Hurry up! Take a look!

Sister Zi Yuan!

Godfather, it's close enough!

If this continues,

Miss Yue will die!

Give her the antidote!

Silly girl,

I keep testing poisons on others

all because of you!

I have to figure out all these poisons

so that I can tone your body

and eliminate the toxins in your body.

Godfather,

the toxins in my body is a lot less.

I'm fine.

Godfather, please spare Miss Yue!

She can't take any more.

Okay, okay. You had me.

Go. Get the antidote for her.

Okay.

Young Master, can you lie down?

It has been two days.

When is Yue Zi Yuan coming to see me?

Miss Yue was hurt in the prison.

She needs to get rehabilitation too.

Then when are you going to take me to her?

And why didn't you put us in the same room?

There are many rooms in Qingfeng Camp.

Chief Zheng is bad at organising.

Yang Xiao.

I'll be angry if you

don't focus on your recovery.

Zi Yuan.

Are you feeling better?

Yes, I feel better.

Zi Yuan, I'm afraid to lose you again.

So

you must stay in my sight, okay?

Rest assured, I won't refuse to meet you.

Why are you staring at me?

It's nice if I can see you every day like now.

Do you know

you almost died this time?

You're mean.

You don't even let me hold your hand.

I thought I couldn't see you anymore.

You really are a troublemaker.

Then I'll play this role

for 10,000 years.

I'll stay with you forever.

In your dreams.

Who would like to stay with you?

Did I say I like you?

Don't you like me?

Then why did you work hard to save me?

I did that for money.

Yang Xiao, what's the matter?

Are you feeling unwell?

Don't scare me!

And you claim that you don't like me?

How dare you lie to me!

What's wrong with your hand?

Nothing, I accidentally hurt it.

Who did that to you?

I'm not here to tell you

about my hand.

I'm here to tell you that

I think we should look for the evidence to clear my name

as soon as possible

instead of doing nothing

after you're recovered,

right?

So,

who did that to you?

It's just a small injury.

I feel nothing at all.

Can you stop being a nag?

How is this a small injury?

Ten fingers are connected to the heart.

This is serious, okay?

If I capture that guy,

I'll do the same thing

to his fingers and tear him apart for sure.

To avenge you.

Can you talk about the serious matter?

How can I talk while

you're covering my mouth?

It's Qingfeng Camp here.

We have to attack them with an enveloping array.

Lieutenant Wu,

how far are your subordinates from here?

General,

they are about 40 miles away from here.

Report!

What news have you got?

General Gu, I've got the news.

Say it.

I sneaked into Zheng Xiu's territory

and discovered that

Qingyue Mountain is not as bad as the rumour said.

Zheng Xiu has taken in

the villagers of over 30 tribes in Qingfeng Mountain.

She settles the

less agile members and the families in the mountain.

And she builds houses, develop farmlands,

waters the crops with stream water.

I witnessed

the people are living happily.

So it seems

we're wrong about Zheng Xiu.

[Guiyue State]

[Wanted]

Stop there!

Go!

Stop there.

Go!

Stop there!

Why do you want to enter the city?

My lord,

my brother is suffering from tuberculosis.

Tuberculosis?

Right, we wish to see a doctor in the city.

Please make an exception.

Get moving!

Thank you.

Goodness gracious.

[Guiyue State]

They are really strict recently.

Yes.

I wonder where that guy went.

[Wanted]

Seems like I'm famous in Guiyue State.

It won't hurt.

Once we tear up the arrest warrant

after you clear your name,

everyone will forget who you are in a few days.

It's fine not to tear it up.

They didn't recognize me either.

I can daringly move around.

Young masters.

Yang Xiao, you even risked your life

[Guiyue State Yinfeng Pavilion]

to save Miss Zi Yuan.

It's a waste

of my effort to save you.

I'll do anything

for Zi Yuan, even risking my life.

Young Lady Mu Yun, please forgive me.

I give you my apology.

Right,

this is General Fan's autopsy report that you want.

[Autopsy report]

I worked hard to get it for you.

The most prominent coroner of Guiyue State

is sure that it's an unique poison in General Fan.

[Autopsy report]

He has never seen this

kind of poison in his career.

Then how did he get poisoned?

I have no idea.

Perhaps there's a person who can help you.

Who is it?

Gu Shu Yu.

Gu Shu Yu?

General Fan has been taking charge of Guiyue State.

Now he's dead.

There are only two subordinates of him left.

They are Gu Shu Yu and Wang Rong.

Wang Rong

looks kind

but actually the official trade route of Guiyue route

is under his control.

All these years,

Gu Shu Yu has been taking charge of leading the troops.

But we are still friends.

Right,

it's inconvenient for you two to go out.

Just tell me if you need anything.

I'll help you.

