[Dimsum. My Ver] E44 Legend of Yun Xi Synced to KoreanDramax.me RAW -♥ Hafiz Adam ♥-

"Episode 44"

Miss, what's the matter?

Brother Gu, I have something to ask you.

Don't lie to me.

Don't hide it from me.

Go ahead.

Bai Li Ming Xiang told me that,

the blood from my heart is the added ingredient,

for the antidote to cure His Highness's Poison Gu.

Is this true?

Tell me the truth.

I got it.

Thank you.

Don't let anyone else know about this.

Your Highness, why did you get up?

Why did you cry?

It's nothing.

I'm just happy that I can keep you company.

Silly.

I'm just afraid that...

good times could only last for a while.

I recall the things in the past.

I feel a little down.

Actually...

I'm scared too.

You'll feel scared too?

Do you know when I first met you,

you were so vicious?

You were cold too.

You were fierce to me when we were in the Duke of Qin Manor.

You bore all the burden by yourself.

From how I look at it,

you were so far and out of reach.

Someone like you would feel scared too?

I'm afraid that...

I wouldn't be able to have you.

I'm afraid that we would be in love but aren't able to stay together.

I'm afraid that everything...

would come to naught.

Don't be scared.

I will always keep you company.

No matter what happens in the future, we'll face it together.

But...

What is it?

Don't shut me out.

Don't easily give up.

You are my strength.

Don't give up for my sake.

Yun Xi.

I'm really fortunate to be able...

to meet you in this life.

Was the things you said to poison girl true?

I'm helpless too.

Can't you lie to her?

With her character, she'll surely sacrifice herself to save Long Fei Ye.

Even if I lied to her,

and if there are no other ways,

she would still do the same when His Highness's life is at stake.

What should we do?

Why would it be like this?

Reporting to Your Majesty.

The mission to assassinate Han Yun Xi has failed.

Failed?

Didn't you promise me that nothing will go wrong?

Please forgive me.

I didn't expect Bai Li Ming Xiang to save Han Yun Xi.

Didn't she want to kill Han Yun Xi all along?

That's right.

But she knows that only Han Yun Xi's blood from the heart,

could save Long Fei Ye.

In the end, she turned her coat,

and sacrificed her life to save her love rival's life.

Woman's soft nature.

So silly.

Long Fei Ye has the way to treat the poison now.

Based on his love for Han Yun Xi,

I'm afraid that he'll not sacrifice her life.

How can one who wants to do great things,

immerse himself in boy-girl relationship?

If he doesn't think so,

others will think on his behalf.

We have to get rid of this brat from the previous dynasty.

We have to step up the plan for poison zombie army,

and take the action earlier.

I obey your order.

Greetings, Consort Qing.

Greetings, Your Majesty.

Rise.

Your Majesty.

I've made a bowl of porridge.

Give it a try.

I have no appetite.

What's weighing on your mind, Your Majesty?

Is the poison zombie's research not going well?

Everything went well for the research.

After we found Poison Master's "Poison Gu Scriptures",

we've an added advantage for the research.

I believe we'll be able to develop poison zombies soon.

Why do you keep frowning then?

Li Quan has obtained a reliable information.

The blood from Han Yun Xi's heart can cure the poison in Long Fei Ye's body.

I'm afraid she'll use it to save Long Fei Ye.

How can I be at ease?

I'll be able to avenge my father soon.

I can't let Long Fei Ye have the chance to stay alive.

Your Majesty.

There's no antidote in this world for Long Fei Ye's Poison Gu.

Since Han Yun Xi is the only antidote,

why don't we kill her for good?

I wish too.

But we've failed this time around.

It'll be harder next time.

Your Majesty.

Think about it.

Since Long Fei Ye will only survive if Han Yun Xi is dead,

why is she still alive until now,

and being protected by Long Fei Ye?

Your Majesty, let me ask you again.

How's the relationship between Han Yun Xi and Long Fei Ye?

Your Majesty, we have been out for a long time.

We need to return to the manor to eat.

Based on Bai Li Ming Xiang's hatred for Han Yun Xi,

that would mean that Han Yun Xi and Long Fei Ye are deeply in love.

