(FN) LOVE AND REDEMPTION

(FN) EPISODE 20

Sixth Senior!

Xuan Ji!

Min Yan, have you found Ling Long?

No!

Let's slay these demons before anything else.

How dare you barge in when you have so few people?

You're digging your own grave!

I need to give you a warm welcome since you made it here.

Attack!

Senior Hao Chen?

I'll punish you when we return.

Demon, how dare you hurt my junior?

You're digging your own grave.

You sounded pretty arrogant.

Don't think you can escape by breaking through my Soul Sonar.

You became a demon instead of a human when you had the chance.

Attack!

Yu'er?

A demon spirit?

Ling Long!

Ling Long!

Let her go!

Scoundrel! What did you do to her?

Zhong Min Yan,

you lost to me before. You're overestimating your abilities.

Are you anxious?

It's a pity that you're too late.

Sixth Senior!

Sixth Senior!

What are you trying to do?

I'm sure Second Senior is inside!

Xuan Ji!

Xuan Ji!

Xuan Ji, are you okay?

You made me worried.

You were almost

crushed by the closing entrance.

-I just wanted to save him. -You need to care for your own safety!

Do you understand?

Xuan Ji, are you okay?

Hero Yu,

I have several questions.

Where did you get the news?

How did you manage to find this place before us?

Why did you bring my junior here without informing the sect leaders?

And, why did you save that demon spirit?

Don't tell me you know that demon spirit?

I have the Sound Bell with me.

That's why we came here earlier than you.

We wanted to save Ling Long.

We came here right after we got the news.

We didn't have time to report the news.

As for that demon spirit,

I have never seen her before.

I was standing in front of her by coincidence.

Senior Hao Chen, you're thinking too much.

You're full of deceit and you're always hiding something.

Xuan Ji,

it's okay if you become friends with an honest guy like Min Yan.

I won't reject that.

But for fake people like him,

we should avoid them.

Senior Hao Chen, Si Feng isn't like that.

This is bad. This place is going to collapse.

Let's leave.

Your fellow disciples had ruined my new hideout.

I can only bring you to the headquarters.

Someone!

-Bring him away. Give him a warm welcome. -Yes.

My lord, she's with the disciples of Shaoyang Sect.

I've seen her before.

No! I'm a demon spirit!

I'm trying to seek refuge in Sky Hall.

You're trying to seek refuge?

Sure.

I'll grant you your wish.

-Lock her up in the cell! -Yes!

No! Don't lock me up! Let me go!

I'm really here to seek refuge!

My lord,

our plans were disrupted before we got the chance

to send the severed hand in exchange for the spirit key.

If our lord knows about this, we'll--

I still have other plans.

Your master won't be able to blame me.

Junior,

how is she?

Senior, don't worry.

Ling Long is not poisoned and she doesn't have any serious injury.

She'll be fine.

I think she was just shocked. She'll be fine after some rest.

-Good. -This is great.

It's good that Ling Long is fine.

We should let her sleep now.

That's great.

That baddie Wu Tong is too much.

I wonder where's Second Senior right now?

We managed to save Ling Long,

but we lost Min Jue.

What is Wu Tong plotting?

-Min Yan! -Sixth Senior!

-Sixth Senior! -Min Yan!

Senior, this is Five Poisons Palm!

It is a very potent skill.

If we don't neutralize the poison soon, he'll be in danger.

I heard that we need five types

of poisonous herbs to dispel its poison.

Yes. But first, we need to figure out the five poisons in his body right now.

Only then, we can make the cure.

We need some time for this.

I hope Min Yan can stay strong.

Min Xing, bring him to the room beside us.

-Yes. -Here.

Sixth Senior, don't worry.

We will neutralize your poison.

And we will find the cure for you.

Senior.

Si Feng?

You're awake?

Have you identified the five poisons found within Min Yan?

Yes.

We've made the cure as well.

But inside it, there's one special ingredient called Yin Yang Grass.

Its poisonous nature will change regularly.

And different time will have a different effect on its nature.

What will be the consequences then?

If it has a Yang nature,

it can neutralize Min Yan's poison when you mix it with the other four poison.

But if it has a Yin nature, it will clash with the other poisons.

And this will cause Min Yan to die instantly.

Do we have a way to find out about its nature then?

Sect Leader, maybe you don't know this.

This is precisely why we're worried. There's no way to tell

which nature it has.

That's why, we need someone to test the concoction.

It's just that it is concocted with poisonous herbs.

It will harm the test subject as well.

Especially...

If it has a Yin nature,

it will reduce the test subject's power to nothing.

And I haven't figured out a solution yet.

But time is not on Min Yan's side.

