[Ep 53]

I have taken the revenge for you.

Please give me the jade seal.

The emperor gave the jade seal to me.

But I put it in a secret place.

Who knows what you will do with the jade seal?

Who knows if you will kill me after you get the jade seal?

You think I can't find it if you don't tell me?

Your range of activities is limited to the imperial bedroom.

Jade seal must be here.

No.

Your revenge succeeds.

It's good for you if you cooperate with me.

Don't test my patience.

Where is the jade seal?

It's too early to feel happy for you.

Bring him up.

What do you want?

Even if I can't find the jade seal, I can help the lord ascend the throne.

I appreciate your cooperation, your Highness.

We found Xuan Benxu.

But he has been killed.

His head is chopped off.

He has no jade seal.

No jade seal in the imperial study and the bedroom.

Where is Jinxiu?

My men saw she was with imperial concubine Li.

Imperial concubine Li?

Xuan Fuche loves imperial concubine Li a lot.

She knows where the jade seal is.

Xuan Benxu and Xuan Fucheng died one after another.

Who gets the Jade seal and help father

ascend the throne is the biggest hero.

Go, find imperial concubine Li.

We tried to find her but in vain.

I find, Fengde changed many maids in key places.

So ma'am Jin wants to take the initiative.

Jinxiu again.

Don't worry.

They can't go out of the city gate.

Now they are in the palace.

Your are right.

Hua Jinxiu didn't find the jade seal.

Otherwise, she won't take imperial concubine Li.

So imperial concubine Li knows where the jade seal is.

If she doesn't tell me, it's useless even if we catch her.

Zhang Demao.

Here's my order.

And find them at all costs.

Yes.

Tonight, you need to find them and jade seal.

Otherwise, it's a big crime that I and brother left Xidu without permission.

Let's go to imperial concubine Li's bedroom.

The most dangerous place is the safest.

Song Minglei won't know you are in the hall.

Why do you catch us here?

You don't give me jade seal.

So you need to help Xuan Fuche's young son

Xuan Benqi ascended the throne.

When the lord returns, Xuan Benqi will abdicate.

The lords need to know I help him take the throne.

Jade seal. The lord has the throne.

I think nothing is more important than this.

Ok.

I promise you.

Second brother and Jinxiu want to get ahead of us.

We need to find the jade seal before them.

Just two of us?

Where to find it?

They have so many people but they still can't find it.

Sir.

We have searched all the palace.

We find no trace of imperial concubine Li.

Imperial concubine Li knows where the jade seal is.

I have an intelligence.

Yuan Qingjiang captured Biancheng.

They will come to Dongdu tomorrow.

Tonight we must find the jade seal anyway.

Yes.

Great.

The world will be mine.

You can take the throne ahead of Yuan Qingjiang.

But Yuan Qingjiang holds a strong army.

I have everything arranged secretly.

Feiyan, Feiqing are my hostages.

But remember.

No one can harm them.

Otherwise, I will make them pay.

Yes.

Fang.

Get me a candle.

What?

I need a candle.

Here.

Put it in.

What is this?

Fang.

Look at these patterns.

It's like the lines on baby's clothing?

Something wrong?

It's made of baby's clothing.

And this.

If I guess right,

This golden lock belongs to imperial concubine Li's late son.

It can't be.

Master.

We have searched for a whole night.

But we still can't find them.

Zhang Demao.

Did you see little prince Xuan Benqi?

He disappeared too.

I know where they went.

Follow me.

Dongting is destroyed at last.

The troubled world has ended.

Young master.

According to your instructions,

we have recruited some ministers

and Dou Yinghua's former followers

And the rest of them retire and go home.

Ok.

Dou Yinghua's mansion is in Biancheng.

Do we...

Dou Yinghua is a tough premier.

We can't get his family implicated.

Here is my order.

All Yuan's army cannot disturb the people.

And can't bully those ministers.

Whoever disobeys my order will be executed.

Yes.

Young master, you are so broad-minded.

So admiring.

I will follow you with my rest life.

Stand up.

On strategy, no men can outsmart her.

Sister.

Long time no see.

I think we think the same way.

The heir of Xuan family is only Yuan Benqi.

Let him ascend then throne and then he can abdicate.

So you need to come to imperial hall.

What a pity, sister.

I will achieve your plan for you.

Hurry.

You always go ahead of me for the past decade.

This time I will steal your thunder.

Fengding.

Imperial concubine Li.

Please help the little prince Xuan Benqi ascend the throne.

Ma'am Jin, lest you regret it.

I won't regret.

Stop.

Imperial concubine Li.

We welcome the new emperor.

On your knees.

Long live the emperor...

Song Minglei attacked imperial concubine Li.

Take him down.

Who dares!

Ma'am Jin.

I didn't have the time to tell you this.