Your Majesty, do you know that women would live or die for love?

Back then, I was worried that Your Majesty was seriously ill.

I was willing to risk my live to stay by your side.

So, I think that...

Han Yun Xi would give up her life for Long Fei Ye too.

By then, everything will be too late.

You're right.

So, we just have to send people to track them.

They'll surely overlook it.

I don't believe that there won't be a time when Han Yun Xi is left alone.

We'll do as you say.

But I have to come up with a perfect plan this time.

How long more does it take for these potions to be completed?

It will take at least 3 months.

Three months?

Spare my life. Spare my life.

I'll give you another half a month's time.

We'll surely do our best to develop the potions.

We'll surely... We'll surely complete it.

This is the prescription to cure Poison Gu,

which is formulated with the blood from the heart.

Qi Du herb?

There's another half a month's time before it matures.

We have to pick it right after maturity,

and use it within half a month.

The poison in his body can't be delayed any further.

That means that I can only survive for another one month.

Miss, you are Chief's one and only bloodline.

I hope that you'll think it over.

We might have other solutions.

Brother Gu.

I know you couldn't bear to part with me.

I feel the same too.

But I have to reap what my father had sown.

Even if it's not for this,

His Highness is my beloved husband.

It's my bounden duty to save him.

Brother Gu.

I have one last thing to ask of you.

After I've retrieved the blood from my heart,

please help to develop the antidote for His Highness.

What if His Highness ask about it?

Hide it from him for as long as you can.

Qi Shao.

Where are you going?

Tian Hui poisoned southern border's people,

to conduct experiments for poison zombie's research.

He's now anxious to develop the poison zombies

If we can get the formula to develop poison zombies,

we'll find the way to save Long Fei Ye.

That's right.

I'll go with you.

-All right. -Let's go.

Reporting to Your Majesty.

The potions for Poison Gu have completed.

Everything is ready now.

There's only one last step left.

Based on the calculations,

there'll be another poisonous plague outbreak at the southern border.

Based on the spy's report,

everything is normal at the southern border.

There's no outbreak of poisonous plague.

I speculate that Long Fei Ye,

must have brought the poisonous plague under permanent control.

Long Fei Ye has ruined my plan again.

Calm down, Your Majesty.

No matter what it is,

the plan on poison zombie army can't be delayed anymore.

We have to catch them off guard at the Capital.

But where do we gather the candidates?

There's one place.

It's at the intersection of Capital and Western Capital.

Qing Shan Town.

"Qing Shan Town"

Wake up.

-Go! Go! -Help! Help!

-Let me go! -Help!

-Help! -Let me go!

It looks like something is going on here.

This is bad.

I wonder how's Yu Ze.

Yu Ze.

Yu Ze.

-Who's that? -It's me, Qi Shao.

Qi Shao, it's you.

Come on in.

Are you all right?

I'm all right.

What's happening here?

Imperial Physician Gu is here too.

I don't know either.

It was fine 2 days ago.

There was a sudden outbreak of plague yesterday.

The officers said that the plague will spread.

They want to arrest and quarantine everyone.

I find something is wrong.

So, I hid myself and wasn't discover.

It's poisonous plague again?

It seems like Emperor Tian Hui,

has managed to develop the potions for Poison Gu.

The experiment has begun.

My Lord.

Speak up.

Another 20 people died.

It's not easy to develop the potions and they're very rare.

Don't waste it anymore.

Find the right candidate before you perform the experiment.

Kill all those who are old and weak.

Get them cremated.

Yes.

These 2 candidates seem quite good.

-Eunuch. -Well done.

Thank you, eunuch.

Qi Shao, Jue Zhong herb has a high vitality.

It hasn't dried up till now.

I thought of many ways but it's not working.

It won't work like that.

I heard the chief said that,

you have to roast it one by one for it to dry.

Qi Shao gave me a stalk previously.

I cut them into pieces and roasted for half a month.

If so, we'll not make it in time.

Yes.

It's been so long.

The medicine effect of Jue Zhong herb wouldn't be as good as before.

