LOVE AND REDEMPTION

EPISODE 43

Xuan Ji, you are awake?

You look

a lot better now.

You shut yourself in Mingxia Cave without eating or drinking.

You must be starving.

Here. Eat something.

Don’t try to think of ways to hurt yourself anymore.

What you are doing will not help at all besides hurting the people

who cares for you.

Senior Hao Chen.

I know you mentioned about the engagement only to help me out.

- Wait until... - Xuan Ji, you are wrong.

Our engagement was not forced at all.

That is what I wanted too.

Xuan Ji.

I’ve fell in love with you early on.

I’m not sure when it started.

Maybe it’s getting along with you for four years.

Maybe it’s our first meeting in the secret ground.

It might be even earlier.

You have been irreplaceable in my heart for a long time.

Do you know why the Love Stone on Fuyu Island came true on us?

I heard from Min Yan that

you have been entangling with Yu Si Feng for nine lifetimes.

But what you didn’t know

is that your relationship with me came sooner and deeper than him.

This Mirror of Origin

contains our past as well.

In the past, I envied the complete life pillars of others.

My life pillar was blank instead.

Now that he tied the red rope on my life pillar, I will not

be alone anymore.

Right now,

I want to give him my Love Flower.

Both of us will not separate anymore.

ETERNAL LOVE

Senior has always been by my side.

You went through troubles with me as well.

Now is the time to remind Xuan Ji of what happened at the heavens.

You mean...

Me and the God of War.

You want the God of War to remember her relationship with you

to get her back, right?

You finally came around. That’s great.

But if the God of War remembers everything, won’t your identity be...

I will let her know what she is supposed to know.

Those that she isn’t supposed to know,

with that ability of writing legendary scroll of yours,

do I still need to teach you what to do?

I understand. I will go back and filter all the books and see

what she is supposed, or not supposed to know.

I will be leaving.

Did you see it?

Your roots of love has always been planted on me.

You just forgot about our past

and confused your own heart.

I’m feeling troubled now.

It’s alright.

I can wait.

I can wait for you to be clear on your own heart.

But there’s something that we can’t wait any longer.

After Master passed away,

the Heartless Tactics are no longer sufficient to guard the secret ground.

We have to learn the Sentimental Tactics as soon as possible.

The highest level of Sentimental Tactics

will allow two connected individuals to share their spiritual power.

You are the God of War. Your power is immense.

If we master this tactic,

I can also use your power to defeat the demons.

Xuan Ji.

Let’s use this tactic, and obey Master’s last order

to guard the secret ground.

Young Master!

Young Master.

The Holy Garden enshrines

the Demon Citadel Flower granted by the late King Asura.

You can’t enter.

As the 12 Feathers Rose Gold Bird, I don’t need Elder Feng’s permission

to enter the Holy Garden.

Three more paths and my Soul Furnace will finally be completed.

God of War.

Just offer up all of your power as the God of War to me.

Vice Palace Master.

Young Master is heading to the Holy Garden.

Elder Feng wants your advice.

Why is he going there?

Come with me.

- Get someone to clean this place up. - Yes.

Young Master, be careful.

The Demon Citadel Flower

is a holy object that helps the Rose Gold Bird’s practice.

This is the only one left.

If you destroy it by accident,

the speed of Rose Gold Birds’ practice will be slowed down by a lot.

Lize Palace is currently in a lot of troubles.

There can never be any accidents.

It did not receive any nutrients from demon blood for more than 1,000 years.

Its demon aura is weak.

This is just a withering grass.

If Xuan Ji’s blood

can revive the Golden Devil’s Snare that has been withered for 1,000 years

to reproduce its demonic aura,

she is definitely the Star of Mosha.

Palace Master.

The Demon Citadel Flower has been revived!

The Demon Citadel Flower has been revived!

It has really been revived.

With my blood, I revive you.

Hence, use your life and obey me to fulfill my wish.

This is a contract

that was made by the Asuras with the demons a thousand years ago.

The demon clan has been gone for a long time.

Now that I’m back, will all of you still obey

the contract and pledge your loyalty to me?

Yu Si Feng is the Star of Mosha?

