(Episode 82)

Sun Hyuk found out everything.

He knows Ga Heun is Eun Jo...

and that Star is his child too.

Forgive him?

Why should I forgive you?

No. I can never forgive you.

Star is already gone.

What use is forgiving you now?

If by chance...

Sun Hyuk does find out, I'm going to step in.

If he gets in the way of your revenge,

I'll get rid of him.

Sun Hyuk,

I'm not Eun Jo.

You're mistaken.

You have to be.

That's the only way you won't get hurt.

A wolf loves only one female wolf for life.

If the female wolf dies first,

it goes to the highest point and cries sorrowfully.

It's the only mammal that will fight to the death for its female mate.

Isn't that so cool?

You have to do that too,

okay?

I'm sure he saw Eun Jo yesterday.

Did something happen again?

Hey. Is he still hot? He was feverish all night.

No. Thankfully, his fever's gone.

You're right.

Gosh. My poor baby.

What happened this time that you're so sick?

First, the divorce.

And he finally ended up quitting his job.

Goodness. My poor son.

Maybe this year is cursed for him or something.

No, it isn't cursed. It's because Eun Jo showed up.

Hey.

He was groaning...

calling out to Eun Jo all night long.

Do you really not know what happened to him?

It reminds me of when she died.

It gives me chills.

I'm sure he was just dreaming about her.

I need to talk to you.

- I have to get to work. - Okay.

Gosh.

Sun Hyuk is sick?

That's right. He was sick all night long.

I'll tell him to call you as soon as he wakes up.

Yes, please. Thank you.

I'm sure he's in shock now that he knows...

Ms. Hwang is Eun Jo.

- Eun Jo. - I'm not her!

Eun Jo!

Sun Hyuk only cried when Ms. Hwang denied...

being Eun Jo.

He doesn't seem to know what happened five years ago.

Is that a good thing?

Ms. Hwang was denying it adamantly.

That means she doesn't want him to get hurt.

I should tell her that Ji Na Hwang is using her...

for her revenge.

(President Oh Ha Jun)

I left the stuff on Oman Group here.

Where is it?

No.

(Oman Group Emergency Fund Procurement Plan)

Ji Na Hwang was the fiancee of Oman Group's president...

that committed suicide.

And this girl is the real Ga Heun born between them.

Is that what you think about the suicide...

of Oman Group's president 30 years ago?

Didn't that result from you...

giving the chairman improper advice?

What did you just say? Ms. Hwang.

Don't you feel responsible for pushing a businessperson...

to suicide?

Ji Na Hwang had come to get revenge on Jewang Group.

She plans to get Ha Jun and Ga Heun married...

so that she can take over Jewang Group.

Wait. Ha Jun knows...

that Ga Heun is Eun Jo, but he plans to marry her anyway.

He wants to help Ji Na Hwang...

with her revenge and kick me out.

Goodness.

Talk about perfect partners in revenge.

(Vice President Geum Eun Hwa)

Did you take my documents on Ji Na Hwang?

What do you mean?

Don't tell me...

you ran a background search on your future mother-in-law.

Hey. Ms. Hwang invested in our company.

How dare you do that? What if you anger her?

This is why people say...

you're unfit to be the successor.

Really?

I think killing people...

makes someone more unfit.

I heard you got me some strange medicine.

What... What? What do you mean?

I got an herbal tonic made for you.

I'm sure Ms. Park was mistaken.

I know you're trying to kill me because I know everything...

that Ha Ra did.

How many people must die for you to be happy?

Must Grandma and I both die...

for you to be happy?

What?

What about you?

Did you have to team up with Ji Na Hwang...

even after finding out that Ga Heun was Eun Jo to be happy?

Do you think I'll just sit back...

and let you take revenge on me?

I never said I wanted you to let me take revenge.

I don't want lame revenge. That's boring.

But seeing how you stole the documents on Oman Group,

you must know about Ji Na Hwang's revenge too.

Then you must know what a huge blow it'll be...

once Ms. Hwang and I get married.

It must eat you up even more.

- Oh Ha Jun! - Listen carefully!

I haven't told everyone...

what you and Ha Ra did all this time...

because I'm just pushing it off until after I become the successor.

Once I'm named successor,

you won't be sitting here.

You'll be sitting in prison.

What?

I'm going to make sure...

your wedding doesn't happen.

We don't know yet whether that marriage will be...

a shortcut to revenge or the road to perdition.

Do everything you can before the wedding.

Father doesn't seem to listen to you anymore.

I can't wait to see...

what you do.

