Ming Xuan!

Luo Ming Xuan.

I walk the talk.

Today...

you must die.

Su Ruo.

Ming Xuan.

Ming Xuan.

-Ming Xuan. -Su Ruo.

You're my husband.

My wife.

"Episode 31"

I'll leave those four to you.

I'll deal with Luo Ming Xuan and Liu Su Ruo.

Those four don't pose a threat.

I will...

face the rest with you.

Don't you think doing this...

is an insult to me, the former sect leader?

They are exhausted from fighting you earlier.

That's why I managed to trap them so easily.

You're good at making up excuses for me.

You're always secretly and quietly helping me like this.

Yet, I wasn't aware at all.

How did you feel back then...

when I told you that I wanted a showdown with him?

Luo Ming Xuan.

You've given me a lot of problems.

Protect yourselves.

Retreat!

You cowards!

-Leave! -Lady Chang Yu!

The holy phoenix has been summoned!

If you stay here, you'll just burden Ming Xuan!

Ming Xuan and I can handle them!

Leave!

Let's go!

Back then, that old man...

died in the fire of the holy phoenix in place of you.

Today,

I won't let you get away again!

Luo Ming Xuan.

Today,

you must die!

I'll slay the phoenix.

You'll kill Luo Ming Xuan!

Alright!

I'm about to...

run out of time.

Help!

Help!

What?

Brother Cang Ling is very weak now!

Get someone to treat him!

Just let him die!

You people are prisoners anyway!

Do you think you'll ever get out?

What do you know?

This is Liu Cang Ling, the young master of Jian Xin Sect.

And that is Liu Wei, the leader of Jian Xin Sect!

Lady Chang Yu is just temporarily confining them here...

while she revives the Gold Deity.

Why do you think she spared their lives?

It's because they are her family!

If anything bad happens to them,

can you bear the consequence...

after the war?

Brother Cang Ling.

Let's go.

Ms. Zhi Yan.

I'm glad you're fine.

Where's master?

Master?

I don't know.

Why are you guys here?

Let's go and check.

Alright.

Zhao Yao.

Mo Qing.

Nothing in this world goes as I wish.

Unlike you.

How do you feel?

My time is up.

Don't cry.

-Master. -Sect Leader Li.

Where's Lu Zhao Yao?

I... I don't know.

Where would she go?

She... I don't know where would she go as well.

Where would she go to?

She... She'll return to Wan Lu Sect.

Ah Da, I want to keep searching.

Can you help to take Brother Cang Ling and Liu Wei back for treatment?

What are you searching for?

Besides...

Master mentioned about the late Master. What was that about?

It's a long story. I'll tell you later.

Why do I feel like I've been here before?

Lu Zhao Yao.

I have demon in my heart because of you.

It ends because of you.

Lu Zhao Yao.

It turns out I live because of you.

Qin Qian Xian.

If the world knows you have lust after mortal woman...

what would happen to you?

What's the matter?

Nothing.

-Miss Zhi Yan. -Did you find her?

And Brother Cang Ling?

Sent to Chief of South Hill's place for treatment.

There's news from the Dark Guards. Liu Wei is fine.

Liu Cang Ling needs to be treated for some time.

Master.

I've searched around Mount Chenji.

I searched in Zhuochen Hall too.

Nothing.

She wouldn't go missing.

She wouldn't go missing.

Sect Leader Li.

-Master. -Sect Leader Li.

People, get Chief of South Hills here.

Zhao Yao.

You're awake.

Why am I back here again?

Of course you have to return.

If not, with whom should I collect the money from?

What money?

Didn't I pay you?

You didn't know. The time was delayed.

Although it's not much,

we don't sell on credit.

Based on your worth,

that would cost 13,000.

Are you a robber?

The time delayed wasn't even enough for me to gasp for air.

Besides, I bought the Kong Kong pills so that I can use them.

That's my own capability if I can delay the time.

You want me to pay for the difference in price. How is it reasonable?

-I won't pay up. -Are you being reasonable?

Being reasonable?

I took these lousy pills and got myself exploded.

If anything happens to me, how are you going to compensate me?

"One would explode when the time is up."

Why are you leaving? Are you paying up or not?

If you don't pay,

the money you earn from your good deeds will be lesser.

Things will be more expensive for you.

The pills were bought by Zhou. Claim it from Zhou.

Since I'm her daughter-in-law,

you should charge it to their account.

Charge it to Zhou's account?

Where are they?

Who?

My husband and mother-in-law.

I don't know.

Before they left,

they said they were taking your birth data,

to find out your past while you were gone.

-My past? -Yes.

