{Episode 11]

I didn't ask you to eat them!

I'm leaving!

Don't run! Your leg isn't healed yet! Where are you going?

I have something to give you!

You've been staring at this malt candy the whole afternoon.

Ma Jing,

this malt candy is sweet, right?

Why does it taste sour?

Tell me honestly.

This afternoon, when you went to buy malt candy,

it was not by accident that you met Prince of Bo. Right?

Were you worried about Princess Bao Na

and Prince of Bo...

I'm worried that His Highness will be impatient towards Princess Bao Na and give himself away.

That's why I went to check on him.

Is that so?

I didn't expect him to understand what it means to cherish a girl.

Why aren't you preparing dinner?

I thought you weren't hungry.

But Princess Bao Na and His Highness need to eat, right?

They ate outside.

- What? - What's with that reaction?

That's good to hear.

When did they return?

While you were looking at that malt candy.

- Where are they? - In Prince of Bo's courtyard.

They are practicing calligraphy together!

Your Highness, please stop!

I heard that Prince of Bo is teaching you calligraphy.

Why don't you practice in the main hall? I'll prepare the tools.

Don't trouble yourself.

It's not troublesome at all. Why would it be troublesome?

You will have more space in the main hall.

It can make you feel relaxed. It's a suitable place for practicing calligraphy.

The study room is quiet.

It can calm one's heart more easily.

But you'll feel sleepy as well.

Her Highness will practice diligently.

Your Highness, you'll be in the study room with Princess Bao Na, just the two of you.

Aren't you afraid that Her Highness's reputation will be affected?

I don't mind!

Your Highness, let's practice in the main hall since Young Feudal Mistress thinks it's unsuitable.

No way!

Ma Zhaixing, are you trying to create trouble?

Let me tell you a secret.

Prince of Bo bought a perfumed sachet.

He wants to give it to me.

But it's embarrassing for him to give it to me in public.

That's why I came up with an excuse to practice calligraphy,

so that he can spend time with me alone.

Sister Zhaixing, please help me out. Okay?

Please don't interrupt us, okay?

The main hall has people moving around. It's unsuitable for calligraphy, indeed.

You guys should go to the study room, so that you wouldn't be bothered.

Do you really mean that?

Let's go.

Just thinking that I'm going to spend time alone with you, my heart is beating like crazy.

I'm afraid my hands will shake later.

But I won't mind it if you hold my hand later!

Brother Bo, you're standing so far away. How can I practice like this?

Aren't you supposed to hold my hand and help me out?

You don't need anyone to assist you in practicing calligraphy.

You can do it as long as you're calm.

Your Highness, return to your seat.

No!

I won't return to my seat if you don't accompany me.

That's great.

You should rest earlier. I've still got things to do.

I'll practice!

I'll practice then.

I'll practice on my own.

I'll practice on my own then.

This is strange.

When is Brother Bo going to give me the perfumed sachet?

Don't tell me he's going to surprise me by giving it to me while I'm asleep?

I'm so tired.

Zhaixing.

Where's Brother Bo?

This is strange.

Where is he?

How did I fall asleep?

Brother Bo!

Feudal Young Mistress, ever since you knew that His Highness had gone out with Princess Bao Na,

the two even practiced calligraphy together earlier,

you became anxious and your temperament changed.

According to my past experience,

it seems that you're jealous!

What's the use of knowing that fact?

I was the one who pushed His Highness towards the princess.

Give it to me!

It's been a long time since you were this sad.

You were sad last time because of Wolf Boy.

But this time, you're sad because of His Highness.

Don't put them into the same category!

Wolf Boy would never treat me like that!

Why are you angry?

You caused this present situation, didn't you?

I don't want to listen! I don't want to listen to this!

Don't listen then. That's fine.

Come, vent your anger with the straw puppet.

Aim for the head and shoot through its eyes! What do you think?

Fine!

I'll shoot its left arm first.

Because he bought a perfumed sachet for the princess with that hand!

Great shot!

Next!

Do you want to shoot its right arm?

I'll shoot its right arm!

He taught Princess Bao Na calligraphy with that right hand!

Yeah!

Again!

Give it to me!

Hurry!

Where should I aim next?

How about the heart?

Yes! The heart!

You...

Steady yourself.

You can't pierce my heart when you're in this state.

Show me the spirit you had earlier.

Tell me.

Why are you aiming for my heart?

This is an order.

You...

Are you sure?

I won't eat my words.

Because...

Because you only cared about Princess Bao Na!

Young Feudal Mistress, isn't that what you wished for?

I... I was...

I just wanted you to put on an act!

I didn't want you to do it for real!

I don't understand at all.

Can you explain it to me?

Just now, I heard

you say that I was different from Wolf Boy.

How are we different?

