Original subtitles

I can see naked people. Hello? Hello?

-[screams] -[all laughing]

[all yelling]

-[all laughing] -oh, my god.

[matt] yeah. You guys look good.

Is it just the two of you?

-Just us. -All that's left.

-No way. -[rylie] no.

-Oh, my god. -To see you guys.

-[laughs] -rylie, props to you, girl, the last girl standing.

[rylie] what the hell?

Last girl standing.

Good job.

With only less than two weeks left,

I am the only woman to have survived.

And that is absolutely insane to me.

I would never have thought that ever.

That's a lot of pressure. I absolutely have to get my ass across

that finish line no matter what.

We could push this over to you guys and start faring you guys over,

if you wanna show up.

-Yeah. -Is that a dugout canoe?

-Yeah. -You guys are rock stars.

-That's insane. -Oh.

[ej] it can only take one at a time, but...

-[ej] sure, it's cold. -[max] yeah, yeah, we'll,

we'll get you guys over here.

[max] ej and I have been on a journey

and we were wondering when we were gonna see other people

and I have five other legends here.

So this is what we're looking forward to.

-[both grunting] -one down.

[ryan] team savage made it through all the way to this point.

And we happen to be the only full team

of three remaining as well,

so that is a huge accomplishment.

But, now that we're here at our new location,

we have to rebuild, we're with new people,

there are seven of us, issues could arise

with personalities, group dynamics,

now scaring away all the animals, it's still a lot of unknowns.

We're gonna need the whole group coming together

-to finish this thing strong. -Hell, yeah.

[grunting]

yeah, I'm still over here, guys.

-[all laughing] -oh, you know.

Nice knowing you all, yeah.

[rylie] poor steven, one of these days, buddy.

One of these days.

[ej] oh, my goodness. That is a wild tree.

[laughs] oh, my god.

So, we're just getting started to build kind of

a habitat...

-[rylie] wow. -Look at this.

[rylie] this is beautiful.

Welcome to oak wood and the barbarian den.

-[all laughing] -now as a part of our barbarian horde.

Yeah, baby. Yes.

I've traveled the world with ej shoulder to shoulder with that man.

-Dude. -What, bro?

*bleep* eel.

I gotta get him right behind the head.

Got him.

[all yelling]

my man!

Yes.

There is literally no person I trust more with my life than ej snyder.

-This is something, huh? -Legendary right here.

This is the group, guys, this is it.

The magnificent seven.

That is us. I'm glad you're all here.

We're trying as hard as we should be.

We're actually thinking we're gonna be your neighbors, not roommates.

[all laughing]

sorry, guys.

Max already pulled out on jeff. He showed up at our camp.

We're like... Ah.

You know, 60 days is no walk in the park by itself,

but being out here in louisiana during winter

is an incredibly difficult task to survive.

So, our best bet is to kind of hunker down and live under one roof.

And we all want to finish it seven strong.

I don't know what we're gonna do about the shelter situation.

I don't think that's big enough for all of us.

But it's too late.

And clouds been pushing in.

Maybe, there's a storm coming, I don't know.

Whoever's the most cold susceptive, we put it in there.

The rest of us can cowboy up.

-I don't mind camp firing it out here. -Yeah.

All right. Hey.

[all yelling]

all right, let's prepare for the night, shall we?

All right.

[rylie] ej and max have just arrived as well,

so there is no structure, just a bare skeleton

and it's going to be 40 degrees,

so we're going to be out fighting the cold all night.

I'm so excited to be here.

I'm not knee, ankle, crotch deep in mud.

On high ground. I'm stoked.

Mission tonight, grab as much firewood as possible.

It's gonna be cold. We don't have that much of a shelter big enough

for everybody to fit in.

So, I'm gonna be camping out under the stars.

And I want to make sure I'm warm.

I think rylie needs to be in there.

Oh, 100%.

Yeah, sounds like a plan.

[steven] tonight is gonna be a cold *bleep*.

-Am I in anybody's way? -Nah, you're good.

-Is this a good spot for me? -Yeah.

It feels like it's gonna snow tonight.

I know.

Here it is. First day in our new location.

-We are cowboy camping. -Yeah.

Um, where I feel like that's an insult to a cowboy

'cause I'm pretty sure their asses would've built something.

It has now drizzled on us for the first two hours of the night.

The wind is blowing.

We miss our nice shelters that we left.

And I'm happy to be here.

But, just not comfortable being here quite yet.

We're camping under the stars in frigid cold temperatures.

With a light drizzle falling.

[rylie] it's too *bleep* cold to get wet.

So hard to smile.

But, I can take our foot off the gas now.

See how we can continue thriving in this wretched swamp.

It was probably 35 degrees last night.

It started raining, it got really cold.

What do you want? Um, I got zero sleep last night.

You could hear the wind howling,

feel the temperature dropping.

It was bone chilling cold.

We have to do something about the shelter.

It's probably time when you started on the shelter.

[all] yeah.

So, this way we're gonna be cowboying it up again tonight.

Yeah, if we don't get to work, for sure.

Make it in a-frame, all the way out to that other tree right there.

Would be perfect.

-So, all right, let's get on it. -All right.

[ryan] last night with the cold temperatures,

I pretty much stayed up all night.

So, our number one and only goal and agenda

for the day is to get a group shelter built.

So I'm getting poles, you're gonna, you're gonna start the structure?

Yeah.

We all know what needs to be done

and everyone's just picking a job and taking their own reins on it.

We got ej and steven across the canal

harvesting a few 100 palm fronds.

We've got max, the boat man, ferrying those palm fronds across.

[rylie] I'm gonna start hauling 'em up.

[grunts] let's start off with this bunch.

[ryan] and rylie's grabbing the palm fronds

and delivering them up to our home tree.

Guys, I'm gonna put these here, okay?

Appreciate it.

[ryan] jeff's out and collecting all the poles

that we're going to need for the framework

of this shelter.

Matt and I, we are putting up the ridge poles

and creating this new a-frame that we're constructing,

we're building a pretty massive structure to fit all seven of us.

We're all burning between 1,000 and 2,000 calories today,

but we got to do what we got to do to survive and make it to day 60.

So, the, this a-frame's come along good.

The structure should actually have a lot of heat,

should hold a lot of heat and and that's going to be huge out here

because... As you can see,

it's cold.

[grunts]

-yeah, yeah. -[rylie] yeah, ej, you got this.

-[grunts] yeah. -Hell yeah.

[grunts] yeah.

Bring four, four level beds, down there is fine,

so that's three, we just need one, two, three, four.

When you get to legends level,

there is serious engineering that goes into building a shelter.

I've collected all of the horizontal support beams.

