Today, I'll put an end to you, my mistake.

Sure.

Qin Qian Xian.

Today is just the beginning.

Master.

You looked...

different from usual earlier.

Are you afraid of me?

I don't like pretentious hypocrites.

I only like genuine people who love and protect me.

Master!

Master!

Episode 23

Girl.

You reminded me of some unhappy past.

Then deal with it.

Run.

I'll deal with them.

The Liuhetianyi Sword?

You think this magical sword...

is enough for you to deal with the Immortal Sects and me?

I'm not interested in why...

you're impersonating Qin Zhi Yan.

As long as you stay out of my way,

I won't give you any trouble.

It might not be enough for me to deal with the Immortal Sects.

But, it's more than enough...

for me to deal with you.

Your tone and expression...

really remind me of someone.

How annoying.

You talk so much.

Liu Wei, capture the other girl!

Run.

Protect the Gold Deity and activate the formation!

Yes.

Run away and protect yourself. I'll bring up the rear.

No.

-We promised to leave together. -Shut up. I won't die.

Go to a safe place and wait for me.

Your life is my life now.

Run!

Run!

The Devil Slayer Formation.

What's going on?

Yes. What's going on?

The Devil Slayer Formation!

Look!

It's the Devil Slayer Formation!

Look!

What's happening?

I don't know!

The Devil Slayer Formation!

The Devil Slayer Formation!

It's the Devil Slayer Formation!

It's real!

Li Chen Lan.

The Devil Slayer Formation has been activated.

Today,

you're going to die here!

Now we can finally...

settle the score!

Once the Gold Deity awakens,

I will be the most meritorious man!

The Gold Deity is going to awaken?

That won't happen...

without my permission.

Those who attempt to awaken him...

may leave with him!

Mo Qing.

Trying to run away?

If you beg me...

and do as I say,

I might spare your life.

You want me to beg you?

Dream on.

You've lost your weapon.

You're doomed.

If you kneel and beg me now,

I might show some mercy...

and spare your life.

You want me to beg you?

Dream on.

You want to be immortal?

Dream on!

No.

Lu Zhao Yao.

You can't kill me.

No!

But, you can never wake up again.

Grandfather.

Grandfather.

Ming Xuan!

Ming Xuan!

Why did you leave me behind, Ming Xuan?

Ming Xuan!

He definitely left you behind.

If you don't like it,

you can join him.

Lu Zhao Yao.

I swear!

I will awaken him one day!

By then,

you will die!

Ming Xuan!

The Devil Slayer Formation.

They actually activated the Devil Slayer Formation.

Brother Cang Ling.

Brother Cang Ling! I...

Brother Cang Ling.

He's just like Liu Wei.

Brother Cang Ling.

What's wrong, Brother Cang Ling?

It's me, Zhi Yan.

Zhi Yan?

Zhi Yan.

Oh no.

Zhi Yan must be under attack.

The Devil Slayer Formation has been activated.

You won't be able to escape.

Escape?

I've never thought of escaping.

What is this?

Countless of swords are gathering.

It's the activation of the Devil Slayer Formation.

The Devil Slayer Formation?

Tell me about it.

What's the Devil Slayer Formation?

That...

Tell me.

The year Lu Zhao Yao...

laid siege to Jinzhou City,

hundreds of blacksmiths in the city...

contributed a million swords...

to form the Million Sword Formation...

on top of Jinzhou City...

to fend off Demoness Lu Zhao Yao.

After Lu Zhao Yao retreated,

in order to commemorate that battle,

led by Jian Xin Sect,

they designed the Devil Slayer Formation...

based on the Million Sword Formation.

This formation gathers all swords in the city...

once it senses evil power...

to attack the invader.

All evil beings in the city will be slain.

Everyone knows this.

Don't you know?

I didn't know.

I'll have to tell you then.

Ever since Li Chen Lan...

became the leader of Wan Lu Sect,

there's been less conflicts.

That's why the Devil Slayer Formation...

hasn't been brought up.

But, the formation is still feared.

I wonder which daredevil challenged the formation.

I'm guessing that...

it might be that ignorant new demon, Jiang Wu.

They say young people are fearless.

I think he's the only one that'll do something like this.

Tell me then.

Why would Jiang Wu risk his life to do this?

That...

I think the invader...

is Li Chen Lan.

Why Li Chen Lan?

You know Ms. Qin Zhi Yan of Xuan Yu Hall, right?

She believes that Liu Wei killed her father.

She wouldn't listen to anyone at all.

She broke her engagement with the young master of Jian Xin Sect...

and went to Wan Lu Sect...

to become the disciple of Li Chen Lan.

You guys don't know,

but in Wan Lu Sect,

Qin Zhi Yan is...

Li Chen Lan's favourite disciple.

Li Chen Lan would kill people for her.

So, I'd say it's all because...

Li Chen Lan came to get her revenge for her.

That's all?

What else do you want to know?

First of all,

Qin Zhi Yan isn't Li Chen Lan's woman.

She belongs to me, Jiang Wu.

Jiang Wu?

Run!

Secondly,

I hate to be regarded as stupid.

As for you,

who told you to sit with me?

It's you again.

Chief... Chief Qin.

Leave at once.

Did I allow him to leave?

Qin Qian Xian.

I'll play with you then.

Brother Cang Ling.

Don't you recognize me?

Brother Cang Ling.

Who did this to you?

Brother Cang Ling.

Who did this to you?

Brother Cang Ling.

Brother Cang Ling.

You said...

you'll take care of me forever.

You said you'll never hurt me.

Don't you remember?

Brother Cang Ling.

Brother Cang Ling.

Brother Cang Ling.

Run!

Brother Cang Ling.

Run!

Go to a safe place and wait for me.

Your life is my life now.

You know me very well.

You're the result of my mistake.

Looks like we aren't the only ones fighting tonight.

I bet there'll be a lot of corpses in Jinzhou City tonight.

I'll get to feast again.

Are you angry?

Let's keep it going!

Now you can't escape.

My sword...

hasn't had enough blood yet.

Make do with a chicken then.

You have some guts...

to challenge Jian Xin Sect!

You talk so much.

I must kill you today!

Don't worry.

I'll take you away.

None of you...

can get away today!

Liu Wei!

Summon the Sacred Sword!

There's more to the Devil Slayer Formation.

Master, let me help you.

Today,

we'll break this legendary Devil Slayer Formation...

and let those fools in the Immortal Sects know...

what real demons are!

Alright.

Let's break the Devil Slayer Formation today!

Another source of evil energy...

triggered the formation.

Let's leave.

It's late.

You may all go to bed.

Yes.

What brought you over...

at this hour?

It's a long night.

Why not we talk...

to comfort our lonely souls?

What can we talk about?

I was stargazing.

I foresee that a major event will soon take place.

You don't believe me?

Why don't we make a bet?

What's the prize?

A kiss.

-Wu! -Wu!

What happened? Why are you so badly injured?

We'll capture some more people from the Immortal Sects for you to heal.

What exactly happened?

I'm the result of his mistake.

Now I understand.

Now, our biggest problem...

is not Li Chen Lan.

It's Qin Qian Xian.

I want to restore my power completely.

Qin Qian Xian.

I must kill you.
