Original subtitles

Are you able to rescue Chief Tang?

Officer Chi.

Right now, it's just the two of us.

I will make it clear to you.

Let's set aside other things.

Jiang Wu can help us to get rid of Li Chen Lan.

Aren't you tempted at all?

Qin Qian Xian has got in the way for a long time.

First, he obstructed the Gold Deity from waking up.

After the Gold Deity woke up,

Lady Chang Yu died.

The Gold Deity is gone.

Qin Qian Xian had a share that led to this event.

Such a person should just be killed.

If you can make Jiang Wu walk his talk,

I, Chi Tian Ming, am willing to do my best.

I'll make him walk the talk.

After Qin Qian Xian is dead...

so will Li Chen Lan.

As for Xiong Tian...

Don't worry about that.

I'll talk to him myself.

On the day you go to Qian Chen Pavilion,

I'll send my disciples with you.

Jin Xiu.

If this plan fails...

you will fall into disrepute.

It wouldn't fail.

Master, Lin Zi Yu would like to seek an audience.

-Send her in. -Yes.

"Episode 38"

Right now...

can you find a solution as soon as possible?

Stop!

From today onward,

focus on finding the cure for the extreme edition of Kong Kong pill.

Be quick. Hurry up.

Why are you in a daze?

You're no less vicious than me when you start acting like one.

But why do you have more money than me?

Sister, perhaps, he does more good deeds than you.

Let's go.

Why do you have so much money?

It's not fair.

Mo Qing.

How did you find the Land of Rest?

You didn't experience life or death because of,

the Spell of the Ninth Heaven?

After this, I'll get exploded for another three times.

If I go missing again,

just wait for me to come back.

Stop torturing yourself.

I feel heartache.

Zhao Yao.

In the past, someone made me wait for him.

But he never came back.

I'm afraid you wouldn't come back.

Don't be afraid.

I'll surely come back.

I won't let anything happen to you.

I promise.

I won't let anything happen to myself too.

So, Ugly Little Kid.

You must love yourself too.

Zhao... Zhao Yao.

-Zhao Yao. -Why are you shouting?

Why wasn't I able to find you these few days?

It turns out you have found yourself a new lover.

Don't you forget.

You haven't called off the marriage agreement with my son.

-Marriage agreement? -I'll explain to you.

-Let's go. -Don't leave.

-Mum. -Pay me back!

-Let go! -Mum!

-Let go! -Mum!

-Mum. -Stand there!

Mum? Such a silly son. You...

-Silly son. -Mum, stop hitting me.

It's your fault.

I can explain about that.

It was an expedient measure.

All right. That's right.

I did get married.

But that's not a crime punishable by death.

Got married?

I can explain that.

When Luo Ming Xuan woke up, I couldn't just sit by and watch.

But I was too weak.

I had to rely on the power of Kong Kong pill.

But the Kong Kong pill has an outrageously high price.

So, I got others to buy it for me.

But over there, only closely related people can buy things for one another.

-So, I... -You sold yourself.

No.

All right.

I sold half of it.

But I can assure you.

It was a marriage in name only.

After I have paid off the money I owed him,

our marital relationship will be over.

Marital relationship?

Are you very angry?

How to make you extremely wealthy in the Land of Rest?

Do good deeds.

This is the Master's order.

At your command!

From today onward,

all my people...

will stop whatever you're doing.

Do good deeds in Lu Zhao Yao, the former Master's name.

Be sure to put it into practice. Do it for the welfare of the people.

Help the people with the problems.

The disciples from North Hills will do good deeds in Cao Ning's name.

Make no delay or mistake.

Yes, Master.

Yes, Master!

Chief, why do you look so calm?

Am I calm?

No one can tell what's on Master's mind.

I'm used to it.

Since Master told us to do so, we'll just do it.

How should we do good deeds?

Let's seek advice from Miss Zhi Yan.

There are two main ways to do good things.

One is to punish the evil, and the other is to uphold the good.

-Quickly take it down. -That's right.

Well, to punish the evil,

if you encounter people bullying the weak,

or when people are being cheated,

you need to punish them and teach them a lesson.

Sorry. Stop beating me.

Sorry.

Sorry.

The other way is to uphold the good.

There are even more ways to uphold the good.

For instance, you can help the farmers with farming.

