[20 billion]

[Previously on "Mistress"....] It's the money I received in exchange for my husband's life. How can I just spend it away recklessly?

[Husband's life insurance policy 2 billion won]

Is he approaching you to get the insurance money?

Our cafe owner is such a nice person.

I won't hide it. I like you.

Ye Rin!

It's a relief. Some ahjumma brought here here. She said her name is Park Jung Shim.

Hello?

I'm the only man around her she can depend on.

We have the same goal anyhow. Kim Yeong Dae.

[What if her husband was alive?]

[Unknown Caller]

Ye Rin's dad?

Kim Yeong Dae is alive!

- He faked his own death and is hiding somewhere. - Do you have a room?

[All deaths are connected]

You killed Teacher Cha Min Jae!

Na Yoon Jeong killed my dad, right?

Na Yoon Jeong was found dead.

- Episode 7 -

[Suspects]

At the crime scene of Na Yoon Jeong...

we found your husband's fingerprints.

Hello?

You've been alive all this time!!

Why did you do it? Why did you do that to me?

Do you know how much I waited for you?

Why did you do it? Why?

- Tell me. - I'll tell you.

I... I might've well have died.

I was unconsciously floating in the ocean..

I was rescued right before my death.

If you survived... if you were able to survive like that, you should've called me!

I was unconscious.

When I finally came to...

It was already after my funeral.

So, you decided to live as if you were dead?

How about me and Ye Rin who were waiting for you day after day?

You didn't consider us?

I wanted to come.

I thought I was going to go crazy because I wanted to run to you and Ye Rin!

But I remembered my life insurance.

Life insurance money?

You might have heard later that...

Our company... it was about to go bankrupt.

But if I'm filed as dead...

You'll get to receive life insurance money worth 2 billion won.

With that money... I can pay off the debt and with you and Ye Rin...

You'd be able to live the rest of your life not having to worry about money. How can I come out?

And if I did reappear, you'd be happy for a short moment.

But how about after that?

I had called because I wanted to hear your voice.

I thought I was going to go crazy every time.

I couldn't come out into the world.

And I didn't have the courage to tell the truth.

Then, why didn't you just live as if you were dead? Why did you come?

Why did you come and upset me like this?

The police came to see you.

I'm Park Da Soo, an investigator from Seo Won police department.

Then, did you really hurt that beauty salon lady...

It's him.

Han Sang Hoon. The insurance investigator who approached you.

Because no one believes that I'm alive... He killed a woman...

and put my fingerprints everywhere at the crime scene.

He made everyone chase me.

He brought me out into the world.

No way. Where would he get your fingerprints?

I'm sure he went through our house at one point.

This photo was at Kim Yeong Dae's office also.

Did you go through my house?

[Driver's licence of Kim Young Dae]

He must've gotten my fingerprints from my things.

He's more than capable of doing that.

He's been following me relentlessly for a few years.

Se Yeon, don't ever trust that guy.

Don't keep him close. You know what I mean, right?

And how about you? You deceived me, too.

I'm sorry.

I have no excuse when it comes to Sang Hee... I'm so sorry.

I'm sorry...

But I have no feelings for that woman Park Jeong Shim.

I just wanted to take responsibilities for my mistake.

And that woman... She doesn't know that I'm alive.

I have no intention of letting her know.

He was together with the hair salon owner before she died.

Don't ever let him close to you.

If he's willing to sacrifice a human life to get me out into the world...

You're in danger, too.

Na Yoon Jeong died.

I know.

Is that why you called me?

Then do you know this also?

The murder weapon's the drier's cord?

So?

Why did you ask if she's the murderer of your dad?

Are you suspecting me?

No, I'm worried about you.

Why are you worried about me?

You know what? If it was me, I wouldn't kill like that.

I told you that I would burn the body.

No remains. Just the ashes.

Why aren't you getting ready?

Yeah.

[A woman in her fifties found murdered...]

I'll be back.

Don't do that anymore.

Don't make me cancel the reservation due to your conditions.

