes ♫

♫ It's the sweetest thing I look forward to ♫

You're lame.

You don't know what good food is.

♫ Let's promise to never ♫

How boring.

Sometimes, I really don't.

♫ Say goodbye ♫

What's wrong?

It's nothing. Let's eat.

I get it.

Do I remind you of old memories?

For example,

about what you said last time...

I'm sorry.

Pretend I didn't say anything, okay?

I'm sorry. I'll stop talking.

Peel the shrimp for me.

Help yourself.

Hey.

Can you finish that?

Give it to me if you can't.

What a glutton.

Prosecutor Xu.

It's an emergency.

Can't we make an exception?

It's just work.

I hope you can understand.

All right, thank you.

Thank you.

Sir.

I, Liu Hanshan,

have something to report.

I've been a police officer for so many years.

Tampering with the evidence

is a first for me.

The tampering with Tieguanyin's evidence

is done under the higher-up's order.

Yes.

And we have a copy of it.

The mission comes first.

That's right.

We're doing this to save Xiaoxiao.

That's all.

We've only made the first move.

We don't have much time.

Mr. Bao, Zhao Ran.

Go and get Liu Qingqing.

Yes, sir.

Are you letting me

commit perjury?

Criminal Investigation File

If you understand,

stick to the story.

Loyal and diligent, Sharp and brave

You guys may leave.

What's the meaning of this?

You can go.

I can go?

Don't you understand?

You can go now.

Are you going to set me free

in such a confusing manner?

Tieguanyin.

Don't think you'll be fine

after using some trickery

to let Liu Qingqing take the blame.

It's a matter of time

before we find evidence.

Liu Qingqing?

She took the blame for me?

What's wrong?

You don't want to go?

I'll lock you up again!

Yimeng, control yourself.

-Take her away. -Okay.

Zheng Ke, settle her release procedure.

Yes.

Tread carefully.

Stop looking. There's no one next door.

I've taken care of the CCTV and wiretap.

What's going on?

I've convinced Liu Qingqing

and alter the evidence against you.

But...

I promised to give seven million to Liu Qingqing's parents

to keep her mouth shut.

You'll have to pay them.

There's still the follow-up process.

Once it's done,

you can leave the station tonight.

Money isn't important.

The most important thing

is I want to see Liu Qingqing.

She's being watched closely.

You can't see her.

I don't care.

I have to see her.

Zheng Ke.

How was it?

How was it?

She insisted on seeing Liu Qingqing.

I knew it wouldn't be that easy.

Yimeng.

Talk to Liu Qingqing.

Tell her to get ready.

-Zheng Ke. -Okay.

Tell Tieguanyin.

Arrange a meetup for them in 15 minutes.

I got it.

Uncuff her.

Pull

I'm Tieguanyin.

I hope you can keep your promise.

Whose idea was it?

Luotuo.

Why are they still inside?

I think Tieguanyin has more questions.

Are you done yet?

I'm almost done.

You're lying.

I don't have to take the blame for you.

It's up to you whether to believe it.

-I'm Tieguanyin -I hope you can keep your promise

-Whose idea was it? -Luotuo

You're lying

I know Tieguanyin.

On the surface, she said no.

But she was actually testing me.

That means

she bought the story.

I guess so.

You can tell Luotuo.

Let Luotuo inform Glasses.

So he can arrange Tieguanyin's release.

I think it's about time.

Thank you.

You're thanking me?

I should thank you.

I've done so many harmful things.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity

to atone for my sins.

Police for the public

Sign it.

Let Glasses arrange it

Captain Rong, look.

Police for the public

Everyone.

Move out.

Yes, sir.

Yungang Municipal Public Security Bureau

Tieguanyin has left the station.

I gave her a cell phone.

I have sent you the number.

You can contact her.

She left?

How did you do it?

Once you contact Tieguanyin,

she'll tell you in detail.

I want to see my daughter.

Before I meet Tieguanyin,

you can't see Xiaoxiao.

I want to see her now!

Immediately! Right now!

Don't worry.

Stick to the plan. We'll be fine.

Let's go.

I know it's strange.

But Glasses,

I'm having a lucky break.

No one can stop me.

I know who the mole is.

Arrange a meeting spot now.

I want to see Mr. Ou.

Glasses: Yungang Avenue 66, Guangsha Supermarket

Where to?

Yungang Avenue, Guangsha Supermarket.

She has been released?

Okay, good job.

Watch your tail carefully.

Remember.