These are what's going to hold all the palms

to the top of the shelter,

which is our main source of waterproofing,

move it over a little bit 'cause we're getting too much overlap

and we're going to run out of palmage.

We're are not really building survival shelters at this point.

We're building houses and we're pretty damn good at it.

Damn, that's looking good.

Look at the square footage of our roof. It's *bleep* enormous.

This is really awesome.

All seven working their butts off.

Building a shelter together as a team.

-Maybe a little lower. -I know I'm gonna just hooking in.

-Right. -It's slightly darker.

All right, perfect.

I've never seen a group on a naked and afraid xl

work so cohesively on day one of being together as a group.

Oh, yeah. I put that right down the middle, we'll build a fire around it.

Right there's good. Perfect.

That thing is magnificent.

Man, it's the biggest thing to happen in naked and afraid ever.

[steven] we have a giant trench fire with some big feeder logs

and getting the hot bed of coals.

We used over 200 giant palms.

And we're getting the temperature up in here.

Tonight, we're gonna stay warm.

We're gonna stay as dry as we can

and, uh, you know, we have to or else,

we probably wouldn't make it.

That fire system is gary goldies' tribute to us

called the goldie furnace fire system.

And it will warm us up inside there.

And we will all be fine.

[steven] holy *bleep*. Good work, guys.

Like, I'm impressed.

It is insanely cold outside.

But it is freaking hot in the shelter right now.

[snoring]

[snoring loudly]

[snoring]

-[ryan] well, we got blue skies and sun today. -[matt] yeah.

But, I'll tell you what, it ain't warm. It's cold as hell.

We've built an incredible shelter right over our grandfather oak

big enough to keep everybody warm and dry.

We slept great and now we can focus on putting food on the table.

It's day 53, long time.

And we know, we know anything can happen.

If we can't find what we need out of this place,

that will determine if we were able to live here or not.

[matt] we still got a lot of work to do before we get out of here

'cause that extraction, it's gonna be no joke.

[narrator] still one week and seven miles from their extraction point.

The survivalists will eventually have to travel northeast

across freezing waterways

to reach their final destination.

-Well, I tell you, it's not gonna be easy. -Uh-uh.

That's right.

-Let's crush, guys. -Heck yeah.

[steven] any luck, buddy?

Uh, no, no, no,

but I got four lines passively set right now.

-[steven] nice. -[ryan] how about you?

Um, I literally just got my whole little setup here.

-I'm gonna set up a... Four snares. -Snare.

Kind of, like, along this line on the canal.

There seems to be a lot of foot traffic over here.

So, I'm going to work this wood line here and set a couple.

-[ryan] yeah. -[steven] yeah.

[steven] when it gets cold, the alligators to the snakes,

they go dormant, cat fish and mammals

are the only thing that's going to be moving around.

Hopefully, we need a raccoon or a nutria.

But, we're all weaker.

Uh, we've all been out here for two months.

Uh, we haven't eaten in a few days.

So, we need to get some food in our bellies.

I'm creating a funnel system.

A game trail comes right down in here

and it goes right up in there,

kind of funnels them into it to make them go straight through it.

I'm going to keep putting these sticks up

and then I'm gonna add some foliage all around it

to kind of camouflage the area.

And hopefully it'll force our critter indoor trap.

All right, one down, three to go.

Going to start. [sighs] over here a little bit.

We got to find the right trail to walk through.

[matt] so, this new land looks like a hunter's paradise.

I see deer tracks, I see deer scat.

I've seen hog sign.

Without a doubt, we are now in a game rich environment.

I found multiple game trails coming from the north.

And so now, I'm trying to reverse track 'em.

My plan is to actually follow some of these game trails out.

Because, there's seven of us, what we need is that big kill for us to survive.

Right here, I'm marking the trail as I go.

Making sure I can find it again.

Great, so these are nice and funky.

And...

Back in the water.

Yeah, right through here.

Oh, that's a, that's a beautiful trail.

-Yeah. -[jeff] ej and I we're looking for any signs of mammals,

or anything that we can eat, I like to yell and scream.

And that may tend to scare all the animals away.

So, out of a matter of respect to the rest of the team

and to try to be more quiet.

[ej] can you see where the grass is pushed down?

-Yeah, right here over that log. -Yeah.

-[jeff] that's a definite game trail right there. -[ej] yeah.

Oh, my gosh. Dude, look at this.

That's bear scat. This could be this morning.

Yeah.

[jeff] there's a whole pile of black bears scat right in the middle of the trail.

I'm very familiar with bears and steven and I,

we had that big bear come into our first location

and night after night after night.

And, so something to pay attention to.

Oh, yeah, definitely.

-Dude, that... That's a late one. -Yeah.

-That stuff's super fresh. -Yeah.

I thought I heard something.

[whispers]

[thuds]

jeff and I have an armadillo.

Cornered in these briars.

Jeff's trying to swing around, around so he doesn't get away that way.

Maybe push him towards me.

I think I hit him, but he's already played it.

So, might not have worked.

All right. Bring him to me.

[yells]

[exclaims, grunts]

he's coming back towards you.

There he is. He's about five feet in front of me.

Trying to make his way out.

He's coming back towards you. Jeff.

He's coming back towards you.

*bleep*

he's behind us, he's breached our perimeter.

-He's back into the woods. -He's in the woods?

-Yep. He's taken off. -[ej] damn it.

-We lost him. -[ej] damn it.

He knew he was safe in those thorns,

no predator on this earth could have gotten him in those thorns.

[groans]

I thought we're gonna have dinner for the group.

-I know, dude. -So disappointed.

Ah.

[max] there she be.

Ooh, what a beaut.

Today, rylie and I are going to cruise on the canoe

and set a couple gator lines.

Thanks for coming with.

-Of course. -Yeah.

[rylie] the canoe is awesome.

I couldn't be more impressed with the craftsmanship of this.

Uh, ej and max did an amazing job.

I've never seen anyone do a dugout canoe in a challenge

and I think they crushed it.

-I'll jump in the water for a small gator. -Oh, for sure.

I'm ready to jump on a gator.

-I'll punch a three foot gator in the face right now. -Right?

[max] I've been on a previous challenge with rylie.

We made it frickin' 40 days together all the way to the end.

But, on this challenge, the finish line is 60,

so we're still a long ways from home.

I see the overhanging tree, I'm gonna go for it,

-you see that one hanging? -Yeah, I see it, it's perfect.

-Yeah. -It's perfect.

[rylie] if it stays this cold, we probably won't see any gators,

but if it happens to warm up, we want to be ready.

If the gators are on the move, I think we have a shot.

Ooh, yeah.

