[Ep 50]

Your Majesty.

Your Majesty.

So kind of you.

Your Majesty.

Xiyan, say hello to them.

Your Majesty...

Your Majesty...

Your Majesty...

Go.

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

Xiyan. Look great, right?

Yes...

Come in.

Father, where are we?

Parents used to bring you up here.

You used to sleep here.

Such a small bed, how can I sleep there?

Very sharp.

Father, what is this?

It's mother's working tool.

She is so capable.

She can do men's work.

Pretty clean.

I didn't expect the villagers would keep here so well.

Xiyan. Xiyan.

What's wrong? Are you ok?

Xiyan.

Why are you so hot?

Xiyan.

Xiyan.

The disease is very strange.

Persistent high fever and black abscesses.

Then they will die of ulceration.

No medicine works so far.

To prevent its spread, we have to put the patients here.

The plague is coming menacingly.

It spreads to Nanguo's northern mountains.

What should we do?

I don't believe there is an incurable disease in this world.

Patriarch.

You see much of the world.

I believe you will have a way out.

My grandma told me about this disease.

She called this disease black acne.

No herbs can cure it.

Except a strange flower called cicada slough.

But it's just a legend.

It grows in the dark.

Let alone Nanguo,

it's not easy to find it in the world.

Don't worry.

You will be all right.

Meng Zhao.

Yes.

Find cicada slough at any cost.

Yes, your Majesty.

We have just married for three days.

Now you have to go to the battlefield in Yanzhou.

I'm sorry.

It's men's duty.

Your triumphant return is the best gift.

Wait for me.

Yes, I will wait for you.

Sir.

I want to tell you two things.

First.

I think the emperor is better than young master Feibai.

For everything.

Second.

This is the emperor's letter for you.

Jun village and Xiyan are infected with the plague.

Only cicada slough can cure them.

What should we do?

We should help them.

Don't worry about, Xiaoyu.

Cicada slough.

Cicada slough is going to bloom, look.

Ma'am...

Ma'am, you can't enter.

Ma'am...

You just get married, I don't think you are here to have a nice talk.

Jinxiu.

Jun village's plague is raging.

They need cicada slough.

I am here because I need your cicada slough.

Are you begging me?

Jinxiu.

I know you still hate me.

But now Jun village is in crisis.

I hope you could leave the personal grudge behind.

None of my business.

Yes.

It's none of your business.

But they helped me.

I hope you can give us cicada slouth.

I can do everything for you.

Everything?

Give me Jiangyuan and Shangxun.

Why? You say, you will do everything for me, right?

Now you want to break your words?

Jinxiu.

I can't give you those two books.

Since you have no sincerity, we don't need to waste more time.

Chuyi.

Yes.

Send her out.

Yes.

Ma'am, please.

Enough.

I can't give you Jiangyuan.

But I can give you Shangxun.

Sister.

You have no position to bargain with me.

I have been doing business in recent years.

I didn't study art of war.

I really can't remember Jiangyuan.

And art of war is not a play.

It's about hundreds of lives.

Even if I can write from memory, you won't learn it, right?

Ok.

Just give me Shangxun.

Ok.

Father.

Mother.

I am so cold.

Don't be afraid.

Mother is looking for medicine for you.

Don't be afraid.

I will always be by your side.

Stay strong.

Hold on, ok?

I don't understand.

Why do you give Shangxun to Ma'am Jin?

Jinxiu is ambitious.

Once she has Jiangyuan, she will kill more people.

And Shangxun will help her make more money.

Shangxun is the better option than Jiangyuan.

Ma'am Jin is a bad woman. She even doesn't deserve Shangxun.

Jinxiu is not a bad woman.

I'm sorry for her.

Xiaoyu, tell Chunlai to send cicada slough to Jun village.

Yes.

Such a good book.

No wonder sister could be Jun Mowen within three years

Fengding.

I will make a shopping list.

You need to buy tomorrow.

You should take all these money.

I want to buy a share of the largest store in Xidu.

How is my second brother going?

I am sorry.

These days, Song Minglei didn't go out of Purple Garden.

But ma'am, rest assured.

I will keep a close eye on him.

My second brother is smart.

He knows he is followed.

What should we do?

We should kill Song Minglei so Yuan Feiqing could be implicated.

We'd better to take the initiative.

How's it going?

Sir.

Wang Hu sold all the gems from Gongyue.

Then he recruited lots of recruits.

I am training them day and night.

Soon we will see the difference.

Well done.

Actually we could use Linde army.

Did Yuan Qingjiang know something's wrong?

I am worried about this too.

But rest assured.

I will handle it.

Young master.

