Look at him, you think he can run away?

Besides, I, Yuan Jinxia, act up to my promise.

I never go back on what I promised.

Stop talking nonsense.

Draw it, now!

I'd like to but I really don't know how to draw.

Or, you can take my pistol out.

Let me examine the structure of it.

So I can watch and draw at the same time.

Don't worry.

Now the lives of all three of us

are in your hands.

There is no way we can escape.

Just look.

No touching.

Okay, okay.

Open it, otherwise I can't see it through.

I haven't studied this pistol in my daily life.

So that's how it changed.

Done.

Little girl, go with Lu Yi, hurry!

Sir!

Chase after them!

Sir, let's go!

Chase after them!

Chase separately!

Yes, go!

Sir, this way.

Over here!

Sir.

Sir.

Sir.

Sir, follow me.

Hide here, for now.

Sir.

Just hide here.

I'll get them away and come back to you later.

Hide carefully.

Where are they?

Go over there and have a look.

Yes.

Over there.

Go!

Chase over there!

Hurry up! Yes!

Faster!

Go!

Hurry!

They're getting away, chase over there!

Yes sir!

Yes!

Hurry!

Go!

Sir.

Sir.

Let's go.

Sir.

Go.

Hurry up.

You rats want to chase me?

Not a chance to keep up with me!

Run.

Why don't you keep running?

I knew you were heading to a dead end.

I've been waiting for you.

Don't be afraid, we'll find a way.

Don't come here.

If you come over here, we'll jump right off.

Jump down to make a pair of desperate lovers?

Pity.

Do you want to save Lu Yi?

I do.

Absolutely.

Give me the other half of construction drawing of pistol.

I'll let you both go.

I've never expected you're such a stubborn person.

Since you have a special liking for Ming Dynasty's artillery,

do you want me

to send you into Divine Engine Division to learn?

So you can

serve our Ming Dynasty later.

You still want to

make a deal with me at this time?

Are you two too full of yourselves?

You're the one who thinks you're right.

Sir Lu has known about your plan.

You never thought that

sir Lu could understand your language.

Big boss.

We saw someone coming in this direction.

Got it.

Why should I believe you?

This secret technique can fool them by numbing their senses.

Get the construction drawing, then kill them.

At that time, he was pretending

to be poisoned.

You know Japanese?

The Imperial Guards are extraordinary, indeed.

I like this talent the most.

How about this?

I can forgive and forget

what just happened.

You know,

I can find someone to make a pure poison,

and I can certainly find someone to make an antidote.

Then why didn't you say so earlier?

This is my bargaining chip.

Can I just tell you freely?

Also

You're leader of the Japanese pirates here anyway,

surely you have your own tricks.

But,

what makes you think we'll believe you?

Do you have any other choice?

I'm afraid I'm going to

disappoint you, Big boss Mao.

Jinxia! Jinxia!

Since you want to die so badly,

I'll give you a ride.

Sir.

With the weight of both of us,

this rattan shouldn't last long.

Or...

Or... you let me go.

You might be able to get up there with your material skill.

Either we die together,

or we live together.

We can only take a bet.

Trust me.

Sir, we're still alive.

Are you all right?

Sir, look.

You let them get away.

You're such...

Mao Haifeng.

The officers and men have come up the mountain to capture you.

Surrender, quickly!

You're lucky this time.

Retreat!

Jinxia! Jinxia!

A false alarm.

Let's go down to find them.

Okay, go.

Are you tired, little rats?

What's with this circle?

You're making me dizzy.

You!

I was a gangster before.

This level of yours?

Not my opponent.

I wonder how uncle's doing.

Will he be caught again?

Little girl.

Little girl.

Uncle.

Are you all right?

All right.

You looked down on me.

Did I tell you?

Fighting with six, seven, eight, nine guys

is just a piece of cake to me.

Uncle, if you're that good,

why didn't you just beat up the Japanese pirates' leader?

