LOVE AND REDEMPTION

EPISODE 37

Palace Lord?

Looks like all of you are very forgetful.

- What happened? - We fell into a trap.

I never thought that the Fire Lion will store Putrid Mist inside its belly.

- We can’t get out now. - We can’t get out?

Be careful!

- Flying Snake, are you okay? - This is not okay.

Fire Lion grew up in the Putrid Mist.

Here, it is almost invincible.

Flying Snake!

What should we do now?

How do I know?

It can swallow Dingkun’s energy as well as my fire.

Now that it has come to this, there’s no need to say anything else.

- Attack! - Noon is here.

Let’s activate the Demon Prison Formation now.

Today is the end for Lize Palace.

Annihilate Lize Palace to save the world from disaster.

All of you came prepared.

You must have put in so much effort

to use so many precious weapons to attack Lize Palace.

But you have to know one thing.

No matter how good you are, demons will always be better than you.

Purple Fox?

Who is Purple Fox?

Long story. I’ll tell you later.

Be careful.

I don’t know why the Sun Stone will become tainted.

If you burn the Neidan of fox demon with Bone-Quenching Fire,

you can use the fox’s aura

to corrupt all magical weapons in this world.

What else can you do? Show me.

Although our weapon is destroyed, as long as

any of us are still standing we’ll fight you demons to the end!

- Fight you demons to the end! - Kill them all!

We can’t keep fighting like this.

Be careful!

- Flying Snake, your arm! - I even used my Life Fire to burn it.

But it still bit me.

What should we do now?

Why are you always whining after turning into a mortal?

I’m a heavenly officer.

I can just use a few thousand years of my spiritual power to heal it.

Moreover, I’ll look very fierce with this wound, right?

I’m very fierce.

No. We can’t just waste our energy here.

We have to find a way to go out.

I want to go out too.

But you are a mortal now. You can’t use God of War’s Ninth Heaven Fire.

You can’t break this Putrid Mist. How can we get out?

Ninth Heaven Fire?

Flying Snake, teach me. Maybe I’ll be able to use it.

Only God of War knows how to use the Ninth Heaven Fire.

The fire of creation has its own spiritual power.

It’ll take a massive amount of one’s spiritual power to use it.

You are a mortal now. You only have a little bit of spiritual power.

Xuan Ji, I have a solution.

You should run away now.

I won’t run away.

We have a blood oath. I won’t leave you behind.

We’ll stick together until the end.

Stinky woman.

I’ll transfer my qi to you.

- Master. - Silver Snake.

Demon’s blood can loosen this Demon Rope.

Master, leave now.

No need to care about me.

Leave now!

Vice Palace Lord.

Let’s go. Let’s leave Dianjinggu at once.

Didn’t palace lord ask you to meet up with him after you get the stalactite?

You are really loyal.

Don’t you care about our clan’s survival?

Go and tell palace lord that

I already took care of the vital matter of Lize Palace.

As for his personal matter, ask him to settle it himself.

I don’t have time to take the stalactite.

Ask him to get it himself.

Palace Lord.

- What is it? - Vice palace lord has left on his own.

Where’s the stalactite?

He said that he didn’t have the time to take it.

He asked you to get it yourself.

Let’s go.

Master.

Ling Long!

Die!

Stinky woman.

I’m exhausted because of you.

- Flying Snake! - Xuan Ji!

Xuan Ji, are you okay?

What happened?

This is Lize Palace’s doing.

They are the demons’ accomplice.

They even burnt Purple Fox’s Neidan to taint our weapon.

They killed a lot of our people.

Take care of Flying Snake for me.

Master.

Stop pressuring me!

Master, what are you going to do?

Why do you have to attack those sects?

They are ready for you.

Ask our people to retreat now.

Si Feng.

Stop being so naive.

There’s no turning back.

My junior already took away Dianjinggu’s Seven Star Disc.

If we don’t kill them, they are going to retaliate

- and kill us all. - Seven Star Disc?

Vice palace lord took away the spirit key?

Master.

Tell me the truth.

What’s the relationship between Lize Palace and Sky Hall?

I don’t care about Sky Hall.

I just want to revive Hao Feng.

He took away Seven Star Disc and left my stalactite behind.

When I go back, I’ll punish him!

Master.