-That's so juicy. -Mm-hmm.

[rylie] gator bait for sure.

Little more.

Ah. That's good. Perfect right there.

Perfect right there.

-Yeah. Very good. -Beautiful.

Setting a passive line, not having to bust ass all the time

and try to actively hunt is I think is the easiest way

for us to keep calories as well as get potential calories.

I want to be able to contribute on a mass scale to these legends.

-I tell you, my stomach's growling so bad. -Yeah.

Three days like this now.

[all] yeah.

[ej] I'm finding ways to get some wins here.

Pump us back up.

We haven't eaten anything since we've gotten to this location.

We need food. We need food bad.

We took that risk, we moved here.

We all wanted to do bigger, better.

-[indistinct conversation] -greener pastures.

Yeah.

Where there's a will, there's a way, there's, you know, we'll find it.

There's plenty of will here.

[steven] if there's anything to squeeze out of this environment,

-we will get it. -Oh. 100%.

I set up some spring snares on this game trail.

It looks like my stake actually got ripped out of the ground.

So, it hit my stake and it flipped my stake up,

so I'm gonna reset this.

Now it's been tough.

We've, we've all had this uphill battle out here,

but everybody's playing their part

to get as much food on the table to get us through this next extraction,

which is like a week away, less than a week away.

These are like, hairline trigger sensitive, so...

I gotta be super careful.

Extraction's never easy and the weather being this chilly.

Uh, it's gonna take a lot out of it, so it's all hands on deck.

Okay.

This is it.

All right.

Gearing up? All right, buddy. We'll see you here at dark.

Yeah, I'm gonna, uh, be out in the open area,

see if I hear anything.

-Heck yeah. -Well, good luck.

-Walk about, you as well. -Good luck, hopefully, there's some action to be had.

Well, I hope so.

[ej] there's only two bows in the camp.

Matt's and mine, it's gonna be up to us to get out there

and help bring in the big game.

I'm ready to step up to the plate and get after it.

You got a lot of good signs in here.

This deer track is a dig, I saw this dirt kicked up.

Here's another one right here. This is fresh.

This is a great spot. Let's see where I can set up a blind.

The plan is to head out and really put in some good hours

to try to find some game.

It's a tricky thing out here in this swamp to find this big game.

The best bet is to get up high in a tree and try and figure out

how these animals move and where they're moving.

It seems to be a very good spot to sit.

My human sense getting above the animals,

have a really good vantage point right now.

It's beautiful for you, but I'll tell you what...

Freezing cold.

Got my hide wrapped around me,

doing my very best to try and keep myself warm enough

to not shiver and fall out of this tree.

Boys went way down here to go fishing in the big canal.

I see these dens around here.

There's a nice little hole here in that dirt.

It's not even packed down.

It's not quite.

These dens are loaded with these sticks, as if they're insulated.

There's one den. There's another den there.

Another den right there.

Based on all the prints that I'm seeing,

most likely it's armadillo.

Ej and jeff saw one, so they're around.

Dude, look at that. Look at this.

This right here is blocking the hole, down in this hole.

That is 100% insulation, 100% something inside.

This is gonna be some serious excavating.

I've never swung an axe naked in 50 degree weather.

That's concerning.

Seems like there's a bigger hole on the left has dried up.

And I found the end of it,

there's nothing in it, which just surprises the hell out of me.

These holes are quite deep.

And I'm gonna go check one more.

I think I got my shooting lane established,

I've cleared out my blind a bit.

I can see him coming down that way under all this nice cover right here.

Uh-oh, first shot, nice window.

[whooshes] boom.

Then huge window of opportunity, boom.

I wanna back something and help provide for my family.

My clan, and I will.

I'm in place now and I'm gonna sit here and wait and see what happens.

[grunts]

all right, right there.

*bleep* [groans]

yeah, I hate to see that.

To be a savage, to be the jungle warrior,

takes that perseverance.

Today, unsuccessful so far, but not giving up.

The heat pouring out of these holes, it's surely got to be the body heat

from an animal.

I don't know what it is, but I hate sticking my arm in these things.

Something's in there.

If this happens to be an actual livable den with something in it,

that would be a big win.

So, I don't want to go back to camp after being gone this long empty handed.

It's like digging for gold.

I haven't seen anything, haven't heard anything. It's pretty quiet.

I'm gonna head back, I'm freezing.

I need to get warmed up.

It's like little pieces of dirt just falling in there,

but I thought I heard something two times.

[groans]

I don't want to get bit.

[grunts]

come on.

Well...

I've been in this tree now for about six hours.

It's cold. It's gotten pretty hard.

For more calories right now... The whole day

trying to stay warm, so I'll head back to camp

and figure out what I'm gonna come back out here.

This place is frustrating the hell out of me.

This goes a ways.

Everything just seems so fresh, I just don't know.

Armadillos are known to burrow five feet in depth below the ground

and then possibly another 25 feet underground

to the end of the burrow.

Jeez.

Seriously, if all these connects,

I mean I could just be learning.

Feel like I've gotten down to the depth of where this burrow goes.

But, if it goes 25 feet underground somewhere

and connecting the multiple holes,

then I think it's going to be a lost cause.

So, one, two, three, four.

Some of my connects.

I'm burning a lot of energy, a lot of calories

and kind of disappointing because that's a big meal to give up on.

Total bummer.

[whispers] I hear something.

There. Right there.

Armadillo.

All right.

There. Right there.

Yeah, buddy.

[exclaims]

it's a beautiful armadillo.

[exhales]

you know, these deer, these hogs have been playing hard to get

and to get something like this is a huge win

because sometimes you've got to just take

what you can, take what you can get.

In a survival situation.

Not a big target.

Armadillos are tough, but my savage arrow's a little tougher.

Legendary seven is going to eat a little bit of a armadillo stew tonight.

Thanks, buddy. [laughs]

uh, excuse me, guys, got you a food delivery,

-someone ordered an armadillo? -[all cheering]

armadillo.

[laughs]

[grunts] here it go, dude.

-Wait, how'd you do it? -Just stuck him with an arrow.

-No way. -Yeah.

-It's a... -[laughs] oh, yeah.

-Got him right in the ass. -It's a fatty.

-It's a monster. -Nice.

-Hell yeah. -Dude.

-Way to go, man. -[all cheering]

-so marvelous. -Yeah!.,

[all cheering]

-was it payback for that one getting away. -Yeah.

I am glad to share this with you guys,

-it's exciting to see. -Oh, my.

-My shot, too. -Heck yeah.

I'm gonna process it, I'm gonna get it in the pot.

Start cooking her up.

-[rylie] hungry. -Hell yeah.

