(FN) LOVE AND REDEMPTION

(FN) EPISODE 39

From your perspective, you think that Hao Feng has unlimited love for you.

And she even removed your Loveless Mask for you.

But in reality,

she stopped loving you when she found out that you were a demon.

The cultivators sensed something strange when she gave birth to her child.

If the old palace lord didn't reach there and kill them in time,

the secrets of Lize Palace would've been revealed.

For Hao Feng,

she witnessed the deaths of her friends and families

before she got over the fact that she gave birth to a demon's child.

How could she love you?

She could only hate you.

And she wanted to kill you personally.

Oh, Senior,

yet you're trying to force her to love you just like the past.

She couldn't even commit suicide.

She was tortured by you every day.

Continue.

Continue your story!

I knew long ago that you were up to no good.

Do you think I'll believe you?

I will never believe you.

Because I only believe in myself.

You forced Hao Feng to remove your Loveless Mask.

She only has hatred for you.

She will never love you.

Hao Feng,

what's wrong?

Hao Feng.

Hao Feng!

-Don't come near me! -Hao Feng!

Hao Feng!

Don't come near me.

Don't come near me.

Hao Feng.

No matter what you do to me,

I will never hurt you.

What's wrong with you?

The Loveless Curse backfired on you.

And she finally had a chance to escape.

You couldn't even control your demonic nature.

And He Dan Ping, the wife of Shaoyang's sect leader, caught you red-handed.

Do you still remember that?

Oh, Senior.

You put Lize Palace in danger because of your carelessness.

You only struck He Dan Ping several times before you continued your pursuit.

If I didn't follow you and exterminate He Dan Ping,

Shaoyang Sect would've known about our secrets.

And they would've lead the other sects here to destroy us.

So, you were the murderer of Xuan Ji's mother.

Yes.

I did it.

So what if I did it?

I'm doing this in order to tie up his loose ends.

The old palace lord was biased.

He still favored my senior even after all his misdeeds.

It's all because he inherited the 12 Feathers bloodline.

The old palace lord put in so much effort to place the Loveless Curse on you.

To prevent the Loveless Curse from triggering,

he went to obtain the Heartless Pill for you before his death.

It's all because he doesn't want you to know the truth

and ruin your future.

No.

This is not true!

You're lying!

You're a sly villain.

Hao Feng removed my mask personally!

She swore that she would be with me

no matter if I'm a human or demon!

That's the truth!

You!

You should stop lying!

Father, what's wrong?

Senior,

you

were the cause of

Hao Feng's death.

No!

That's not true!

I'm not lying.

Elder Luo knows about this as well.

You can ask him.

Shut up.

Elder Luo.

Please tell me.

Please tell me that

he's lying.

My lord,

no matter if it's true or false,

it's all in the past now.

There's no need to ask.

Since Elder Luo doesn't want to say anything,

that's fine.

I'll take out the treasure that I've been keeping for over 20 years.

I'll show it to you.

This is the blood letter that Hao Feng wrote for her father.

Let me read it for you.

I was trapped by a demon.

Blood gushes out from my throat every day.

How I wish I could end my life here.

Death is my only savior.

I was deceived by a demon because of my feelings. I was humiliated.

And I've tainted Dianjinggu Sect's reputation.

It's too late for me to regret.

With my death, I will prove that

I will never be together with demons

for all eternity.

By Hao Feng.

Impossible.

Junior,

tell me.

You're lying to me, am I right?

You're just trying to anger me.

I've never heard of any spells that could alter one's memories

during my stay in Lize Palace.

Senior, explain this then.

There's no spell that could change time.

You're just denying the truth.

Palace Lord!

Father!

Stop talking.

The Loveless Curse is triggering.

Please consume the Heartless Pill.

Senior.

What's wrong?

If Hao Feng and you were truly in love,

the Loveless Curse would've been gone.

-Why is it triggering now? -Shut up!

Yu Si Feng.

You would rather shut me up than to understand

whether the relationship between your parents

is genuine

or fake?

Father.

We fed your mother with the stalactite.

She'll wake up soon.

She'll tell you

how

we fell in love.

He...

He's lying.

Senior.

I'm not lying.

Speaking of the stalactite,

I remembered something.

Dianjinggu Sect spent two years searching for the stalactite.

And they've finally found the 1,000-year-old stalactite.

They want to use it to save Hao Feng.

But someone snuck into Dianjinggu Sect one night

and stole Hao Feng's body.

Even though they found the stalactite, it was too late.

