A swallow will add a hundred!

Drink it all, and you'll live forever!

I'm protecting the fountain.

From bandits like you.

I don't expect you humans to understand.

What's your motive for going after the Fountain of Youth?

I wish what Ban came to steal wasn't the Fountain of Youth... but me...

I was... really happy...

What have I been doing?

I also became a native resident of this place.

How many decades—no, centuries— has it been since I came here?

Cap'n! Where are you?!

Answer me!

This is a tale of ancient times, from when the worlds of humans and non-humans were not separated.

The fate they've been cursed with by the Demon King and the Supreme Deity has been revealed.

Meliodas was given eternal life, while Elizabeth was afflicted with perpetual reincarnation.

No matter how many times she is reborn, the same fate of falling in love and dying awaits her.

Meliodas has watched Elizabeth die countless times for the last 3,000 years.

The purpose of his long journey was to put an end to that curse.

And once that happens, Elizabeth is going to die within three days.

In order to save Elizabeth from her fated death once she has regained memories of her past lives,

Meliodas has decided to become the next Demon King.

In order to lift your curse, I will become the new Demon King.

Elizabeth and the rest of the Seven Deadly Sins have resolved to save Meliodas

from the path of destruction he has chosen.

I'm going to help the Seven Deadly Sins in doing whatever it takes to prevent you from becoming the Demon King!

With nothing to even go on, how do you plan to find the Captain's emotion in that hellish environment?

I'll go.

In the name of the Supreme Deity...

In the name of the one I love...

...we hereby form a pact between the Seven Deadly Sins and Stigma!

All units, charge!

And after a 3,000 year pause, the battle against the Demon Clan has started once again.

It's the Holy War.

Meanwhile, Estarossa's warped Love reached a fever pitch, sending him into a frenzy.

I'd rather devour you than let Meliodas have you!

Become part of me!

Estarossa, the Commandments are going to devour you!

We don't need to hurt anyone any further.

I'll do what you want.

I'll be fine.

Elly!

Thank you for joining this expedition to rescue Princess Elizabeth.

That's not my only goal.

I'll never forgive Estarossa for what he did!

But where in the world is he going?

It makes no difference.

We're just going to slaughter Mael's murderer, and also take a step towards victory in the Holy War.

I don't know why Estarossa kidnapped Elizabeth.

But what we do know is that he's both extremely powerful and unstable.

We need to hurry!

Man, we barely caught up.

They sure are booking it!

Sorry for asking you to do this, Captain Leftovers.

Why did you suddenly decide you need to follow them?

I have a goal that I must accomplish.

Even if it costs me my life.

Everyone stay close beside me.

She probably anticipated that Meliodas would deploy his area of darkness

and that I would have the capability to enter it.

You'd better make sure they don't get their hands on that Commandment you're holding, Belialuin girl.

And as for you, Escanor, who holds my brother Mael's Grace...

I am rather vexed by your arrogance,

but your power will certainly be of great use when facing High Rank Demons.

As for these other two, Hendrickson and Gilthunder,

they won't be of much use in a fight,

but both would not hesitate to give their lives for me, or for my host, respectively.

Hendrickson's devotion to me is of particular note.

Apart from his use as a shield, he might make a decent substitute vessel.

Once we are inside, our fate shall be sealed.

There is no turning back.

There is but one way out.

To kill the master of this area of darkness.

No...

Actually, there's another way.

We can restore Meliodas to the way he was. Right?

Marvelous, young master!

Once he absorbs the remaining Commandments, Meliodas will finally become the Demon King.

And when that happens,

I'll hold you to those words, Meliodas!

What's this?

The remains of an aerial theatre?

There!

Elizabeth!

Elizabeth...

That wretch!

He looks like he's lost control of the Commandments.

Elizabeth is mine!

Release her!

True Spirit Spear Chastiefol!

Form Five: Increase!

What is this giant chrysalis?

It seems our arrival was expected.