New emperor can ascend the throne without the jade seal.

But if the new emperor needs jade seal

to exercise military power, cede land and abdicate

Otherwise it's invalid.

Mind blown, sister.

Imperial concubine Li.

Queen mother.

The capital is surrounded by Yuan's army.

When the lord returns, it's not your decision to make.

How can you handle the collapsing dynasty with your little son?

We may not lose if we take action now.

We should venture the last fight.

No.

Who dares!

Impossible.

Why he could come back so fast?

Congratulations, our young emperor.

Long live the emperor.

Rise.

Lord.

The emperor told me, he has something for you.

Please, your Royal Highness.

Never mind.

Today's situation is out of my control.

Yes.

Minister Yuan, wait a moment.

I need to fetch something.

I am sorry, the jade seal is lost.

Punish me, lord Jin.

Lord.

Xuan family is doomed.

The world is yours whether you have jade seal or not.

No.

It's about whether I am a rebel or the rightful emperor.

I can't be infamous.

I really can't be an emperor?

Jade seal is here.

Why do you know jade seal is here?

Imperial concubine Li is thoughtful.

She made a lampshade with little prince's clothes.

And she put the golden lock on it.

So the lamp is very important to her.

So something important is here.

Tomorrow Jinxiu and second brother will have a dispute.

Till then, you should wait at the entrance for Feibai.

And give this to him when he arrives.

Feibai is in Biancheng, right?

Don't worry.

Feibai will come.

Welcome back, father.

Fortunately, I have you.

Impossible.

Yuan Feibai is in Biancheng.

Sima Ju, it's you again.

Fang.

After you sent the letter to Feibai,

you need to write another one.

You should tell him Song Minglei led

Ming's force into the palace for usurpation.

Song Minglei should be arrested to end the troubles.

Yuan Qingjiang.

I won't allow you to be the emperor.

Intelligence.

Lord.

These people are lurking around the palace gate.

They are suspicious. So we caught them.

Lord, you need to make the decision.

What's their identity?

According to the clothing and weapons,

they are from Linde army.

Father.

You have taken Linde army back.

Why do they ambush outside the hall?

And you have Song grounded in Purple Garden.

Why is he here now?

Father, have mercy.

Father.

I am sorry.

Please punish me, father.

I won't punish you now.

Thank you, father.

Thank you, father.

Take them away.

Yes, get up.

Go.

Your Majesty.

I have found the jade seal for you.

I abdicate today.

Yuan Qingjiang will be the emperor.

Armymen fight hard on the battlefield.

The chivalrous men help those in dire need.

The righteous men assist the emperor with loyalty.

Scholars serve the country with their knowledge.

Envoys will secure the diplomacy.

The marshal knows the world.

Young master.

Young master.

Rosemallow.

Feibai.

I am back.

Are you injured?

I'm fine.

Feibai.

Dongting is destroyed right?

We end the troubled world.

My good Rosemallow.

You are such a prophet.

You even take brother into account.

You are twins.

It's the providence.

Father told the truth, right?

Feiyan.

I did cultivate them in secret.

You and your brother need soldiers.

Feiyan.

I assist brother all these years.

I never harm you.

I know.

Husband.

I am so afraid.

I don't know why I am so afraid.

Don't worry, Feiyan.

It's you.

Return the purple mine.

You know the current situation.

Feibai will be the crown prince.

Your son will be the prince.

Believe me.

He will live far better than many people.

It's enough.

Stop here.

So you choose to stand with them.

You want to my enemy, right?

I can't let you make more mistakes.

Unless I die.

Otherwise, I will follow you everywhere till you go on the right track.

Guangqian.

You ambushed at the palace gate.

Brother.

I did everything for us.

I never mean to harm you.

Yeah.

But you want to kill my father.

No.

No?

Why don't you turn around and look at me?

Guangqian.

How many secrets do you have?

We used to believe each other so much.

But now you are so distant from me.

Brother.

If I want to kill father, why do I wait till now?

If I want to harm Yuan family,

Have I harmed you and Feiyan?

Guanqian.

You are as eloquent as ever.

I know you never hurt me.

But I warn you.

You can't harm my family.

Otherwise I make you pay even if I die.

Yuan Qingjiang was born in troubled times.

He served three emperors in his lifetime.

But he is still concerned about the world.

Finally he unites the whole country and make a new dynasty Great Yuan.

Long live the emperor...

I thought about this for a long time.

I want to give them official posts according to their ability.

What do you think of the roster?

Your Majesty.

You become the emperor for not long.

We need to address the speech issues.

And the diplomacy.

But if you order the princess and his husband to handle speech issue,

and the eldest prince to handle the state etiquette,

I beg to disagree.

Song Minglei is showing his ambition.

Now we need to undermine his military power for observation.

Feiqing is meek and quiet.

He needs more experience.