What is this?

Donate clothes to the beggars.

Thank you.

Also...

you can help to resolve disputes.

What did you say about me?

I was talking about you!

You have the brass neck to talk about it!

-It's so hard to uphold the good. -That's right.

It looks like it suits us more to punish the evil.

That's right.

And the most important thing is that,

after you have done good deeds,

you must tell them,

"I'm doing good deed in the name of Lu Zhao Yao from Mount Chenji."

Miss Zhi Yan, you're really brilliant.

-That's right. -Take it down.

Chief.

Why are you here in Mount Chenji?

Chief, when do you plan to return to Qian Chen Pavilion?

Is there anything urgent?

No.

There are many rumours in the Immortal Sects that,

how could you, the leader of the Immortal Sects,

be staying in Wan Lu Sect?

Ignore it.

After I've taken care of some business,

I'll return.

The people in the Immortal Sects said...

that Chief adores Lu Zhao Yao.

Chief.

Even if you don't care about it,

the Immortal Sects are now different from before.

Other sects,

reproach Qian Chen Pavilion of betraying the Immortal Sects.

I'm afraid those with ulterior motives will take advantage of the situation.

That would make things worse for Qian Chen Pavilion.

I earnestly request Chief to return as soon as possible.

All right.

Ten days at the very least. At most, two weeks.

I'll return by then.

All right.

The story of Qin Qian Xian and Lu Zhao Yao...

is widely spread across the pugilistic world.

Your goal has been achieved.

This is far from enough.

I want to ruin Qin Qian Xian.

I want to ruin Qian Chen Pavilion too.

I agreed to go against Qin Qian Xian.

I didn't agree to go against anyone else.

That means you don't agree to that?

Although I've disliked Qin Qian Xian for a long time...

I do respect his master, Deity Zi Dan.

You're not to shake Qian Chen Pavilion's,

hundreds of years of foundations.

That's just what I want to do.

What can you do to me?

Are you threatening me?

There's no turning back after you get on board with me.

Young Master Jin Xiu, you've been in the Immortal Sects for so many years.

There are Jian Xin Sect and Qian Chen Pavilion.

Also, there are Officer Chi Tian Ming of Mount Feng,

and that peasant, Xiong Tian.

Although they aren't men of great renown like you,

they were tight with Luo Ming Xuan.

They've been riding roughshod over you.

Right now, Luo Ming Xuan is dead,

and Jian Xin Sect is ruined.

The only thing getting in your way is Qian Chen Pavilion.

Do you really not want to ruin him?

But...

Qian Chen Pavilion's disciples are innocent.

I've said it before.

I want Qin Qian Xian to lose everything.

Qian Chen Pavilion's disciples are at your disposal.

How are you going to deal with Qin Qian Xian?

I want you to hold the Grand Meeting.

Convince the rest of the sects to go against Qin Qian Xian.

Once Qian Chen Pavilion has a change of leader,

I'll lend you a hand.

Tianxuan Sect will call the shot in the Immortal Sects then.

You have to think clearly.

"Xu Zong Sect"

Your body is amazing.

You suffered severe physical trauma.

Right now, you've almost recovered.

You have excellent medical skills.

I don't deserve such praise.

If I really do have excellent medical skills,

you wouldn't be burdened with the aura of the seal.

Master, there's a letter from Young Master Jin Xiu.

-You're dismissed. -Yes.

What is it that makes you look so worried?

Nothing.

Young Master Jin Xiu has always loved to look good.

He's asking for my advice for Youth Magic Spell.

It's been so many years.

Jin Xiu's love of beauty has never changed.

That's right.

It's been so many years.

Time flies.

I've heard your dad talking about Jiang Clan's matter.

The Heaven and Earth are eternal. There's no end to both.

Life is extremely short, just like the morning glow.

As compared to Heaven and Earth,

whose life isn't transitory?

It's not up to...

Young Master Jin Xiu, the contemptible scoundrel, to hold the Grand Meeting.

Well, I'll inform Young Master Jin Xiu,

that you've something to do, and you couldn't make it.

Hold on.

Tell him.

I'll be there.

I would like to see...

what is he up to.

Six sect leaders are here.

Why are the other two absent?

Sect Leader Jiang said he's not feeling well.

So, he couldn't make it.

Jiang He is nearly 30 years old.

