[Dimsum. My Ver] E40 Legend of Yun Xi Synced to KoreanDramax.me RAW -♥ Hafiz Adam ♥-

"Episode 40"

All archers, listen to my order.

Release the arrows!

I said, release the arrows!

Your Highness.

We fell into the trap.

It's indeed Long Fei Ye.

Long Fei Ye.

You finally showed up.

Tian Hui.

Tell me your request.

It's simple.

Withdraw your troops.

I'll release the people.

Fei Ye.

Don't bother about me.

Mother.

Long Fei Ye.

Think it over.

Your mother is in my hands.

If you dare to lay a finger on her,

you'll die a tragic death!

If you dare to act recklessly,

I'll make sure your mother dies too.

Fall back!

-Your Majesty. -Grand Imperial Consort Yi!

Don't come over.

Fei Ye!

Do what you want!

Don't bother about me!

Mother!

Grand Imperial Consort Yi!

Mother!

Mother!

Mother!

Mother!

Fei Ye.

I'm contented.

I have you by my side all these while.

I'm contented.

Mother!

Mother!

Long Fei Ye.

It turns out that you're the poison zombie.

Your Majesty!

Qing Wu, take His Majesty away from here!

-Your Majesty. -Hurry!

-Your Majesty. -Let's go.

Hurry.

Yun Xi.

Imperial Physician Gu.

Yun Xi, leave with me. Let's go.

I want to wait for mother to come back.

Her Highness is dead.

Yun Xi, listen to me.

His Highness is at war with the imperial guards.

The palace is in a chaos.

We've to find a way to leave quickly.

Your Highness, this is bad.

The Duke of Qin has brought people through Gate of Divine Might.

Didn't the Crown Prince force the emperor to abdicate?

It was indeed the Crown Prince at first.

But it suddenly turned into the Duke of Qin.

It turns out that he's using the Crown Prince as disguise.

Your Highness, this palace is going to change hands.

What should we do?

-Greetings, Consort Qing. -Rise.

I've been ordered by His Majesty to bring you there to join him.

Your Majesty.

The Duke of Qin is closing in upon us.

My unit and the imperial guards are unable to hold back anymore.

They're outside Qin Zheng Palace.

Your Majesty and Your Highnesses, quickly evacuate.

Your Majesty.

Empress Dowager is unwilling to leave with me.

I'm incapable. Please forgive me.

Imperial Mother is unwilling to leave.

Your Majesty, don't bother about them. Let's leave.

That's right, Your Majesty.

-Let's leave. -Otherwise, it would be too late.

That's right, Your Majesty.

Your Majesty, this is bad!

-Empress Dowager has died! -Imperial Grandmother!

Your Majesty. Your Majesty.

Imperial Mother!

My son.

I've sinned greatly.

To protect your position back then,

I've burned the temporary imperial residence.

The real Long Fei Ye died.

I didn't expect this impostor to come for revenge.

This is my retribution.

Tian Ning is going to be destroyed.

I feel ashamed to live on in this world.

I could only leave first,

and seek forgiveness from the late emperor.

My last words for you.

Imperial Mother.

Why did you do this?

Your Majesty.

Duke of Qin's army is going to break through the inner castle.

The only solution now is to leave.

Your Majesty.

Your Majesty.

Look after your health.

Your Majesty.

As long as we are still alive,

we'll have the chance to take revenge.

Your Majesty.

Leave! Leave!

"Qin"

Emperor Tian Hui escaped in the direction of Western Capital.

Your Highness.

I'm willing to lead the army to break into Western Capital,

get Emperor Tian Hui's head and dedicate it to you.

Report.

Your Highness.

Southern border's soldiers have taken control of Capital's gateway.

But when I was after Emperor Tian Hui's army,

they threatened us with women and children's lives.

I dare not act recklessly.

I could only...

I could only let them through.

Thus, it'll be difficult for us to capture Emperor Tian Hui again.

The reason we recover our country,

is to overthrow the tyranny of Emperor Tian Hui,

and let the people live a stable life.

Lord Sun, you did the right thing.

Your Highness.

Get up and take the medicine.

Come.

Your Highness.

All is well now.

Don't work so hard like before anymore.

There would be dire consequences if there's another Poison Gu outbreak.

So, you need to take a good rest these days.

Tomorrow morning, I have to...

worship ancestors of Qin Xi and mother too.

Yes.

"Xuan Yuan Temple"

Imperial Father and Mother.

I didn't disappoint the ancestors of Qin Xi.

What about Grand Imperial Consort Yi's funeral arrangements?

Mother died faithful to Tian Ning.

I think she's more willing to be with the late emperor.

Let her be buried in the Imperial Tomb of Tian Ning.

All right. I'll ask the others to get it done.

Remember.