That would save us a lot of stamina.

I can deal with those little rats.

But deal with that Mao?

Well...

It was fortunate

to get out of danger.

Hold still.

You just used the internal force, didn't you?

Hurry up.

Sit down and rest.

Here.

Remember, from now on,

no matter what happens,

do not use your internal force.

Or else,

even the gods can't save you.

Uncle.

Didn't you say there was a doctor who could cure all poisons?

Let's go find her now.

Go.

What's wrong?

What's wrong, uncle?

Little girl.

Listen.

That doctor has a rule of practice medicine.

No treatment for officers.

Okay.

Okay?

Let him wear casual clothes.

Take off his token.

Who will know he's a officer?

Isn't that a lie?

Since the doctor has rules,

we won't force her.

Let's go.

No.

We'll try it if there's any hope.

Sir, just take a rest, leave it to me.

Uncle.

It's not a lie.

Although we don't tell her

we are officials,

we don't say

we aren't.

This is not a lie.

Uncle.

He is your grandson.

I know.

This is life-and-death matter.

I know that too.

Sir.

Lu Yi.

Sir, are you all right?

Lu Yi.

Are you okay? Lu Yi.

Uncle, see?

Look how he is now.

And you made that poison.

Uncle, you can't let him suffer like that.

Uncle, help him, please.

Alright, alright.

Do as you say, okay?

Anyway,

he is my grandson, right?

I can't let him suffer.

Exactly.

But let's make it clear first.

Don't spill the beans.

In case she knows I lied to her, then...

Rest assured, uncle.

You need not to say a word.

If she finds out,

the whole blame lies with me.

Uncle.

Are you sure this is where

we're going to find the doctor?

I am.

Although I haven't been here for years,

I can find it with my eyes closed.

But it doesn't look like someone is living there.

That's where the elite live.

Not like everyone can imagine.

Okay.

Uncle.

How long have you known each other?

It's been

twenty years.

Later, don't tell her

that I brought you here.

Why?

Do you have a grudge?

Because...

It is a long story.

They were all debts incurred during the menstrual period.

Later,

I won't see her with you.

I don't want to run into her.

She should be picking on me again.

Was it the romantic debt you owed?

Don't talk nonsense, little girl.

Slow down, slow down.

Uncle.

What kind of person is she?

She...

You'll see.

Her name is Lin Ling.

You can call her doctor Lin.

Sir.

Sir.

It's okay.

What's wrong?

I'm okay.

Snakes!

What should we do? Snakes!

Wait.

These snakes showed up strangely.

Let's not act rashly.

These snakes gathered because of blood.

Don't hurt them.

The more blood,

the more snakes.

So what do we do now?

What to do?

Okay.

Grab them, by bare hands.

Grab them?

Is there another way?

Childe.

Big boss Mao has arrived.

Sir Yan.

Sit.

This is

the finest wine I have brought

from the capital.

Big boss Mao.

Give it a taste.

This sweet scented osmanthus wine

is mellow and sweet.

Not like wine, but better than wine.

It's a real treat.

You know wine,

it seems

you are also a wine lover.

I do love wine.

But,

I like beauties more.

I heard

your Chinese Dragon Well

was destroyed.

Yes.

A The Imperial Guard and a bailiff of Imperial Police Department showed up, out of nowhere.

They've ruined every Blue Jade

I've worked so hard to make.

All my plans went up in flames.

So you've lost a lot.

Incalculable.

I will

avenge it.

Especially that female bailiff of Imperial Police Department.

She's very mischievous.

She shot me with her pistol.

She's not simple.

A female bailiff of Imperial Police Department?

Greetings, sir Yan.

That little girl

could hurt someone like Big boss Mao?

Good.

Interesting.

They're no better than me.

That Lu Yi,

he was poisoned by my Blue Jade.

It is impossible to cure this poison.

He won't live for more than a few days.

Really?

Let's see if he

gets through this.

Lu Yi, hurry.

