[Ep 42]

Rosemallow, you are poisoned by Inseparable, in Life or Death.

It's used to tame the obstinate women.

They fear your intelligence most.

Everyone has the history that he doesn't want to mention.

And what you see is not definitely true.

I can feel your love for Feibai.

Your love is purer than Tianchi on the snowy mountain.

He also loves you.

Rosemallow.

You are so happy.

Maid.

Thank you for your help.

I hope you will like it.

This is the antidote for you.

Because I was poisoned just like you.

When lord Jin and me were in love,

his father came over a long distance.

Maybe in his eyes,

I am the unruly woman.

He told me take poison in front of lord Jin.

To prove my love and loyalty to lord Jin.

Lord Jin was at odds with his father.

But I took the medicine without hesitation.

I told lord Jin, I like the name.

Inseparable, in Life or Death.

It's our contract.

But I can't leave my country for him.

Finally he left Gongyue.

He came back a year later.

With antidote.

He told me that he couldn't stay Gongyue with me.

He fell in love with another woman.

He failed me.

What a pity.

Your Majesty.

Why didn't you take the antidote?

I never change my heart.

I don't need it.

Lady Huaxi.

Mr. Snow.

I wish you happy.

Even if Feibai can do everything for me,

I can't let him be the laughing stock because of me.

Let alone he turns against his father for me.

I can't be with Feibai, so I don't need the antidote.

Why does the cruel poison exist in the world?

Why give it such a touching name?

Why have you been every day?

You go out early and come back late.

Don't ask, I want to give you a surprise.

You are such a mischievous girl.

Surprise?

Second brother.

On the sacrifice day, Ming Fengqing will take a big action.

You can't go.

How do you know this?

That's all I want to say.

Second brother.

I didn't expect you would be from Ming family.

I didn't expect you would fall in love with Yuan Feibai.

I know your revenge.

But when will the revenge come to the end?

Feiyan loves you so much.

Don't fail her.

Second brother.

It's not too late to rectify mistakes.

After we go back, I and Feibai won't

mention what happened in Gongyue.

Rectify mistakes?

Sister.

You are afraid that I will

handle Yuan Feibai with Ming's force right?

Second brother.

How can you say this?

You are our second brother.

Why do you become like this?

We grow up together.

But you don't even know what struggle I have been through.

You know how it feels

when you see your family is annihilated?

You know the torment of being forced to live in hatred?

You know the pain of being manipulated?

Or you know the only reason that you live is to seek revenge?

Second brother.

You can tell me all these.

Rosemallow.

Your heart is always full of sunshine.

How can I tell you this?

Second brother.

As long as you turn around now,

I will always be the sunshine behind you.

Why?

Why did you choose Yuan Feibai?

Because he illuminates my life.

He is more important than my life.

I have told you all.

Rosemallow will tell the queen about this.

Aunt.

I want to see if you are more powerful than the queen.

Rosemallow.

Thank you for the love you gave me when I was young.

And you brought Biying to me.

I will help her forget all the past.

It's the time to forget you.

Rosemallow is busy today.

She has no time to cook medicine for you.

So I do this on her behalf.

I prepared the medicine for you.

You should drink it.

You're unhappy?

You want me to feed you?

Ok...

Come. Mr. Snow.

Don't drink?

Rosemallow did this for you, then I have to throw away.

Why it's so bitter?

Don't worry, you won't die.

It's goldthread soup.

All the bitter Rosemallow has suffered

over the last three years is in there.

You should have a try.

Well.

Where are you over the past three years?

She is rich now and you appear suddenly.

Shameless.

Let me tell you.

I owe her a debt for the past.

But I will repay her tenfold in my future.

She has been poisoned for four years.

She won't live much longer.

Even if you repay her a thousand times,

it's not a big deal.

What are you doing?

From today on, I will follow you everywhere.

I will keep an eye on you every day.

You won't have a chance to talk with Rosemallow in private.

Because you don't deserve it.

Ma'am.

Enter.

So the lord is quite interested in my gift.

We made the first step.

Second step.

You should let Shi Qingpei know recently

I often come and go to the suburb.

Ma'am, it's...

I will let the lord know my gift from his mouth.

Yes.

Your Majesty.

Your Majesty, we need to terminate the sacrifice.

Because we don't know Ming's force.

Rosemallow.

How do you know this?

Last night, my second brother told me.

He is from Ming family.

But he is not a bad guy.

He has his difficulty.

I will take him back to the right way.

The sacrificial ritual goes on as usual.

Your majesty. No.

I choked carefree palace with fumes.

Also sent the army into the carefree palace.

But because the maze is too tortuous.

it's all in vain.

This time they come for us.

I won't miss the opportunity.

Your Majesty.

I want to participate in the sacrifice.

Because I am worried about my brother.

What are you doing?

Stop...

Don't move.

I have told you, here is for white jade candlestick.

Not this.

That's the mutton-fat jade.

Stop.

Go...

I have told you, don't put anything here.