I'm doing this for the sake of our future.

We should understand each other and grow together.

That can minimize misunderstandings.

Isn't that better?

You...

You mean it, right?

You're so annoying.

Stop repeating that.

This is an order.

Wolf Boy only treats me well.

And he does it whole-heartedly.

I'm the only one in his heart!

There's no one else!

Wolf Boy is sincere towards you, indeed.

Of course!

And whenever I'm unhappy,

he'll use sweet words to coax me and make me happy.

For example, now, I'm very unhappy!

Right.

So, he's a sweet talker?

Correct!

He's the sweetest talker!

But only when I'm around!

Your Highness, what are you laughing at?

I'm happy for you.

Because I'm not good at sweet-talking.

That's why I'm envious that you have a friend like that.

Why are you envious? Why are you happy?

Didn't you say you want us to grow together?

You should learn this then!

Fine.

Your Highness, are you laughing at me?

Before I promise you,

you need to answer my question.

Are you being jealous?

And were you trying to make me jealous as well?

Young Feudal Mistress!

Quiet!

How I wish I could dig a hole and hide in it!

I'll only say one thing.

Tell me.

You just confessed to him earlier.

I know!

Go to sleep!

Where's Brother Bo?

I can't find him anywhere.

Your Highness, maybe His Highness has returned to his courtyard.

Whose room is this?

Your Highness, this is Miss Zhaixing's room.

Sister Zhaixing?

You mustn't do this!

Your Highness, please calm down!

I'm not being impulsive.

It is you who are too cunning!

You guys tried to use me as your pawn!

Your Highness, what do you mean by that?

Why did he give Ma Zhaixing the perfumed sachet?

That perfumed sachet was mine!

It's mine!

Your Highness, I can't understand what you're talking about when you speak like that.

Brother Bo bought a perfumed sachet.

I thought he bought it for me.

But in the end... In the end, he gave it to Ma Zhaixing!

Tell me! Are they having an affair?

Your Highness, you're overthinking.

That's just your assumption.

Unless Third Brother acknowledges that he has feelings for Ma Zhaixing,

I won't believe it.

But, as a princess, it isn't suitable for you

to ask him this question personally, am I right?

Of course.

So, this is a difficult situation.

Especially with a quiet person like my third brother.

It's harder for us to get an answer from him.

Since verbal statements are no guarantee,

how about...

How about we find out the truth by witnessing it ourselves?

Your Highness, you're right.

If something urgent happens, that is like putting Your Highness

and Ma Zhaixing on the same scale.

And Third Brother's heart will be that scale.

Who has more weight? We just have to observe Third Brother's reaction after that.

Your Highness, you mustn't be afraid.

I believe that Third Brother won't let you down.

Who are you?

You're now our precious guest.

All right.

Ma Zhaixing is nothing.

I'm more important than her.

Of course, you're more important than her.

I'll be leaving then.

Just treat it as if this didn't happen today.

Everything you saw was a hoax!

Yes. A hoax.

Farewell, Your Highness.

I feel a bit guilty manipulating the innocence of young girl.

That Princess Bao Na is crazy.

She actually used a dagger to threaten us!

I was really worried just now.

I'd be more worried if she wasn't crazy.

The crazier she is, the better it is for me.

I wasn't sure of Ma Zhaixing's position within Prince of Bo's heart until tonight.

After Bao Na came to us,

I'm more confident that Ma Zhaixing is Prince of Bo's weakness.

Witnessing the truth for ourselves.

That's a great idea!

We'll let Princess Bao Na dig her own grave.

Let her find out the fact that Prince of Bo is hiding his engagement.

Let the paper be unable to cover the fire.

As for what should be done next, Father-in-Law, have you planned it out?

Just like what you wish, everything will go according to plan.

Good!

Bring me to the person you have found.

Yes.

There's no need for you to run.

Zhuiri (Chasing the Sun), you must greatly admire a graceful expert like your master. Right?

We have more money now.

[North Constabulary]

[Wanted Criminals]

Who's there?

How dare you! This is the Constabulary!

Outsiders are to leave!

Brother, calm down.

Let's make a deal.

This... The Great Thief, Chen Kui?

Quickly call for our leader!

Leader! Leader!

Leader!

Leader!

Is he really Chen Kui, the top criminal?

Excuse me, but how did you capture him?

I found him on the road.

You found him?

I'm supposed to meet the ladies in Hundred Flowers Brothel.

Pay me now.

Very good. Just the right amount.

Not too much, not too little.

I'll leave now. Don't need to send me off.

Hero, please tell us your name!

Ji Chong.

Don't tell me he's...

Yes. It's him.

Including this, he has captured

four of the most wanted criminals in the capital within ten days.

And he leaves without a trail.

He's something.

Who are you?