I thought we wouldn't get to see any more of the fight.

But I'm sure glad you were wrong.

Wh-Who are they?!

The elders of the demons.

Chandler and Cusack.

Their power is immense, and they were the tutors of Meliodas and Zeldris.

However, they had remained in the Demon Realm during the Holy War, so not much more is known about them.

Well now, I suppose we'll be running wild, despite it being unbefitting of our age.

What incredible magic power!

I feel like I'm about to faint and they haven't even attacked yet.

The leader of the Four Archangels, the girl from Belialuin,

and Escanor, who defeated my brother, Estarossa.

We won't allow you to interfere with what Meliodas is doing.

I think this is the first time we've ever met in person.

And it will be the last.

The place is so densely packed that their magic powers are dominating the whole area.

Without a doubt, those six are the most powerful warriors in this world.

Are you done playing around?

Oh?

Unscathed after a hit from me? That is quite impudent.

You lowlife! I'll slaughter anyone who tries to hurt the young master!

I don't think you'll be able to.

Double Impact!

Is that all we'll get from the genius brat who managed to deceive the Demon King and the Supreme Deity?

To put it bluntly, I'm quite disappointed.

Compared to the Ten Commandments, these monsters are on an entirely different level.

Highest Rank Demon Cusack. Power level 168,000.

Highest Rank Demon Chandler. Power level 173,000.

Merlin!

Their power is truly outrageous,

but the most important thing here

is to navigate this battle in a way that yields the key to returning Meliodas to normal.

And that's not a question of numbers.

What did she do just now?

Some weird spell.

There would be no benefit in teaming up with her otherwise.

Napping, is that the power of the infamous Ludociel of Flash?

My goodness, it takes some time for our old bones to warm up for battle, doesn't it, Pacifier?

Numbers may not be the most important thing,

but the power level of the leader of the Four Archangels, Ludociel, is 201,000.

We absolutely couldn't even be here without his power.

Zeldris.

I hear you're the fastest sword in the Demon Realm.

Lord Zeldris!

Rather rude of you to scrape a woman's face.

Didn't you elder brother teach you how to treat the fairer sex?

That's Margaret's body!

Sadly, I have no brother who possesses women's bodies.

Watch out!

Insolent brat!

Did you think you were saving me?

I'd already sensed his attack.

You irredeemable fool.

I appreciate your willingness to protect me.

But stand aside and watch now.

Roast and writhe in my Grace of Flash!

Shit!

Cap'n...

Watch out.

The freezing, broiling,

wasting pains of Purgatory eats at your soul.

If you fall into despair,

you'll become just another monster roaming this realm.

Listen up, Ban.

There's no time to be whining.

No matter what it takes, find the Cap'n's emotions

and get back to where everyone is waiting.

But how am I supposed to look for these emotions?!

Are they shaped like a soul?

Let's get out of this hellhole already.

Damn it.

That bloody hurt!

Where the hell are you, Cap'n?!

Answer me already!

What the hell?!

No way I'm giving up!

I was just getting a bit bored!

If you want to play so badly, I can be of company!

Come at me, monster!

But seriously, you're pretty tenacious.

How many decades has this fight been going?

I'm busy searching for a friend, you know.

Actually, right now, I kinda wanna lie down for a bit.

Huh?

What up with this guy?

He really seems to have taken a liking to me.

Cap'n, let's just get back home already.

Everyone back there is holding out, waiting for your return.

And... I really miss my woman.

Yeah, me too.

What was that?

Where did the dragon go?

Ah, there you are.

Hey, partner.

How are you feeling?

Ban!

The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath's Judgement has finally started.

By the way, what does "wrath" mean?

Well, how do I explain it?

Hawk, would you lift that rock?

It's heavy!

Rah-rah-rah-rah!

And there you have it, that's wrath.

I see!

Next time, on The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon's Judgement

"Encountering the Unknown"

It actually means "being very angry".