Is there any reason why you can't go to the hospital?

See you tonight.

Mommy, I feel sick.

Where?

No temperature.

Do you have a stomach ache? Headache?

I just feel weak.

Then you have to ask your teacher to call me, okay?

- Ye Rin. - Huh?

No, nothing. Let's go.

Bye.

Hello.

Good morning.

Good morning.

Hello.

- Have a good day, okay? - Okay.

Bye.

What are you doing?

Did you hear?

You heard that your husband's finger prints were found at the murder scene. He'll get caught soon.

- I'm investigating. - Hey, Han Sang Hoon.

What were you doing on the night when Na Yoon Jeong was murdered?

Aren't you curious?

Who was the last person to see the victim?

I wonder if police investigated that fact thoroughly.

As soon as they found the murderer of Han, she get's killed.

What's this?

Hey, I heard that the investigators came to talk to you. Did you find out anything?

Your husband's finger prints were found at the murder scene.

No, nothing significant.

- I'm here. - Oh, you're here.

- Sorry. Give me some water. - Okay.

What were you guys talking about?

You say it.

You heard that Jae Hee's mother in law was the murdered of Han Sang Hoon.

I was so shocked. I almost did my hair there.

Eun soo's head was almost cut off there.

What are you talking about?

I think Jae Hee's husband used his mother and mistress, trying to find the murderer of Jae Hee.

His mom heard from her son,

so went to Han Sang Hoon's house.

The second degree murder.

When she saw the candle, it wasn't from Jae Hee.

So she misjudged.

That's the reason why she stole the voice recordings of me counseling Jae Hee.

She wanted to find some information about Jae Hee's partner.

Then why didn't she just take Jae Hee's voice recordings?

Why did she open the hair salon here?

So what is it about Chang Hyeon's mistress?

Chang Hyeon wanted to find Jae Hee's murderer.

So he not only used his mistress but his mother, too.

Chang Hyeon probably suspected that Jae Hee was having an affair with Teacher Cha and Kang Tae Oh.

Look. One is our Teacher and the other is Kang Tae Oh.

And this is Chang Hyeon's mom,

and Chang Hyeon's mistress.

So he put his mom to Han San Hoon and his mistress to Kang Tae Oh.

But Chang Hyeon's mistress approached me

pretending to be his wife. This strawberry represents me.

Made me follow Kang Tae Oh.

B****. She made me do her work.

Is Kang Tae Oh wife's name Jin Hye Rim?

Yeah, why?

We had a class mate named Jin Hye Rim, remember?

- Yeah. - Right.

Remember she introduced herself saying that her name's same as an actress in Hong Kong?

Wait. What is this?

Did he suspect that Jae Hee had an affair with her class mates?

Eun soo's partner Mr. Cha and Jin Hye Rim's Kang Tae Oh.

Then the reason she opened the hair salon here is because...

of your husband, Se Yeon?

Hwa Yeong. Why is it so hard to contact you?

I've been busy. Did you bring it?

Yeah.

Are these all the candles from your wife?

Yeah.

Do you have any candle from Bak Jae Hee?

Bak Jae Hee?

Who's that?

You really don't know her?

I don't.

Why would a stranger give me a candle?

Okay then.

Why don't we drink coffee?

I'm busy.

Where are you going?

Your fake wife's house.

I think I should see Son Chang Hyeon one more time.

He would say something since his mom passed away.

Yeah, right. If you find something out, let me know, too.

Welcome.

I'm planning to go where you told me about.

Good thinking. It's better to find out sooner.

Se Yeon, we'll leave.

Okay, call me.

Okay, I'll call you.

Hello.

Bye.

- Hello. - Hello?

I'm Ye Rin's mom.

I'm sorry but I can't find Sang Hee...

- Sang Hee's here now. - What?

How is she there?

Sorry.

I'll be there soon. You're at the cafe, right?

Can we have the girls play a little?

Okay.

House is nice.

Should I get personal information now?

Park So Mi?

What in the world?

I have no feelings towards Park Jeong Shim.