Why are you making this so creepy?

My young master...

wants to make a deal with you.

But you're not sincere at all.

You don't need so many people to make a deal.

You're something, indeed.

Seems like it's not a coincidence that

you could capture four of the most wanted criminals all by yourself.

You're capable indeed.

I'll be as capable as the amount of money you give me.

You're frank.

Someone...

These bounty hunters are just like you.

They hunt for money.

If you're willing, they will tell you what to do.

You'll be rewarded handsomely after you finish the tasks.

But we have a rule.

Never ask about our identity and our goal.

I won't. I won't ask anything.

Finish the task according to our instructions then.

You're talented.

Seems like there's a great chance that we will collaborate again in the future.

As long as you have the money,

my talent will belong to you.

I'll leave now.

The top girl of Hundred Flowers Brothel refuses customers if you don't arrive on time.

Your Highness, although bounty hunters are capable,

their backgrounds are unknown.

A mixture of good and evil.

Can we believe in them?

The sea holds thousands of rivers in order to achieve its vastness.

As long as we focus on their strength,

even criminals and scoundrels will be useful to us.

What I want from them is the ability to do tasks without asking anything.

By doing so, even if they fail,

nobody will find out about our involvement.

[Orphan and Widow Village, border of Jin Kingdom]

Slow down!

- Give it to me! - Slowly!

Here!

- Come! Look who's here! - Ji Chong!

Ji Chong is here!

Good boy. Come!

- Ji Chong! - Come! Good boy!

Come and look! Look what I've brought you.

Pinwheels!

Good boy. You guys can go and play.

- Let me talk to your mother. Okay? - Okay.

Finish it quickly.

Okay. Good boy.

How are you lately?

Are the children doing well? Do you have enough money?

I want the pinwheel!

I want this!

Give it to me!

Soon I will be rich!

By then, you guys won't need to worry about money!

Not just you guys,

even the people in the neighboring village will have money as well!

You can all raise your children without worries!

Sir, don't take it to heart.

They will appreciate your efforts one day.

Thanks to you,

we were able to survive those cold winters and natural disasters every year.

[Prince of Bo's Mansion]

My Lord, your carriage is ready.

Where's Young Feudal Mistress?

She and the princess went out early this morning.

For what?

According to my knowledge, Princess Bao Na invited Young Feudal Mistress

to buy things together for the Qixi Festival celebration tonight. [Qixi - seventh day of the seventh lunar month; based on the love story of the Cowheard and Weaving Maiden]

My butt is hurting.

Qixi Festival's celebration?

What can we buy in this wilderness?

Ordinary people cannot understand the thoughts of a princess.

We're here. We're here.

Sister Zhaixing, you may come down!

- Your Highness. - Greetings, Your Highness.

Your Highness, why are we here?

In war, we should take down the leader of the opposition faction first.

But in love, we should tackle the stomach of our loved one first.

Brother Bo loves meat.

I want Sister Zhaixing to hunt together with me

and prepare a feast of meat for the Qixi celebration tonight.

As long as Brother Bo enjoys the feast,

I'm sure he'll show me his passionate side tonight!

What's wrong?

Sister, are you unwilling to do so?

The road was bumpy.

My leg feels uncomfortable.

- If we need to ride horses— - Sister, I understand.

You can ride my horse, Bing'er.

It will be like just sitting on a chair. Very stable.

You just need to chat with me while we ride horses.

Look at Bing'er's headwear. Isn't it beautiful?

Your Highness, riding a horse is my favorite sport.

Why don't you let me accompany you?

I've compromised with Sister many times.

But why doesn't she appreciate my effort?

No one dares to reject me in my family.

But why is it different now that I'm out...

Fine.

Your Highness, I'll join you for the hunt.

Princess, your l—

Princess, your leg hasn't healed yet. You mustn't ride horses.

I will be careful. Don't worry.

I'll protect you then.

Princess, be careful!

Sister Zhaxing, keep up!

Your Highness, please slow down!

I can't catch up!

Your Highness!

Bing'er!

What's wrong?

Bing'er, good girl.

I'll reward you when we return.

As for Ma Zhaixing...

Although she's pitiful,

she's a worthy sacrifice for me to witness Prince of Bo's love.

Thank you for sacrificing yourself.

Someone!

Ma Zhaixing is hurt!

Someone!

Are you sure of what you heard?

Are you sure it was the emperor's imperial physician who took care of Ma Zhaixing?

I'm sure.

How was she able to call for the imperial physician?

Maybe the imperial physician was meant for you, Your Highness.

Maybe Ma Zhaixing took advantage because you didn't need his service.

So... Go and take a look!

- See if Prince of Bo is back! - Yes.

Wen Yan, how's Zhaixing?

Did she hurt her leg again?