We must find the real Ga Heun.

Then I can pull the plug on his wedding.

I don't know what happened to him,

but my brother was sick all night and calling your name.

Like he lost his whole world just like when you died.

My mom and I didn't sleep a wink because we were so worried.

Bo Mi.

Sun Hyuk found out who I am.

What? He found out?

He even knows about Star.

How?

My poor brother.

I denied it.

Why? In case he'll get in the way...

of your revenge if he found out?

No.

Because I know what he'll have to endure.

Eun Jo. I guess at least you're worried about him.

He found out who I am...

and about Star,

but luckily, he doesn't know what Se Rin and Ha Ra did.

Luckily?

How is that "luckily"?

You say he knows who you are.

Then he should know what those jerks did.

Calm down.

You know how he is.

If he finds out what they did,

the guilt will suffocate him.

I'm sure.

He thought you were dead and married Ha Ra and had Hoon.

He may even try to kill himself.

Exactly.

So if he asks about me, tell him you know nothing.

Eun Jo. He needs to know the truth.

Yes, it'll hurt at the moment,

but it's his burden to bear.

Even if we stay quiet,

he'll find out somehow.

He'll probably question Ha Ra and Se Rin right away.

I told Ha Ra.

She'll stop Se Rin.

Sun Hyuk found out who Ga Heun really is?

How did he find out?

Ga Heun doesn't know.

Regardless, it isn't all that shocking.

Sun Hyuk recognized Ga Heun as Eun Jo...

when he first met her.

His brain couldn't make sense of it,

but his heart probably raced like crazy.

What are you babbling about?

First, block his number from your phone.

If he shows up, run away.

If he finds out what we did,

it'll all be over for us.

No. Ha Ra. Don't despair.

It may be a good thing that he knows.

He may be able to stop her from taking revenge.

Se Rin.

Listen carefully. Whatever the case may be,

I can't live a single day without him.

So shut your big mouth.

She's a total psycho.

But then again, all of this did happen because of Sun Hyuk.

I should block his number.

Everyone, gather now!

You went to that park last night?

That's right. I saw you two meet.

Did you tell him?

That you're Eun Jo?

Why would I? I hoped he'd never find out who you were.

Regardless of how he found out, what do you plan to do now?

What else?

He's mistaken. He's wrong.

You'll make him out to be a fool?

What choice do I have?

If he finds out what happened during the past five years,

he'll get in the way of my revenge.

Is that really why...

you don't want him to know...

the heinous things you suffered?

What do you mean?

When I saw you...

adamantly deny being Eun Jo in front of him last night,

I saw fear in you. Fear that Sun Hyuk...

will fall apart.

You're afraid...

he'll go crazy if he finds out what happened to you, aren't you?

No.

He'll be a bother, that's why.

It's because he may cling on to me and annoy me.

Ga Heun!

That's love.

You may want to deny it,

but Sun Hyuk is Star's dad.

He's the man you once loved!

If he finds out...

what heinous things Ha Ra did to you and his baby because of him,

it will torment him deeply.

You know first hand what that feels like.

That's why you don't want that to happen to him.

The other fear factor is probably Ji Na Hwang.

Because she'll think Sun Hyuk,

who knows who you are, is a stumbling block.

She may even try...

to get rid of him.

I wouldn't put it past her.

My mom would never.

How are you so sure?

Ji Na Hwang is using you.

What do you mean?

She's using me?

Ask her yourself.

Ask her why she's pushing so hard to get us married.

Are you saying she has another motive...

other than my revenge?

That's right. You're just her avatar.

I wish...

you wouldn't be used for her revenge.

Once you complete the revenge that you want,

you need to go back to being Eun Jo and your family.

But Ji Na Hwang won't let you do that.

Please...

don't become a monster.

Ms. Hwang. I can help you with your revenge,

but I don't know if I can turn you back into Eun Jo.

Sun Hyuk is the only person who can accomplish that.

Hey, Mr. Han. Keep a close eye on Sun Hyuk.

- Make sure he's safe. - Yes, sir.

- Get going. - Yes, sir.

There. She's the real Ga Heun, right?

I had my doubts, but this crazy woman really was her.

How did you get it so quickly?

This isn't my first time.

This is nothing.

So you shouldn't have kept this to yourselves...

and struggled alone.

You should've told me sooner.

You're amazing.

I should've asked you sooner.

Should we tell Ji Na Hwang?

She'll be traumatized to hear her missing daughter...

was living like this.

Not yet.

You should let a bomb ripen and then drop it...

at the optimal moment.