I just wanted to be responsible with the mistakes I made.

Yeah, Eun Soo.

Chang Hyeon got a permission

to go and attend his mom's funeral.

I'm on my way to the funeral. I'll call you back.

Wait, Eun Soo.

Let me go with you.

What about Ye Rin?

You don't have a baby sitter, right?

It's all done.

Is this it?

You brought your husbands sample, right?

Yes.

You can't carry heavy stuff when you're pregnant.

What ever's hard on your body ask me. I can work overtime for you, too.

Hey.

Didn't you forget what you did to me?

I'm really sorry. But I have to change.

For the baby.

Doesn't your husband say anything?

Don't you do anything to my husband. I won't stand it anymore.

Don't worry.

I don't want him to bother us, either.

No, no.

Are you crazy?

You want me to confirm if mom's the murderer on her funeral?

I'm sorry about your mom.

Me too. I don't know who killed Cha Min Jae.

Then do you know why your mom opened hair salon in front of my cafe?

You can tell me, right?

Oh, my goodness.

Your mom really suspected my husband?

Why are you asking me that?

You should talk to the b**** who counseled Jae Hee.

You know who had an affair with her.

I don't know. She never mentioned who it was.

But my mom found out who it was listening to the voice recordings.

Stop it.

She said that she would confirm it with him. She was murdered by him.

Stop it.

That lowlife

She killed Jae Hee and even my mom.

So, tell me! Before I go crazy, tell me everything!

Calm down!

Tell me!

Stay still.

- Tell me! - Quiet!

Welcome, Park So Mi.

You're crazy, huh?

- Excuse me. - Just a moment please!

I'll clean up. You go and take the order.

Thank you.

Thank you!

Mom!

Yeah.

You're awake.

Ye Rin. Who was that man?

I don't know.

What did he say?

Are you feeling alright?

Yes.

And?

He just said I grew up a lot.

Really pesky.

We could not get what the deceased thought, or do nothing with her.

I just want to know the truth.

I kept telling her that is not the teacher...

What are you talking about? You didn't say that?

It was two years ago that Jae Hee, that b****, started changing.

Since the year-end party at the studio... She met that guy after that.

I found she gave the scented candle of love's symbol to someone, which used to be given to me every year.

Who do you think she gave it to?

No, Cha Min Jae isn't the one I'm suspicious of.

Kang Tae Oh.

But why him?

His personality is like that. Simple and ignorant.

Among the people who attended the class, he said something about how he's the most handsome or something...

Simply because of that?

And he said that he saw his wife getting touchy feely with Kang Tae Ho.

But as for Mom...

She didn't listen to what I said at all. She said she was most suspicious about Cha Min Jae, that old man, and went to see him at his house.

But it turns out she was wrong.

But it's not like my mom would give up at that. She changed her direction right away.

To Kang Tae Oh?

No.

The man who went missing right after Jae Hee's death.

Kim Yeong Dae.

Oppa didn't think it was Kim Yeong Dae either. He was suspicious of Kang Tae Ho from the get-go.

But his mom didn't believe what he said, but she only dug after Kim Yeong Dae.

So, he told me to approach Kang Tae Oh.

But why did you come looking for me?

This is embarrassing, but...

I tried to approach him to go into his office or home,

He didn't fall for it easily.

But you thought he'd fall for me?

He did fall for you, Unnie.

Mom made her moves methodically.

She said seeing that his body wasn't found in the ocean, he didn't die. He'll soon appear in front of his wife.

And I heard that she opened up a beauty shop at the studio.

Why did she take Jae Hee's voice recording?

One day, she said she doesn't think it was Kim Yeong Dae.

And the recording that was used as evidence during the trial...

She wanted to listen to Jae Hee, that b****'s voice recording.

And one day, she said she has an idea who Jae Hee's man might be.

I told you what you wanted to hear, so let me ask you for a favor.

Jae Hee's voice recording... If that guy didn't' take it...

Whether it may be the beauty shop or her home, it should be somewhere.

So?

Find that and listen to it.

