Who stole your phone?

Do you want me to call the police?

No, I can take care of it.

Please pour me a glass of wine.

Okay.

Eventually, we will stand on the opposite sides

and there'll not be a happy ending for us.

Let's

break up.

=Love Crossed=

=Episode 23=

Go to Xiang Hua Qiao Lu Station.

Follow her.

Boss.

Guan Qianya just came out of a bar.

She's acting strange like she's a little tipsy.

She's taking a cab.

Not sure where to.

Zhang Yang, look.

She probably knew that you were following her

and trying to throw your off the scent.

Follow her closely. Be careful.

Got it.

Hello, Boss.

What's the situation?

She just got off the car.

Where?

By the roadside near the subway station.

She took a cab and now she's changing to the subway?

What is she up to?

She's throwing up.

Drinking early in the morning.

She went to different bars

and finally threw up after drinking.

I think I've overestimated her.

She's useless now.

Should we keep an eye on her, still?

Stop following her.

Compared with her,

I'm more worried about my aunt who's a lot harder to read.

What's my aunt up to now?

I've sent someone to keep an eye on her.

She's been home all day and hasn't gone out.

Just go.

Why would someone be watching me?

Did Xu Guanghan find something?

Jiang Kele.

Are you holding something against me?

Why would I?

I'm just a commoner,

and your dad writes my paycheck.

I wouldn't dare.

Xu Nian.

It's the data collection time.

Okay. Go on.

Why aren't you coming?

Of course not.

His status is different now.

Why?

Because he's Xu Guanghan's son.

Knock it off, Jiang Kele.

How could he possibly be his son?

I'm not kidding.

Ask him if you don't believe me.

Is it true?

I always thought

Su Lie should be Mr. Xu's son.

Can I still call Mr. Xu "dad"?

Ask your brother.

Kele.

All right. That's enough.

Do you think I'm enjoying this?

I stuck up for him last night.

He looks completely fine now.

Seeing him really gets up my nose.

Xu Nian.

Don't take it to heart.

Let's go.

Your thief, give me back my phone!

Mr. Xu, you're here.

Why is it only the three of them? Where's Xu Nian?

Xu Nian

has already achieved 100 percent

and completed his task.

So he doesn't have to come.

At this time,

you left Xu Nian all by himself.

Don't you find it weird?

Xu Nian isn't alone.

Jiang Kele is in Bay House too.

Is Jiang Kele one of us?

I'm sorry.

I'll get Xu Nian here right away.

- Don't move. - Let's go.

Not only you betrayed me,

you even stole my phone

to get the evidence for your dad, right?

What a good son, Xu Nian.

Hear me out. Calm down.

I'm very calm now.

If it wasn't to steal my phone,

you wouldn't be bothered to break up with me in person, right?

What a jerk.

Hear me out!

Look.

Did anyone follow you

when you came in from the secret passage?

It's none of your business!

Give me back my phone!

Did anyone follow you?

I don't know. I guess not.

Let's go.

Return my phone and I'll leave.

I can't do that just yet.

But I promise you

after all of us get out here tonight,

I'll explain everything to you.

All of you?

Yes, all of us.

She took a cab, and then the subway.

What was she up to?

Turn around.

Okay.

Xu Nian?

Xu Nian?

Check the front exit.

Okay.

Xu Nian, are you in there?

Xu Nian?

Xu Nian?

Why isn't he here?

Jiang Kele!

Jiang Kele!

Jiang Kele!

I'm here, Lei Na.

Have you seen Xu Nian?

Xu Nian?

Where he goes

is not under our control now.

What does that mean?

What does that mean?

Xu Nian is Xu Guanghan's son.

How did you know?

This is huge.

The entire Bay House knows.

Don't you know?

When someone asked you that question,

it means they already knew.

Well, I'm sure you don't know

some of the things that I know.

What else do you know?

Xu Nian is a jerk.

How so?

Jiang Kele.

Mind your words.

If you think I talk too much,

ask your dad to find a new janitor.

What did you do to her?

Why did she call you a jerk?

She's been holding grudges

about the sweater incident.

Why are you here?

Mr. Xu wants to see you.

Get moving. Your dad wants to see you.

Let's go.

Mr. Xu, he's here.

Mr. Xu, anything?

Here. Take a look.

You used to be in that place and be controlled

for data collection.

Now you're looking at this from another angle.

How does that feel?

What are you trying to say?