Hold this stick.

It'll work for you.

You two, listen.

Go along this path.

Through the woods

to Lin Ling's Maple Col.

Let's go then.

Let's go.

This... I...

This is where I leave you.

You two, go.

Alright.

Thank you.

Hang on.

Smear it.

There's a lot of poison things in that wood.

If they bite you both,

you can't stand it.

What kind of powder is this?

Lime realgar powder.

Does it really work?

You'll never know without a try.

This...

Like this?

Yes, yes.

Here, sir.

Just make it done, quickly.

Do you have a crush on my grandson?

You're trying to take advantage by touching him?

Don't mess around.

I am sorry!

What are you smiling at?

I'm not trying to take advantage of you.

I just...

I wanted to spread this powder evenly.

I didn't say you want take advantage of me.

What are you nervous about?

Besides,

don't you always do that?

Alright, alright, go, you two.

Remember,

when you found that doctor,

you must be steady and low-key.

She doesn't like people who talk a lot.

You, especially.

Don't worry.

Cater to others' pleasure is my strong point.

Let's go.

Lanye.

Go.

Pour Big boss Mao a drink.

Yes sir.

I don't like people to touch my things.

But I like to give people away.

Of course.

Who dares touch your things, sir Yan.

I heard that

Liao Wenhua took the job

as censor of the Southeast.

Liao Wenhua is sir Yan's man.

I would it be convenient for us

to do any business in the future.

What materials and documents

do you need to find out about Japanese?

Give me a list.

I'll provide everything you need.

I never fall behind

in the business of making money.

Business with sir Yan

is secure.

I feel at ease.

Come on.

I wish our business

go well.

Pour liquor.

It's beautiful here, sir.

Like a fairyland.

Sir, sir.

So many snakes.

Don't worry.

We've got lime on us.

As long as we don't touch them,

we'll be fine.

Okay.

Snake!

Sir!

Snake.

It turned out that our fearless bailiff Yuan

was afraid of snakes?

I have been afraid of snakes since childhood.

I'm just afraid of snakes.

Can't I?

You can.

We don't know if we'll step on

another snake all the way.

Shall I

carry you on my back?

No, that won't do, sir.

I suddenly felt less afraid.

I'm not afraid.

Now you're not afraid?

Not afraid.

Let's go.

Sir.

Sir.

It is not surprising that

there are many snakes in these wild mountains,

but the variety of them

is suspicious.

If I'm right,

I think someone

put these snakes in captivity on purpose.

Sir, look.

There's a log cabin over there.

That must be where the doctor lived.

That doctor has a rule of practice medicine.

No treatment for officers.

Uncle said this doctor doesn't treat officers.

You'd better give me your token.

Childe.

He's been sent away.

No one's seen him.

Childe.

This Mao Haifeng,

is he reliable?

Mao Haifeng took over

the chief's territory that had previously

been removed by the Ming court.

This force

is growing stronger and stronger.

Because of this,

there is no problem in working with him.

His ability

can't get in my eyes at all.

About personality aspects,

I have my own plan.

If he is not loyal to me,

I'll be the first one to know.

That's good then.

Mao Haifeng is a Japanese pirate.

We should be careful with him.

Ah right, Childe.

Just now he said that Lu Yi had been poisoned

and would die soon.

What do you think?

None of my business.

Doctor.

Doctor goddess.

Great.

Please help him.

We're here to ask for your help.

How did you get here?

We heard about a great doctor in Maple Col.

So we decided to try our luck.

There is no doctor here.

Here are all kinds of herbs,

and you have a smell of herbs.

If I guess right,

you're the doctor.

Doctor goddess.

I'm begging you.

Please save him.

If you don't save him,

no one can.

What's your relationship with him?

I'm his servant girl.

Is it true?

It's true.

You'd better find someone else.

Doctor goddess.

I will tell you.

Tell you the truth.

I really am his servant girl.

But then young master took a fancy to me.