[whispering]

I see him.

[grunts] got him, got him.

He's got an arrow stuck in him, keep an eye on him.

He's about four feet in front of you.

Arrow's literally right through his body,

keep going a little further up, rylie.

Got to cut him off.

He's headed up that direction,

I see it. I should get it.

Hold on.

-[grunts] -nice.

-Nice. -Go, girl, way to go.

-Yeah. -Yeah, rylie!

-We got an opossum in their face. -[cheering]

-he's stuck in the thorns. -Nice.

Get him, rylie.

Hold on, I'm a pull him out.

-Possum armadillo smack. -Yes. [laughs]

rylie.

-Way to frickin' bush wack, girl. -Oh, man.

That's a beast.

-[grunts] -good job, guys.

...Bludgeon.

[indistinct conversation]

-team effort, guys. -Hell yeah.

Good.

-That's nuts. -Dude, we're gonna feast tonight.

Hell yeah.

Matt's now hunting, putting in the work every single day

in the freezing cold, sunup, sundown

trying to get a kill. He's frickin' true legend.

-Double whammy, baby. -Yeah.

-Double whammy, armadillo, possum stew -[rylie whoops]

is about to become a reality for us.

Red meat, I'm so excited.

-Nice. -[all whooping]

people don't generally eat armadillos.

From what I've heard. I don't know.

What I've read when I studied on it is the leprosy part

comes actually from the feces.

-Okay. -You got to handle their feces,

so we made sure we watched this thing...

-I trust you... -I'm gonna eat it.

[indistinct chatter]

team savage will *bleep* eat it.

-[laughs] -this is the first thing we've eaten

without scales on it, bro.

Yeah.

-Wow. -Hmm.

This is the possum liver and it is cooked thoroughly.

-Oh, it's good. -Armadillo's a different flavor.

-Milder. -Yeah.

So grateful, so thankful.

-Absolutely. -We really needed this win.

For the, for the clan, for the family.

It's been tough out here in the last few days.

And this is a huge morale boost for us.

-Man, thanks for turning it around. -Just starting.

[all] yeah.

We're gonna smell this every day from now on.

-Oh, definitely. -Yeah.

[indistinct conversation]

-that's a good one. -I don't know what it is, but...

These illusions.

What is that? It's all falling apart.

Point it that way.

[rylie] something...

[matt] something big in there.

[rylie] could be a bear.

Come here.

*bleep*

*bleep*

there's a big old bear just feet away from our shelter.

It's going this way.

Get, bear. Get.

It's crazy.

Last night was game changing.

Got a visual on something big and hairy and black fur.

So, it could have been a hog or a black bear.

It had to have been a bear.

Insane. Insane.

I was legitimately concerned, I was afraid last night.

And that's something me and jeff don't want to deal with ever again.

After that, we kept our ears and eyes open for a while,

but, uh, you know, eventually we got a little bit of sleep.

We're gonna keep doing what we're doing.

We're gonna check our snares and our hooks.

And we're gonna continue being legends, because, well, it's the only thing we know

-how to be... -[laughs]

the best luck today, my friend.

For real a good day today.

Yeah.

We ate some armadillo and possums,

but we need to get some more to get ready for extraction.

So, take advantage of every opportunity I can.

And I will be up in a tree for probably about eight hours.

Just redid all my rigs, I got four nice lines.

And a nice fishing pole.

So, I see the first location that I'm going to put a snare.

I can see a trail that clearly goes into the woods right here.

I always try to do active hunting,

because that's the most successful, but I don't have a bow out here.

But, I do have the materials to snare.

So, I'm hopeful.

I'm going to set one snare high above the ground

with paracord that's going to be a deer and hogs' snare.

Put some of that bait down in there.

So in order for him to get to that bait,

he has to go through this snare.

Paracord's so strong, they aren't going to be able to snap it.

It's gonna snare them and kill them.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

I made this swamp spear.

I'll have it with me in the case we hit a hog

or something and you got to go in there and stick it or something.

Three out of the four of my snares went off last night.

It took my bait on two of them.

I don't know if it's something real tiny like a rat, or just a smart ass possum or what.

You know, I'm doing everything I can to contribute

and when you don't, it kind of makes you feel like you're disappointing

those people.

But, I got to keep on trucking

because, you know, once you start getting that down and out attitude

in survival, it can kill you.

I'm getting closer, I mean, at least they popped off today.

Survival's not easy, else everybody would come out here and do this.

While rylie and I are checking these gator lines out.

[rylie] it's crazy. It is actually warmer.

Yeah, right?

I haven't had a good win in this new location

and I really want to get out and get some.

That's what it's all about.

-Yeah, nothing really. -No.

[max] bummer.

[rylie] I am tiny and tired and hungry.

Today is a bit of a groundhog day.

I feel like this area might be a little more limited than we initially thought.

So, we are trying to find workarounds.

I know everyone has their own little survival projects going on

and it's cool to see everyone motivated.

I just hope that this environment starts cooperating

and hopefully we get some love tomorrow because

I think everybody's ready for a win.

There's definitely pigs in the area.

This is fresh wild pigs' scat.

And I've got my snares farther down,

I can only hope that...

One of them ran through one of my snares.

But this is a great sign.

The animals are here.

The past three days, I've been taken to school.

I haven't been able to put meat on the table

and that's where...

And I am determined to do everything right.

[whispers] I have, like, seven snares all laid in here,

so I'm gonna go check them and see if we've got anything.

Oh, my gosh.

Oh, my god.

Oh, no. [gasping]

oh, my gosh.

Oh, no. [gasps]

I had a pig in here.

Look, here's pig fur.

This is definitely a pig caught up in my snare.

[sighs in exasperation]

he was really, really tangled.

I can tell he's spun these vines all the way around the snare.

He was stuck for a while.

Oh, no.

He was pissed off, look at this, you can see that its tusk

ripped all the bark off this tree.

He then snapped this tree off in two different places.

I had him.

[sighs]

that would have been a huge meal.

I could have easily walked up on the snare and found

a dead hog and brought back a couple 100 pounds of meat

to me and my family.

And that's what I wanted to do and I'm pleased that

I did everything right.

But I'm frustrated that he got away.

Son of a bitch.

Son of a bitch!

-Well, guess what. -What?

I had a hog in my snare last night.

-Oh, my god. No way. -It was a hog?

Yep. For probably hours.

What?

It trashed the forest and finally bit through my snare.

*bleep*, man.

-You're so close. -So many close calls.

-I'm losing my mind. -Yeah.

-I'm losing my damn mind. -Yeah.

I love jeff. He's a premier survivalist

and he's really hoping for a win here.

