the weight of the atmosphere

all around us, and it
can affect the human body

in many, many ways.

Like, for example, if the
air pressure is lower,

it pushes against the body less,

allowing tissues to expand.

And when the storm started,

the drop in pressure opened
a fistula in Javier's brain.

And that fistula was hiding
a small benign tumor,

hiding it even from the MRI.

And that's what was
causing Javier's delusions.