It's for the ancient cooking vessel of red gold dragon.

And it's on the way.

Here is for the biggest...

Duan Yuerong.

You know, this might be Rosemallow's last sacrifice.

Why do you decide all this for her?

The queen and Rosemallow are not extravagant.

They won't waste money on this.

Just because this is Rosemallow's last sacrifice.

I want to make the sacrifice grand and gorgeous.

This will be recorded into history.

Ridiculous.

You're here.

Rosemallow.

Yuerong.

I need to talk to you.

Ok.

Let's go.

Rosemallow.

I saw your poison relapse again yesterday.

And they are going to get intenser.

That's my destiny.

I don't remember how many times you have sacrificed for you.

On the sacrifice, I will make you more beautiful than the Queen.

I want to let the whole world know Hua Rosemallow.

I don't deserve your kindness.

It's been three years.

You have been in business for three years.

Where is he in the period?

You took risks for him over and over again.

What was he doing?

You fought so hard to raise money for his army.

You went to find the elixir for him in Western Regions.

You live incognito to protect him.

Not to mention the bloody poison.

It's torturing you.

What has he done?

He doesn't deserve your love.

Because I love him.

You love him .

What about my love?

Yeah.

Serve me right.

Yuerong.

You are my best friend.

I can give you my life.

I don't want your life.

I want to win your love with my life.

Even if it's only one day.

What is this?

I owe you too much.

This is the only compensation I can give you.

Compensation?

What is this?

Why?

Why do I have strength?

You found the antidote?

You.

How about you?

Have you taken it?

What do you mean?

You gave me the only antidote, right?

Am I right?

I used to beat you a lot.

Now you have strength.

So great.

No.

I don't need you to exchange my life with your life.

Why can you make the decision for me?

This is the only antidote.

Why don't you take it yourself?

You a big liar.

It's all because of me.

Now I need to end it all.

Yuerong.

You are my best friend.

I wish you best.

Because your happiness is above my life.

I will find you the antidote no matter where.

I will find it.

Otherwise I will die with you.

I will die with you.

Thank you.

I know what you are worried about.

But as the queen, it's my duty.

And if I don't participate in the sacrifice,

Ming's force won't come out.

The sacrificial place is underground.

Only one way leads to the goddess of the tree.

But we don't know how many people they have.

And we don't know how thet get in.

But your Majesty.

The thing is behind the stone chamber is carefree palace.

Don't worry.

I have blocked carefree palace's only way to the sacrifice.

If they want to break into the chamber room,

they need to go the main entrance.

I will ambush them in the Golden Rose Garden.

Our elite soldiers will participate in the sacrifice as the ministers.

Then we will eliminate them all.

And I have postponed the sacrifice for a day.

On the ninth day.

Your Majesty, why?

9th is Muyin's birthday.

According to our tradition, we should hold a big ceremony

for his three-year-old birthday.

So Feijue and Biying won't need to attend the sacrifice.

We need to find a successor in case something happens to me.

I can't let Feijue have any risk.

It's my selfishness as mother.

Your Majesty.

I will protect you well on sacrifice day.

I will die before you if necessary.

You won't die.

Lord.

Ma'am goes out of the city frequently.

So mysterious.

And many refugees, bandits and exiles out there.

I am so worried about her.

What is she up to?

From today on.

I will send you a rose every day.

I like whatever you give me.

I will protect you forever.

Arna.

Muyin.

I am too emaciated to see you.

I should have told you before I come here.

I'm here to tell you they will host the ceremony on 9th.

But that's Muyin's third birthday.

We don't need to go to sacrifice ceremony.

I want to have a birthday party with you.

This is his only wish.

Don't refuse him.

Biying, Feijue.

Rosemallow.

Is there anything we can do for you?

Biying.

Feijue told me that you wouldn't participate in the sacrifice anymore.

Great.

You can celebrate Muyin's birthday.

I think, I have met you before.

Don't talk nonsense.

It's your aunt.

Aunt.

Fei Bai and I have arranged the altar.

If you hadn't protected the heart of the earth with your life,

we wouldn't have the ceremony in Gongyue.

Biying.

Since you don't participate in the sacrifice,

go to see he altar with me.

Come with me.

Yeah, I want to.

Go.

Father.

I remember it.

This aunt resembles your woodcarving.

You took it out a few days ago.

You made another woodcarving.

No.

I made a pair.

I gave one to Rosemallow.

The other one...

A pair?

Biying.

Don't get me wrong.

I made up my mind to say goodbye to the past while you were away.

Even if Rosemallow is here, I want to tell you this.

I have put away the woodcarving.

You don't need to put it away.

Don't need to care about my feelings.

I lied to you first.

My son told the truth in front of Rosemallow.

It's God's retribution.

Biying.

Don't touch me.

Biying.

Why are you here?

I saw it.

Come back to the Central Plains with me.

No one deserves to make you heartbroken in this world.

You almost killed me with Liuguang powder.

What qualifications do you have to show sympathy for me?