It has to be an honourable burial ceremony.

Engrave this on the tombstone.

Deceased mother, Grand Imperial Consort Yi.

The unfilial son, Long Fei Ye.

It was 25 years ago today,

that the usurper seized the power,

and Qin Xi was destroyed.

Today, after 25 years,

the descendants of Qin Xi expelled the traitors,

and restored the country.

By the will and greatest virtue from the above,

I've received the mandate of heaven.

Qin Xi imperial family...

shall rise up again.

Long live! Long live!

Reporting to Your Highness.

After it's spread that Tian Hui used the people to create poison zombie,

the people are now supporting Your Highness.

I think that Your Highness should seize the moment,

to ascend the throne and meet the wishes of the people.

-I second the motion. -I second the motion.

Emperor Tian Hui has now escaped to Li Du of West Capital.

Qin Xi has yet to be unified.

It's too soon to ascend the throne.

You can first ascend the throne while there's an upsurge of public opinion.

It's only a matter of time before we reclaim Western Capital.

I have my own plan.

Don't discuss on this again.

Your Highness.

-Brother, are you all right? -Get the imperial physician!

Get the imperial physician!

Han Yun Xi!

Imperial Physician Gu, where's Han Yun Xi?

She's not around.

Not around? Where did she go?

She mentioned that she's going to the mountain to pick herbs.

Went up to the mountain to pick herbs? Which mountain?

I don't know.

She lives here. You don't know where she went?

Right.

You're from Poison Sect too. That will do.

-Follow me. -Young Master Tang.

-What's the matter? -Save a life.

How is it?

With His Highness's current condition,

I could only find ways to let him stay awake.

I can't do anything else.

It's my fault.

The Poison Gu has gone deep into the bone marrow.

He still has to work around the clock.

I shouldn't have listened to him.

I should force him to rest.

He's awake.

Brother.

Brother.

You finally woke up.

Greetings, Your Highness.

Imperial Physician Gu.

Why are you still in the Capital?

Where's Yun Xi?

Your Highness.

When we were on the way out,

we saw Grand Imperial Consort Yi being kidnapped.

Yun Xi wanted to save her.

So, we headed back to the Capital but we failed.

The Capital is now under Your Highness's control.

I'm afraid there is no safer place than here.

So, Yun Xi and I stayed back.

Why is the Poison Gu in your body getting worse?

I can still hold on.

It's all right.

You should look after yourself and recuperate.

Don't let your body be sapped of vital energy.

Thank you.

I would like to ask for your favour in something.

Don't be.

I'm at your command.

After this battle,

many soldiers are injured.

There's no one reliable in Imperial Medical Constitution.

I would like to invite you back to oversee it,

and treat these soldiers.

Your Highness cares for the well-being of the people.

We're very fortunate.

I'm duty bound to do it.

Thank you.

I'll excuse myself.

Right, Your Highness.

Yun Xi is finding ways to treat the Poison Gu in your body.

Maybe there is still a way.

There are many government affairs to be handled.

With my current health condition,

I'll surely not be able to handle it.

You've to learn to handle government affairs too.

Brother, don't worry.

I'll help to keep watch on your behalf.

But you need to get well soon.

You're aware that I'm not experienced in dealing with government affairs.

As the descendant of Xuan Yuan's family,

you have to take responsibility of the peacefulness of the people.

Because you're inexperienced,

so all the more reason for you to work harder.

It has been years.

You need to dial it back a bit.

Brother, so long as you can recover,

I'll do anything that you ask me to.

You're so free.

It's hard to find a moment of leisure in a busy life.

I've promised the Duke of Qin,

to work in Imperial Medical Institution starting tomorrow.

His Highness wants me to treat the wounded soldiers.

As a physician, I have no reason to reject him.

Moreover, we need to have an income for our daily expenses too.

Brother Gu, you don't have to explain to me.

I've said it before that we are friends, not master and servant.

All right.

Well, as a friend,

I would like to speak to you from the heart.

Actually, Young Master Tang came to look for you this morning, not me.

But you were not around.

His Highness had another episode of Poison Gu outbreak.

He was very weak and unconscious.

Don't worry.

After I've performed acupuncture, His Highness is awake.

But it doesn't look good.

If there's another outbreak again,

his life might be at stake.

Yun Xi.

I think you should visit him.

Actually, we shouldn't judge certain things by the surface of it.

You should understand this.

I hope that no matter what you do,

you'll not have any regrets in the future.

"Wen De Palace"

Why have we came to this point?

Yun Xi.

Yun Xi!

Yun Xi!

Yun Xi!

Your Highness.

What are you doing?

Have a seat.

Come.

Your Highness.

You have yet to recover.

How can you be out and moving around? You should rest more.

Yun Xi.

Has Yun Xi been here?

Your Highness, why torture yourself?