He won't live for much longer.

The Lady of Guan Yu House rejected the invitation,

with the excuse that she isn't around.

-You're dismissed. -Yes.

All right. Let's not wait for them.

Jin Xiu.

Why did you ask us to gather so urgently?

I believe that everyone knows,

Qin Qian Xian was saved,

by the Chief of East Hills from Wan Lu Sect,

during the Grand Meeting.

After the battle in Mount Feng,

he stayed in Wan Lu Sect and didn't return.

As the leader of the Immortal Sects,

he brags about being indifferent to worldly concerns,

but he colluded with Wan Lu Sect, and take side with the enemy.

How can we let him get by with it?

Jin Xiu.

You seem to have exaggerated things.

Exaggerated?

Everyone in the Immortal Sects knows,

you've been envious of Chief Qin for a long time.

It's rumoured in the pugilistic world that Lu Zhao Yao,

has a complicated relationship with Qin Qian Xian.

Everyone knows.

Should we wait until they commit adultery,

and that it taints the Immortal Sects' reputation,

before you take it seriously?

What do you want to do then?

Attack Qian Chen Pavilion and elect a new Chief.

Expel Qin Qian Xian from the Immortal Sects.

Jin Xiu, why would you have such a thought?

Why not?

Is an insignificant Qin Qian Xian,

worthy of Immortal Sect's hundreds of years of reputation?

How absurd!

Not to mention that this matter hasn't been concluded.

Even if Chief Qin has a misconduct,

this should be discussed with him present.

I don't see any point to this meeting.

Jin Xiu.

Jiang Wu?

You couldn't convince them after such a long discussion.

Can you do it or not?

I'll just ask you this.

Do you want to get rid of Wan Lu Sect?

So long as Qin Qian Xian loses everything,

I'll help to get rid of Li Chen Lan.

A fair deal.

This is our business.

What does it have to do with you?

You must be Tang Yun.

You are quite tough.

-Jiang Wu. -Don't move.

Let go of your hand.

-Jin Xiu. -Jin Xiu.

Don't you put a spoke in my wheel because of a woman.

I'll have this woman under my care for a few days.

Jin Xiu.

About Qian Chen Pavilion...

let's discuss it after you've rescued Chief Tang.

"Xu Zong Sect"

"Chronicle of Xu Zong"

The leader of Xu Zong Sect can't survive past the age of 30.

We don't know the reason.

Thousand years ago, the first patriarch of our family,

killed countless innocent people,

in order to seize the Power of Heaven.

Although he managed to seize the power,

he received the curse of Heaven and Earth.

Our family will never live a long life for all eternity.

There is a powerful force in our blood.

When we reach the age of 30...

the power will reach its peak.

But no ordinary mortal flesh can withstand such power.

This is also the reason why all generations of Xu Zong Sect's leader,

never lived beyond the age of 30.

But this power will not disappear.

It will be passed on in the blood to future generations.

Just like that.

It has come to me like a weapon that carries power.

It has come to you too.

Dad.

So, you and I will...

Don't be afraid.

The ancestors had been researching on the method to uplift the curse.

I've achieved a small accomplishment.

Han Guang is the most talented disciple,

I've ever seen in so many years.

Next time, let him work with you to find the solution.

If it's successful or if it takes a turn for the better,

you have to control your power as soon as possible.

Also, keep it in mind.

Don't ever let anyone knows...

that Xu Zong Sect has such power,

to prevent any fatal disaster.

Dad.

Dad.

Perhaps, the turn for the better that we have been waiting for...

is coming soon.

Master.

-You're dismissed. -Yes.

Never did I expect Chief Lin from Wan Lu Sect would be here.

Why are you here?

I'm no longer the Chief of Dark Guards.

Why are you looking for me?

To make a deal.

How are you qualified to make a deal with me?

I know all of Wan Lu Sect's weaknesses.

Tell me. Am I qualified now?

Why should I trust you?

Everyone knows that I, Lin Zi Yu,

has betrayed Wan Lu Sect.

I have no way out even among the carefree warriors.

I think Officer Chi knows this.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

All right.

Previously, you didn't get proper recognition for your talents.

It couldn't be any better to have you joining the Immortal Sects.

Just now, you mentioned about making a deal.

I wonder what your request is.

