[Ep 21]

Rosemallow.

Rosemallow.

You should live on.

You should live on.

Live on.

I will pay off the debt I owe.

Lady, no.

Let me die. -No.

Let me die. -Feiyan, listen.

Feiyan. -Let me die.

You can't die...

Those who hurt you should die.

You should live on.

You still have family, father and brothers.

For them, you should live on, ok?

They won't need me.

I am their disgrace.

They won't need me.

They won't.

Let me die.

Premier.

Yuan's concubine is a demented weirdo.

I'm not very sure if she is Hua Bin's daughter.

Premier.

I think we should kill her once for all.

Premier.

I have a plan, I don't know if I should say it.

Say it.

I am afraid she might die.

Impossible.

Find her.

Maybe they come to Xidu.

Yes.

Go...

Song Minglei.

Even if you survive, I will kill you.

Guangqian.

Are you all right?

So cold.

Why are you so hot?

Guangqian.

Wake up, Guangqian.

Feiyan, put me down.

I am your nuisance.

How can I leave you?

And how can I go back like this?

And my father will find out everything.

He won't forgive me.

He would severely punish you just because I came out for you.

He won't be so cold-hearted to you.

Listen to me, go back.

I should die outside.

Stop talking.

Let me go.

Guangqian.

Are you all right?

Never mind me.

Go home.

You have only me.

I won't leave you die alone.

Go.

I will take you to the city now.

I will find you the best doctor.

I will cure you.

Guangqian. Guangqian.

I told them to buy the cream from the pharmacy.

It's authentic and herbal medicine for rejuvenating skin.

It's good for pregnant women.

Try it while it's warm.

I have heard of it, the cream is amazing.

Thank you, your Royal Highness.

I think you are unwell recently.

May I ask, do you have any concern?

It's coming soon.

I don't know it's a boy or a girl.

If it's a boy, I don't know if I will be the eyesore.

Yeah.

Whether it's a queen or a duchess,

women are the most vulnerable.

My big mouth.

Let's not talk about this.

No.

My lord is not here.

I will be so bored without you.

Aunt, we are a family.

Don't think like that.

As I know, Yuan Feibai led the army back

to Purple Garden without permission.

Lord didn't punish him.

He pretends it never happened.

I also know, a girl named Jinxiu.

Talented and beautiful.

And she risked her life to save the lord's daughter.

Now she is his second wife.

So many talents in family Yuan.

No wonder you are so worried about your son.

Aunt, are you all right?

I...

He is coming out.

Hurry.

Send ma'am to the bedroom.

Ma'am.

Send for the doctor. -Yes.

Ma'am.

Second prince...

Second Prince.

Your Highness.

I have something to ask you.

Please answer me the truth.

Your brother Benxiao was in the same carriage with you.

You know where he is, right?

He is still alive, right?

On the halfway, father picked him up with another carriage.

You can ask eldest brother.

But I asked the emperor.

He did not send anyone to pick up Benxiao.

What you said is inconsistent with what he said.

Well...

Maybe Yuan Qingjiang sent a carriage to pick him up.

Or the queen.

It was such a turmoil.

Many carriages fled from Biancheng to the capital.

Which carriage picked up Benxiao?

I really can't remember.

Your Highness.

I have to go now.

My poor Benxiao.

Where are you?

The doctor said, the baby is expected at the end of this month.

Why does he come out in advance?

Duchess is depressed.

I had a little chat with her.

When I said, Yuan Qingjiang had so many talents,

then she couldn't help it.

I know you are benevolent.

She is your aunt.

But Yuan Qingjiang is not your family.

Once his family has some dispute,

he won't have the time to hold you under duress.

You did it right.

Your Majesty.

My family Wang live in Yunzhou for many years.

We don't have family Yuan's military force.

But we are a family of warlords after all.

Now we have the new dynasty.

Why not transfer the important places

in frontline and the imperial city to family Wang?

So we can put pressure on Yuan Qingjiang.

Lest he imitate Dou Yinghua to threaten the people with the emperor.

Yeah, I need family Wang now.

Fengding, come in.

Do you have any news about my sister?

Not yet.

Keep looking.

Yes.

Wait.

Give these to my sister when you find her.

Tell her not to come back.

I hope she could live a nice life.

Yes.

You go, too.

Lord.

My lord.

Do you like here?

I am flattered, I don't deserve here.

You don't wear my jewelry.

It's too expensive, and showy.

You are my second wife now.

You are very noble in Purple Garden.

You deserve anything.

Noble.

What's wrong?

I stand in front of you, asking myself.

Is this just my fantasy?

This is my life?

I say you deserve it and I mean it.

For me, the status don't matter.

I like your honesty.