If you would like to see Her Highness, I can ask her here.

Yun Xi has said before.

From now on, we'll have nothing to do with each other.

Have you found Ming Xiang?

After Miss Ming Xiang ran away, she was kidnapped by Li Quan.

She was brought to Western Capital by Emperor Tian Hui.

I've arranged Bai Xiao Chuan to go for her rescue.

Ming Xiang has suffered so much for me.

I am really sorry for her.

Maybe for the rest of the time that I still have,

I wouldn't be able to find the antidote to cure her Beauty Blood.

Your Highness.

I beg you not to say things like that.

You'll surely be fine.

Your Highness, it's cold out here.

I'll help you back inside.

Qi Shao, look.

This is Bei Ming Mountain.

We've searched many places but we still couldn't find Jue Zhong herbs.

Bei Ming Mountain is our last hope.

This mountain is different from the rest that we've seen.

It's a sunny day and it's in the afternoon.

Yet, it's still foggy.

There's are many strange things here.

We have to be careful.

Look only for Jue Zhong herbs.

Don't touch other precious herbs.

I got it.

Hurry. Look, Qi Shao.

Rest in peace.

Don't be exposed to wind and rain here.

Yu Ze.

Jue Zhong herbs are exchanged with life.

We need to be careful.

Qi Shao, you've changed.

I've changed?

You become soft-hearted.

You used to care only about your goals and wouldn't take pity on others.

You wouldn't care about others' opinion too.

Now, you care about the suffering of the people.

Is that so?

I think it's a good thing.

You become someone who has feelings and emotions.

Perhaps I've really been influenced by Han Yun Xi.

Qi Shao, do you really like Han Yun Xi so much?

She is the person that I care for the most.

But we didn't get to know each other earlier.

Since you know that,

why don't you turn around and look at the one beside you?

Qi Shao.

I'll always be right here and waiting for you.

Yu Ze.

You have your own life.

Just like Zhu Yu and I.

We're just like a family.

But I have never hindered her life.

Han Yun Xi is really blessed,

to have you risk your life to find the antidote for her.

How could you think like that?

If you and Zhu Yu are injured,

I would risk my life to cure you of the poison too.

Let's go.

Qi Shao.

Look at the fog in front of you.

Be careful.

Let's go.

"Western Capital"

"Ruo Wei Xuan"

Miss Bai Li.

This is the residence that Eunuch Li has specially selected for you.

The scenery here is good.

I really like it.

I'll go in and pour you a cup of tea then.

All right.

Han Yun Xi.

Other than the blood from your heart that's needed to treat Poison Gu,

I've developed other medicines.

If I tell you everything,

what would you do next?

You may be dismissed.

Yes.

Miss Bai Li, is this what you're looking for?

Yes.

Thank you, Eunuch Li.

I saw the servant leaving this behind when she was packing your things.

I was afraid that you need to use it.

So, I quickly send it over.

Thank you, Eunuch Li.

It's fine.

These servants are too careless.

Miss Bai Li.

I'll not disturb your rest then.

Farewell, Eunuch Li.

Your Highness.

"Poison Gu Scriptures"

Reporting to Your Majesty.

Ever since Miss Bai Li stayed in my old house,

she has been researching on it all night long.

I think that she's still useful to us if we keep her around.

So, I didn't take it by force.

I've seized the opportunity to make a copy during this relocation period.

I think that there must be a big secret in this scripture.

Well done.

I didn't expect that,

the last copy of "Poison Gu Scriptures",

to be in the hands of Bai Li Ming Xiang.

We found it by chance after searching far and wide for it.

Li Quan.

Yes.

Summon over all the divine physicians and poison experts that you could.

Get them to research it together with the "Poison Gu Scriptures",

that was passed down by Poison Master.

I don't believe that we can't find the method to create poison zombie.

Even if it's just half,

the power of that poison zombie of Qin Xi's descendant,

it's enough for us to turn the tide.

I obey your order.

Hold on.

Did you get any news regarding Crown Prince?

Reporting to Your Majesty.

General Mu Qing Wu is searching for him.

I believe we'll have his news soon.

Hurry up.

Let me go.

Let me go.

Your Highness.

His Majesty wants me take you to him.

I don't want to go.

Young General Mu.

Please let me go.

Your Highness.

I'm sorry that I can't obey you.

I don't want to go.

He's going to kill me.

Young General Mu, please.

-Your Highness. -Please. Let me go.

You're the heir apparent.

As the Crown Prince,

how can you be so weak and irresponsible?

You will be ridiculed by the people.

Bring him in.

I'm the Crown Prince.

I'm the Crown Prince.

I'm the Crown Prince.

I'm the Crown Prince.

Let me go.

Let me go!

Let me go.

Your Majesty.