Yuan Qingjiang defeated our armies along the way.

Now they retreat to Jizhou.

What to do?

Premier.

You told me your army is invincible, right?

Premier.

Premier, you said, you could save the day, right?

At this time, they are attacking Jizhou.

Our Dongting will die once they break into Jizhou.

Dou Yinghua, what are you doing?

Dou Yinghua.

Guards.

What are you doing?

There would be no Dongting without me.

Your Majesty.

Your Majesty.

Chunlai.

Your Majesty.

Mr. Jun gave you this.

Correct.

This is cicada slough.

I saw it in books.

I knew Rosemallow could find it.

Tell the villagers to cook it.

Remember to leave a bowl for Xiyan.

Send the rest to ancestral hall.

Yes.

This is the medicine Mr. Mowen got from Xiting.

Drink while it's warm.

Patriarch.

They have taken the medicine.

Now we need to wait for the result.

Ancestors.

I swear with my life.

Please help them.

Bless our villagers.

Patriarch, what should we do?

Xiyan.

You have taken the medicine. Feeling better?

Xiyan.

Xiyan.

Don't scare me.

You will be fine after taking medicine.

Are you all right, Xiyan?

Father.

Mother.

My stomach hurts so much.

Does it hurt here?

I will rub it for you.

You took the medicine.

You will be fine.

Xiyan. Xiyan.

You will feel better after vomiting.

It's fine after vomiting.

Wake up.

Xiyan. wake up.

Did I do something wrong?

Why do you want to take all my beloved?

It's still not enough?

Father.

Xiyan.

You're awake.

You're awake.

You're awake.

I am not cold anymore.

I am thirsty.

Ok.

I remember you like honey water.

I will get it for you now.

Patriarch.

It's so effective.

The patients had vomiting and diarrhea.

So the malaria in the body was discharged.

Patriarch, great.

Great.

Patriarch, the emperor.

Your majesty, you are here.

How's it going?

Great.

Your Majesty.

They are recovering.

God bless us.

God bless us.

God bless us.

Your Majesty.

What's up?

The plague here is contained.

But the ourbreak in the northen mountains is exploding.

There are some patients in Wozhou and Yeyu.

The plague is going to endanger our country.

Your Majesty, don't worry.

Mowen can find two cicada slough.

I believe she can find more.

She will not abandon Nanguo's people.

Without further ado.

Send a letter to Rosemallow as soon as possible.

Your father doesn't allow me to go to the battlefield.

But I can make a lot of money.

I will expand Fengde army and find more aides.

Now it's intense on the battlefield.

I am well prepared.

Your father will let me go to the battlefield.

I do this all for you.

After I make a lot of money, I will buy a lot of fields for you.

And hire more strategists.

You will have a bright future.

Ma'am.

Shush.

What happened?

A large number of satins and jades are overstocked.

And.

It's been raining these days. And the warehouse's leakage.

All satins are soaked in water.

I am afraid they can't be sold.

Hua Rosemallow.

Hua Rosemallow.

Xiyan. Xiyan. Xiyan.

Sir.

It's the emperor's urgent letter.

Maybe princess Xiyan is fine now.

Sir, what's wrong?

Yuerong says, the plague in Jun village is contained.

But now the plague runs south.

Hundreds and thousands of lives are at stake.

I have to beg Jinxiu again.

The plague ravages Nanguo.

Please give me more cicada slough.

You are so funny.

I gave you all my cicada slough, right?

Can you tell me, where you get the cicada slough?

I want to buy at a high price.

Nanguo's people need it very much.

I beg you on their behalf.

Sister.

I helped you.

But in the end, what did you do to me?

I do business according to your Shangxun.

I purchase the silk and jade in high demand.

But it's unsaleable now.

I ruined all my money.

You want to deny that you tampered with Shangxun?

Jinxiu.

In business, time is important.

The cargos are important too.

Silk and jewelry are for the royal family and rich family.

Ordinary people don't have money to buy luxurious things every day.

You live a rich life for a long time.

You forget ordinary people only afford the necessities?

Sister.

You seem to disabuse me.

But with sarcasm.

Ok.

I will suffer the loss this time.

But cicada slough, I really can't help you.

Jinxiu.

In childhood, you saw a fish jumping out of the fish pond,

and it died on the ground of thirsty.

you would cry for a long time.

But now it's about thousands of lives.

Why are you so selfish and cold-hearted?

Selfish?

Cold-hearted?

I'm not as lucky as you.

God bless you.

Duan Yuerong and the second brother both care about you.

You are the emperor's princess Zhenjing.

You have Feibai's love.

Even Zhang Zhiyan can send troops to Jingguan for you.

