And found this needle on your neck.

[Swearing]

I was fooled by that girl!

Halt the plan.

Young Master, if we halt th eplan now

we will lose all ground we gained.

Young Master!

Capture her!

Let go of me

Dratted woman!

Dare to play with me?

I'll show you the consequences of crossing me!

If you dare to touch me, someone will not let you off!

Apart from His Majesty, I, Guo Fu am not afraid of anyone!

Come here!

You dare to kick me?

The Deputy Head Xiao of the Ministry of Justice is here, how dare you

Are you alright?

I am fine.

Look at this.

What is this?

If you see this jade, it is as if His Majesty is here.

If you dare to disobey my orders, you will be executed!

Today...I will take this woman away.

My Lord

You!

Let me go! Let me go!

Are you alright?

I feel light headed,

I want to sit for a while.

Then rest up here for a bit.

You were the one who told me to tell Su Fu to come and save her,

not only was she ingrateful she even slapped you.

She is so ingrateful.

Want me to explain it to her?

I don't want to explain, keep your eyes on fox.

Lord Xiao.

This is food I prepared myself to thank you for

saving my life.

Mother what is this?

I asked the chef to prepare this.

In a while go and deliver it to Lord Xiao.

Tell him you made it yourself.

Never mind Mother.

I do not know Lord Xiao well.

That Lord Xiao holds an important government position and is extremely handsome too.

If you are able to marry him then the Ran family will have someone to protect us.

But he would not even give me a look.

mei Yu, remember.

Only he can drink this flask of wine.

You must not drink it.

Why?

Come here.

lower your voice.

Mother I wanted Lord Xiao to marry me

because he likes me and not because machinations.

If you do not set him up,

then your Lord Xiao will be taken away by Ran Yan that slut!

No! I will not let her do that!

My Mother has always taught me since I was little

to be a virtuous wife.

So my culinary skills have always been good.

And I learned embroidery from her too.

If you would like, I will make a purse for you another day.

I heard....Lord Xiao is still unmarried.

I am sure that many women would love to

give up their bodies for a man as-talented as Your Lordship.

My Lord, why are you still unmarried?

Why were you at the Guo manor?

it's Xiao Song's fault.

I do not wish to talk about this.

Why did you know I was there?

My Lord what do you think about me?

I have always liked Your Lordship very much.

Keep your eyes on Guo Fu.

Bai Yi..

Bai Yi.

What is your request My Lord?

Did that fox...come here last night?

Fox?

The fox did not come.

But the fox's sister came.

Ran Mei Yu?

For what reason?

Your Lordship does not remember?

She came bearing some food said to thank you.

and left after an hour.

Turns out it was a dream.

Are you not feeling well?

Where did that fox go yesterday night?

My Lord, you really wish to know?

Speak.

Yesterday night Su Fu took Examiner Ran to the top of the mountain,

and the two of them slept on the mountain all night.

Sleep? How?

Just lying there until dawn!

And then?

And then after dawn broke, Su Fu took Examiner Ran to the ancillary building.

And then Examiner Ran got Wan Lv to pass on a message.

Speak!

Examiner Ran said she is quitting.

It is a good idea for her to rest for now.

My Lord Examiner Ran said...

She is quitting.

Send someone to keep an eye on Guo need to know where he goes, what he eats!

Yes.

Bai Yi.

Do I look too much like a minister even out of my official robes?

No My Lord.

Give me some clothes that the normal civilians wear.

Yes.

My Lord, Distric Governor Li is awake.

I brought something for you.

Those from the Neiwei department,

are all skilled in a particular area.

Brilliant in martial arts

and carry out confidential tasks for the Imperial clan and the court.

it's a shame..

Once you step into that department,

you must forget your past.

And pass the rest of your life under a fake identity.

Even when you die, no-one will know about you.

But those from the Neiwei department,

are all proud of their identities,

so they will give up their family name, children, family and their inheritance

to serve the Neiwei department.

You concealed yourself within the Taicang district as District Governor Li,

and secretly raiding graves here

because you are searching for a particular item.

Only it's a shame,

you have been unable to find it.

My guess is

you wish to wear this robe

before your death.

Lord Xiao..

do you not wish to know...

who it was who asked me to search for the Marquis of Sui's pearl?

As you are part of the Neiwei department,

it's no use even if I ask.

be careful of Ran Yan.