Find out who killed my mom.

That tape will definitely be of help.

You also wish that it wasn't your husband, right? I'm sure you'd find out if you hear the tape.

Who Jae Hee's other man is and who killed my mom...

I beg you, please.

Se Yeon, hold on.

It's okay.

It wasn't in the beauty shop. So at her home...

It must be at her house.

Se Yeon, don't worry. I'm sure it's not your husband.

Huh?

Na Yoon Jeong even said that she doesn't think it was your husband.

Moreover, how could your dead husband kill someone?

At Na Yoon Jeong's crime scene...

your husband's fingerprints were discovered.

I just want to make sure.

[Viki Ver] OCN E07 Mistress "Suspects" -♥ Ruo Xi ♥-

Then, shall we look for it?

Se Yeon, I think there's someone in there.

Excuse me.

I'm telling you the truth. I just went back then.

Then, why did you go to see her?

I wanted to hear it directly from her. Whether she killed my father herself.

How about today?

I came to look for the candle.

If the candle you gave my father is here, it means Na Yoon Jeong was the culprit.

It's true.

Then, the man you bumped into that night...

Do you remember what he looks like?

I don't know. It was so dark.

When we bumped into each other, he dropped something.

What was that?

A cassette.

I think it was a very small cassette tape.

Think carefully. See if you remember anything else.

I said it was dark!

Whatever it may be... Please think carefully.

An eagle?

I think there was an eagle pattern on the back of his cap.

After being duped several times, I learned my lesson.

They were together right before the beauty salon woman died.

Se Yeon, are you okay?

Where are we going?

Did you forget? We're going to Incheon.

Eun Soo wants to dump the body in the sea.

Stay strong, Se Yeon.

[Baek Jae Hee 1]

Miss Jeong Won, what's going on?

Are you crazy? How did you get into my house?

What?

The blackbox video! You turned it on in our living room!

What are you talking about? Why would I turn that on?

Where are you? See me right now!

That's great. Meet me at my house. You know my address, right?

Let's eat dinner together since we missed out last time.

What do you want to eat?

You did that on purpose to do this, huh?

You crazy bastard!

[Eun Soo]

Se Yeon...

[Eun Soo]

Who is it?

Hello, I'm Ye Rin's aunt.

Did Ye Rin come here by chance?

No, she didn't.

Where did she go?

All right.

H... honey?

Where's my toothbrush?

- Toothbrush? - Toothbrush.

I threw it away since it's about time you got a new one.

What are you saying? I started using that last week.

You did?

Where are you, Honey? Didn't you get off work?

I came out to the market. I'll be home soon.

It's new. Why did she throw that away?

Timing and Subtitles brought to you by the Mysterious Lover Team @Viki

Mom.

Huh?

I want to sleep with my Teddy tonight.

Oh, okay.

How are you feeling?

If you're not feeling better tomorrow, we'll go see a doctor, okay?

Got it?

I don't want to go to the hospital.

Then, shall we pray so that you won't be sick?

Yeah.

What?

I have to pray, so that you won't get sick either, Mom.

Goodnight.

Mom! Don't close the door.

Okay, got it.

[Ah Yeon's dad]

You still deny it?

It's the same USB as the one you sent me.

It's not me.

Why would I do that to your house?

If you do this once more, I'll do this to you.

[Ah Yeon's dad]

[Ah Yeon's dad]

[Ah Yeon's dad]

Boss, what is it?

Huh? The kindergarten bus should be here by now, but it's not here yet.

Yes, Teacher. Is the kindergarten bus running late today?

Didn't you get a call?

What call?

Ah Yeon's dad took Ye Rin.

He said he'd call you.

What? Okay.

The call is not going through...

[Ah Yeon's dad]

What the heck are you doing? Why did you take my child without permission?

Well, that's... I went to pick up Ah Yeon and the two of them wanted to go together.

I had been calling you. You must've been busy.

Even if the kids throw a tantrum about it...

Where are you?

Ye Rin! Ye Rin!

The kids are sleeping.