And the previous sect leader died because of grief.

Everything was gone.

Senior,

I don't think you knew this, right?

What do you mean?

What do you mean by it was too late?

If a cultivator dies, you can revive him

if you manage to find a 1,000-year-old stalactite

and feed it to him within three years.

After three years, their primordial spirit will dissipate completely.

There's no medicine that could revive the dead!

Didn't you say

you fed her the 1,000-year-old stalactite?

Let's look at your Hao Feng then.

Is she alive?

Or is she dead?

Open the lid!

Father!

Senior,

I'm just teasing you.

You were right.

As the two phoenixes fly side by side,

love comes true.

You and Hao Feng had a great relationship.

I'm so envious of you.

Senior, look.

She's not dead yet.

-Hao Feng. -She is smiling at you.

Hao Feng.

Mother.

I will never...

I will never be together with a demon like you!

I will never be together with a demon like you!

As the two phoenixes fly side by side...

As the two phoenixes fly side by side!

Father!

Father.

Father.

Your mother did

love me before she found out that

I was a demon.

We were

truly in love before.

Both father and son suffer the same fate.

Such a pity.

I've tried my best

to travel the path that I've chosen.

Yet, it was the most disgraceful path.

I've let you down.

I've let your mother down as well.

Hurry.

Take the Heartless Pill.

Only then,

you'll be able to cut off your feelings.

So that you won't end up like me

and harm yourself and others in the process.

I won't take it.

You should take it to save your life!

Father.

Si Feng.

Promise me that

you'll lead Lize Palace with your all.

And take good care of the Rose Gold Bird clan.

I promise you.

Father, please take the pill.

Everyone, kneel down before the passing of Palace Lord!

Father!

What are you doing? Why aren't you kneeling?

Every disciple needs to kneel down for the lord's passing.

Kneel now!

The palace lord was muddle-headed before his passing.

And many things are left unsaid after his passing.

Of course we won't kneel before his passing.

Unless, the new palace lord can convince us.

Only then, we'll acknowledge him as our old palace lord.

Vice Palace Lord is heroic and chivalrous.

I'll acknowledge him as our new palace lord.

We will acknowledge him as our new palace lord!

Vice Palace Lord,

Si Feng has the Gold Feather Medallion.

He's the new palace lord.

Are you trying to stage a revolt?

What do you mean by that?

Now, it is a crucial moment for the sect's survival.

I just wanted Lize Palace to retain its legacy.

How could you say it's a revolt?

Our palace lord has just passed away.

You can't even wait for a second?

Yu Si Feng.

Hand over the Gold Feather Medallion.

It's not a good thing for you to possess that.

Let me shoulder your burden.

What do you think?

How many of you

have joined Sky Hall?

All demons come from the same clan.

There's no difference between Sky Hall and Lize Palace.

Elder Bai,

what's the 25th rule of Lize Palace?

Those who had joined Lize Palace

cannot join other sects or groups.

If not, they will be considered as traitors!

And they may be slain!

(FN) GOLD FEATHER MEDALLION

The Gold Feather Medallion is here.

For those who had joined Sky Hall,

I'll spare you all

from your misdeed only for today.

After today,

I won't spare any of you.

Now,

come out if you want to

quit Sky Hall.

I grew up in Lize Palace.

We're a family.

We should take care of each other.

We shouldn't sacrifice our lives for the goals

of the evil Sky Hall.

You! Come back!

Vice Palace Lord.

You colluded with outsiders

and betrayed us.

You've broken our rules.

I've promised to protect the Rose Gold Bird clan.

I won't give up

until I've arrested you.

Fine.

Since you've agreed to protect our clan,

I'm sure you don't want your people to die because of you, right?

You!

You hold your clan members as hostages! You're out of your mind!

Hand over the Gold Feather Medallion.

And appoint me as the new palace lord to guarantee their safety.

If not, more of them will die.

Yu Si Feng,

if you attack us,

I'll make sure to kill all of them.

We don't need to fight.

I'm just taking over for several days.

After the crisis has passed,

I promise to return you the Gold Feather Medallion.

What do you think?

Or do you think that

the Gold Feather Medallion is more important than their lives?

Very good!

From today onward,

I will be the leader of Lize Palace. All of you must follow my orders.

Here's my first order.

Everyone must join Sky Hall.

Those who disobey my orders will be exterminated.

I fancy you,

yet you don't know my intention.

Si Feng.

I finally understood

how you felt in the past.