Miss...

where will we search for Mistress' grave this time?

You will know when you get there.

I am the owner of this manor, Yin Miaomiao.

Greetings Mistress Yin, I am Ran Yan.

This is my maid, her name is wan Lv.

Greetings Mistress Yin.

Miss Ran,

just call me Sister Yin.

Sister Yin, thank you.

Miss Ran

my manor is not very big, we only have 2 courtyards.

There is a room at the back that is a little quiet.

Only it is a little simple.

If you do not mind, you may stay there.

Thank you Sister Yin, it is very quiet here.

Apart from you, there is a married couple living here.

It is a little more peaceful than another place.

Miss Ran.

You ran into me

Why didn't she apologize?

Wan Lv, do not be so rude.

Miss, she ran into me

Miss please do not blame her.

She is my chef.

Her name is Li Yuan.

Although she has a strange temper and likes to be alone

but she is not a bad person, she is quite kind.

And the food she makes is the best.

Wan Lv do not upset her.

Or you will have no food to eat.

Miss you always bully

This way.

There's nothing...in the east or the west.

Where did my Father bury my Mother?

Wu Xuang! Wu Xuang! Listen to me explain

If you cannot bear it, then go find your wife who was betrothed to you from birth

Who are they? Why are they fighting so bitterly?

It should be the couple Sister Liu said

who were staying here?

Why do I get from what that woman said that they eloped here

and abandoned the wife.

Let's stay out of other people's business

As you said that let's stay out of other people's business,

let' manage your matter.

What things about me do you need to manage?

Why did you resign?

Wasn't it good to be Lord Xiao's female examiner?

Lord Xiao has such a handsome face,

and has a distinguished and imposing bearing,

and when he's working he is so domineering

and he is so charming when he is gentle!

A man like him is incomparable!

Miss what are you doing?

You are ill, I must treat you.

What kind of disease do I have?

A lovesick disease.

You keep talking about Lord Xiao.

Why don't...

I find a husband for you?

You always joke with me.

What kind of person is Lord Xiao?

The only person he is suitable for is you Miss.

Nonsense!

A smelly fish like him deserves to be thrown in the gutter.

I cannot handle him.

Miss.

Although because of Lord Xiao you ended up in danger,

but didn't he hurry and save you?

No matter what he cares about you.

The term a heart of a beast and the face of a human should have been made to describe him.

It was him who sent me to the tiger's den.

If it was not for Su Fu, your miss I would have lost her chastity.

That's not care.

It's torture.

Be frank with me.

Do you like someone like Lord Xiao an overbearing fish?

Or do you like someone like Su Fu who cold, aloof lone wolf.

The idioms you used were accurate, looks like you've been reading books.

Thank you Miss.

But please do not change the subject \ and answer my question upfront.

Miss, I am waiting for your answer.

Why are you shushing me?

He is here!

Who is here?

The wolf is here.

Wolf?

There are wolves here?

I need you to help me out on a favor.

Sure.

Are you not going to ask what I want your help in?

You once told me

to trust you.

In a moment when i ask you questions,

you just need to nod.

Do not say anything.

We brought it over.

I need you to help me examine this body.

The goods

in exchange for the body.

Is she a woman?

Does she have a protruding occipital bone?

You dare to trick us with a fake pearl?!

This is not my Mother's body.

You were unable to retrieve the pearl from Liu Can so you failed your mission.

So you have no right to retrieve your Mother's body.

The Chief said,

to retrieve that object within a month

and then you may leave the organization

and return the body to you.

Otherwise...you know what the consequences are.

Your clothes are wet now.

Qhange into this.

Y-Your clothes are wet too.

I have examined countless bodies,

but I have never seen such a perfect body before.

~ That sliver of light

Have you finished looking?

Not yet!

If you haven't looked your fill,

I give you two options.

First.

Two.

Be my wife.

~ Forgot all about the light

~ Forgot all about the light

~ It's sometimes light and sometimes dark

~ There is only you and me left in my world

~ The love you give me

~ It is like the sound of Heaven

~ From a fondness in your eyes

~ To a smile like a blossoming flower

~ Just waiting for you to confess to me

~ The dependence you lend to me

I...I will take my leave first.

~ When my heartbeat is like the tender embracing sea

~ Finding the answer

~ in the palm of your hand

Our plan is...