Thank you, Mistress.

Thank you, Young Lady Mu Yun.

Young Lady Mu Yun?

You address her sweetly.

Her name is Sikong Mu Yun.

Her surname is Sikong, her first name is Mu Yun.

Isn't it normal for me to address her

as Young Lady Mu Yun?

It's normal.

Right,

I suddenly remember

I have a marriage contract with Zi Jun.

I'll go and get married in Yuan Residence first.

Are you jealous?

Why would I be jealous?

That's right.

There was nothing at all.

There's only something between you and me.

There's nothing between me and the others.

You're the one flirting with other women.

Believe it or not, I'll use my Yue Family Fist to strike you.

I've just recovered.

Do you have the heart to do it?

Yes.

Is it all right to come in now?

Who is it?

Shuan Zi!

Sister!

Why are you here?

Brother-in-law asked me to come.

Brother...

What... What did you call him?

Brother-in-law?

Am I wrong?

Don't talk nonsense!

It's inconvenient for you to go out.

Just let my

brother-in-law to do it if there's anything.

Brother-in-law?

Young Master Yuan, here's the thing.

Do you wish to clear my sister's name?

Of course I do.

I'm desperate.

If only my master hadn't locked me up here

and kept an eye on me.

Sister Zi Yuan needs me now.

You're right.

My sister needs you now.

My sister said

you're Officer Gu's apprentice.

It's certainly easier for you to walk around General Fan's residence

than it is for us.

We'd like you to help us to poke around.

Let's find out the cause of General Fan's death

to clear my sister's name.

Rest assured.

I'll definitely complete the mission

that Zi Yuan gave me.

And my master, too, doesn't believe it was

Zi Yuan who did that.

So she has been secretly investigating it.

I'll ask my master for permission to take over.

Then any sign of changes in General Fan's residence

will be in my grasp.

Good, Liu Tiao and I will take our leave.

We're planning to investigate the people who

had contact with General Fan's residence.

See if there's any clue.

[Lu Blacksmith's Shop]

If it's a unique poison,

it'll be uncommon for a legitimate physician.

Why don't we ask some experts from the marketplace?

At Yinfeng Pavilion,

[there's a regular named Cui Er Tui Zi.]

[Perhaps he can provide you some useful clues.]

Eucommia, Polygala.

Cui Er Tui Zi!

What do you want?

So you are Cui Er Tui Zing, Masseur Cui?

It's... It's me.

We want to ask you a favour.

How about the money?

A little favour. We need to show you something.

No problem.

What is it?

Take a look.

[Autopsy report]

Can you figure out what the poison is?

[The deceased, General Fan...]

According to this post-death signs,

it seems like he was poisoned by flower poison.

Flower poison?

[This person bled from every orifice after he died.]

His blood was black

and his skin was flushed.

I'm sure this is flower poison.

And this is not the flower poison from the Central Plains.

Zi Jun?

Why are you so late?

I've been waiting for you for a while.

What's wrong?

What is the pressing matter?

I investigated General Fan's residence today.

I think something's wrong with the nurse in his residence.

Nurse?

General Fan did drink milk

when he met me.

General Fan is a grown up.

His nurse must be really old then.

You're such a shallow-minded fellow.

This is not the nurse you thought.

General Fan likes to drink goat's milk.

This nurse

is specifically responsible for milking goats.

Everyone address her as wet nurse.

I find she's strange because I recently saw her come and go

frequently.

That's why I came to tell you guys.

It's a breakthrough anyway.

Yuan Zi Jun, you've done a great job.

Keep going! Keep working hard!

Keep it up! Keep supervising General Fan's residence.

So this is the nurse.

Probably.

Isn't she too young to be a nurse?

What are you thinking about?

We've been told, this is not the nurse we thought.

Let's go. Don't lose her.

You two,

why are you sneaking around?

My lord,

my brother is suffering from tuberculosis.

I'm taking him to see a doctor.

Get lost! Get lost!

Let's go. Let's go over there.

She ran away.

She can run but she can't hide.

Madam, I'm back.

Everything went well today.

Just that...

What?

When I delivered the news

to Lord Wang's subordinate,

it seemed there were two persons following me.

But I didn't know who they were.

Really?

Then did they see Lord Wang's subordinate?

No.

Two soldiers stopped them half way.

And I took the chance to escape.

I got it.

Don't worry. You have me.

You may go.

Yes.

You heard it, right?

Yes.

Do you know what to do?

If one wants

to be someone's weapon,

one must learn to be invincible.

Make way! Make way!

Sister, something's wrong! Something's wrong...

What's wrong? What's the matter?

My... The sand went into my eyes.

I see nothing.

Straight to the point!

I heard Zhu Er, the vegetable seller, said

a female body from the general's residence was secretly

dumped at the mass grave.