Don't come back in a mess.

Okay, that's it.

Sir, did you ask for me?

Did anything happen between Mu Qing and Kexin?

I watched them for the whole day.

They stayed in the studio

and didn't go out at all.

Is that all?

There's nothing else.

Tell Glasses.

Bring Mu Qing here.

Keep Kexin out of this.

Yes.

Okay.

I'm on it.

Go to the fork in Yungang Avenue

and wait for Tieguanyin.

Mu Qing.

Your time is up.

What's the situation?

Rong Yao's team has made their move.

I still think this operation

is really risky.

If there's any mistake,

Zheng Yixiao's life will be in danger.

Not only Zheng Yixiao,

but also yours.

We'll see

if they'll do as we expected tomorrow.

They'll probably move early tomorrow too.

Get some rest.

-Are they here? -Not yet.

Guanyin sent me the plate number just now.

Look at this.

-Let's just wait. -Okay.

Attention, everyone.

We've almost reached Yungang Avenue.

Get ready, everyone.

It's right here.

Stop the car.

Sir, this is the car.

Stop!

What are you waiting for? After them!

Stop the car!

I told you to stop!

Stop the car!

If you don't want to die, sit still.

Throw your phone out.

You wouldn't dare to shoot.

Try me!

That's more like it.

This is pretty fun.

Hurry up.

Sit tight.

Kexin.

Open the door.

Kexin.

It's me, Mr. Glasses.

I'll get the door.

Kexin, open the door.

Mr. Glasses.

Why are you here at this hour?

What brings you here?

I'm sorry for bothering you, Kexin.

I would like to invite Mu Qing

to come with me.

Where are you taking him?

Your dad wants to talk to him.

Don't tell me you'll keep torturing him

like in the warehouse last time.

Don't worry, Kexin.

From today onward,

something like that

will never happen again.

I won't let him go anywhere.

Mr. Glasses, I'll go with you.

Kexin.

Let's not make things difficult for Mr. Glasses.

Don't worry. I'll be fine.

I'll wait for you to come back.

Hello.

Mu Qing has been taken away by Glasses.

Don't worry, he'll be fine.

Why are you sighing?

You've used up all your energy

to get rid of me.

Mr. Glasses.

Why can't you let me be?

Don't get me wrong.

I'm just following Mr. Ou's orders.

Ruosheng told me everything.

Mr. Ou told you to spare my life.

But you still insisted on killing me.

I don't worry as much as Mr. Ou.

In our line of work,

if anything goes wrong,

we'll lose our lives.

So...

if you're under suspicion,

I would be suspicious of you.

Aren't you afraid

that I might not tolerate you later?

There won't be "later."

Hello.

Glasses, we're in trouble.

The taxi driver took Guanyin away.

What?

Find out where the goods are now.

Yes.

Did you lose some goods?

It has nothing to do with you.

I think

it wasn't goods that you lost.

To prove that I'm the mole,

you need Guanyin's testimony.

You dragged me out so late at night.

You must've gotten some news from Guanyin.

You got her out.

That's right.

I got her out.

It's good that she got out.

However,

for a person who went in

and got out,

I wonder if Mr. Ou would believe her.

Are you scared?

What am I scared of?

Tieguanyin, get out.

What's the meaning of this?

You'll see.

What a big group.

You're not trying to arrest me again, are you?

Of course not.

Zheng Ke, get ready to call Glasses.

Tell him to meet at the shipyard.

Yimeng, find a sniping spot.

You...

Be more cooperative.

I...

You'd better behave.

Move!

Move out!

What?

You lost her?

What are you doing?

I don't want to hear it.

I'm telling you.

I don't care how you'll do it.

You must find her!

Stop the car.

Why did you call me?

Tieguanyin is with me.

The taxi driver was you.

That's right.

You're heartless,

so don't blame me for being unkind.

Make a 20km detour south of the highway.

There's a fishing port by the sea.

I hid her here.

If you want her,

bring Xiaoxiao over.

Do you want to die?

In half an hour,

I'm want to meet my daughter

at the fishing port.

Otherwise,

with one phone call,

the police will surround this place.

By then, you'll never see her again.

The mole you want

will come from Tieguanyin's lips.

This mole will destroy the entire Group K.

If you don't want to end up like Dakun,

bring my daughter over!

Do you understand?

Hello.

Shao Nan.

Bring the girl to the fishing port.

As soon as you see Luotuo,

kill him and the girl.

Do you understand?