Show her that you were threatened by a group of assassins.

And in order to retrieve your Mother's body,

the pitiful you was forced to become an assassin.

And then seduce her

so that she falls in love with you

But why did you kill our own?

Your behavior has made so many people in the alliance discontent.

The crueller the show is

the more the audience will be moved by it.

You've now learned to surpass Your Master's orders and make your own decisions.

You better find the Marquis of Sui's pearl,

otherwise your outcome will be like those 4 people!

Why are the petals falling?

Why do I feel light headed?

Miss, you are finally awake.

It is good you are awake.

Why am I here?

I was clearly in the bamboo grove.

And saw..

It was Young Master Su who delivered you back.

Yesterday night, Young Master Su discovered you in the back mountain

and personally carried you back here.

But Miss...

why are you wearing the clothes of a man?

And...they resemble Young Master Su's as well.

My Miss is someone who is not constrained by rules.

Young Master Su I will go fetch you a handkerchief.

Why is it you again?

Not good Mistress, someone discovered a dead body on the mountain behind us!

-Mistress! -Mistress what is wrong?

Mistress.

My Mistress is kind, she cannot stand the news of someone dying.

I am fine.

I will be fine after some rest.

Miss, you have another chance to make money.

Hey, loyal puppy!

Is the victim a man or a woman?

My name is not loyal puppy, I am called Bai Yi.

Look how old you are, yet you act like a puppy,

always have to calculate every detail so childish!

A good dog does not stand in the way, a good fish does not stand in people's way!

Do you not want to take a break? I allow it.

You should thank me.

I am not on a break! I resign!

Look how old you are, yet you act like a little fox still drinking her mother's milk.

So childish!

Say that again

You

My Lord.

This man has bite marks from some animal on his body.

Also...

Speak.

The blood on his body has been sucked dry.

It doesn't seem to be the work of man.

Could it be the snow demon?

Snow demon?

-Snow demon? -Is there really Snow Demons?

So scary.

What snow demon?

There is a rumor on the mountains.

That there is a female demon that is half human and half beast.

Because she is pale in complexion so we all call her snow demon.

She likes to cause trouble on the mountain at night.

saw him yesterday night!

He was the one who was sucked dry of blood but the demon!

How dare you spread false rumors!

Bai Yi!

Arrest her!

Do you know the consequences of stopping a minister from an arrest?

Su Fu.

I have something to tell him.

You must answer me truthfully whatever I ask.

If you are not honest,

I will punish you.

I always separate business from pleasure.

I will tell you everything I saw.

When I passed by the bamboo grove yesterday night,

I heard a strange noise.

So I went in to see what was going on.

The material of your robe is quite expensive.

where did you buy it from?

I saw a completely white shadow.

And...her fingernails were quite long,

like a beast's.

However this robe..

looks like an old one.

And much bigger than suitable for you.

From what I see, it looks like someone else's.

Xiao Fish! I am talking seriously about the case with you.

Gan you pay attention and let me finish?

I saw with my own eyes that snow demon..

sucking that man's blood.

She suddenly saw me.

I quickly ran.

Pa-da.

And I fell unconscious from the fall.

When I was awake,

I was already at the manor.

I've finished you may leave.

You're not leaving?

i'll go!.

Do you know what shame is?

Do you know that men and women should keep a distance?!

Xiao fish..

You tell me about men and women should keep a distance now?

What shame and honor?

Why did you send me to Guo Fu back then?

And was almost..

That will never happen again.

Are you apologizing to me?

Why can't I hear your sincerity?

Even if you are apologizing, it's no use.

If it was not for Su Fu

Let go of me

Will you blame me?

What's wrong?

I fear...I've fallen in love with you.

I like you.

Even a fox will fall for this kind of thing

Hurry and tell me what you did last night!

What has it got to do with you dratted fish?!

Fine!

Then I can only lock you up in prison!

Bai Yi!

What is your request?

Confine her within the manor! Without my orders, she must not leave!

Xiao fish! What right do you have to prevent me from going anywhere?

After all you said you were an eye witness.

Then naturally I have to protect my eye witness.

Didn't I tell you to not take advantage of His Lordship?

Both master and servant are just as bad.

I will not only take advantage of Your Lord,

I wish to take advantage of you too.

What do you want?

I want..

Don't leave the manor!