But no matter what, we have to try it.

We might be able to save those who are infected with the plague.

Yu Ze, you follow Imperial Physician Gu's way.

-Continue to roast these herbs. -All right.

I'm thinking that the only way to get the potion for Poison Gu,

is to pretend as Qing Shan Town's villagers,

who are infected with plague.

Only then we can sneak in.

I know you always wanted a life where the man tills and the woman weaves.

After the war ends, I'll pass the throne to Tang Li.

After that, I'll live in seclusion with you in the farm.

How is it?

I'll accompany you and live a life like this, all right?

What's the matter?

You're not willing to?

Of course I'm willing to.

Let me tell you.

I've thought about the arrangement of this place.

I want to plant many Chinese wisteria over there.

I'll plant French hydrangea and tree peony over there.

I'll plant some sacred lotus in the pavilion.

So, during the winter,

we can pick the plum in the snow and have a snowball fight.

We can listen to the chirp of insects in the summer.

We'll plant some hardy bananas.

It rains from morning till night.

It's so happy and satisfying.

All right. We'll do as you wish.

Are you still going back to deal with the government affairs?

No.

Tang Li should handle it on his own.

Xi Feng said that he has handled the government affairs well.

Right.

Tang Li and Ning Jing has recently married,

under Chief Ouyang's officiant.

It was done so hastily?

They didn't even inform us.

Perhaps, chief wanted it done in a hurry.

Don't worry.

I'll make sure Tang Li marries Ning Jing again in a grand manner.

This quarrelsome but loving couple has finally married.

It's so great.

Causing mutual harm,

would be better than them harming others.

Well...

what about you?

You alone is enough for me.

You're only allowed to do that to me.

Before I retrieve the blood from my heart,

there are things that I must do first.

Experience living in a seclusion with His Highness.

Initiate the kiss with His Highness.

Consummate the marriage.

If we don't consummate the marriage,

he might forget me sooner.

Let His Highness give up on me.

I used to dream of building a house between mountains and rivers.

There are only my loved one and I in it.

No one will bother us.

Go to bed with the lamb,

and rise with the lark.

If I can't sleep at night,

I can pull him out to see the stars.

If it is summer,

it would be perfect when combined with a few pieces of iced watermelon.

What about now?

Is it perfect?

It's perfect as long as you are around.

Your Highness.

If I go missing one day,

will you miss me?

I'll not let that happen.

Even if you did go missing one day,

I'll scour the ends of the earth to find you.

Will you like other girls?

There are many beautiful women but you're the only one in my heart.

You can say this now.

If I really go missing,

you'll only remember me for a year or two,

and you'll forget me then.

Says who?

That's how the stories go in huaben.

It's always the girls who are loyal.

Men are heartless rats.

Next time...

don't read too much of books like this.

Your Highness.

Have you removed the secret guards?

I've ordered them to keep guard beyond 500 metres.

They'll not come in.

That's great.

Your Highness.

In a few days' time,

I'll start to give you the cold shoulder.

I'll start to pick on you.

I'll make you hate me.

I can never be your imperial concubine.

The poisonous plague has indeed improved their physiques.

The Poison Gu in their bodies are more stable.

Eunuch Li.

Although these poison zombies are powerful,

they can't pledge allegiance to the emperor.

I'm afraid they can't be put to good use.

Don't worry.

So long as they are successfully developed,

with stimulation of cerebral acupoints through acupuncture,

it'll eliminate their consciousness.

They'll only obey His Majesty, the Chief Gu.

They'll live on an overdraft of their lives and become poison zombies,

besiege the cities and conquer territories for His Majesty.

So long as poison zombies are successfully developed,

His Majesty will be able to unify and conquer the world.

His Majesty will unify and conquer the world for a thousand years.

Please continue to work on it.

I'll report the good news to His Majesty.

Just wait to be rewarded.

Thank you, eunuch.

Hold on.

Imperial Physician Gu.

Let's go.

After them!

After them!

Let's go.

-Imperial Physician Gu. -General Mu.

Why would you be in Western Capital?