You're different from them since you were born.

After so many years of training,

you've completed the task.

As long as you wanted it,

this could all be yours.

Of course.

That includes the freedom of your three best friends.

You must have known,

even after they complete the task,

there's no way

I'm going to let them leave.

What do you need me to do?

I need you to stand by my side

as my son

and never betray me.

Tell me everything you know

including the evidence

and your connection out there.

Give me some time.

I'll think about it.

Time is precious.

Don't take too long.

(Please do not follow the dangerous activities.)

Hear me out!

Look.

Did anyone follow you

when you came in from the secret passage?

It's none of your business!

Give me back my phone!

I can't do that just yet.

But I promise you

after all of us get out here,

I'll explain everything to you.

(Xu Nian is going to get them out of here tonight.)

(Why did he break up with me then?)

(Is he having some difficulties?)

Who are you?

I was the one who saved you earlier.

Didn't you know you were being followed?

Who were they?

Isn't it obvious? Of course, it's Xu Guanghan's men.

Why did you help me then?

I'm a friend of Jiang Kele.

I am the one

who introduced her to this job.

So you're Grandma Fushun?

Just call me Fushun.

Okay. Thank you.

May I know

if you gave Xu Nian the phone?

Actually, you don't have to be on your guard against me.

You have to trust me.

I was the one who dug up this secret passage.

How did you do that?

First of all, I'm Xu Guanghan's aunt.

I was the project manager

when Bay House was built.

After that, I became the housekeeper.

When Bay House was built,

I secretly

kept this secret passage.

I took care of the phone situation.

But I was being followed.

So I was thinking

Xu Guanghan must be up to something.

So I came here.

But I ran into you instead.

So we share a common goal?

You, too, want those four guys

to escape Bay House?

I'm just curious.

Why would a smart girl like you

become good friends with Jiang Kele?

A smart granny like you

became friends with her too, isn't it?

My name is Fushun.

Okay.

A smart lady like me

must have my ulterior motive for making friends with her.

So you had Kele work in Bay House

and led Kele

into discovering Lu Xiao's background

to serve as a wake-up call for Lu Xiao

and get everyone out of there?

Bingo!

You got it all right.

I just love talking

to smart people.

It's so easy.

But I never thought

you could make Xu Nian come round to it.

So I would like to know

if you have any plans with him.

Things are a little complicated now.

But I think they'll leave this place soon enough.

No problem.

Come to me if you need my help.

Fushun.

(Level of Completion, Luo Ke 100%, Lu Xiao 100%, Xu Nian 100%, Su Lie 100%)

It's finally completed.

I've worked on this project for eight years.

How many eight years does a person have?

From now on,

there'll be countless eight years.

Mr. Xu, are you really planning to train Xu Nian

and make him your successor in the future?

This isn't completely up to me.

It depends on him.

If he's loyal to me,

I'll give everything to him.

What if he lets you down?

Then he is just like everyone else to me.

I'll make them disappear together.

But you have just reunited with him.

Now do you understand

the sacrifice I made for this world?

I hope you can treat yourself better in the future.

I hope you can talk less in the future.

(Level of Completion, Luo Ke 100%, Lu Xiao 100%, Xu Nian 100%, Su Lie 100%)

Let's make a move tonight.

Tonight?

Do you have a plan?

Let's bring Luo Ke and Su Lie around.

Then we'll contact Qianya once we get out.

Contact Qianya?

Will she believe you?

I've thought about that too.

But I think

if we can get out of here,

Qianya will surely understand.

Okay.

But what I'm worried about the most

are Su Lie and Luo Ke.

We can't tell them the truth.

So we have to trick them into going out

and tell them everything after that.

You're right.

But...

What if they still refuse to go out

even after we tricked them?

Let's drag them out then.

By the way,

I think Jiang Kele

has a big misunderstanding with me.

Please help me out.

Convince Jiang Kele to pass a message to Qianya.

Okay, no problem.

Lu Xiao.

You must be tired after the sauna.

Drink some water.

You're still here.

Sorry.

I didn't bring extra. You'll just have to endure the thirst.

By the way, you don't have anything on your schedule today.

What were you doing with Lu Xiao?

Look.

Don't think about driving a wedge between us.

Your silence

will not protect you!

To escape is shameful and useless!

Kele.

I have something to tell you.

Wait.

Did he talk you

into breaking up with me?

It has nothing to do with that.

You scared me.