So we... did it...

He took a fancy to you?

He didn't really like me at firstly.

I was trying to seduce him.

He couldn't hold it,

so he agreed.

We went to Jiangnan.

But god

forbid our love.

Must let us make a pair of unfortunate couple.

There is a world of difference between us.

His father disagreed

and chased us all the way with the hound.

The hound?

You know, that dog has a good nose.

It followed us anywhere we went.

We had a hard time getting away all the way.

We finally arrived in Jiangnan.

We've had another bad guy rob us.

Now he was poisoned.

He and I are pledged to marry without the permission of parents.

I am his girl now.

In this life,

I will marry nobody but him.

Doctor goddess.

Please.

Save him.

If he dies,

I'll die with him.

We'll die together.

Doctor.

Please forgive my wife.

When did he get hurt?

Almost seven days.

Have you given him any medication?

Zi Yan.

These two officers.

No more acting.

Just now when you were in the woods,

you gunned down

several of my snakes.

Only officers can have this kind of firearm.

Second thing.

What is Zi Yan?

This is not a medicine

you can buy on the market.

Tell me the truth.

Who are you?

So you knew everything right from the start.

You're still here, acting.

Save him or not?

I won't save officers.

This is my rule.

Since it's a rule,

it can't be changed easily.

If you don't save him,

I'll kill you.

If you're willing to trade a life for another life.

You die, he lives.

I might consider saving him.

So how do you guarantee that

when I die, you won't back out?

Believe it or not,

or you can kill me.

With such a good-looking guy to accompany me on the road,

I say it's a bargain.

Jinxia!

I owe you my life

for saving me so many times.

I can't just let you die.

But remember,

after I die, take care of my mother,

master, and Dayang.

And...

At the tomb-sweeping day,

burn me dozens of paper money,

light up ten wick sweet.

Then put an offering in the temple.

Then

I can die

with my eyes closed.

Doctor.

I need nobody

to exchange for my life.

If you're really willing to trade your life for his,

I will save him, definitely.

A promise is a promise.

Sir.

Sir.

Sir.

If he didn't take Zi Yan,

I could have 70% of succeed.

Now the two poisons were in him,

and it was not easy

to cure them.

Anyway, that's already the case.

Make every possible effort then.

Doctor, please save him.

Come with me.

Thank you.

Sir.

Come on.

Where to go?

If the mark is correct,

it should be over there.

Go.

Let's go.

Thank you for saving his life.

I have nothing to pay

for your great kindness.

If you want anything,

just tell me

and I'll finish it right away.

I've suppressed the poison in him.

But I didn't promise

to detoxify him.

Doctor goddess.

Better save one life than build a seven-floor pagoda.

Although you hate officers,

I'm sure you'll

save the patient as long as

he's in front of you.

Right?

Not sure.

Doctor goddess.

Bailiff Yuan.

Don't waste your energy.

Take a rest.

Sir.

Look at the situation now,

how can you still be so calm?

I don't believe I'm a short-lived person.

Fairy doctor.

Good morning, fairy doctor.

Let's have a meal.

I guess

your morning diet

must be light.

So I picked all these vegetables

from your yard.

Very clean and fresh, eat them, please.

Especially is this sweet potato gruel.

I've been cooking it since before dawn

until now.

It's thick and sweet.

Must be nourishing the stomach.

Sit down, please.

Give it a taste.

What is this?

Mushrooms.

Usually, I can steam some vegetables,

but if I fry them,

sometimes I can't master

the timing and the heat.

Don't mind it, okay?

Never mind.

Don't eat this.

I will eat it.

Eat this firstly.

I'll see if he's awake.

Enjoy your meal.

He's burning.

His illness is getting worse and worse.

Don't go.

Sir.

I'm not going.

Did he dream of his sweetheart?

If he really died because of this

and couldn't return to the capital,

then I've committed a terrible crime.

No.

I must find a way to move the fairy doctor,