General Mu.

You should know that Emperor Tian Hui is developing Poison Gu.

I plead with you to stop His Majesty for the sake of the people.

Imperial Physician Gu.

I can't bring myself to betray the Long family.

Do as you please, Imperial Physician Gu.

Just pretend that you didn't see me today.

General Mu.

Quickly leave.

Be careful.

Let's go.

I've vouched for you in front of His Majesty.

But up till now, you haven't done anything right.

I believe that you're aware of His Majesty's ways of doing things.

Eunuch.

It's my fault.

I'll not be so careless next time.

I'll trust you once more.

Get up.

Thank you, eunuch.

Have a seat.

Both of you are my most capable subordinates.

His Majesty is in need of help right now.

I recommended you at times like this for your own sake.

No one is willing to serve under another person forever.

So long as you're obedient and hard-working,

you'll surely be recognized and successful one day.

You're giving us a clean slate.

We'll risk our lives and be bent on,

serving you to make up for our mistakes.

Good.

The best chance to redeem yourselves,

is by becoming the poison zombies.

"Xi Xiang Palace"

The envoy's wife requested to seek an audience with you.

Why is she here again?

Call her in.

Yes.

Your Highness.

What brought you here in a sudden?

Your Highness, is it convenient to talk here?

Don't worry.

I've gained His Majesty's full trust now.

Those around us are my people.

Speak your mind at ease.

That's great. It's really great.

Although Northern Li has now changed hands,

the covenant between Northern Li and Western Qiu is still valid.

I heard that Emperor Tian Hui has obtained,

the complete set of "Poison Gu Scriptures".

The poison zombies will be successfully developed soon.

Your Highness, don't delay anymore.

Please take an action soonest.

From whom did you hear this?

Don't bother about my source of information.

Emperor Tian Hui was defeated.

He didn't even request from you for Western Qiu's troops for battle.

That means he has something to rely on.

You've to quickly rope Emperor Tian Hui's power in.

Then, give him a chronic poison.

Once poison zombies have been developed,

or when you're capable to take over his power,

you can then...

Poison?

Your Highness.

Is it possible that you've fallen for Emperor Tian Hui?

No.

I was just thinking that,

Tian Ning has now been split into two.

Western Qiu's political situation has stabilized.

His Majesty loves me dearly.

Even if he has successfully developed the poison zombies,

he wouldn't attack Western Qiu.

I'm tired of the battle to conquer the world.

As for the matter after my death,

I'll let everything goes with the flow.

Your Highness.

Do you really think that Western Qiu is stable now?

Those are the fake news that we fed you with.

Your brother has long been under our control.

What did you say?

You should remember your brother's handwriting, right?

That's really outrageous!

You acted in bad faith.

Aren't you afraid to be ridiculed by the people?

Your Highness.

Don't you think you're too naive to say these?

Winning is what matters most.

Who cares about acting in bad faith?

Your Highness.

Are you willing to accept our plan now?

No wonder when the Duke of Qin attacked Tian Ning's palace,

Northern Li didn't seize the opportunity to step in.

Could it be that...

you've formed an alliance with Long Fei Ye?

No.

But if you don't follow our plan,

it's not impossible for us to do that.

You...

Give me the poison.

Farewell, Your Highness.

Sister, are you really going for the marriage allegiance?

Don't go.

I don't allow you to go.

Tian Yin, listen to me.

Since Imperial Father died in the battle,

there are many officials in the imperial court,

especially uncle and his party are harbouring evil plans.

Right now, Northern Li is coveting Western Qiu.

Other than going to Tian Ning for a marriage allegiance,

there is really no other way for us.

It's rumoured that Emperor Tian Hui is a cruel and suspicious man.

The Duke of Qin, Long Fei Ye, is a cunning person.

If you go, I'm afraid that you'll be bogged down in crisis.

I really don't wish for you to take the risks.

Nothing ventured,

nothing gained.

So long as we can settle Emperor Tian Hui,

we can exploit Tian Ning's position to advance ourselves.

Only then you can safeguard your throne.

Sister, you have to protect yourself.