That's great. Tell me.

As soon as you get off work, go to Guan Qianya right away.

Make sure your phone is reachable.

I'll contact you tonight.

You want me to find Qianya after work

and make sure my phone is reachable.

Do you want to get in touch with Qianya?

Xu Nian?

Impossible!

I won't help him.

He broke up with her,

and he's trying to get in touch with her now?

Tell him to do it himself.

The secret passage isn't sealed.

Oh, right. He doesn't need to use the secret passage now.

He could have just asked his dad to send him there.

Kele, I think you've misunderstood him.

He has his own reasons.

Help me out.

You'll find out why tonight.

He has his own reason?

All right then.

I'll help him one last time then.

Okay.

Hold on.

Will you break up with me?

How's that possible?

My goodness.

Why did you keep following me?

I'm just doing

what Lu Xiao told me to.

Why did he ask you to do that?

It's a secret. You'll find out tonight.

Xu Nian wants to use your phone to contact me.

You guessed it all by yourself.

Don't blame me when there are no surprises tonight.

He could have just sneaked out the place.

But he insisted on reaching me via the phone.

Who knows? It's quite mysterious.

Give me your phone.

Oh, no.

I left it in Bay House.

I didn't bring it back!

What do I do?

Look

how nervous you are.

Just pulling your leg. It's with me.

Give it to me.

Sure.

I don't have it.

Are you serious?

Jiang Kele!

Where's my phone?

Where is it?

Where is it?

I was just messing with you.

I have it with me.

Okay, I'm giving it to you now.

What are you doing?

Give it to me.

Stop fighting.

I just wanted to cheer you up.

So? It doesn't feel

like a long wait now, isn't it?

All thanks to you.

You're welcome.

I'm on it. I'll go first.

Hurry. I'll serve the dish first.

I'll serve the dish.

Me first.

Cut it for me.

Hurry up.

There are eight seconds left.

Hurry. Give it to me.

Why did you turn it off?

I have something important to tell you.

What's so important

that you can do it after the game?

We were about to level up.

Hear me out first.

No, it's so annoying!

Xu Nian, turn it on now.

Play a round with us.

We'll listen to you if you win.

No, I...

Given his skills,

it's not that easy for him to defeat us.

It might not be easy for him.

But to me, it's a piece of cake.

Who will go first?

Xu Nian, you wanted to ask us something, right?

Ask away.

Do you find it boring

to stay in Bay House all day

and just play games?

Want to go out to have some fun?

We...

If you do,

I'll take you out tonight.

I know.

You've never been out there,

and you're worried about Mr. Xu.

We can finally go out!

Even if he breaks my legs,

I'm going out tonight!

That's right.

We'll leave at nine.

Nine?

Why so late?

No, it's dangerous to leave now.

But where do we go to have fun so late at night?

Of course, the bar.

Bar?

Let's dress up.

Let's go.

It's too homey. You're going to a bar.

Do you think it's bedtime?

It's nine already. Are you not ready yet?

Almost there.

Almost there.

How long?

An hour.

I'll give you one more minute.

That will do.

59.

58.

5...

Stop it.

Let's go.

We're coming.

Stop.

My hair is all messy now.

It took me so long to style my hair.

You ruined it.

And this.

Take it.

Why do we have to wear a mask?

Why does it seem so troublesome?

Let's go.

Why do we have to wear a cap?

Let's go.

What is it?

This way, please.

No, go this way.

Wow.

There's a secret switch.

When did you find out?

Why didn't you tell me?

Keep your voice down.

Have you been going out

and have fun

behind our back?

So this isn't your first time

going to a bar.

Shut up.

Get moving.

Let's go.

Why is the outside world so dark?

Lu Xiao, did you remove the lights?

Yes.

It's so scary.

It's fine.

We're not there yet. There's another passage to go.

A passage?

A passage?

Luo Ke!

Get moving. Stop dilly-dallying.

Who pushed me?

Be careful!

Why is there a slide?

My clothes are dirty.

Which way to go? It's so dark.

Come with me.

Be careful. It's dark here.

Xu Nian, where did you get a phone?

That's right.

Wasn't your phone confiscated?

Why do you have so many questions?

I know.

Mr. Xu is his dad.

I'm sure Mr. Xu gave it to him.

Xu Nian, can you tell Mr. Xu

to give us a phone too?

Don't worry. You'll get one soon.

Put on your cap.

Okay.