Then it just hasn't happened,

but he's been a *bleep* trooper

and just doing the things he needs to do in order to continue on.

-He was on there. -Yeah.

That close to eating a pig then, dude,

-it's gonna happen for you. I could feel it. -I hope so, dude.

Yeah, because if it doesn't...

-Oh, it's gonna feel like missed opportunities. -Yeah.

[ryan] I'm going to set this fishing line here.

[water splashing]

[water splashing]

[grunting sounds]

what's that?

I just heard it again.

-[animal sounds] -it's right *bleep* there.

I know what that sound is.

Baby gators.

I've heard them before from my experience

on my first challenge in the everglades.

Oh, my god. I see two of 'em.

Right here in front of me.

[narrator] after a 60 day incubation period,

most alligator eggs hatch in late summer,

but they remain vulnerable and dependent on their mothers for several months.

[ryan] this is crazy.

You know, there could be a mother monster alligator nearby.

They're very territorial.

They're extremely protective of their young.

So I'm gonna go bait a gator line.

All right.

That looks great.

[baby gator chirps]

its mama's nearby.

If that mom is hungry, that's going to be the feast,

that the seven legends need before this challenge comes to an end.

And I have the perfect spot to hang this bait from,

I mean, I'm climbing 50 feet up in a tree that overhangs the water.

And this thing will be dangling clear as day,

can't miss it.

You can't not smell it.

That's a hell of a meal right there.

Man, it's gonna be great.

[exhales]

checking some of my lines.

You know, I know we're here for a big kill

and we're in a new zone.

But our staples are catfish out here.

And we got to keep eating like yeah,

we're waiting for that big kill.

I'm hoping we can get it, but we still need to eat.

So, we're all putting lines in across this channel

and hopefully you can start pulling in some channel catfish here.

There's very little action and my lines are still baited.

Hopefully, get something.

Our bodies are weakened, our bodies have been, you know,

pushed to the limit for a missed two months.

Hoping for a big, old hog.

Dang.

No bite.

Last, but not least, anticipation.

The buildup.

Doesn't look like anything's on there.

Oh, it's tangled up.

Oh, yeah. Got a nice little cat.

Little catty fish here.

Nice.

All right. Look at that.

That's not too shabby.

This little channel cat here.

Thanks, buddy.

Let's sweeten up the pot a little bit.

[rylie cheering] yay, you did get one.

Not too magnificent, but you know, it's better than nothing, right?

-It's good. -It's not the size that counts.

-Yeah. -[chuckles]

-it's how you wiggle the worms. -It's how you wiggle the worm.

-[all laughing] -[rylie] nice.

-This are appetizers. -Awesome, dude.

Oh, oh. [exclaims]

fish on, baby. Fish on. Oh.

She's a beauty. [whoops] yes, yes!

[whoops]

to be able to pull in a big old fish dinner for the family,

this feels great.

Look, guys, here we have a fish pot going.

-Got going all day. -What we got going over there.

-That's awesome, dude. -[rylie] that is awesome.

-That's a great haul. -It is.

-It's amazing. -That's legit.

I mean to add it to the pot, baby.

It's a good sized one too. So, between macker,

the big one. Max's was bigger.

-[all laughing] -thanks, man.

[max] we're pulling in two catfish here and there,

but splitting food between seven people is pretty tough.

You know, we're making, we're making the best of it

and we're sharing as as good as possible.

But you could just feel yourself kind of deteriorating.

I don't know about you guys, very much appreciated.

Thank you for your efforts in keeping us fed

and everyone getting this stuff in the pot.

So, I'm down here checking the hook for the mama gator,

with extraction around the corner.

Those catfish are just not going to cut it.

We go big or go hungry, so...

I would love to give me an eight footer.

Damn it.

That is a bummer.

I'm gonna lower that catfish head just a hair.

I think I'm just gonna continue to come out,

make sure they've seen my bait and give them a chance

to really bite onto it.

I'll be climbing probably 25 feet or more up in the air,

I'll be.

That's a gator.

So, I'm up here in my gator tree.

Looking down.

And I now see...

I got a three foot alligator right below me in this tree.

I'm about 20 feet up, if it swims under me.

I'm gonna jump off the tree on to the alligator.

It's probably one of the most dangerous things I've ever done.

The water, it is freezing cold and I risk getting hypothermia,

but we need it.

We need that protein just to keep us going.

[ryan speaking]

just a little more.

Right over here.

My adrenaline is running right now.

This is the most epic *bleep* I've ever done.

If it swims under me, I'm gonna jump off the tree

on to the alligator.

Right over here.

My adrenaline is running right now.

Come on. Come on, just a little bit closer.

Went under.

That is a bummer.

She's over there, but she's not going for our bait.

I dunked and splashed the fish out, like, 20 times.

She knows it's there. I just don't know if she's hungry.

These cold temperatures, you know,

those gators are a past history of this challenge, I think,

unless we find one sunbathing or actively hunting...

They can go three months without eating.

And they're cold-blooded, so they are done feeding on our gator hooks.

-[jeff] this is a home stretch, guys. -[rylie] yeah.

Hopefully we get another big score.

It would be great if somebody came in to camp with a massive meal.

Yeah. For sure.

Feel like starvin' marvin.

I've missed pumpkin pie.

I miss my pancakes and bacon.

-Chicken fried steak. -Birthday cake.

-Meat and cheese plate. -Peanut butter cups.

Oh, seven-layer dip.

-Chocolate cake. -Ice cream.

God.

We've kind of been boned on a couple of hunts

last couple of days,

so our caloric intake has been little to none.

60 days, you know, it's no joke.

We're all losing weight. It's getting really, really hard.

We still have to make it to this extraction.

We're gonna need the energy in order for us to really see that finish line.

Right now it's just moments before the hunters hour.

-Good luck, brother. -Yeah, good luck, man.

All right, it is the final morning hours before light.

We're going on a hunt.

All I need is that one big kill.

I need that one big pig, the one deer, to keep us strong the end.

I'm gonna have to head out further

and deeper in the woods and find just that right spot

to ambush my prey.

[ej] quiet. Move slowly.

Just so you see stuff.

I feel immense amounts of pressure

to take care of these folks because they're my team,

my family, my clan.

And because they're hungry people.

I see them and how they look... Just passing morsels around.

I'll do everything I can to bring home that big kill.

[grunts softly]

keep an arrow nocked just in case just in case.

I just want a shot. Want one shot.

I want to score something for everybody.

That's what I want for the team.

That's some hog scat here.

Check it out. [grunts softly]

well, that's fresh.

Oh, yeah, that's very fresh.

That's a great sign.

Man, that would be everything for me to get a hog.