But you tell lord Jing to supervise three provinces,

and take charge in six departments like the crown prince.

And princess Jing is in charge of the business.

I am afraid it's too partial.

The wind destroys the outstanding trees.

The foundation of the tree is stronger with the wind and frost.

You and imperial concubine help general Yu make military armor.

for some purpose?

Chen Yujiao.

You have them monitored.

Keep me informed.

Yes.

Xie Meixiang is the queen.

I have done so much for him.

But I am just the imperial concubine.

Do you still remember me?

My spies in Purple Garden told me,

she is Hua Bin's descendant.

It's you.

Fourteen years ago.

You killed all the villagers in Hua's cove with wolves.

You killed my parents.

We sisters become orphans.

You are Hua Bin's daughter.

Thank you for forgiving me last time.

No.

Twice.

So we can meet here now.

It's you.

You help Yuan Qingjiang win the world.

All my fault.

I should have killed you earlier.

You will answer for what you did.

My parents died because of you.

Whenever I think of that scene in my childhood,

I can't wait to eat you alive.

Now you become a prisoner. This is retribution.

What goes around comes around.

I will kill you today.

Dou Yinghua.

You killed my parents and Hua's cove.

Have you ever thought you would have today?

All of you come to Yuan family.

Ridiculous.

Yes.

You should take all the credit.

Yuan Qingjiang won't treat you very well.

In this troubled world, who can say

he is innocent and absolutely upright?

This is for my father and mother.

And hundreds of lives in Hua's cove.

This is for my father.

And my mother who you forced to death.

Mom. -Don't look.

Enough.

I am the emperor.

I will be waiting for you in hell.

I...

Jinxiu.

Fang.

Since you have chosen to follow Rosemallow,

we have nothing to say.

Jinxiu.

Jinxiu.

I know all about you.

Stop fighting against your sister.

You are sisters.

In this world, you two are my family.

It's the past.

Why?

Why do we become like today?

After father's ascension to the throne,

he takes back the military power,

and appoints the officials.

I think father fears the talented and meritorious ministers.

I never covet the position of crown prince.

I have a clear conscience.

I did nothing wrong.

I'm worried about you.

Nowadays Jun's store is as rich as the country.

You control the economy of the country.

You will invite envy.

We have no intention in this.

But we are always implicated.

Feibai.

My biggest wish is to live in seclusion with you.

Rosemallow.

I promise you.

After the country settles down, I will resign.

We will leave the palace.

And lead a free life.

But father thinks you are his heir.

No.

Throne and power are nothing for me.

You are the treasure of my life.

Tea. Ma'am.

Piss off.

Feiyan.

You are not angry with me, right?

I feel bad for you.

You made so many military merits for father.

But now you are just an imperial censor.

But Yuan Feibai can supervise three provinces and six departments.

People all know father is partial to Feibai.

Now my brother is in charge of diplomacy.

It's just like exile.

Now only Feibai has the call.

Father is so ridiculous.

He leaves the ecomony and stability to Hua Rosemallow.

Even Hua Rosemallow can have an impostant post.

But we have nothing.

Hua Rosemallow has Jun's store.

I can understand father's decision.

Jun's store.

Hua Rosemallow is Jun Mowen, as rich as the country?

Yuan Feibai.

Hua Rosemallow.

God bless them.

We and brother can't save the day if it goes on like this.

It's time to start with Jun's store.

We need to sabotage their main sources at all costs.

But Jun Mowen is Hua Rosemallow.

I was so confused.

I didn't understand this until we were together.

The one who loves you matters most.

Now we need to beware of Hua Jinxiu.

I doubt, that she scapegoated me with purple dagger.

It's her?

My men are investigating.

If it's her, I will make her pay.

Your Highness.

I forced myself to struggle for power.

Now I'm leaving.

I feel so relieved.

Feiyan.

Forgive me without saying goodbye.

Guangqian.

I'm going far.

Our friendship comes to an end.

Husband.

Husband.

We will be thousands of miles apart

after you leave on a diplomatic mission.

Wait for me to come back.

Husband.

My country is subverted.

I will be melancholy here.

Husband, please take me with you.

I want to be with you till the end.

Ok.

Go.

Live a happy life with princess Shuyi.

Don't come back.

I think you all know.

The emperor leaves the task of people's livelihood to me.

Great.

Sister.

The emperor gives you such an important task.

It's a good thing.

What's wrong?

It's not as good as it sounds.

The emperor wants to see what we can do for the country.

And now Feibai is the famous prince Jing.

If the world knows his relationship with Jun's store,

a lot of rumors will circulate around.

So from today on,

I will stay behind.

Fang will be the honcho of Jun's store in public.

You will make the calls.

Jun's store will work together with the government.

To revitalize people's livelihood in the capital.

Sister, don't worry.

I won't fail you.