My Lord, the imperial physician said that her leg injury is not to be worried about.

It's just that she received some shock.

It hurts!

As for Princess Bao Na, she only wanted the physician from Qitan to treat her injury.

So, I don't know much about her situation.

Why does it hurt so much?

Brother Bo!

My Lord, please don't worry.

Young Feudal Mistress drank her medicine.

She'll be able to rest well for the next few hours.

Find out the reason behind her fall.

My Lord, it seems that something is abnormal about this.

Brother Bo!

Is my leg broken?

It hurts!

First, the people of Qitan are the best at horse riding.

And Princess Bao Na's horse is the best horse among all horses.

Moreover, Young Mistress is the daughter of Ma Ying, the daughter of a general.

I'm sure her riding skills are great.

This is strange. Why is there no reaction?

Is it because I wasn't loud enough?

Why isn't anyone coming?

Your Highness, you need to drink the medicine while it's hot.

Are you dumb? I'm not...

I'm in pain!

Brother Bo! Hurry!

Give me the medicine!

Hurry!

It hurts!

Brother Bo, I'm in pain.

I can't even move.

Please forgive me.

Why don't you come and check on me?

Since that's the case, you should rest.

Your Highness, please take care.

Brother Bo!

I'm in pain!

Brother Bo!

They fell off their horses at the same time?

Yes.

And Princess Bao Na emphasized that

both she and Young Mistress suffered the same injury.

She repeated that many times.

And the medicine that she's drinking...

What?

It doesn't suit her condition.

Don't tell me that

Brother Bo is truly in love with another person.

No way!

He loves me the most!

Your Highness, Prince of Bo is currently walking towards here.

It hurts!

It hurts so much!

Prince of Bo, I knew you cared about me.

My leg is in so much pain. I can't even get down from my bed.

Please check on me.

I heard that Bing'er is your favorite pet.

Prince of Bo, you know me well.

You're right. I was the one who raised Bing'er.

I accompanied her every day.

But I had to kill that horse.

Bing'er!

Your Highness, it seems that you're not injured at all.

I drank the medicine. So I feel better now!

But the medicine you drank wasn't the right medicine at all.

It's just an ordinary tonic.

The imperial physician prescribed it.

How should I know that it's not right?

Of course, you don't know.

But I asked your physician in person

and the officers responsible for your horse.

I didn't expect...

Yes!

I'm not injured at all!

And Ma Zhaixing falling off the horse was also under my command!

So what?

Every one of you here still has to obey my command and treat me as your precious guest!

Why did you hurt Zhaixing?

Because of this!

You clearly should be liking me.

Falling head over heels for me.

But you gave Ma Zhaixing the perfumed sachet!

How am I inferior to her?

In every way!

Zhaixing and I are engaged to be married.

Indeed.

These past days,

you have been giving me the cold shoulder,

but you were always caring for her.

I should've known that you two had an extraordinary relationship!

Your Highness, did you know that

her leg was injured before?

If her leg gets injured again, she may be paralyzed.

I didn't know!

She didn't tell me! How can you blame me for that?

Of course, you didn't know,

because you only have yourself in your eyes.

Aren't you, too?

Didn't you try to please me because you wanted to borrow troops from me?

If I really am using you to borrow troops,

I would've used you years ago.

I kept you here

because of the mutual agreement between our kingdoms

and Zhaixing's kindness.

She didn't want you to return in disappointment.

But I didn't expect Zhaixing to be hurt because of this.

Prince of Bo, you're too much.

I was never in your heart!

You only care about Ma Zhaixing!

I can't give you the relationship you're seeking.

Your scheme caused Zhaixing to get hurt.

Logically, I shouldn't let you off.

But I wronged you first since I hid my engagement from you.

Now, we don't owe each other anything.

Mo Xiao...

I can only return you the gift you gave to me.

You never intended to unwrap my gift in the first place.

And now, you're returning it to me?

I've never suffered such humiliation before!

I will make you all regret this!

Someone! Open it!

Look closely!

You hid a treaty inside? What are you up to?

I gave you hints before.

I told you that inside this gift is something priceless.

If you had been sincere about our relationship,

you would have treasured my gift.

But you treated it as nothing,

whether it's the gift or me!

Since you don't want this, I'll make it hard for you to borrow troops!

Stop!

Our feud has nothing to do with the fate of our kingdoms.

Who said so?

What will I get if I lend you my troops?

If I lend you my troops, you and Ma Zhaixing will enjoy your happily ever after.

And I still can't get the love I wanted from you.

If that's so, let us just both suffer defeat then!

I thought you were just willful,

so I tolerated your temper.

I never thought you would burn the agreement.

I will report your outrageous action to His Majesty tomorrow.

Let us have His Majesty decide on this.