And your bravery.

Go to bed early.

Tell me if you need anything.

You come from afar to extend friendship between two countries.

Dongting won't forget.

Safe journey.

This is where I leave you.

You are welcome.

I want to thank you for your hospitality.

Here are some clothes for you.

Bye.

Yuan Feibai gave her woman an affectionate name.

Lady Huaxi.

I have spread the news that I send lady Huaxi to Duan Yuerong.

I want to see how Yuan Qingjiang will respond

when he knows his daughter in law sleeps with another man.

Yuan Qingjiang won't endure such humiliation.

Till then, he will be antagonistic to Duan or even the whole Nanguo.

But Nanguo can't outcompete family Yuan.

Duan Yuerong will beg you for help.

They have to cooperate with you.

Jiang'er, such a good plan.

Shameless.

I am the most handsome guy in Nanguo.

Finally.

Crown prince.

I followed you when I found Xuanjiang took you away.

And I tried to rescue you.

But Dou Yinghua's barrack is well guarded.

I have no way to approach you.

Now you are back safely.

I am so happy.

So Hu Yong is estimated to come to Nanguo soon.

If he scapegoats me for Purple Garden, I can't explain myself.

But even if we go all out, we still can't go back earlier than Hu Yong.

We have lady Huaxi, right?

She can prove I am just a bystander.

It's all Hu Yong's conspiracy.

I didn't promise to be your witness.

My lady.

What benefits can you have if your husband is beheaded?

Meng Zhao.

Now you need to go back to Nanguo at full speed.

Tell my father about my current situation.

So he can do some preparations.

I will follow you soon.

Yes, crown prince.

Go.

Let me go.

Crown prince.

Lvshui.

How can you forget me?

Why are you here?

I want to ask, if I can go with you.

You are my concubine.

You don't need to push yourself so hard.

You can't be in danger.

You are a woman, why are you here alone?

Go back.

But...

I can ride a horse.

I can ride alone.

You haven't seen each other for so long.

You miss each other.

Come...

You guys miss each other.

I tried so hard to find you the witness.

I won't let you go so simply.

Crown prince, I can replace her.

What are you doing?

Why do you follow me?

Just go back.

I...

If I tell you, will you believe me?

What?

I miss you.

You can follow me.

Guangqian.

Here it is. -Thank you.

Is there anyone? Help.

What happened?

Save him.

Hurry. -Come.

Guangqian, hold on.

Thank you... -Be careful.

Doctor, is he all right?

He is seriously injured.

And he catches a cold.

I am afraid...

What?

I am afraid it's hard to cure him.

And it will cost a lot of money.

Doctor, money is not a problem.

You take it all.

Just so little?

Only for a few days' medicine.

Doctor, just prescribe him the medicine.

I will get the money.

Doctor, I beg you.

Doctor, he needs medicine.

I will have a try.

Thank you, doctor.

Be careful.

Eat.

I'm not hungry.

You should eat.

You look better today.

The medicine works.

Lady.

Go back to Purple Garden.

You shouldn't suffer here.

I will do whatever I want.

You don't need to be so good to me.

I know.

You never like me.

I don't resign to it.

But now it's ok.

I don't deserve your love.

I'm not qualified to have your love.

Don't worry, I will leave you after you recover.

I won't stick to you anymore.

That is not what I mean.

I am sorry for what you have sacrificed for me.

Eat some food.

Eat it.

I like you.

It's my own business.

You don't need to worry about this.

I had the wishful thinking all the time.

I thought as long as I liked you, you would like me, too.

But Hua Rosemallow appeared.

You told me, she is the only one you love.

Now all this is over.

Now I come to realize.

I just want to heal your injury.

I'm satisfied as long as you live.

Sleep.

I'm tired too.

Good night.

Crown prince.

You know martial arts, you can come down yourself.

Lvshui.

This is the first time I see the uncouth you.

Since she is your concubine, she should be obedient to you.

Me? -Look at her.

I am helping you teach her a lesson.

I am not his concubine.

I don't want to be sandwiched between you.

You know what.

Dou Yinghua sent Yuan's young master's concubine

lady Huaxi to Nanguo's crown prince Duan Yuerong.

Two men share the same concubine.

Lady Huaxi is such a disgrace.

Who told you lady Huaxi is crown prince Duan's concubine?

All the people know this.

Nonsense.

It's Dou Yinghua's conspiracy.

We don't know if it's conspiracy.

All we know Mr. Snow is going to be cuckolded.

You guys.

Dou Yinghua did me such a big favor.

So everyone knows you are mine.

You won't be afraid family Yuan will attack Nanguo?

None of your concern.

So cute.

I'm hungry.

Let's have dinner.

