I found the lease for the café

and the letter from
Mr. Krumholz about the rent
increase.

What I discovered is that your
lease specifically states

that if Mr. Krumholz wants to
raise your rent he has to give
you 90 days notice.

But the letter only gave you 30.

I didn't even think of that.

So I paid him a visit.

It seems he's quite the fan of
art.

Mr. Krumholz is the man
that bought my painting.

No kidding.

Yes, so I brought up the
discrepancy with him

and he completely agreed.

And as a sign of good faith he's
gonna give you the next two
months rent-free

and it will more than cover
what you've overpaid.

Wow.

Oh honey, this makes such a
difference.

And he also wants to help with
the fixes for the café,

so that you can install an art
gallery.

Amazing!

There is one stipulation
with that, though.

You have to put up my paintings.

recently that I'm not really

the "stop and smell the roses"
type.

I'm always looking past them to
see where the new seeds need to
be planted.

I don't really want
to be that person anymore.

Be happy.