If I find her and bring her on the day of the wedding,

it'll be impossible for any parent not to faint.

You want me to wait until then?

We have to get rid of her right away.

Ha Ra.

Certain foods need to simmer for them to taste good.

She must have no idea that we have this huge bomb.

Ji Na Hwang.

No matter how well she disguises Eun Jo as Ga Heun,

she can't compare to her own child.

She'll never give up on her missing daughter.

It may be a calm lake now,

but once you throw a stone into that lake,

it'll come back as a huge tidal wave.

She's right. We've waited this long. We can wait until the wedding.

We need time to find the real Ga Heun anyway.

Yes. But I plan to torture her with hope...

before we drop the bomb on her.

You have it all planned out.

What kind of torture do you mean?

You said someone from the area where she had the accident...

told you about the real Ga Heun, didn't you?

Yes. The mart owner.

She clearly remembered how Ji Na Hwang...

lived in that area seven years ago...

after the rafting accident and put up fliers everywhere...

to find her daughter.

You'll use her to throw a stone into Ji Na Hwang's heart.

Exactly.

- It was this model, right? - Yes.

(3H Acupressure Bed)

Hello!

Take your time and look around.

I heard the beds here were nice.

My gosh. I can't believe I ran into you here.

Do I know you?

Aren't you the one who was looking for her daughter?

What do you mean?

You're the woman who was looking for her missing daughter...

by the Hanseo River seven years ago, right?

How did you know that?

It really is you.

You didn't find her, did you?

Actually, about a year or so...

after the accident,

a strange woman appeared in our town.

A strange woman?

Yes. We called her Soon Yi.

What was it...

She spoke Chinese and stuff.

She spoke Chinese?

Gosh. She looked so much like the picture in the...

What was it? The flier. So I tried to call,

but I couldn't find those fliers anymore.

Is that true?

Where is she now? Where is she?

Gosh. That was five years ago already.

I don't know.

Actually, the thing is... Soon Yi was...

She was crazy so she was a bit of a looney.

Crazy?

- Looney? - Yes.

Crazy? Looney? She was?

- Ms. Hwang! - Are you all right?

- Ms. Hwang! - Ma'am!

- Calm down. Oh my gosh. - Oh no!

Ms. Hwang!

You really are a genius.

A mom should collapse.

Just bringing up her missing daughter...

will be unbearably painful.

She's back on the road to perdition.

If you need anything else,

ask for me, the manager.

Have a good time.

Oh my gosh.

Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh.

It's been so long since I've done manual labor.

My body feels achy.

I feel like I'm going to get sick.

Then for the sake of the friendship of widows...

and the friendship of pants,

I'll treat you both to an herbal tonic tea.

Good idea.

Okay, I'll go then.

- Excuse me. - Yes, coming.

I need to steal starting now...

so that I can pay Dr. Choi for the drug.

Does it taste good?

I've been curious for a while.

Why did you get rid of everything related to Eun Jo?

Why didn't you keep a single picture?

That was because whenever I saw something that reminded me of her,

I felt bad toward her...

for marrying you, that's why!

Ha Ra did something to Eun Jo five years ago.

That was why she tried to get rid of all traces of Eun Jo.

What's wrong with this script?

Why is a detective in a love scene?

Why is the protagonist of a thriller doing a love scene?

Ms. Oh. Drink this and calm down.

Put that way!

I...

I said to tell the director to remove all the love scenes.

Why are they all still in there?

I'm sorry. I did tell him,

but he said the contract states...

that you can't revise the script at all,

and that it was impossible.

That stupid contract.

Who's this annoying writer?

I'll talk to the director again.

(Hoon's dad)

Why are you calling?

Where are you?

I'll come to you.

I have to ask you something.

Darn it. Who cares if she's an actress?

Who cares if she's loaded?

How dare she disrespect her manager like this?

I'll tell the world the truth about Oh Ha Ra.

Princess Oh refuses to do love scenes.

She demands line changes while shooting and throws a fit.

You stink at doing love scenes. I hope you crash and burn.

There was nowhere else to talk. That's why I called you here.

I need to ask you a few things.

What is it?

What happened five years ago at Eun Jo's bachelorette party?

What did you do to her?

What do you mean?

Do you suspect me now?

Babe. Eun Jo died in an accident.

Was it really an accident?

Then tell me every little detail about what happened to her that day.

The day...

Eun Jo...

- was in the accident? - That's right!

Tell me what happened to her and how!

Well...

Ha Ra! Drop the act.

I've been fooled by your act for the past five years.

But not anymore.

No.