Now we just gotta keep looking for the signs.

Just keep pushing forward.

Look at those tracks.

Can tell by the moisture within the print,

it's pretty fresh.

Oh, my god.

[hog grunting]

it's running.

[hog grunting, squealing]

into the briars.

[sighs]

[groans]

look at this. Wall of briars in front of me.

Come on already. Give me a *bleep* break! [groans]

[bird calling]

[matt] it's been two months that I'm hunting this place.

And it's been a tough place for big game.

I know there's more out there to get.

I know I have the ability to get it.

But gotta have those opportunities.

[animal grunting]

[whispers] that's him.

[animal grunting loudly]

[grunting]

*bleep*

[whispering]

I was struggling a bit, with the mental aspect,

of being out here and not having a successful hunt.

It's frustrating the hell out of me.

[ej] finally seen the hog.

Could have had a score.

I can't sit around... Sleep...

We need food, we need to eat...

Just going down to set my blind,

wait for the hogs to come back.

It is cold.

So I brought all my hides out, I'm wrapped up...

I'll just sit here and... Hopefully I get lucky.

Spirits... Father in heaven,

bless me this day.

Give me my victory so I can feed my family,

my clan.

I don't hear any hogs at all.

It's getting very dark.

I'll not be able to see much longer .

I have to get out of here.

I can't see anything.

I know what dangers are here.

I've got my spear close, just in case if a hog comes out.

There has been some sighting of black bears here as well.

[animal grunting]

oh.

I just heard something moving, off to my left.

Uh, footsteps of some sort.

-[animal grunting] -a black bear.

I pray spirits be with me.

[animal grunts softly]

-[animal grunting] -[ej] a black bear.

-[animal grunting] -oh, my god.

Do you not hear it?

Where the *bleep* is ej?

I don't know, but I'm getting a little concerned.

[rylie] he's probably just, like, zenning out.

[ej grunts]

[ej] son of a bitch.

Oh...

*bleep* me.

There's a bear.

-There he is. -[rylie] how you doing?

-[ej] hi. -What's going on?

[ej] oh, man, I'm beat.

-You were gone all day. -Got on the hog trail,

but that didn't work out.

Why?

Thorns from hell, thrashed around for about an hour and half.

Sat by the blind, just listening

-then I saw a bear... -A bear?

-[ej] yeah. -Holy cow.

[steven] I know we're gonna bust that raft today.

-Let's get our raft, for sure. -That's priority.

That's literally the last to-do that we have to get done.

Then we literally just focus on hunting, fishing,

-snapping and trapping the rest of the time. -Yeah.

Extraction's tomorrow, and we're in the swamp.

We wanna be on higher ground,

but we're surrounded by water there's water everywhere.

And the only way to get out of here is through the water.

So we're gonna have to build a raft again.

That's just what we're gonna have to do.

Oh, you got one good dugout going.

Yeah, the canoe's badass, we should put that to use.

-I say with the canoe, and a big, like, a long boat. -Yeah.

-I think we should be good. -For sure.

[steven] it's hard to believe that we've been here for almost two months.

We're all tired, I'm tired, but we're right there.

So we're gonna stay positive, keep smiles on our faces...

And do what we do best, and that's not quit.

I want to end it on top of the world,

knowing that I put everything that I could into the extraction.

So, I'm thinking... Two really long pontoons,

-like, 22 feet... -Yeah.

...And easy lattice work, palms on top,

so we can actually...

-We're not falling through the cracks and stuff. -Of course.

And simpler the better.

-Let's start. -Great.

-We're getting this bay leaf wood... -Yeah.

-Specially the green part... -Right.

-...Because it's super light. -Yeah.

But we need to build a raft that is very buoyant

and floats with multiple people.

-That noise... -[tapping]

...You can tell it's very buoyant.

The last thing we need is somebody going in the drink

in these freezing temperatures and getting hypothermia and not making it.

We've all come far... Too far

to not make it across the end.

And we need to stay afloat.

Hey, heads up! Coming down! Watch out!

Timber!

Yeah, it's perfect, dude.

Floater or fire, got one.

[ryan] I just can't believe it's gonna be extraction day tomorrow.

My biggest, sort of, fear of just leaving this place

is how long that I've spent in here,

how long I've immersed myself in this challenge...

But I can't wait to get home.

I'm over it. I'm ready to leave this place.

-Yep, that'll work. -All right.

-This thing's solid. -Yeah.

Solid as hell.

So, right now I'm currently working on

adding another outrigger on to the canoe...

Which should add a little bit more buoyancy,

a little bit more stability,

'cause we're gonna be adding another individual to our craft.

I think we'll lay the rest of these on there, so.

We made this raft to be as tough as possible

and float as high as we could

because we need to get in the water,

but we don't wanna be "in" the water.

We've got to be on it.

And as the boat captain myself,

I tell you right now,

in these temperatures right now,

you've got less than 45 seconds in these waters

before you're gonna actually start kicking into hypothermia, cramping.

And it's gonna cause a serious medical issue.

And once we get this, put palm fronds on top...

Should be good to go.

[rylie] we built a structure to accommodate four people.

That would have taken a normal 21-day survival team

at least a week to do.

We got that done in a couple hours.

That speaks to the efficiency, the expertise,

the experience of this group.

And I'm just so proud to be a part of it.

Look at that, perfect. Looks great.

It looks buoyant, it feels buoyant...

-Yeah, it is a beautiful log boat. -Heck yeah.

-Good job, guys. Way to go. -Good job

-good job. -Good job.

-We just need to find a few more palms. -Yeah.

[ryan] it's an armadillo.

Let's see if I can jump on it.

This is gonna be some serious excavating.

[narrator] the xls,

or xl success metric,

calculates each team's likely percentage

of completing the 60-day challenge together.

I think I see naked people.

Hello? Hello?

[narrator] with nine days to go in the challenge...

[yelling and cheering]

...The two remaining teams joined forces...

Oh, my god!

[narrator] ...To protect themselves against the brutal weather.

I have never seen a group on a naked and afraid xl work so cohesively.

That thing is magnificent...

It's the biggest shelter in naked and afraid ever!

-Hey, heads up! Coming down! Watch out! -Watch out!

[narrator] but now as they prepare

for a difficult extraction journey

through freezing waters...

[matt] you've got less than 45 seconds in these waters

before you're gonna actually start kicking into hypothermia, cramping.

We need to stay afloat.

[narrator] the length of the challenge is taking its toll.

Son of a bitch.

[rylie] our bodies are weakened,

our bodies have been pushed to the limit for almost two months.

[narrator] and lack of protein s weighing on the group.

We still have to make it to this extraction.