A nail was sticking out.

Ye Rin!

I said the kids are sleeping.

You know what? The nail... The nail grows in time.

You don't usually notice it, then you start noticing it all of a sudden.

Things like these...

I'll take Ye Rin and leave quietly.

We also have to make things clear between us, right?

Or someone will get hurt.

Se Yeon.

Why are you acting like this? You're making me into a weirdo.

Sit down.

Ye Rin... It seemed like she had a fever. So, I gave her some medicine. That's okay, right?

[Eun Soo]

[Jang Se Yeon]

Se Yeon...

Why are you doing this to me?

Se Yeon, why are you doing this to me?

I'm becoming so sad.

Na Yoon Jeong...

Did you kill her?

Things like this... is making me so sad.

Then, why did you leave with Jae Hee's tape from that house?

How much do you know, Se Yeon?

Someone saw you coming out of that house, Sang Hoon.

That's why I came to your house in a hurry.

That's right. I bumped into someone. A student. What did he say?

Is this it? The thing you were looking for in my house?

Are you Jae Hee's lover?

I'm so upset.

Can't you tell I'm doing all this for you?

For... for me?

Do you really think I'm Baek Jae Hee's lover?

I know Baek Jae Hee's lover is Kim Yeong Dae and he's also the one who killed her.

I want to reveal that fact!

So, why are you so suspicious of my husband?

The time Baek Jae Hee died and the time Kim Yeong Dae disappeared are the same!

That has to be revealed, so that why...

Kim Yeong Dae is hiding as if he's dead. We can find out the reason!

So, why are you so suspicious of my husband?

So that you'll believe what I say once you know what kind of person Kim Yeong Dae is!

When Kim Yeong Dae came to you...

I thought you might get hurt. I'm doing this because I'm worried for you!

Is that why you killed Na Yoon Jeong?

You even put my husband's fingerprints at the crime scene?

What did you and how much of it did you hear?

Kim Yeong Dae came to you, right?

Are you going to continue this?

How can I meet a dead man?

How much longer will you accuse a dead man for your crime?

I didn't kill Na Yoon Jeong.

She was already dead when I got there.

You're lying again.

Right, I'm the person I met Na Yoon Jeong last. I'm the one who dropped her off at home.

But I had to hear this tape again, so I went to her again.

When I got there, her doors were open already. She was already dead.

I just came out with these tapes.

Then, you must've heard those tapes, right?

Is Jae Hee's lover really my husband?

Did my husband kill Jae Hee?

Tell me. Answer me!

I was wrong.

Then, who is it?

Just a moment.

What's this?

Congratulations.

Huh?

Why didn't you tell me?

What?

Right. Inside the candle you gave me two years ago, I found this.

That's why you told me to wear this.

- Are you hungry? - Yeah.

I'll prepare dinner quickly. Let's have a party.

What...

But...

Jeong Won.

Thanks.

[Burdensome Kwon Min Gyu]

Who do you think it is?

I told you not to call.

There's something I didn't tell you because I didn't want you to blame me.

There's nothing more to blame. Bye.

Wait. You have to hear me out on this.

When I sent you the blackbox USB... I'm really sorry.

I was so angry then.

What is it about?

When I sent you the USB, I sent it to your husband, too.

I had asked you at the library. Did your husband say anything to you?

I was relieved that your husband seems to be brushing it off. But when I heard that your video was on in your living room...

I thought I'd better tell you.

Even if you blame me.

You on the phone? It's done. Hurry and come.

Hwang Dong Seok. Han Jeong Won's husband, Chef Hwang Dong Seok.

Nonsense.

Mom...

I have a nosebleed.

Ye Rin! What's wrong?

He's a scary man. So, leave him. Don't ever trust him.

Have you heard of someone named Na Yoon Jeong?

I've never heard of her.

If Han Sang Hoon is making Dong Seok as Jae Hee’s lovers,

and fabricate your dead husband as the killer of Na Yoon Jeong,

then he is a really dangerous person.

I told you he's alive.

He disappeared.