I wonder if that would scare them.

-Sorry. -Move.

-Tell me. -Sorry.

-Sorry. -Why did you do that?

It was just 13,000.

That's nothing to you.

Must you get so angry?

I'll just pay you back for the charges made to your account.

What?

You even had the charges made to my account?

You weren't talking about this?

What are you mad about?

Why did you lie to me?

I've been searching in the Land of Rest for a few decades,

just to get my son a good wife.

You actually used such a trick to deceive me.

If you're not happy about it, we can get the divorce...

-Let's go. -Mum.

Don't.

Why not?

My son has a good fortune and character.

You can be a match to the best girl in this world.

Why did you pick this...

My son.

I've been choosing for you for so many years.

Why would you fall for a wench who's lacked in virtue and is a liar?

Old lady.

Those who started rumours and talked bad in front of me,

have reincarnated a few times.

Even if you're in the Land of Rest,

you still need to watch your words.

What should I watch out for?

Take a look.

Lu Zhao Yao.

When, where, with whom, and what you have done?

I'm too embarrassed to say it.

See it for yourself.

On October 3rd, 1841,

at the memorial arch of Wan Lu Sect at Mount Chenji,

What about Lu Zhao Yao?

She acted rudely and was being uncivilized with Li Chen Lan.

What is this?

What crime is that?

What?

Who was I with?

What did I do the entire night?

I was rude and uncivilized?

What was the last sentence?

What is this?

I'll admit if you bring me up on charges of murder or arson.

But what is this?

Mo Qing and I?

What nonsense is this?

That's a bull.

Who wrote this?

Are you making fun of me?

-Mum. -I didn't do that.

-I'll smash this useless stuff. -Let it go!

Very well.

You dare to steal my things?

And you too, Lu Zhao Yao!

You dare to peek at your own details from the past?

-I... -Pay 10,000.

If you pay even a penny lesser,

I'll lock you up in the government court so that you can never get out.

Are you a robber? I have no money.

-Arrest her. -What are you doing?

What are you doing?

-What are you doing? -Let me go!

-You caught the wrong person. -Dare to steal me things?

-What are you doing? -Let me go.

-Let me go. -Shameless.

-Let me go! -Let me go.

"Qing Bo Hall"

Have you found her?

Still can't find her?

Zhao Yao.

Zhao Yao.

Come back.

That's enough to get him sleep through the night.

Chief of South Hills.

I heard that Brother Cang Ling is...

That's right.

Both of you are giving me trouble for nothing.

Can you let me be in peace?

Judging from his injury...

his dad has been saved by Jiang He.

He's fine.

Come with me if you want to see him.

-I'm going to give him treatment. -All right.

Right, take a good care of your Master.

If not, Demoness will be upset when she gets back.

Yes.

When did this happen?

Wasn't it Miss Zhi Yan?

Why did it suddenly turn into the late Master?

It's so confusing.

Zhao Yao.

Zhao Yao.

Where are you?

Where are you?

Zhao Yao.

You're a liar.

-You're a damned liar. -Mum.

-You're a fox. -That's enough.

-You're heartless. -Mum.

That's enough, mum.

You're a fox.

Don't be mad.

-You deserve to die. -Mum.

October 3rd, 1841.

I'm familiar with this date.

Ten days before it was September 23rd.

That was the date when I killed Luo Ming Xuan for the first time.

I sealed him during that battle.

Then, I fell into a coma.

I was carried back to Wan Lu Sect by the Dark Guards.

I encountered King of Hell numerous times.

I'm considered lucky.

Gu Han Guang spent seven days and nights,

and managed to save my life.

After I took my revenge,

I was so pleased.

I didn't care how Gu Han Guang scolded me.

I held a banquet in Wan Lu Sect...

and across the world for three days and nights.

I got so drunk that I was unconscious for half the month.

They said I burned down the Summit of Xiyue that night.

I behaved like a spoiled kid.

I became the drunk whom everyone fears.

Could it be...

that night?

Don't worry. The Chief of South Hills has excellent medical skills.

He'll be fine.

Do you know your Uncle's whereabouts?

I don't know where he is right now.

I haven't heard from him for a long time.

Liu Su Ruo and the Gold Deity are dead.

The Immortal Sects should purge,

those involved for the impacts of the incident.

Zhi Yan.

Do you intend to return to Qin family to manage the affairs?

Right now, my senior brothers are handling the affairs.

It should be fine.

I don't know when Brother Cang Ling will regain consciousness.

I can't leave Wan Lu Sect yet.

Right, Lady Shen.

Since you're still worried about the Immortal Sects,

why don't you return to Guan Yu House?