We'll have ample time for revenge later.

You're my only family.

You must be careful.

When I become stronger,

I'll go to Tian Ning to bring you home.

I didn't expect that after enduring the hardships,

in the end, it's tantamount to asking a tiger for its skin.

Right now, for the sake of Western Qiu,

I must control the power of His Majesty.

Your Highness, are you really going to hand the power over to Northern Li?

Don't they think about it.

If His Majesty succeeded in developing poison zombies,

I'll have the poison zombies under my control.

Only then I can save my brother and Western Qiu.

Nanny.

Go to imperial kitchen and ask them to prepare,

His Majesty's favourite lotus seed dessert.

Your Highness.

Why don't you tell the truth to His Majesty?

I can tell that His Majesty has fell in love with you.

Perhaps, he'll forgive you.

Just do as I told.

Yes.

Will you tolerate...

your spouse, one who is closest to you,

for lying to you all these while?

Jing Er.

What makes you looking so flustered?

There's an urgent report.

There's a plague at Qing Shan, Western Capital's border.

It has widely spread into our border.

How can this be?

The officials said that this plague isn't as simple as it seems.

Previously, my brother has ruined,

Emperor Tian Hui's poison zombies plan at the southern border.

He's playing the same old trick now and taking the risk in desperation,

to poison the people at Qing Shan Town.

This tyrant is simply a lunatic.

He has no way out and prepared to fight this life-or-death battle.

Well, we can't sit back and do nothing.

No way.

Everything is not ready yet.

Although the army is being prepared in strict accordance with the procedures,

and so are the funds and provisions,

there are still two more months before the crops can be harvested.

Only then we're able to send troops to attack Western Capital.

Does senior brother know about the situation at Qing Shan?

It wasn't easy for him and Yun Xi to reconcile.

I didn't tell him.

I'll personally go to Qing Shan Town to investigate the situation.

I've gathered those imperial physicians to go with me.

But Imperial Physician Gu has taken leave a few days back.

But fortunately, we still have the previous antidote's prescription.

You know how to plan ahead now. Well done.

Thanks for your compliment, my wife.

-I've decided to go with you. -No.

The situation over there is unclear. I can't let you take the risk.

Tang Li.

As a wife, you need to obey your husband. I'm your husband now.

You've to listen to me.

You need to be extra careful.

Don't worry. I'll be back soon.

I really didn't expect that,

we're unable to distinguish a single ingredient.

It looks like the essence of these herbs,

has changed after extraction and fusion.

It's hard to detect the actual medicinal properties.

Qi Shao.

Since this method doesn't work,

let's try to directly blend the antidote.

All right.

I've seen Poison Master developed the antidote in Yao Gui Valley.

Let me think about it.

Be calm. Let's take one step at a time.

But poison girl won't wait for me!

All my medicine skills have been in vain.

Your Highness, here's the lotus seed dessert that you asked for.

Put it down.

-You may be excused. -Yes.

"Xiong Feng Palace"

Greetings, Your Majesty.

Rise.

Reporting to Your Majesty.

I discovered that people with excellent internal forces,

can much quicker become poison zombies compared to ordinary people.

I'm looking for ways to find for these experimental candidate.

How long can they last?

Reporting to Your Majesty.

Currently, the looks of the poison zombies can last for 5 hours.

I believe that in no time,

they'll be able to remain in the form of poison zombies.

Good.

If poison zombies are successfully developed,

you'll be Tian Ning's number one official.

I'll surely not treat you unfairly.

Thank you, Your Majesty.

His Majesty is here.

Greetings, Your Highness.

-Greetings, Your Majesty. -Rise.

Qing Er.

I feel like you've been hard done-by to have you stay here.

But don't worry.

I'll defeat Long Fei Ye soon and reclaim my country.

I have always believed that Your Majesty can reclaim your country.

Your Majesty.

I've made you some lotus seed dessert.

It helps to calm and ease your mind.

Didn't the imperial physician say that it's harmful to overthink?

Your Majesty has to look after your health.

Come, drink while it's still hot.

You're indeed a good cook.

I'm glad you like it.