The Rose Gold Birds

have been living with the Demon Asuras since ancient times.

Demon Citadel is also the Rose Gold Birds’ homeland.

The revival of the demon clan and Demon Citadel

is just what we, the Rose Gold Birds, wanted.

The Rose Gold Birds will never forget a pact.

The demon clan’s wishes is the Rose Gold Birds’ wishes.

If the Demon Lord is here,

all of us will obey and pledge our loyalty to you.

All of us will obey and pledge our loyalty to you!

Great.

The Rose Gold Birds are still as loyal as they used to be.

Now that Lize Palace is so united,

Vice Palace Master

should also be relieved to return the Gold Feather Medallion to me

and resign from the Palace Master’s position.

Resign from the Palace Master’s position?

Vice Palace Master led Lize Palace temporarily

because Young Master might not be mature enough to convince everyone.

Now that Young Master has become the Demon Lord

and was born as the 12 Feathers Rose Gold Bird,

what is the problem for him to lead Lize Palace?

If you still won’t hand over the position to him,

are you planning to take the position as your own perhaps?

Elder Luo.

You can’t wrong the Vice Palace Master for all he had done.

Since the war from a thousand years ago,

we, demon clans, had lost a place to live.

For thousands of years, we’ve been living a miserable life.

Didn’t Vice Palace Master create Sky Hall to give all of us hope?

The Demon Lord’s inner demon has finally returned.

He will lead us, the demon clan, to take back what we lost

and revive the demon clan’s cause.

Now that Demon Lord has returned, Vice Palace Master is so happy.

Why would he try to hold on to the position?

I’m sure Demon Lord understands.

Vice Palace Master has always been the Right Lieutenant.

I’ve never doubted his loyalty.

Thanks to Right Lieutenant for managing Lize Palace

and leading the demons of Sky Hall.

Now that all four spirit keys are retrieved, I’m very happy.

I believe Right Lieutenant will assist me by my side in the future

to help me rescue Left Lieutenant and aid my great cause.

The reappearing of Demon Lord is a blessing for the demon clan.

It is what I hoped for as well.

I will now arrange for Demon Lord to take over in three days’ time.

From now on, I will also be by your side and obey your every order.

I only hope that you realize the demon clan’s ambition

to annihilate the cultivator sects and dominate the heavens.

Lead the demon clan to the top of the three realms again.

With the Right Lieutenant by my side,

the demon clan will definitely realize our ambition.

Trash.

You couldn’t even do such a small thing.

Do you know?

Yu Si Feng’s awakening as the Star of Mosha had destroyed my plans.

He used that identity to get

every demon to pledge loyalty to him easily.

What will I have left?

If I lose the Soul Furnace

and can’t absorb the God of War’s power

to confront the power of the Star of Mosha,

my hard work will all be for nothing.

I spent so much effort to bring back the Star of Mosha

to be used by me, not for me to become his subordinate!

Palace Master, forgive me.

Why are you the Star of Mosha?

Star of Mosha is the Asura with the strongest demonic aura.

It is sealed for a thousand years

to absorb the hatred and grudges of all these years.

It can endeavor anything and becomes a bloodthirsty demon

who is only born for vengeance.

I will not let something like that happen.

Yu Si Feng?

No. I should call you the Star of Mosha now.

I even told you the identity of Yuan Lang to you.

Unexpectedly,

you hid everything from us.

Darn it. This demonic aura...

Star of Mosha?

I wouldn’t have saved you if I wanted to harm you.

You are a demon.

It shouldn’t be easy for you to enter.

Brother Liu told you the secret passage, right?

Your companion is hiding in Lize Palace as well.

Yes. I did come in with Zhong Min Yan.

But I don’t know where he is hiding in Lize Palace.

Since you are so powerful, why don’t you find him yourself?

Don’t try to change the topic.

Min Yan left Lize Palace early on.

Both of you came for the spirit keys.

Did you find anything?

See for yourself if I found anything.

You don’t have to test me.

I don’t know where Yuan Lang hid the spirit keys.

I’m guessing that you didn’t find anything as well.

Seems like the Right Lieutenant’s loyalty to you is just an act.