Right.

Just a cousin.

Not the blood brother.

Biying.

I have carefully checked the dosage of Liuguang powder.

It will only make you weak.

You won't die of it.

Because the best solution to get rid of Ming's manipulation is

to make you invalid.

You knew it all along.

Why didn't you tell me?

Tell you what?

Tell you.

You are my sister?

Tell you.

The reason why you enter Purple Garden is to be my substitute?

And you are their leverage to control me?

Or I should tell you, I haven't slept well these years.

I struggled in the nightmare every day?

Really?

As long as you are fine, it's worth it.

But I'm not your blood sister.

Mother lied to you.

I'm just your cousin.

I don't deserve your sacrifice.

I saw the whole family died in front of me at 10.

Aunt told me that I couldn't die.

But I don't know why I should live on.

But I understood everything the moment I saw you.

I clearly felt we were connected through blood.

You are my only sister in the world.

From that moment,

you are the reason I live.

Thank you.

I am not alone.

Brother.

Brother.

Biying.

Go back to Central Plains with me.

Ok?

I can pay off the debt the god owes you.

I want you to live happily in the sun.

I'll go back with you.

Great.

See you on the gallery at midnight.

Be stable and you can have more strength to fight against the enemy.

Be fast.

Then you can have the advantage on the battlefield.

According to the spies,

Ma'am Jin is here.

This is Jinxiu's surprise?

Fengde army of 100 soldiers.

Yes, my lord.

I can monitor this for more days.

I want to see what the army will be after her training.

Fengde army has few soldiers.

But it's a part of Yuan's army.

Now the world is in turmoil.

The frontier is the lord's battlefield.

Outside Xidu is our battlefield.

Capturing the raiders and rebels is our duty.

Die for the lord and the peace of the world.

Will you follow me?

Yes.

After the lord sees us train the army privately,

will he punish you?

If he wants, he would have come out just now.

But he didn't.

So he recognized everything I did.

Maybe he is touched.

Second step, I made it.

What's the third step?

Suppress the rebels outside the city.

Let Yuan Qingjiang trust my ability.

I thought you had let go of Rosemallow.

I thought God would bless me.

But I finally realize God's joking me.

But Feijue, I will miss you and Muyin.

I knew you would choose to escape in this way.

Biying.

Don't go.

I will explain everything tonight.

Say what?

You want to tell me you sympathize with me?

Sympathize with the liar?

Feijue.

Please save my last dignity.

I beg you.

Princess.

Prince.

Go after Muyin's birthday.

The day after tomorrow.

Young Master.

The day after tomorrow is 9th.

How is my aunt's preparation?

Ming Fengqing suspected all of us.

On the day of sacrifice, all of us will stay in carefree palace.

And the former subordinates will take action with Ming Fengqing.

That day is Ming Fengqing's death day.

The day after tomorrow, some of you should

take the gems away after aunts leaves.

And some of you will ambush my aunt with me.

We will kill my aunt after she comes back.

Yes.

Tomorrow is your birthday.

Right?

Xiangqin.

Just purchase according to my list.

Yes.

Arna.

My birthday didn't arrive yet.

But I want to make a wish now.

What's your wish?

Don't be angry with father.

Tomorrow celebrate my birthday ok?

Ok.

Don't deceive me.

Ok, I promise you.

You need to take a nap now.

I will make milk cake for you after you wake up, ok?

Go.

Come, little prince.

Why are you here?

Tomorrow celebrate my grandson's birthday.

You can't go to the sacrifice ceremony.

Don't worry.

That's all.

I will go now.

I want to celebrate Muyin's birthday before I go.

Ok.

Don't go to sacrifice ceremony.

I don't want to go there anymore.

It will bring you pain.

Now the channel is completed.

It leads to the imperial palace directly.

And we can only open it from the outside.

Can't open it from inside.

Set the table.

Rosemallow.

You worked so hard.

I didn't expect it would be so beautiful.

Flattered.

Feibai should take all the credit.

Today is not a simple sacrifice.

The storm is coming soon.

Be careful.

Be careful.

Let's go.

Lord.

Jun Mowen donated a large amount of cistanche to Yuande army.

They are safe now.

Jun Mowen again.

Good to know Feibai's Yuande army is safe.

With the help of Song Minglei,

Linde captured seven fortresses in two months.

I have three sons.

Feiqing is indecisive.

Feibai is impulsive.

Feiliu is too young.

Only Song Minglei is sensible and sophisticated.

He is reasonable and courageous.

What a pity, his surname is not Yuan.

I don't think he will let the revenge go so easily.

Pan Zhengyue is defending Jingguan firmly.

As long as we can break it,

we can go to Dongting.

It's our time to hire more talents.

Do you have any news about Yu Feiyan?

No.

Xiting was so harsh to him.

No one can blame Feiyan.

His Majesty suspected him.

But as the general, he should be tolerant.

He needs to take heavy burden.

If he puts personal interests first, he can't be a general.
