Gosh. You're good at shooting hoops.

I'm a lot stronger than I thought.

It's been a while, but, uh... [CHUCKLES]

DAISY: Oh, goody-goody. This is gonna be fun.

Now all I gotta do is [PANTS] make a basket.

Oh! Bouncing basketballs!

I need a break.

You know, Pete, maybe if you got your body moving around more,

you'd feel a whole lot better.

And I know just the thing that'll help.

-Exercise. -MICKEY: Right!

Or as I like to call it... Mousekersize.

Yeah! Mousekersizing will give you energy,

and help make you stronger, like me.

You see, there are lots of fun ways to get exercise.

Such as jumping...

jump roping...

rowing a boat...

and my favorite thing, riding a bike.

Sounds like loads of fun, huh?

I'd rather take a nice long nap.

Or how about sitting in a comfy chair?

If you just lie around doing nothing all day,

you'll never be strong enough to do anything.

Now we're gonna do some jumping jacks.

Actually, when I do them, they're jumping Goofs.

All you gotta do is jump up and clap your hands like this:

We'll do four of them at a time.

And we'll count them while we jump.

I know what'll help cool you down, Pete.

A nice, cool drink of water.

It's important to always drink plenty of water

when you're Mousekersizing.

Well, that was fun. I guess we'll call it a day.

Here's where you're gonna do the broad jump.

Ha! I can do this with my eyes closed and my nose pinched.

Well, let's measure how far you went from the starting line.

Does anyone have something we can use for measuring?

Golly, I don't think any of those will measure anything.

Well, where's your little pal, Toodles?

He always has one of them handy-dandy Mouseke-doodlies.

MICKEY: Hmm...

What could we use for measuring?

MINNIE: Goofy's shoes! We can line up the shoes

to see how far you jumped, in Goofy feet.

MICKEY: We've got shoes!

[CHUCKLES] I mean, ears. Say, "Cheers."

One Goofy foot.

Two Goofy feet.

Three Goofy feet.

That's all? Huh!

I know I can jump farther than that.

All right, drum roll please.

[DRUM ROLL]

[CHUCKLES] I knew it. Pretty far, huh?

Is that farther than I jumped before?

Your first jump was three Goofy feet,

Five! Oh, the answer is five!

So Pete jumped farther the second time.

I bet I could jump even farther.

three to get ready, and look at Pete go!

I'm a better jumper than I thought. [CHUCKLES]

We've got a giant stick of celery,

can help us get Pete down safely from the Shoe Garage?

DAISY: How about the giant stick of celery?

We could stand it up and use it like a slide.

GOOFY: Sounds kind of celery siller-y. [CHUCKLES]

Ooh. Sliding down giant celery is almost as much fun as eating it.

So what's next on our Mousekersize list?

Well, now it's time to jump rope with Minnie and Daisy.

Um, did you say, "jump rope"?

Well, I'm not that wild about jumping over any rope.

You see, I'm not very good at jump roping.

Oh, Pete, you just need a little practice, that's all.

But we have one little problem.

[SIGHS] We don't have a jump rope.

Oh, well, nice try, ladies.

You know, maybe this is a good time for a nap.

Uh-uh, Pete. We're not giving up on you.

Let's see if we have a Mouseketool

that can help us find a jump rope.

But we have two ping-pong paddles,

MICKEY: What's today's mystery Mouseketool?

MINNIE: Ooh! A long ribbon.

DAISY: It kind of looks like a jump rope. Oh, goody!

The ribbon is perfect.

And I know the perfect song to sing while we're jumping over it.

But I've got one more fun Mousekersize for you.

Riding a bike around the Glove Balloon.

This is gonna be more fun

than taking a bath in a bowl full of pudding.

Oh, cheese weasels.

The wheel's all busted.

And I was hoping to do more Mousekersizing.

Don't you worry, Pete.

We'll fix the bike for you.

All we need is something big and round.

Who's got something like that?

Oh, buttons!

Oh, that's it. A button!

What shape is a button?

Yeah! It's round, like a wheel.

Well, okay, but we're gonna need a big button to fit on this bike.

And we're all out of Mouseketoolies.

Not a problem, boys.

It just so happens that I promised Willie the Giant

that I would sew new buttons on his teddy bear.

One giant button coming up.