Covering up everything

and don’t seem to tell you, the Star of Mosha, everything.

That’s because my goal is different from Yuan Lang.

I don’t want the Divine Weapons.

I don’t want to release the soul of the Star of Mosha.

I don’t even plan to annihilate the cultivator sects

to turn the three realms around.

I just want to be Yu Si Feng.

I just don’t want the Rose Gold Birds and the other demons

to be used by Yuan Lang anymore.

So, I’m guessing that

you didn’t know about Yuan Lang using Lize Palace’s disciples’ blood and aura

to make the Soul Furnace?

What did you say?

Yuan Lang

did something so cruel to his own kind?

I blame myself for not having the ability to kill him.

Tell me.

What is the use of the Furnace that he is making?

So, you were really in the dark?

I’ve heard Wu Zhi Qi mentioned about

such a cruel and weird way to make a furnace.

But I can’t remember

what is its use.

Wu Zhi Qi?

Yu Si Feng, I trust you.

You just want to be yourself and not the same as Yuan Lang.

You do not want the Divine Weapons on Wu Zhi Qi as well.

Why don’t we work together?

Help me get the spirit keys from Yuan Lang to release Wu Zhi Qi.

Wu Zhi Qi will get rid of Yuan Lang for you. Sounds good to you?

Wu Zhi Qi gets rid of Yuan Lang for me?

Wu Zhi Qi and Yuan Lang are the Lieutenants of the Demon Citadel.

They are close comrades.

Why will he help me get rid of Yuan Lang?

Wu Zhi Qi and Yuan Lang are not the same.

Wu Zhi Qi had no interest on getting power

and dominating the three realms.

He chose to help Yuan Lang and King Asura out of their brotherhood.

However, Yuan Lang framed him because of the Divine Weapons

and hold him in Fenru City.

He is still inside up till today.

Yuan Lang thought it was a perfect crime

and Wu Zhi Qi knew nothing of it.

Yuan Lang thought that he will still help him when he is released.

He is wrong.

He didn’t know that I’ve been gathering the evidence of him

framing Wu Zhi Qi for all these years.

When I went to Fenru City, I’ve already gave them to Wu Zhi Qi.

Although the Stupid Monkey

is reckless and values the bonds of friendship,

he knows what is right and what is wrong. He hates being betrayed.

So, Wu Zhi Qi is coming out to get his revenge on Yuan Lang?

Yes.

So, both you and Wu Zhi Qi now has a common enemy.

Also, Wu Zhi Qi is the person who understands Yuan Lang the most.

Isn’t he your perfect ally?

It’s just that I’m not sure if you have the confidence

to get the spirit keys from Yuan Lang.

She escaped from Lize Palace?

She can still escape safely after getting hurt from this Soul Furnace.

She is quite capable.

Ruo Yu.

You should feel lucky.

Feel lucky for the Soul Furnace still being here.

Feel lucky because the secret of this room has not been revealed.

Otherwise, you and your sister’s lives will not be spared by me.

Palace Master, thank you for not killing us.

We have to prepare for the ascension of Star of Mosha as Palace Master.

You will be very busy.

Why are you still kneeling?

Get up!

You are really handing over your position to Si Feng?

He revived the Demon Citadel Flower

in front of everyone and released the demonic aura.

That cannot be faked.

The news about him being the Star of Mosha

should spread across every demon quickly.

The demons will obey him even if I don’t concede my position.

If I fight for the position,

that means I’m opposing the demons.

At that time, I might even lose Sky Hall... let alone Lize Palace.

Since he requested from me,

I have no choice but to give him.

What if Si Feng requests for the spirit keys?

I have to give him the spirit keys.

I don’t have a reason not to.

Star of Mosha’s soul returning to its body and destroys everything

is what I wanted after all.

But before that,

I have to confirm our soon-to-be Palace Master, Star of Mosha’s resolution

to fight with the humans of the cultivator sects.

I need to absorb the God of War’s power with the Soul Furnace as soon as possible

and prevent Star of Mosha from regaining its power.

During the ascension ceremony for the palace master,

I have to give him a big gift.

Practicing the highest level of Yang Jue Skill

requires us to combine our spirits, share our weal and woe

to unleash the greatest power.