But I have no one to rely on but myself.

Sister.

You stand high.

What's your qualification to mock me?

Jinxiu.

I am sorry that I choose Feibai.

But I never mean to hurt you.

I don't want to compete against you for anything.

After all, we are twin sisters.

This is where I am ashamed.

Everyone says you don't compete for anything.

But why do you give Jiangyuan to Yuan Feibai?

Within three years you have the empire of Jun's store.

Sister.

I never thought to outcompete you.

This time I want to win for once.

I want to see how many people will die in Nanguo.

Jinxiu.

I felt sorry for you because of my love with Feibai.

I left Feibai for three years.

But now I want to thank Feibai for waiting for me.

I also want to thank Feibai for not choosing you.

Because now you are too selfish to deserve Mr. Snow.

Jinxiu.

The people die in Nanguo is my gift for your marriage.

Chuyi.

Yes.

Send her out.

Ma'am, please.

Sir, why are you crying again?

Hua Jinxiu bulied you again?

Why is she so vicious?

I must cheer up.

Xiaoyu.

Get me paper and pen.

I need to write a letter.

Now I can only ask him for help.

Where do the yellow ribbons come from?

Am I dreaming?

Why it's you?

Why are you haunting everywhere?

You're drunk.

Let me send you back.

Why are you so stingy?

Who the hell are you?

I am so drunk.

But why do I dream of you?

I'm drunk.

Why do I need a dream?

It's dawn.

I will wake up from the dream.

I don't want to see you again.

I don't want to see you again.

Just a dream.

But why do I dream of him again?

Husband.

Your birthday is coming.

What gift do you want?

You are my best gift.

Brother.

Princess.

It's going well on the frontline.

But father takes Linde army back in the name of borrowing.

He only takes Yuan Feibai and Yu Feiyan there.

Now they two are sweeping across the frontline.

I am afraid Yuan's army only recognizes

young master Feibai instead of you.

Brother.

I know you didn't let it go.

Now it's the most critical time in the competition of the heir.

I hope you won't give up because of me.

Whatever.

Now I have no military power.

As long as you and Feiyan are doing great, forget all the past.

Guangqian.

Be good to Feiyan.

She loves you a lot.

Feiyan.

I will treat her well.

And you are my best friend.

What are you going to do?

Nothing.

I am waiting for an opportunity.

Brother.

I won't let you live under father and Yuan Feibai forever.

Guangqian.

I and Feiyan lost so much.

All we hope is to live a happy life.

I see you as my best friend.

Listen to me.

Don't mess it up.

Almost forgot.

Your birthday is coming.

As I know, you love collecting daggers.

I will give you the best one.

Guangqian.

Feibai.

I thought you were on the battlefield.

Yes.

But Rosemallow sent me a letter.

She needs cicada slough to save her friend.

I am back to give her a surprise.

It lives in the dark.

So it grows in soil buried with purple mines.

But it can bloom in the darkness.

So it is the best of all medicines.

Feibai.

If mother could see you marry Rosemallow,

I believe she would rest in peace.

So promise me.

You will be happy with your Rosemallow.

Brother.

I think I steal your life.

And your happiness.

I am happy when you are happy.

In my life, I am sorry for her.

So no matter what,

I will guard her with all my life.

You and Rosemallow should forgive her.

Ok?

Take it.

Go.

Your hair has the petal of Xilin.

Madam, you were drunk last night.

You wen to Xilin?

No wonder Yuan Feibai's lukewarm relationship with me.

Indifferent sometimes.

The one I fell in love is not him.

I'm so pitiful.

I love someone that I don't even know his name.

For so many years.

Sorry.

Tell me.

Your name.

My name is Sima Ju.

Sima Ju.

Han Xiuzhu told me to serve Yuan Qingjiang for Yuan Feibai's future.

I had no choice.

I just thought he looked down on me.

He thought I am dirty.

But I come to realize now.

He is afraid to expose the secrets

between you brothers because of me.

This is why you stay with my father.

Even you think only my sister deserves Yuan Feibai?

I deserve what I got.

I deserve the insignificant sacrifice.

I should be trampled by others, right?

What are your qualifications to trample others' lives?

I owe you far more than I thought..

Ok.

I will repay you with my life.

Great.

As you wish.

You all bully me.

You all lie to me.

You all abandon me.

I so envy my sister.

Everyone is ready to help her.

I didn't believe in fate before.

I believe it now.

Some people are born to be blessed by god.

Some people can't defy against the god in their entire life.

Jinxiu.

If you stop from here,

be good to your sister and take care of my father,

you still could be flamboyant ma'am Jin.

You think this is what I want?

But this is the best way for you.