At least Guan Yu House still holds a position in the Immortal Sects.

Get me the needles.

Thank you.

Physician Gu has the heart of a healer.

I'm not a benevolent physician.

I just want to treat the people that I want to.

Well, if I fall sick...

will you treat me?

I'll surely do my best.

Get me some hot water.

I'll get it.

Zhi Yan.

I'll go.

Look after Liu Cang Ling.

"Fengming Hall"

-Here. -Thank you.

This plaster is too ugly. I won't put it on.

It's up to you.

Look around you.

You're still being so picky.

I'm after beauty my whole life.

A brute like you wouldn't understand it.

Say it once more.

That's enough.

We haven't found the Gold Deity.

Both of you...

are fighting over such a trivial matter.

Never did I expect...

that Lu Zhao Yao will actually come back to life.

With Lady Chang Yu and the Gold Deity dead...

I'm afraid Wan Lu Sect will lord it over the world.

If you make the bet, you need to concede defeat.

This time, they have won.

No.

No.

The Gold Deity has the gold body for protection.

Surely, he wouldn't be burnt to death by the Flame of Phoenix.

I must find the Gold Deity.

The Flame of Phoenix can burn anything in this world.

Officer Chi, stop fooling yourself.

That's not right.

Like what Officer Chi said.

The Gold Deity will surely not be easily burned by the flame.

I want to see his body, be it dead or alive.

Let's go.

Sect Leader Jiang.

Right now, the Gold Deity is dead.

If we want to contain Wan Lu Sect...

I'm afraid only Xu Zong Sect's Forbidding Spell can do the trick.

I wonder if Sect Leader Jiang is willing to offer the Forbidding Spell?

If Sect Leader Jiang is willing do it for a just cause,

I'll surely propose to have you be the leader of Immortal Sects.

It's getting late.

You and Sect Leader Tang need to get some rest.

I shall take my leave.

Let's go.

You were being too direct.

Don't you know the Forbidding Spell is a taboo for the Immortal Sects?

I just want to test him out,

and find out if the Forbidding Spell rumoured in the pugilistic world...

is real or not.

What did you get then?

He avoided my question. He's trying to keep it a secret.

I'm quite sure that the Forbidding Spell exists.

It's hard to survive the noble path.

Eliminate the evil and be a defender of the true gospel.

It's a long journey ahead of us.

From the looks of it...

the Gold Deity is really gone.

How long more is he going to keep us locked up?

Zhao Yao.

Zhao Yao.

Don't be afraid.

We didn't do anything wrong.

They won't make things difficult for us.

Just get out there and pay them.

If you have no money,

I can pay for you.

My foot.

Let's not mention she lived off you and lied to you.

She got you locked up in here.

And you're still paying for her?

Darn it, wench!

-The money you owe us. -Mum.

-Pay it back! -Mum.

Mum.

After all, fate brought us together.

Fate?

The wench has got you under her spell.

How about this?

Help me pay the money.

When we get out, we'll get the divorce paper write up.

I'll get people to do good deeds and pay you the money that I owed you.

Don't worry.

I, Lu Zhao Yao, do not like to be owed.

I'll surely not owe others too.

Get out?

It's a huge wide world. How do we find you when you get out?

What do you want then?

Don't write the divorce letter yet.

Pay us the money that you owed us. Then you can write the divorce letter.

Only with the marriage certificate can we locate you.

That will do.

Hey, you.

You can leave if you have the money.

If not, be locked for another two days.

We have, warden.

Right now, she's still my wife.

Charge hers to my account.

-Quickly let us out. -Let us out.

Let us out.

Thank you, warden.

Miss Lu.

Miss Lu.

Miss Lu.

What is your name?

I'm... I'm Cao Ning.

Also known as Ming Feng.

Just wait. I'll get people to do good deeds in your name.

I'll pay you everything.

Miss Lu.

Actually, it's fine even if you don't pay me.

I can talk to my mum about this.

-Don't have to write the divorce... -No way.

I must write the divorce letter and pay you back.

I won't pay you any lesser.

I would like to marry someone else.

But before that,

can you do me another favour?

What is it?

Can I borrow some money from you?

You're awake.

Rong.

Chen Lan, you need to recuperate.

Rong.

Do you know about the Land of Rest?

The Land of Rest?

I heard it's a secret world.

Regardless of the status and martial skills,

it accepts only those who have fate with it.

Although there are many rumours of it in the pugilistic world,

most of them are just some hearsays.

There are many added details to it.

Those who have been there and seen it for themselves...

are too few.

Do you have any ways...

to let me enter the Land of Rest?