[Duke Zhou Wang Zhi Yuan]

[Mother's tomb, Ma Shi Qing]

It's not haunted here, right?

What are you afraid of?

Even if there are spirits,

they will escape once they saw me,

the Armed Escort Chief Yue.

Over here.

This is the nurse.

She bled from every orifice.

It's an awful way to die.

She died the same way as General Fan.

There must be clues

of the murderer on this body.

What should we do now?

This is where the murderer dumped the body.

We can't stay here.

Let's transport the body to a safe place first.

Shuan Zi, slow down.

I'm exhausted.

Seems like we've spooked them

as we tracked her yesterday.

It's a pity that she lost her life.

She might be the one who poisoned him.

Don't be soft-hearted.

She might be the poisoner

but she is dead now.

This means a mastermind is hiding in the general's residence.

She is not the one behind this.

You said General Fan's death is similar to hers.

Then they might have been hit by the same poison.

But we can't tell what the poison is.

Go look for Physician Duan.

Didn't he cure me?

He might know "I-Ching",

acupuncture, pharmacology and stuffs.

He can tell it by seeing this.

Don't do that.

Physician Duan...

We need to pay the price if we consult Physician Duan.

I think we shouldn't go to him.

There must be another way

to diagnose this poison.

What are you afraid of?

If Physician Duan wants money,

then I'll just have to pay him.

What he wants is not money.

What is it then?

That's...

Shuan Zi.

Go get Physician Duan.

I...

It's a strong poison.

Physician, did she really die of poisoning?

Yes, that's right.

She died from a strong poison, named Zhenling Flower.

The symptom is bleeding from seven orifices.

I examined the

toxins in her blood just now.

It's Zhenling Flower, no doubt.

Zhenling Flower?

Yes.

I've read its record on the medical books.

But I've never seen the poison itself.

We should find out the real culprit

who killed innocents

even if it wasn't to clear my name.

To prevent him from hurting others.

Physician, thanks for helping us again.

No problem.

Young Master Yang, you're welcome.

Miss Yue and I worked well together last time.

So I certainly will help

if Miss Yue makes a request.

Physician Duan, I know you're busy.

Hurry back since you've

finished checking.

-Let me see... -Hurry Back!

Last cooperation?

Why did Yue Zi Yuan work with you last time?

That's...

Yang Xiao.

Are you responsible for

the wounds on Yue Zi Yuan's hands?

Don't you know it?

Last time when you were injured,

Miss Yue tested poisons to save you.

We had a deal.

You!

Yang Xiao!

-Let go! Yang Xiao! -What did you say?

Shuan Zi! Quick!

Shuan Zi!

Don't be mad! We had a deal!

I won't forgive you! Believe it or not?

I'll buy your Medicine King Valley for poultry!

Stop! Yang Xiao!

Don't be mad!

Don't be mad.

It's all right.

Don't be mad.

Why didn't you tell me?

It was just a few bites.

It's nothing compared to your life.

I broke my promise.

I didn't protect you.

You've suffered a lot for me.

It's nothing.

I'm happy to do it.

How did you dispose of

the nurse's body?

I brought two servants

and dumped the nurse's body at the mass grave.

So the body was buried by others after you guys

dumped it at the mass grave?

Yes.

Maybe it was buried by the workers of the cemetery.

Fool!

Why did they

bury her of all bodies?

What are the odds on that?

You dumped the nurse's body outside the city.

Aren't you telling the people of Guiyue

that she died of poisoning?

Do you think our enemies are too slow

at searching for evidence?

You can't even handle a little matter like this.

What else can you do?

Please have mercy, Madam!

I was wrong!

I was lazy

and didn't do it myself.

Chun Tao.

Your parents are now living in my house

and well taken care of.

But if you don't do your job well,

you should know what the result is.

Madam, have mercy! I was wrong!

Madam, have mercy! I was wrong!

Qian from Huifu Pavilion is here to see Lord Wang.

[Wang Rong, manager of Guiyue State's trade route]

You haven't settled on that armed escort?

Lord,

Yang Xiao was seriously injured and he fell off the cliff.

Who knew he would come back from the dead.

And Yue Zi Yuan, that female armed escort,

was going to be executed soon.

Who knew

she would be saved by Yang Xiao

and the bandits.

I... I'm incompetent.

What's his situation?

Lord,

General Fan suddenly passed away.

Officer Gu of Guiyue is suspecting Hu Mei Ren.

I heard that Officer Gu

is investigating Hu Mei Ren.

You'll be in charge of

the store from now on.

Yes, I'll do my job well.

Stand down first.

Yes, I'll excuse myself.

[Wang Jian, escort of Guiyue State's trade route]

Wang Jian.

Yes, my Lord.

You know what to do, right?

I understand.