The Crown Prince is here.

You're dismissed.

You're an unfilial son!

I can forgive you for all your wrongdoings in the past.

But you've committed treason.

You joined forces with the outsider and raised an army to rebel.

Why did you do that? Speak up!

Why?

That's because you forced me to.

Back then, you knew Han Yun Xi could save me.

Why did you send people to assassinate Long Fei Ye and Han Yun Xi?

Even a vicious tiger wouldn't devour its cub.

But the tiger isn't as ruthless as you.

I was going to die.

Yet, you used me against your enemy.

Imperial Father.

What would you do if it were you?

This is your reason?

Why are you so silly?

Since I know how I could save you,

why do I still need Long Fei Ye and Han Yun Xi?

If I have the slightest bit of danger,

as a father you shouldn't take the risk.

We, as father and son, came right down to this point.

We can't blame others.

We can only blame ourselves for having in our blood the crimes of patricide,

regicide and filicide.

Didn't Imperial Grandfather steal the throne in such a way?

You're a piece of trash!

If you have even a brain,

you wouldn't be led by the nose by Long Fei Ye.

It's a retribution.

It's all a retribution.

What did you say?

Back then, you've destroyed Qin Xi and caused the death of the people.

You reap what you sow now.

The retribution has fallen upon us both.

Shut your mouth!

Blame yourself for being partial.

Since it has come to this, I might as well tell you a secret.

I killed Long Tian Qing myself.

You killed Tian Qing?

Imperial Father.

You must be disappointed.

Back then, Noble Consort Xiao killed my Imperial Mother.

Long Tian Qing caused uncle's death.

In the end, he wanted to kill me too.

I've had enough.

My only regret now is letting Long Tian Qing had an easy death.

Why would we come down to this point?

I remember you used to be very smart when you were young.

Your Imperial Mother was the love of my life.

We were deeply in love.

I didn't make anyone the empress,

because I have high hopes on you. Do you know that?

Since it has come to this, it's pointless to say all of these.

It's pointless.

But you still have to give an explanation to the people.

Imperial Father.

I hope that we'll not be born into the royal family in our next lives.

Mo Er!

Don't!

Come!

Summon the imperial physician! Hurry!

Yes.

Mo Er.

Imperial Father.

Forgive me.

Mo Er!

Qi Shao, look.

We haven't seen such an extraordinary view in Yao Gui Valley,

with so many precious herbs gathered in a place.

It's rare indeed.

The roots of Jue Zhong herbs will release a unique nutrient,

making a lot of precious herbs growing around it.

If I'm not wrong,

before the morning sun comes out, Jue Zhong herbs will absorb,

the medicinal properties of other herbs around it.

Let's stay here and keep guard of it.

Perhaps we might see it the next morning.

I'll find some firewood and hunt some wild animals to eat.

Yu Ze.

You're no longer my subordinate now.

Don't have to look after me.

-But... -Leave all this to me.

Stay right here.

Father.

Crown Prince is dead.

He committed suicide by taking poison

I think he was driven to death by His Majesty.

Impossible.

He must have committed suicide to escape the punishment.

It's rumoured that the plague in southern border,

is His Majesty's doing for the research on poison zombie.

Father.

Is it worth it for us to defend a tyrant like this?

Qing Wu.

You're now Tian Ning's general.

Don't believe the rumours and shake the morale of the army.

All right.

Even if the plague is a rumour,

but when we retreated,

His Majesty used the women and children's lives,

to threaten and evade Duke of Qin's army.

Is this a rumour too?

Mu family has been the retainer of Long family.

We can't control how Long family treats the outsider.

But His Majesty has been kind to us.

We can't bite the hands that feed us.

Moreover, you're going to get married with Princess Chang Ping soon.

You'll be a family soon.

Don't be disloyal.

Let's go.

"Wen De Palace"

Brother, why aren't you taking a good rest?

You're either reviewing the memorials all night or be in a daze with that.

If this goes on, you wouldn't be able to endure it.

It's all because of Han Yun Xi.

I'll get her here.

Stand there.

You're not allowed to go.

You're sick but you wouldn't rest.

You miss her all day long.

I'll bring her here. Get things straight between the 2 of you.

You didn't kill Poison Master.

Why did you take the blame and let her hate you?

If you go,

I'll send you back to Tang Sect.

Why can't we let her know?

Poison Master poisoned and killed our family.

If she thinks that I killed Poison Master,

she'll feel that it's even between us.

Are you able to let go of her?

I have to even if I can't.

It's better than holding her up.

How is that so?

She couldn't match you regardless.

-How would you hold her... -Enough!

Your Highness.

Bai Xiao Chuan has brought people into Western Capital.

They're coming up with a plan to save Miss Bai Li.

One more thing.

The Crown Prince has committed suicide.