Senior, Heroine Chu has drank a lot of wine.

She's very drunk.

But she's still not willing to let go of the wine jar.

She won't listen to me. Senior, please check on her.

But is it too late now?

I'm sure you've been afraid,

anxious,

shaken as well,

am I right?

They say

you're a demon,

and I'm the God of War.

That's why

I must kill you.

Kill you?

How could I kill you?

How could I kill you?

This is...

I...

I would rather quit being the God of War.

Si Feng.

I know it's too late for me to understand your feelings.

But no matter what,

you shouldn't lie to me in the first place.

You shouldn't lie to me.

Why did you lie to me?

Why?

Xuan Ji.

My father gave my mother

this hairpin as a token of love.

Now, I'll give it to you.

I want the hairpin you gave me last time.

Can you give it to me again?

You mustn't regret this.

After you take it,

you'll

belong to me.

Purple Fox.

Purple Fox?

Your nose is pretty sensitive.

Are you fully healed?

It's dangerous for you to come here.

Don't worry about me.

I met Ting Nu and Liu Yi Huan.

And Ting Nu treated my injuries.

I came here because I was worried about you.

I've heard about Si Feng's matter

as well.

He's the 12 Feathers Rose Gold Bird.

And you fought.

I didn't expect him to be a demon as well.

But

do you mind that he's a demon?

Shouldn't I mind that?

If so...

You see, you treated my injuries.

You even became friends with Ting Nu and I.

Si Feng isn't an evil demon.

I think he's in the dark about

the relationship of Lize Palace and Sky Hall as well.

So,

-you can't-- -This is a different story!

He shouldn't lie to me.

He's the person I trust the most.

But he hid his true identity from me.

This...

What about the words he said in the past?

I don't know which of them are true or false.

-I... -You'll know the truth

when you bring him here and ask him, am I right?

If he's lying to you, you can just chop him up.

But if there's a misunderstanding,

you two should talk it out and solve the misunderstanding.

You two should find a solution together.

Misunderstanding is the worst thing that could happen between a couple.

If you miss out on him this time,

maybe you'll miss out forever.

You'll regret it.

Fine. I understand now.

Seems like Xuan Ji has made up her mind.

Since you've made up your mind,

I'll find Si Feng and tell him that

you don't want to see him again.

I'll ask him to give up.

And you two should sever your ties.

No! I didn't mean that! I want to see him!

It's just that...

You don't know how to face him?

Ling Long, you're mine now.

Why are you siding with a traitor?

Who's yours? Shameless man!

Did you forget how we fondled together?

I couldn't sleep well without you, you know?

So, it's her, the young lady of Shaoyang Sect.

She had an interesting relationship with Wu Tong.

It's no wonder she could still be saved even after joining Sky hall.

I think she's just trying to save herself.

Ling Long, it's me.

How did you know I'm here?

When we were still in Shaoyang Sect,

you would hide beside the lake whenever you're sad.

I know all about them.

Just leave me alone for now,

okay?

You were unhappy

ever since you regained consciousness.

Do you have something on your mind?

Can you tell me about it?

Fine.

I'll stay here.

You can tell me when you feel like it.

I'm always here for you.

Purple Fox,

tell me.

Why must it be Lize Palace?

Why must he be a Rose Gold Bird?

Why is he defending that evil demon?

That demon killed my mother.

What should I do?

What should I do?

Xuan Ji.

Think about Si Feng.

There's nothing he could've done.

He was just a child when your mother was killed.

He couldn't decide

what his master wanted to do.

To him, his master is his benefactor.

And Liu Yi Huan told me that

his master is his father as well.

He only knew about that recently.

Tell me, what should Si Feng do then?

It's hard for him to decide.

This can't be.

Xuan Ji, I know.

It's tough for you to endure

the shock

and sadness from the truth.

I'm sure Si Feng is suffering as well.

I've lived for 1,000 years.

I do understand life to a certain extent.

A lifetime may seem like a long time,

but actually, we only have enough time to pursue one belief in a lifetime.

So,

it'll depend on you whether to pursue righteousness

or your heart.

But

it's useless if I pursue my heart on my own.

You're right.

That's why you need to know what Si Feng is thinking as well.

I'll ask Liu Yi Huan to find Si Feng.

You two must meet up

and explain everything clearly.

But I'm returning to Shaoyang Sect tomorrow.

Don't worry. I'll find you somehow.

Wait for my good news.

It's all my fault.

What did you say?