You have mastered the Ninth Heaven Fire.

We have both mastered the skill.

Our hearts and spiritual power are connected.

I can use your power of God of War.

In that case, taking down Lize Palace

will be a piece of cake.

Sect Leader.

[Handover the Jade Cup in three days or risk the sect getting annihilated.]

What’s wrong?

Yu Si Feng is going to become the new Palace Master of Lize Palace.

He sent us a declaration of war

and want us to give him the Jade Cup in three days.

Otherwise...

Since the existence of three realms,

heavens and demon realm have been opposing for a long time.

The grudges between our two realms

cannot be interfered by mere mortals.

You should know that

I gather the spirit keys to release the Left Lieutenant

and summon back my soul.

I will get what I want.

I’ll give you three days to give me the Jade Cup and obey under me.

Otherwise, cultivator sects will be annihilated.

He is really going all out.

Yu Si Feng and the demons of Lize Palace are too savage.

We can’t be lenient to them anymore.

Xuan Ji, we should attack instead of staying here like sitting ducks.

We should take the initiative, and attack them.

Attack Lize Palace during Yu Si Feng’s ascension ceremony.

You will lead the elites of the three sects as vanguard.

God of War promised to fight with us to attack Lize Palace.

I hope you keep your promise

to get rid of the demons and defend the righteous cultivators.

I will be responsible, for my own mistake.

I’m the one who released Yu Si Feng.

I will take care of it.

Great. Now that Yu Si Feng’s identity is known,

his ambition is obvious.

This leader of the demons must be removed.

When the time comes, you will kill Star of Mosha with your own hands.

When the time comes,

God of War will kill Star of Mosha on the battlefield.

Without taking revenge, there will be no peace.

I am clear of my own duty.

Why does the stinky woman’s life pillar look like this?

Is it her inner demon?

It must be caused by that Yu Si Feng.

The Old Guy is hiding the scroll

that lists the name of every immortal and demon of the three realms here.

I’m sure I can know everything about Yu Si Feng.

I have to hurry.

No way! Why are there so many of them?

Welcome the new Palace Master.

Welcome the new Palace Master.

Everyone, please stand.

- Today... - Today is the day that excites everyone in Lize Palace.

The new Palace Master of Lize Palace is the Asura’s Star of Mosha

with the 12 Feathers Golden Wings.

He is invincible.

From now on,

Lize Palace will no longer be afraid of the humans

and be bullied across the three realms.

Let us follow the Palace Master

and kill every cultivators to dye the three realms with their blood.

We will retrieve what we’ve lost!

Retrieve what we’ve lost!

I believe the Palace Master will not disappoint us.

The demon clan needs to be united in order to fulfil our ambition.

I’ve invited the other demon clans today.

- Elder Luo. - Yes.

- Please invite all Superintendents here. - Yes.

Summon every superintendents of Sky Hall!

With the demon clan reappearing, the pact remains.

My clan will obey to Star of Mosha and listen to every orders.

Good.

Please stand.

Sky Hall was created by Right Lieutenant.

Now that I want to unify them, do you have any objections?

I created Sky Hall for Star of Mosha.

Now that it gets to return to its rightful place,

I can only feel grateful for that.

That is good.

Since you are working under me,

I have to get rid of the bad apples.

Lize Palace’s Ruo Yu

never cared about the bonds of the same clan and tried to kill me.

Sky Hall’s Wu Tong

was abandoned by cultivator sects, and sided with us.

For his own selfish reasons,

he took revenge and caused many demons to be killed for no reason.

We, demon clans, prioritize morality.

I will not allow anyone to harm one of their own.

Both of them have been obeying the Right Lieutenant’s orders.

I wonder if their actions

were ordered by you, the Right Lieutenant.

I did not know anything due to my negligence.

Demon clans should be united.

I will not allow it.

Both of you should die for this!

I can see the Right Lieutenant’s resolve in protecting the demon clan.

Both of them are more useful alive than dead.

Elder Feng.

Lock them up in the Water Prison for now.

Yes. Someone!

Let go of me! I’m not a demon in the first place.