I want Lu Zhao Yao dead.

"Library Pavilion"

How did you know that I'm here?

I'm smell something.

Here.

Here's the pastry for you.

Thank you.

If you feel bored,

you can take a look too.

These drawings are beautiful.

The Hexagonal Diamond Formation.

Use the Great Master of Mahayana's power,

to draw the power of the ancient magical artifact.

Boss, I'm here to check my account.

Keep checking.

You check it every day. How much can you earn in a day?

Can you, Lu Zhao Yao, make a fortune overnight?

Take a look.

That much?

It's all mine.

You're really good in making a fortune.

Miss, if I did anything wrong in the past,

I hope that you can forgive me.

I was too blind to recognise how great of a talent you are.

Miss, do you want do business in the Land of Rest?

Be a VIP customer of Netherworld Money Store.

What does it do?

-The VIP customer can... -Zhao Yao.

Let's get down to business.

All right. I'll get Cao Ning to write the divorce letter.

Let's make a trip to Kong Kong Store.

All right.

No.

Hey, VIP customer. Consider being a VIP customer.

Sister. Brother-in-law.

Greetings.

Did you manage to come up with the antidote for Kong Kong Pill?

Both of you aren't aware.

I get all my workers to do the research every day.

The extreme edition of Kong Kong pill provides an outburst of power.

It absorbs the same amount of power after using it.

As long as you can find a huge power to replenish it,

you'll find the solution to it.

So, have you come up with the antidote for the Kong Kong Pill?

I need some time to prepare the antidote.

Give me another capsule.

No.

Don't worry. It's not for you.

Zi You.

Why are you buying another Kong Kong Pill?

Bringing it back as a memento?

I'm showing it to Rong.

Let's see if he has any solution.

Wench, stand right there!

Stand right there!

You're a wicked scoundrel.

Let's see where else are you going to run to.

I'm looking for you. I've paid you back.

Ask your son to write the divorce letter.

Give me back my son.

My son has went to Heaven.

You...

You...

What divorce letter do you want now?

Give me back my son.

What do you mean go to Heaven?

What institution is that?

What does it have to do with me? How do I return your son to you?

It's because of all the good deeds that you did.

You did so many good deeds in my son's name.

He has a full merit now.

My son has gone to the Heaven.

He's not coming back!

Doing good deeds for people with high merits leads you to the Heaven?

No one ever told me the rules in the Land of Rest.

I could only watch my son go to Heaven.

I could only watch my son fly away.

He has disappeared.

Give me back my son.

My son!

My son, come back.

Mum misses you.

Are we not writing the divorce letter? You're a widow now.

Who's going to write it for you?

Because of two Kong Kong pills, I got myself a status as a widow.

Don't mention it anymore.

-Wench, stand right there! -Let's hide at Sima Rong's place.

Give me back my son!

We can't use the Teleportation Magic. We can only take the shortcut.

Let's go.

Coming events cast their shadows before.

I'm afraid the world will be in a chaos soon.

Rong.

Someone came out from the tree again.

-Rong. -Chen Lan.

This is the extreme edition of Kong Kong pill.

It puts me in a living hell.

The people in the Land of Rest are unreliable.

They merely said that the solution is to replenish the powers.

But they don't know how.

Rong.

Please take a look.

See if you can find the solution.

Don't worry. I'll surely do my best.

I haven't eaten the whole day.

Little Round Face, do you have food?

Yue Zhu.

Take Zhao Yao to get some food.

Let's go.

Lin Zi Yu sought refuge with Chi Tian Ming.

Are you sure?

All the spies I sent are dead.

There's no more news from them.

Lin Zi Yu is familiar with Wan Lu Sect.

She'll surely notice that you're tracking her down.

If so...

Jiangzhou City is not safe anymore.

Why don't you come with me to Wan Lu Sect with Yue Zhu?

But I couldn't bear to part with the crab apple tree in the yard.

Back then...

Yue Zhu died under that crab apple tree.

I didn't get to bring her back in time.

I only managed to bring the seed of that crab apple tree.

Right now...

the crab apple tree in this yard...

is the only thing that connects me to her.

Look. This is Rong's drawing of me.

But why are the ears different?

You'll have to ask Sima Rong about that.

Zhao Yao, it's time to leave.

Little Round Face, see you.
