The Narragansett Rune stone

Back in December of 1984

2

a man who had been hunting for Quahog

3

claims in the Pojac Point region of the Narragansett Bay

4

noticed a large stone slab that had strange markings

5

that had been scratched into its surface

6

After spending a considerable time attempting

7

to pull the Stone from the region,

8

but being completely unsuccessful

9

as the Stone weighed more than 2.5 tons

10

the Quahogger quickly reported the slab

11

to the Rhode Island

12

Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission shortly after

13

This led to a short expedition

14

by the Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission

15

that located the stone during the brief period

16

in which it was visible within a low tide

17

and found that it had originated from up land

18

and most likely was down in the bay

19

after extreme events of erosion

20

The Stone, however

21

was not removed from the bay

22

during this time

23

and would later be at the center of an interesting heist during 2012

24

when the stone disappeared from the waters

25

after having been stolen

26

forcing the state attorney General's environmental unit

27

at Dems Criminal Investigation Unit to spend more than a year

28

before finally recovering the stone from the stone thief

29

It could be at this time of recovery

30

that a strange character

31

known as Everett Brown

32

would come forward

33

claiming that the Rune stone belonged to him

34

As he and his brother claimed

35

to have carved the runes into the rock back in 1964

36

When officials questioned

37

why the man had not stepped forward

38

after its initial discovery

39

he dismissed such questions on the grounds

40

that he had merely forgotten and only recently remembered

41

Interestingly enough, there's a substantial amount of evidence

42

that stone predated the supposed carvings of 1964

43

and that the Ruins are legitimate in nature

44

However, given the conditions of erosion

45

and lack of further evidence to date,

46

further information under the theory

47

surrounding the Neranganset

48

Rune Stone is limited

49

and remains a mystery to this day

as to its true origins

The impenetrable Sacsayhuaman Walls

Located at the northern outskirts of the city of Cusco, Peru

is an ancient Inca City with walls so impenetrable

built a top difficult maneuver mountainous regions

that archaeologist Wharton had trouble

trying to explain the creation of the city

and the ancient and the ancient building methods used for its creation
