KUMON supported us because he's not only learning his school things, he's learning outside of school

Even when I talk with friends and everyone, I always say they become independent.

I see it through my own eyes, I know

Before 2.5 years, Gaveesh was not this. He needed my help.

Fully, the credit goes to KUMON.

We have reached the moment where we can pretty much give him the laptop, and he does the homework.

We see that he's progressing well, so we are also impressed about his mathematical calculations - he's really fast!

To be in the habit as early as possible, having homework even ten minutes a day or twenty minutes a day,

Just having to do something, sitting down, focusing - I think that's a good advantage of starting early

Our intention was to have a more independent daughter

And to learn English and mathematics

And to make her have a more mathematical logic, because it's very important nowadays.

So that in her life, she can be prepared.

So that was the next question, if you see and feel if your daughter is actually prepared for the first day of school?

Yes actually, both (prepared) in English and in mathematics.

From the session point of view, we had the curriculum right in advance, we were given the instructions

how to, kind of, support the kids before and after the session.

And even during the session, the Instructor was there, as well as the other kids - they could see (each other) online

So I think from a transition point of view, it was not that difficult.

They love KUMON, they haven’t missed a single day in the last year.

They just want to do it!

Every day, they will remind me: let's do KUMON first! And then they will carry on with their other tasks of the day.

They have made sure that they don't miss it.

I think it's also something which they do day in and day out, it's almost like brushing your teeth every day.

So it's a part of their regular cycle, day in and day out. And at times we miss it in the morning

And guess what? At 8 o'clock the kids will say "well we didn't do KUMON, so let's get done with it in the next ten minutes"

So I think it's something that they are also introduced to in their life - a daily routine

We just noted that something was missing.

We asked our selves how we can support him and strengthen his interest in maths. He liked maths already, but we just felt there is more we could do.

We had heard of KUMON before and as you know it is a method that is used all around the world.

We enrolled and were welcomed very friendly into the KUMON family.

The best thing however was that we could do KUMON online since we live a bit distant from the centre.