-I'll be the test subject. -No.

The concoction is very poisonous.

If it has a Yin nature, it will reduce your power to nothing.

Now, I mustn't let anyone else be in trouble.

But you need a test subject somehow.

Xuan Ji, I know.

You're most concerned about Min Yan.

But this is a special case. You'll be in danger if you do this.

Sixth Senior took great care of Ling Long and I.

Now, it's my turn to do something for him.

Let me be the test subject.

No!

Si Feng!

-Si Feng! -Si Feng!

Si Feng, you...

It's my chance to help my brother out.

Of course it needs to be me.

Si Feng!

Si Feng, are you okay? Please don't scare me.

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

How is it?

It has a Yang nature. This will work.

Swallow this Vitality Pill.

Si Feng,

you don't look too well. Let me send you back to your room.

I'm fine.

I just need to recuperate on my own.

I'll return by myself.

Hurry and give Min Yan the cure.

No, I must send you back first.

Xuan Ji,

this is a potent poison. We mustn't be careless.

All of us are here. Don't worry.

Send Si Feng back and take care of him.

Si Feng, let's go.

Xuan Ji, I'm fine.

You should return now.

No. You need to rest well.

Why didn't you let me drink the concoction?

Sixth Senior is my senior.

Logically, I should be the test subject.

Min Yan is my good brother as well.

Why can't I be the test subject?

I wonder how he's doing right now? You should go and check.

But what about you?

I'm fine.

I need to recuperate.

It's not convenient for me when you're here.

-I-- -Go now.

Fine.

But you must tell me if you feel uncomfortable, okay?

Okay.

Aunt Ying Hong, how's Sixth Senior?

The poison is too strong.

Although the poison has been neutralized,

his body can't force out the remaining poison.

Sect Leader, Aunt Ying Hong,

rumor has it that the Freezing Pond in Fuyu Island can help people to recover.

Why don't we try it?

The pond may be able to force the poison out of Min Yan's body.

We can try that.

Okay.

I'll ask Lord Dong Fang right now.

It's freezing!

The Freezing Pond is cold indeed.

The poison will disappear after a few days.

But this place is extremely cold as well.

During this period,

we need someone to keep an eye on him.

I'll stay here and take care of Sixth Senior.

I'm not afraid of the cold. I'll be fine.

Si Feng.

Si Feng.

I came to visit because I heard that you tried the poisonous concoction.

How are you feeling?

I've adjusted my internal breathing. I'm fine now.

That's good.

If our palace lord hears about this,

he'll throw a fit again.

I've experienced

the harshest punishment in Lize Palace.

There is nothing to fear.

You're pretty optimistic.

By the way, how is Yan Ran doing?

I've given her some of my powers.

She'll be fine.

I haven't left my room today.

I wonder how Min Yan is dong?

The poison was neutralized, but there are residues left.

Elder Chu of the Shaoyang Sect

sent him to the Freezing Pond in order to force out the poison.

I met Senior Hao Chen on my way here.

He told me that Xuan Ji had skipped all her meals

in order to accompany Min Yan.

She thinks that it's fine since she has no feelings.

That place is extremely cold. Her body won't be able to take it.

-I'll take a look. -Si Feng.

Xuan Ji,

you've been here for the whole day.

Why don't you go back and rest?

I'm not tired.

First Senior, I think you should leave.

I don't think your body can take it.

I've been outside for a long time. You mustn't stay here anymore.

-Go now. -I don't feel cold at all.

Just leave now.

By then, I'll tell Master about my proposal.

-And you can show him this love lot. -Proposal?

It's just a misunderstanding. I may not be married to you in the future.

You can give your love lot to anyone else on the streets.

You can give it to anyone you like. Except for me.

-Sixth Senior! -Min Yan!

Min Yan!

-Sixth Senior! -Min Yan!

Sixth Senior!

Min Yan, are you okay?

Sixth Senior!

Xuan Ji, keep an eye on him.

I'll find Aunt Ying Hong.

Hurry!

Little Six!

Sixth Senior!

-Ling Long! -Sixth Senior!

Sixth Senior!

Sixth Senior, are you okay?

Ling Long!

Ling Long, you can reject the love lot I've drawn,

but no one will take you away from me!

Little Six!

I'm Ling Long. I'm here.

I'm here.

Little Six!

I'm here.

You...

You should get better.

So that my father will let us get married.

Little Six,

do you feel better?

Please stay strong.

Yu Si Feng,

you don't know when to back down.

You wanted to get close to Xuan Ji.

Don't blame me for this.

Sixth Senior!

Sixth Senior.

Didn't you say the mask will become a smiling mask?