We're gonna need the energy in order for us to really see that finish line.

[narrator] as a result,

the final team of seven's chance

of reaching extraction together as a group

is set at 39 percent.

And now their last chance for protein...

[narrator] ...Maybe just within ryan's reach.

[ryan speaking]

[ryan] it's an armadillo.

[whispers] let's see if I can jump on it.

Come on. *bleep*

[ryan grunts]

[grunting softly]

*bleep*

steven!

Bring the pulaski!

-He said a "pulaski?" -yeah, I got it right here.

Let's go, let's go, let's go!

-[ryan grunting softly] -[yelling from a distance]

[ryan] follow my voice. Come down the trail!

We're coming!

Why the hell would he need a pulaski?

[ryan] over here, over here, over here!

[grunting] an armadillo

I have him by the tail. He's digging.

Come over here in these briars. Start digging.

Right here.

Go. Hurry up.

[grunting]

we need to dig about two feet in front of me.

Dig, dig.

Get him, max.

Skills, guys.

-Use my hands. Let me use my hands. -Can you take this?

Grab that.

Get him guys.

Push him towards you. I'll push him towards you.

-[grunting] -okay, yeah.

Almost got him.

Here, grab his leg.

-Let me get... Let me get a knife! -He's got...

I got him. I got him!

-There you go! There you go! -[all cheering]

yeah, baby!

[all cheering]

[matt] so, it is night 59.

Extracting here is just mere hours now.

-Yes. -[whooping triumphantly]

-and were gonna feast as we have never feast before. -Yes!

-Feast mode... -Oh, yeah.

-Oh, man. -Look at that leg.

Passing this around, that was such a huge team effort experience,

and now we get to all share in on this amazing feast.

Mmm.

-What's it taste like? -That tastes like sweet, sweet victory.

[rylie] one of the coolest things about that kill

was how much everybody wanted it and was willing to risk it all...

-Yeah. -[rylie] everybody's, like, in it.

-That was tribal. -It was tribal.

The coolest part about this adventure was...

Finally all coming together

and accomplishing this goal together

as one group.

We came in here as peers, as friends,

and we're leaving as family.

-We are a family. -We are seven, we're seven strong

-because of how strong we are together. -Right.

The strength of the pack is not the wolf,

but the pack itself.

Oh, yeah.

Has it been easy?

These are some of the toughest individuals on the planet.

-Whoo! -Yeah.

Freaking epic, man.

Not a lot of people can ever say they did this.

We are 8 to 13 on the entire planet earth

that have ever even attempted a 60-day challenge.

And we're still standing.

And you know what, we're coming out stronger

than most people could on a 21-day challenge.

And that's because of team work,

dedication to never back down from a challenge and...

-Dedication to each other! -Yep.

-[whooping] -oh, yeah!

-Sixty more days at the end of it. -Yeah.

Oh, that's deathly silence. [laughs]

maybe we're good at 60.

[birds chirping]

let's go gang day, baby! [whooping]

-it is day 60. -[man] yeah, baby!

-Matt's working on his paddle right now. -Yep.

-And that thing is looking prime time. -[whoops]

put the fires out.

-All right. Bye, shelter. -Goodbye.

-Goodbye. -Ooh, it's cold.

[matt] it is cold outside.

We are about to embark upon

a super rigorous rafting journey right now.

The water is cold,

so hypothermia is an absolute risk right now.

And as warm as we wanna be,

we're gonna have to paddle to kind of stay warm.

-Oh, man. -That breeze is cold.

[steven] it's so cold right now, you can actually see my breath.

[exhales] you noticed my breath.

Uh, for that to happen,

the temperature has gotta be in the high 30s.

And I really think the only thing

that's making me not kind of shiver

and have my teeth chatter is that

I am so jacked up on adrenaline right now

to leave this cursed place.

All right, I got the map here.

Perfect.

So, looks like we're gonna be heading north along this route here,

-heading up to the deeper channel. -Yeah.

[narrator] to reach their final extraction point,

the survivalists must head north-east

through frigid 40 degree waters

into this large open channel,

with winds up to 30 miles per hour.

-All right. -Battle hard, stay warm.

[all cheering]

-finish strong. -Let's go.

[ej] we've come a long way,

we're not out of here yet.

We have our paddles to do,

the water is frigid

-mud's pretty cold. -[woman] yeah.

It's *bleep* cold.

The average human in water temperatures like this,

if you fall in,

you'll get cramped, you'll go under

won't see again, not in this murky water.

We gotta be ready for anything.

We're not out of here till we get on the extraction vehicle.

-Ready? -All right, ready for push off.

One, two, three, go.

-Beautiful. -Whoo-hoo.

-[grunting] -beautiful.

All right, put your shoulders in and let's get moving.

Let's go!

Off to extraction!

[whooping and cheering]

-oh *bleep* -yeah, slow down, slow down.

Look how close I am in the water on the right side here.

Got like, maybe an inch worth of clearance.

We gotta lean left or we're gonna take on water.

[rylie] so, we've taken the canoe before,

everything was fine, but we didn't have any issues.

Now, it maybe that extra person

'cause it's just barely skirting the freezing surface

on the right side.

All right, we might need to have you guys take a person.

Could you guys take rylie?

We can take a person, absolutely.

Come up on the right hand side.

[rylie] if the water even surges a little bit and I fall in,

it could be a medical tap or worse.

All right. Now hold on tight.

And now, rylie, you're gonna crawl right over here.

All right.

Beautiful. All right.

-Now I feel really safe. -Right there. Anywhere here...

-That was a close call. -[rylie] yeah.

All right. We're gravy. Let's go.

-Gravy train, baby. -Yo!

Let's do this.

Forward, hey!

[anthemic music playing]

the harder we paddle, the warmer we'll be.

Yeah, let's get out of this

and let's get to the big water.

[ej] I'm calling out of here with six of these amazing people.

For me, it's about focus.

We're not home yet.

We've got to stay eye on the prize.

Even when it's cold, you have to find a way.

It doesn't matter if frosty the snowman himself is sitting next to me.

I'm making it all the way to extraction.

You see the way up there

-looks like the trail is way up there. -Yeah.

-Straight ahead. -Straight ahead.

That's where freedom is, guys. Right there.

That's right.

It's freaking chilly, man.

Once we hit that open water,

that wind just really starts whipping in there,

really just freezing the hell out of all of us.

Whoo!

I can't feel my whole left side.

I know. My left hand is numb.

You know, this challenge always really tests you

to see what you're made of.

And, uh, you know, I'll miss those moments.

But all in all, I'm not gonna miss

a *bleep* thing about this swamp.