It's my fault that

Wu Tong captured me, right?

How is that your fault?

But all of them are saying that.

I didn't wish for Wu Tong to capture me at all.

But all of them are despising me after they heard

what Wu Tong said.

Ling Long, you don't need to care about them.

Just pretend that you heard nothing.

But I did hear them.

Why should I pretend not to hear it?

It has happened,

why must I deny the truth and lie to myself?

Will you join them?

Will you laugh at me?

When I was young,

the children in my village

always teased me for being an orphan.

I could only pretend not to hear it.

Because

if I care about their insults,

they would insult me even more.

We can't seal people's mouths.

But we can choose not to listen.

Ling Long.

You did nothing wrong.

At least you're not guilty of it.

Don't worry.

I will always accompany you.

It will be over eventually.

Okay?

Return to me right now!

Return to me right now!

You'll always be mine!

You will never escape me!

No!

Many years ago,

a disciple of Lize Palace

fell in love with the daughter of Dianjinggu Sect's old leader.

They could had lived happily together.

They even had a child.

But the cultivators took away the sect leader's daughter by force.

In the end,

she committed suicide.

(FN) WEN HAO FENG FROM DIANJINGGU SECT

Hao Feng,

she's your mother.

Hao Feng is my wife.

She's your mother as well.

I'm your master,

but I'm your father as well.

She was always here.

But why?

Why didn't you tell me?

I'm just waiting for

your mother to wake up.

I wanted to tell you everything after she wakes up.

She's the best woman in the world.

Marriage is forbidden for disciples of Lize Palace.

The old palace lord used your mother to threaten me.

He forced me to swear a blood oath.

That I'll only be able to acknowledge you when you become an adult.

But in this world,

no father can stand the fact that they couldn't acknowledge their son.

Can you call me

father?

No one in the world

must separate Hao Feng and I.

People who had forced her

and harmed her,

weren't they supposed to die?

So what if he's a demon?

It won't work out when he's a demon?

Didn't you say that you would love him forever?

She's deceiving you!

If you two really loved each other, feuds will never form between you two!

Si Feng, you knew this all along?

And you hid this from me all the time?

I didn't hide anything from you!

Si Feng, you were lying to me all along!

No matter how true your vows are,

once they discover your identity,

it will

end badly.

If you get together with her,

you will be the one who suffers in the end.

Palace Lord,

Master didn't want to listen to me.

I can only beg you now.

Now that you're in heaven,

I hope you can bless Master

so that he can learn something from your past mistakes.

I hope he'll take the Heartless Pill and forget about Chu Xuan Ji.

And I hope that the demon clan will thrive.

So that we can kill all those humans.

Dianjinggu Sect, Fuyu Island, Shaoyang Sect,

I hope every one of them dies!

Silver Snake.

What nonsense are you saying?

Get out.

Fine.

-Palace Lord. -Palace Lord.

The Gold Feather Medallion is in your hands now.

Why did you come here?

You don't need to be so hostile.

We come from the same clan.

I wish for our clan to thrive as well.

Actually, we can work together.

You killed your own clan members.

You still dare to propose a collaboration?

The people whom I killed were useless.

But you're different.

Once you break the shackles of the 12 Feathers bloodline,

you'll be able to become one of the most powerful demon.

You want to borrow my power?

You need to show me your sincerity.

Why don't you tell me what exactly are you up to?

The things that I want to do

are beneficial to demons naturally.

Do you know the identity

of the Rose Gold Bird clan 1,000 years ago?

We were the personal guards of King Asura.

We were the first platoon to attack the heavens!

Our clan was glorious then.

Unlike now!

We can only hide in mortal realm, cover our face with masks

in order to hide our demon powers.

We'll revive the Star of Mosha and dominate the three realms!

By then,

we'll be able to do whatever we want in the three realms.

And everyone will bow to us.

The Star of Mosha was dead long ago.

Stop daydreaming.

You are so close with Shaoyang Sect.

Don't tell me you don't know this?

The Jade Cup, in their secret ground, contains the core of Star of Mosha.

As long as we save Wu Zhi Qi

and use the Yuntian Loop and Chehai Hook to unseal the Jade Cup,

we'll be able to revive the Star of Mosha.

And we can pay them back

for our humiliations.

Since that's the case,

I still don't understand something.

What has this got to do with Xuan Ji?

Why are you making things difficult for her?

I've told you enough.

Why don't you show me your sincerity as well?

I'll tell you my goal after that.

So, what exactly do you want me to do?