Why is it crying?

Si Feng, what color is this?

The hydrangea is blue.

My favorite color will be blue then.

This Heart Lantern is truthful.

Xuan Ji, it means that there's someone you love.

Little Six,

please get better so that my father will let us get married.

From now on,

the curse will trigger whenever your feelings are hurt.

Even

death isn't as painful as the curse.

So,

this is how it feels.

This is great!

I can always stay together with Si Feng!

Si Feng, you're the best!

-Look! -Stop fooling around.

Are you blushing?

-You're blushing. -I'm not.

I'm not blushing.

Si Feng!

The Loveless Curse!

The Loveless Curse is acting up!

Si Feng, are you okay?

You should eat more if it's good.

Si Feng!

I'll change your dressing for you.

That's why you need to dress your wound.

It won't hurt after that.

We can stay together forever.

Together forever with you?

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Si Feng, are you okay?

What should we do?

Those who were struck by the Loveless Curse

ended their lives because it was too painful.

Si Feng!

Xuan Ji, don't go!

Si Feng!

Why are you so silly?

You did so much for her!

But she doesn't care at all!

Stop it.

Stop it now.

Did I say anything wrong?

You sacrificed your life because of her!

It's not Xuan Ji's fault.

Si Feng, I beg you!

Let's return and plead with the palace lord.

You're his favorite disciple. He'll surely help you out.

Okay?

-Si Feng! -Once the Loveless Curse triggers,

there's no cure.

There's no cure?

The Palace Lord was right.

She's a calamity to your life.

It's all because of Chu Xuan Ji.

All because of her.

She's the reason you're in pain!

I'm going to kill her.

I'm going to kill her!

How is it? Is Sixth Senior getting better?

The poison has been forced out.

His pulse is stable. I think he should be fine.

That's good.

Min Yan hasn't eaten for a few days.

Get him some food from the kitchen.

Okay, I'll get some soup.

Si Feng?

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Si Feng, are you still unwell because of the poison?

I'm fine.

Si Feng,

I haven't thanked you yet

for saving Ling Long and Sixth Senior.

Si Feng, thank you.

By the way, Aunt Ying Hong wanted me to bring some soup for Sixth Senior.

I'll give you some later.

No need for that.

I need to rest.

That's fine. Si Feng, you can rest.

I'll visit you tomorrow.

Master, why did you stop me?

Silver Snake.

Do you remember what I've told you?

If you hurt Xuan Ji again,

I'll sever our ties.

I...

I remember that.

So, why did you

still tried to harm her today?

-Do you admit your mistake? -I didn't do wrong!

Chu Xuan Ji was the one who put you in this situation!

Master!

Master!

She

didn't request me to like her.

If you want to kill someone

because

she didn't give you the answer you wanted,

no one will

love you.

You don't have the right to love as well.

I'm not a person like that.

And I don't allow my spirit beast

to do that as well.

But I don't understand.

If she doesn't die,

you'll die because of her sooner or later!

So,

you're saying that you must kill her?

Yes!

I'm going to kill her!

Fine.

You're not fit to be my spirit beast anymore.

Today,

I'll sever one of my arms

and terminate my blood contract with you.

Master!

You were struck by the curse because of her. Now, you want to disown me as well?

I'm not doing this because of her.

I'm doing this for myself.

Master, please don't hurt yourself!

If something happens to you, I can only pay for that with my death!

After the blood contract is terminated,

-you and I are unrelated anymore. -No!

I don't want you to terminate our contract!

I know my fault now! I really do!

Master, I promise I wouldn't hurt Chu Xuan Ji anymore!

Master, please don't hurt yourself or abandon me!

I want to stay beside you forever!

I want to be your guardian!

Fine.

Remember your promise.

Leave now.

I want to be alone for now.

Whenever the Loveless Curse triggers,

it will consume one Green Feather mark.

When all the three Green Feather marks disappear,

you'll bleed to death.

Master, when the three Green Feather marks disappear

and a Red Feather mark forms on your chest,

it'll be too late by then.

Si Feng.

Si Feng, are you awake?

Si Feng, are you awake?

What's the matter?

Si Feng, you don't look well yesterday.

I'm a bit worried.

I brought you some medicine.

I'm fine now.

You can keep the medicine.

Si Feng, just let me in.

Let's just speak in this way.

Si Feng,

are you unhappy these few days?

I feel like you're acting weird.

When did you learn how to observe people's expressions?

I don't know how to do that.

I don't know about others,

but I know it when you're unhappy.

Si Feng.

Si Feng.

You're overthinking.

I'm not unhappy.

But I have something to tell you.

Now that Ling Long and Min Yan are safe,

it's time for me to return to Lize Palace.