Who is yours?

Duan Yuerong...

Let me go.

No...

You can't take it back.

You have to move on.

I will keep it in mind.

What's wrong? It's inconvenient again?

Your clothes are too plain.

Your eyes are so beautiful.

You should have some clothes to suit your eyes.

Ma'am Lian is the real hostess of Purple Garden.

I don't want to cross the line.

You are my wife.

You should show yourself.

From today on, you can wear whatever you want.

No one will say no.

I don't deserve this.

I say you deserve it, then you deserve it.

It's late now. Go to bed early.

Ok.

Thank you, my lord.

Ma'am.

Mr. Shen.

Find out Hua Rosemallow.

Yes.

I will take Hua Rosemallow back to Purple Garden.

No need.

Execute her on spot.

But young master Feibai.

Dou Yinghua sends Feibai's concubine to Duan Yuerong.

So my family will be the laughing stock.

So we can't let Hua Rosemallow go to Nanguo.

Feibai will understand.

What about ma'am Jin?

No need to tell her.

Yes.

Where are you going?

I can't go back to Nanguo with you.

If I go back like this, I will be so ashamed.

It's very clear.

Everyone knows ma'am Huaxi is Duan Yuerong's concubine.

No.

Go, the farther, the better.

I don't understand why you are so annoyed at lady Huaxi's rumor?

Let me tell you.

It's the fact, and you can't change anything.

If you are afraid that Yuan Feibai misunderstands you,

I am so clueless.

You are going to leave him and never see him again right?

Why do you care about his opinion?

Am I right?

I decide to leave him.

But why do I care about his opinion?

Don't move.

Come.

Ride the horse.

What's going on?

Forget it, just let her go.

We are different after all.

It hurts.

Go....

Crown prince.

Go.

Rosemallow.

Hold reins tight.

Wash all these.

20 copper coins.

So many clothes?

I have washed all these.

Only 20 copper coins?

You are so ridiculous.

You want to hit me?

Do you wash?

If not, just go.

Are you awake?

Why do you tie me?

I am afraid you will play dirty with me.

Actually, I do this for your own good.

A woman, how can you survive in the wild mountains?

If I am not around you, actually their gossip won't end.

I won't go back to Nanguo with you.

Why do I have to authenticate the nonsense with you?

You think too much.

People have no interest in a woman's innocence.

They are just the bystanders.

It's not far from authenticating.

You tie me, because you need me to prove your innocence in Nanguo.

But you are not afraid I would talk nonsense in front of Duan Guangyi?

And you and your father will be executed?

Will you?

I am a civilian with dignity.

If someone wants to force me, I will resist.

Eat it.

You know what?

Hu Yong intends to scapegoat me

with what happened in Purple Garden.

Now only you can prove my innocence.

Only you can go back, help me explain all these.

Otherwise my father will be sentenced to death.

It will trigger a war between the two countries.

If they start wars, all the people are innocent.

Crown prince Duan.

I can't even prove my own innocence.

How can I help you prove innocence?

How to help your father?

How to save those people from war?

Who can help me?

Why are you here?

Crown prince.

She is your nuisance.

If you take her with you, family Lian won't let you go.

I just...

Go.

I don't want to see you again.

You drive me away just because of her?

You should be glad that she is fine.

Otherwise, I won't just drive you away.

The emperor gave me to you.

What is she?

A wild woman you take back from outside.

Anyway, she belongs to me.

No one can touch her except me.

Originally, I won't mind taking you with me.

But if you threaten her life, I will make you disappear.

Go.

Duan Yuerong.

You really want to do this?

Go... -Doctor.

Doctor, I beg you. -Go...

Doctor. -Go...

Doctor, please.

Lend me more medicine.

I beg you.

We have to support our family too.

Please go.

Doctor.

My husband can't stop taking medicine.

Madam, your husband is badly injured.

He will be a disabled at least.

You should think for yourself.

Doctor, don't go, doctor.

Hands off me, what's wrong with you?

Go.

Doctor.

Go.

I beg you, doctor.

Song Minglei is so brave.

He pissed lord Jin off.

Yeah, he is so fed up with living.

Yes.

I don't know where Rosemallow is now.

If she is safe.

Brother.

Your blood can't circulate well.

You need to stay here for more days.

She will be better outside than in my family.

She will be happier there.

Do you think so?

I just want to know if she is all right.

I want to know her news.

You never give me that look.

Is she all right?

Rosemallow.

She is Duan Yuerong's hands.

Father is so furious and he sends Shen Changzong to catch her.

Once he catches her...

What?

Execute her on spot.

Let me go. You should focus on recovery.

No, father won't let you out.

You can't irriate him.

Be careful.

Father.