This cold weather has really zapped it out on me

and I'm ready to move on.

It's unbelievable how cold it is.

It's so cold here.

The water drops from the paddling,

they're literally frozen on these top leaves.

I got out of here with my testicles in place,

I don't wanna lose any toes,

so let's get moving!

It's the last push to extraction, legends.

Let's go, baby. We gotta push it.

-Hey. -All right.

Final push, guys, final push!

Keep pushin'.

Empty the tank, baby, empty the tank.

Let's go, baby.

Sixty days, this is what we live for!

This is it! Put it all out there!

We gotta be getting there soon.

Yo, *bleep* guys? We're, uh...

We're getting water down this right hand side.

Canoe is starting to fill up with a little bit of water,

as you can see here.

My feet are sitting in water,

and it is very, very, very cold.

I'm gonna use the pot lid to try to bilge out some water here.

Filling up with water up here too, so.

[max] are you really?

Hurting my body.

My feet are fricking freezing.

You guys all right?

Man!

*bleep* dude.

It's filling up.

Hey, right side.

Your right.

-I know. -It's full of water.

Dude, I know. I know!

Bail!

Get that water out, buddy.

I'm bailing, dude.

You guys behind us?

We're right here.

They might be going under.

You both watch out.

Hurry up!

You're leaning to the right, you're leaning to the right.

Ah!

They might be going under.

You both watch out.

You're leaning to the right, you're leaning to the right.

Ah!

Keep paddling. Keep paddling.

I'm paddling, I'm paddling!

Get close to the shore at least.

Let's go.

Go, go, go, go.

-Keep going. -I'm going.

Keep going, we're almost there.

Keep pushing it pushing it, pushing it.

Go, guys!

Keep going!

Come on, guys!

[grunting]

almost there.

Aw, man, the water's coming in quick.

I hear something.

[rumbling]

look!

[all cheering]

oh, my god.

Right here!

Right here!

Yeah!

Sixty days!

-Sixty days! -Whoo!

That's how long we last for!

[matt] seeing the seaplane is like its own guardian angel

coming down to say, "you know what? You made it."

it's right there.

It's right there.

That's the finish line, guys. Finish strong.

[whoops]

feels like I've been out here for a year of my life.

Sixty days is a long-ass time.

It is something that will test you further than you could ever imagine.

Sixty days!

Dude, I love you, man.

I love you too, man.

[all cheering]

ej!

Get your butt up here.

Get your butt on here, buddy.

[ej] we did it!

Sixty days...

In the swamps,

and we did it as a team.

I'm in last. [shouts] yeah!

I will never know how many steps I took in sixty days,

but I know every one of them was worth it.

[all cheering]

[howling]

I'm the oldest one in here, and I'm still standing!

[whoops]

[engine starts]

[whoops]

oh, yeah!

Yes, yes, let's get out of here.

[howling]

sixty days!

Sixty days! Yes!

[jeff] I've got a little bit of tears in my eyes because I know that...

I get my life back today.

And I know that I just completed the impossible,

for the second time.

Sixty days on naked and afraid.

Oh, yo, yo, yo. It's a marsh.

Dude!

Wow!

Fricking sole survivor of my fricking camp squad.

Well done, man!

Holy crap!

[max] you know, this is bigger than just me.

I started as a fan. Fourteen days.

I came out here to inspire other people of color,

that we deserve to be here. We deserve to be in these outdoor spaces.

And being here at the finish line says it all.

This is the fricking grand slam of naked and afraid.

From a fan to a 60 day legend.

It's really hard to believe I spent 60 days right out here.

It had its ups and downs.

It was the toughest mental challenge I've ever been a part of,

by far.

But, 60 days later,

I am stronger mentally, physically,

and here in spirit.

[all cheering]

and I couldn't have done it without my brother here.

And this lady right here,

who is the only female to have crossed this finish line with us.

[rylie] this challenge is absolutely...

The hardest survival challenge I've ever done.

I never, ever thought that I would be the only woman

to finish this challenge,

because there were amazing women here.

I wanted to quit.

Many, many times I wanted to quit.

But, I couldn't, because...

I want any woman, girl watching this

to see that there's a place for them at the end of every finish line.

If only they continue to push and try and work hard.

And if you don't see a place for yourself at the finish line,

create one.

Fight your way there, and make on for yourself.

[steven] ah, it's amazing what this challenge does to you.

Um, it's, uh...

It can change you in all sorts of ways.

The more you're out here, the more you realize what's important.

It's not about the wins and it's not about the glory.

It's not about being a hero.

That doesn't make me a king, you know?

Being out here, and, uh...

Experiencing wins with others...

Is a way better than experiencing them,

uh, by myself.

And, um...

That...

Right there...

Is what makes this legendary.

[all cheering]

oh, yeah!

[howling]

yes! Go down and let's get to the food!

-[cheering] -[rylie whoops]

oh!

Extraction day feast, baby!

Yes!

Everything that we asked for is on this table.

I know! Peanut butter and jellies!

Salami and cheese.

I'm gonna do a salty plate and then I'm gonna do a sweet plate.

I'm gonna be civilized.

Open up! Oh!

Sweet delicious pancake!

[max laughing]

I'm alive.

Their sandwich is so good.

The biggest salad with all the veggies, feta cheese.

And I just can't get enough of it.

Feel like a rabbit.

I am 106 pounds.

I have not been 106 pounds since middle-school.

I can't wait to eat and gain weight and gain muscle

and be strong again.

Sixty days without a shower.

Insane!

Oh, my god. Black tub.

So nasty.

That's shower number one.

I'm gonna need two more of these.

Oh, god.

Oh, god.

I'm gonna scrub with a actual brillo pad.

Believe it or not, it's only taken two years to grow this beard.

[clicks]

here goes nothing.

It is so matted,

the hair cutter...

All right, I broke my hair trimmer here.

Oh, my god, I feel so much better.

Man, does it feel good to be clean.

There it is.

This is the new me.

Ah!

[laughs]

I don't even look like the same person anymore.

Look at this!

The sights, the sounds, the smells, the people.

Um, god, it's a lot.

It's literally like I came into a whole different world.

Heading out of here.

Officially saying goodbye to the swamp.

[sighs]

I fricking missed the hell out of you, you know.

That's an understatement.

Ah, I'm so proud of you!

I love this woman.

[chuckles]

hey!

I love you.

I love you too.

Woo!

I'm finally home.

After over 60 days.

Here we go.

[sighs]

[exclaiming]

oh, my god, I can't even describe

how it feels to be home after so long.

I finally made it.

Six weeks later, can't complain.

I'm just ready to get back out there.

I'm ready for another 60 days.