Si Feng,

are you going to leave?

Of course.

That's where I belong.

But you'll be punished if you return.

You don't need to worry about that.

How could I not worry?

And you said that we're going to be together forever.

Why are you leaving now?

I...

Si Feng, I don't want you to go.

Don't try to stop me or persuade me.

I've decided.

There's no reason for me to stay.

Si Feng,

are you leaving because you're unhappy that

I avoided you?

I've thought about it. Si Feng, I can give you anything you want.

I can give you my true heart as well.

If you don't believe me...

Chu Xuan Ji,

who do you think I am?

I...

I just want to make you happy. I'm willing to do anything.

So, Si Feng, please don't leave,

okay?

You're willing to do anything?

Si Feng, what are you doing?

Are you willing to do this as well?

You said you wanted to marry me

without any careful considerations.

Do you know

what I'm going to do next?

Si Feng,

you didn't mention that you were going to do this.

Si Feng,

should I kiss you during moments like these?

Chu Xuan Ji, that's enough!

You're still distracted in this situation.

Si Feng!

-I-- -Xuan Ji, you're here as well?

I'm here to change the flowers in Si Feng's room.

These Snow Flowers were freshly picked.

They look the best when you put them in a room.

Thank you.

Why are you thanking me?

Most of my fellow female disciples

are jealous that I get to change flowers for Yu Si Feng from Lize Palace.

Chu Xuan Ji,

return now.

-Si Feng-- -Return now.

No, she...

I...

Ling Long, do you know? Si Feng is too much!

He chased me out and kept Yu Ning is his room.

You know, in my heart,

I feel

a hint of anger.

Yes. I feel angry.

It's the feeling that you've described it before.

But why am I angry?

Ling Long, please wake up.

Please tell me the reason why.

What should I do in order to make Si Feng stay?

Ling Long.

Ling Long?

Ling Long?

Ling Long, you're awake?

Ling Long!

Ling Long!

Ling Long, can you hear me?

Ling Long!

Ling Long!

Ling Long, say something! You're scaring me!

Ling Long!

Si Feng, you're leaving? Why don't you stay here for a couple more days?

-Si Feng! -Xuan Ji?

-Si Feng! -What's wrong?

Si Feng!

I think something's wrong with Ling Long.

Her primordial spirit has been removed.

Only her soul is left.

That's why she's in that state.

Is she in any danger?

Her soul is still intact. She's safe for now.

But if her primordial spirit

doesn't return to her body within a month,

Ling Long

will not be able to take it.

Wu Tong.

I'm sure Wu Tong is behind this.

Where are you going?

I'll find Wu Tong and retrieve Ling Long's primordial spirit.

-Second Senior is with him as well! -Xuan Ji,

don't be reckless.

You don't even know where Wu Tong is. How are you going to find him?

I'll search in Mount Gao and Xuanyuan Sect.

I'll search for places with demons around.

As long as I can find one demon, I'm sure I'll be able to find Wu Tong.

Sky Hall wants us to panic and act recklessly.

You mustn't act recklessly now.

We should formulate a complete plan

before we save Ling Long.

A complete plan?

You said so yourselves. Sky Hall is plotting against us!

How could we formulate a complete plan against them?

Xuan Ji,

you're not allowed to go!

Wu Tong didn't kill Ling Long.

He removed her primordial spirit.

That means he has ulterior motives.

No one is to leave the island

before we figure out what's going on.

If you leave Fuyu Island,

-I will sever my ties with you! -Father!

Why is Ling Long clenching her fist?

She's been clenching her fist since she came back.

(FN) Spirit key in exchange for primordial spirit.

Spirit key

in exchange for primordial spirit.

They want the spirit key.

Despicable!

What a ruthless act!

He's holding my daughter as his hostage.

If I don't give him the spirit key,

Ling Long will have no hope.

But if I do give him the spirit key,

I'll let down the world.

I know what you're thinking.

But forcing your way through isn't a good idea.

It's fine if they want something else.

But they want the spirit key.

Even if Father agrees,

the other sect leaders won't agree to it.

What should we do if we can't solve this dilemma?

There's no time left for Ling Long. She only has one month.

Now that the Five Great Sects are on Fuyu Island,

they will definitely think of something.

Even if the other sect leaders disagree,

you still have your father,

your fellow disciples in Shaoyang Sect,

Min Yan, and I.

Don't worry.

You're not alone.

Everyone will try to help.

Si Feng,

you said I still have you? Does that mean you're staying?

Ling Long is in a terrible situation now.

How could I just leave?

Si Feng, you're the best.

I feel relieved whenever you're with me.