Why should I follow the rules of the demon clan? I quit!

You have no right to leave if I don’t allow it.

Wu Tong.

You chose this path on your own.

You should pay

for all your debts and all your wrongdoings.

Take him away.

My sister...

I’m finally relieved now that the internal problem is gone.

But I still have another trouble at the moment.

Everyone, do you know what it is?

Palace Master holds all the power and everyone obeys you.

What is it that still troubles you?

I’ve heard it from the Elder of Constellation.

Rahu.

Ketu.

The time when both stars are attracted to each other is near.

That is the best time for my body to be one with my soul.

We have to save Wu Zhi Qi, the Left Lieutenant, as soon as possible.

I’ve discussed it with the Right Lieutenant.

He thinks I should enter the Demon Citadel to save Wu Zhi Qi

when the gate of Fenru City is opened on a full moon’s night.

At the same time, the cultivator sects are

also waiting for this time to interfere with my plan.

Why don’t I leave now and surprise them?

That is a safer plan.

What do you think?

Yes!

Great. Since everyone agrees,

I hope Right Lieutenant can give me the spirit keys

so I can head to the Demon Citadel immediately.

- This... - Report!

Palace Master, God of War is leading the disciples of Shaoyang Sect,

Fuyu Island and Dianjinggu Sect to attack Lize Palace.

They are attacking the barrier.

Palace Master.

Every disciple of Lize Palace has gathered and even the demon clan is here.

Let me bring my subordinates and destroy them all.

In the previous war, Lize Palace had suffered many casualties

and not had any time to recover.

We should not fight them head on.

Elders.

Bring our disciples to face them outside the barrier.

The other people will wait for my orders.

The people of Lize Palace finally comes out.

Seniors, why are all of you here?

Yu Si Feng.

You are trying to annihilate the cultivator sects.

How will we allow you to have your own way?

All of us have no fears for the sake of the world.

We come here to stop you from getting the Jade Cup.

FROM YU SI FENG

I’m not the one who wrote this.

However, cultivator sects still like to lie as always.

Talking about protecting the world

when you can’t even get rid of the demon clan.

Don’t forget about the annihilation of Xuanyuan Sect,

the time when Fuyu Island was set ablaze

and the time when blood was spilled all over Dianjinggu.

How long do you think Shaoyang Sect can last?

All of you launched a joint attack on us today,

but I’m afraid you can’t even break through the barrier.

Go back if you know what’s good for you.

Think about which is more important

between the Jade Cup and your own life.

Yu Si Feng.

I will only ask you two things.

Are you really the Star of Mosha?

LIZE PALACE

Have you always been lying to me?

Didn’t you see clearly

and swear to get rid of the demons so you can draw the line with me?

You are the God of War and I am the Star of Mosha.

Our paths are obviously different.

It’s just as you wish.

Why did you ask such a redundant question?

Chu Xuan Ji, do you know that

lying

is something tiring?

Who am I, Chu Xuan Ji,

to spend your efforts on setting me up?

Demon Lord.

God of War is destined to be with Sect Leader Hao Chen.

They are already engaged.

Stop wasting your efforts anymore.

We were destined to be incompatible with each other.

Why don’t we fight to our hearts’ content?

Yu Si Feng.

Draw your weapon!

The cultivator sects always brag about cherishing lives.

Let’s not have a war.

Why don’t you duel me for today’s battle?

Xuan Ji, be wary of his tricks.

Father said to always capture the leader.

Don’t hurt the innocent.

Ask everyone not to interfere.

I will take him down.

Disciple of Lize Palace!

Watch from the side.

Do not interfere without my command!

This is the strange furnace made by Yuan Lang.

What does he want to do?

Keep fighting, God of War.

I had set up a magic circle in front of Lize Palace.

It will activate from the spiritual power of the defensive barrier.

I just have to wait for the time

when your power of God of War can be absorbed and used by me.

Is that engagement with your senior for real?

Why do you care whether it’s real or not?

I’m here to take revenge for Shaoyang Sect today.

Looks like the God of War has broken up with me for good.

But I will not lose

today’s duel.

This is a good chance.

Come on, God of War.

The barrier is breaking?