I'm not acting. I can't remember.

The day Eun Jo died,

the stage was...

the vacation house where we had the bachelorette party.

2, 3.

Se Rin gave her the juice that was drugged.

Eun Jo drank...

all of the juice.

No.

Did she not drink it all?

What are you trying to pull?

Eun Jo...

drank the juice and went to the next stage.

It was a suspension bridge.

It was very high.

Dropping her hand from that suspension bridge...

was my final action.

What was my line?

What lie did I tell?

Was it not a lie?

How is Eun Jo alive?

Se Rin!

Get it together.

Eun Jo went out to look for the time capsule...

and went missing.

The weather turned bad after she left.

Yes. She's missing.

I can't remember.

I can't...

Are my memories correct?

What? You can't remember because you've told so many lies?

What did you do to Eun Jo?

No... Yes, I remember.

Yes. Eun Jo...

ran out of the house.

Right. To find the time capsule.

I remember now.

And then... Se Rin...

and I went to stop her.

That's where she fell. From the suspension bridge.

See? I remember everything.

A bridge?

Eun Jo fell from a bridge?

Ms. Oh, it's time for the shoot.

I have to go to my shoot.

A bridge?

Eun Jo fell from a bridge?

Ha Ra and Se Rin said back then...

that she went missing in the mountains.

Se Rin.

The person you have reached is not available.

Please leave your message after the tone.

Since I blocked Sun Hyuk's number,

I don't have to worry about him calling.

Se Rin. I heard you picked up the cake from the hotel...

that Eun Jo ate.

Yes, that's right. Why?

The hotel says the cake they gave you didn't have almonds.

Did you check?

No.

I didn't have time to.

Really? Didn't you put the ring in the cake?

No, it was Ha Ra.

She said she had to put the ring in,

so all I did was deliver the cake to her.

Darn it. Even when Eun Jo had her allergic reaction,

he wouldn't let up and drove me mad.

I should just stay away from him.

That's right. He may come here,

so I should go hide at the serviced apartment.

Sun... Sun Hyuk.

What brings you here?

Did you block my number?

What? No.

Why would I?

I don't know what Ha Ra said to shut you up,

but she just told me everything.

What did she tell you?

What happened to Eun Jo five years ago!

I heard she fell off a bridge.

Ha Ra told you all of that?

Sun Hyuk. I did it because Ha Ra made me.

Ha Ra wanted to steal you from her.

What happened to Eun Jo...

was because of me?

Then who else?

Ha Ra killed Eun Jo's baby in order to get you.

She threatened me,

so I drugged the juice and fed it to Eun Jo. That's all.

Star...

Ha Ra killed...

Star?

Sun Hyuk.

How much did she tell you?

Oh no. Oh no...

That's not it.

I'm just babbling.

You know I say nonsense all the time.

Forget what I said.

We have to get our stories straight so the cops don't suspect us.

We didn't go anywhere near the bridge.

If they find out we were there with her, they'll suspect us.

Understand?

I remember now.

And then... Se Rin...

and I went to stop her.

That's where she fell. From the suspension bridge.

Oh no.

I told Sun Hyuk earlier that she fell from the bridge.

What is it, Se Rin?

Ha Ra.

What do I do?

Sun Hyuk came over...

I thought you told him everything and told him.

Mr. Han. Is everything okay?

Sir. Something's wrong with Mr. Cha.

He came out of Ju Se Rin's office looking shocked...

and went somewhere. He even left his car behind.

What? Where? Where did he go?

Sun Hyuk. I did it because Ha Ra made me.

Ha Ra wanted to steal you from her.

I can't do that.

It's my last night with my friends before the wedding.

It's just one night. One night.

Then who else?

Ha Ra killed Eun Jo's baby in order to get you.

She threatened me,

so I drugged the juice and fed it to Eun Jo.

That's all.

Star...

Ha Ra killed...

Star?

It's my fault.

Ha Ra killed Eun Jo...

and killed Star because of me?

I can't live without you.

If you die,

I'll follow you and die too.

Will you really die too, if I die?

(Miss Monte-Cristo)

What? Sun Hyuk was what? Oh no.

You'll have to pay for what you did.

Sun Hyuk found out what Ha Ra and Se Rin did to you and Star...

I have vascular dementia?

I may not recognize my daughter even if I meet her.

The name of the deceased is Ko Eun Jo.

What? Ko Eun Jo?

You and Eun Jo weren't destined to end up together anyway.

I don't regret it.

I'd kill Eun Jo and her baby over and over again...

thousands of times in order to have you.