You’ve been used by vice palace lord and Sky Hall.

They are using you to cripple the sects.

This is their conspiracy plan. Let’s leave at once.

Leave?

It’s too late.

This time,

I’m going to avenge your mother.

My mother?

DIANJINGGU: WEN HAO FENG

Hao Feng

is your mother.

Dianjinggu doesn’t have the rights to keep the portrait of her.

This is my mother?

But Master,

you told me that Hao Feng is your...

That’s right.

Hao Feng is my wife.

She is your mother too.

Then, Master...

Who are you?

I...

I am your master.

But I am your father too.

Si Feng.

You’ve grown up now.

It’s time for me to tell you everything.

Father?

Back then, I fell in love with your mother.

That’s why she was forced to kill herself by Dianjinggu.

Luckily, after all these years,

after so much effort that I put in,

I’ve finally found

the 1000-year-old stalactite that can revive your mother.

After we go back to Lize Palace and revive your mother,

I’ll tell you everything.

Could it be that

my mother has always been in Lize Palace?

That’s right.

I’ve been keeping her in an ice coffin under the underground palace

so that

I can one day revive her.

Si Feng.

I’ve kept you in the dark for so many years.

Do you hate me?

I’m such a dummy.

When I was young,

you gave me my mother’s silver hairpin and portrait.

You even told me a lot of stories about you and mother.

Others would have already guessed it.

Palace Lord, this is bad.

We have a lot of casualties. They ganged up on us.

They are already outside now!

Master, stop fighting!

Sect Leader Chu, there’s must be some misunderstanding. Let me explain.

You are just the jackal of Sky Hall.

You worked with them to steal the spirit keys.

I won’t let you escape today.

Master, stop fighting.

You want to side the human clan?

How dare you!

Master, no!

Rose Gold Bird Demon!

So, everyone in Lize Palace is a demon.

All these years, we’ve let you demons joined our righteous sects.

What a humiliation!

Today, we are going to annihilate Lize Palace!

I’m going to destroy every sect here today!

Master!

Si Feng!

Sect Leader Chu, don’t fight him.

Mortals can’t defeat 12 Feathers Rose Gold Bird Demon in full power.

Shoot those demons down!

Hurry up! Let’s fight them together!

Si Feng, you unfilial son!

Master, they are just innocent mortals.

Don’t hurt them anymore.

Move aside!

Don’t hurt Si Feng!

Xuan Ji!

Si Feng!

Si Feng! You are hurt.

Xuan Ji.

- Why are you here? - Si Feng.

What happened?

What happened to Lize Palace?

Xuan Ji, you still don’t understand?

Everyone in Lize Palace is a demon. Yu Si Feng is a demon too!

You are the daughter of Shaoyang Sect’s leader.

But you are still siding that demon now.

Have you no care for Shaoyang?

Father, there must be a misunderstanding.

Si Feng is not a demon.

Even if everyone in Lize Palace is a demon, he’s not.

I’ve never detected a hint of demon aura from him.

Moreover, you’ve already checked his identity with the Demon Whip, right?

Why are you accusing him now?

Xuan Ji, look at this.

This is crystal dragon seal that can conceal the aura of Rose Gold Bird Demon.

Every disciple of Lize Palace has one.

That’s why he could bear the two whips from Demon Whip.

If it wasn’t because you stopped me the third time, he would’ve shown himself.

Xuan Ji, you’ve been tricked by him!

What is this?

I’ve seen it on you as well.

I know.

Ting Nu gave you this to help you recover, right?

Yes.

Senior.

You’ve misunderstood.

Ting Nu gave this to Si Feng to help him recover.

It’s not a seal to conceal his demonic aura.

Father, I can guarantee with my life.

- Si Feng is not a demon. - Xuan Ji.

Stop it.

Why should I stop?

I’m going to explain it to them.

I’ll tell them that you are not a demon.

- Yu Si Feng! - Si Feng.

You still don’t dare to tell Xuan Ji whether you are

a human or a demon?

Si Feng.

You told me that you are not a demon on Fuyu Island.

You won’t lie to me, right?

Tell me that you are not a demon, Si Feng.

I’ll believe whatever you say.

- I’ll believe you. - I’m sorry.

I’m sorry.

You are Si Feng. Of course I trust you, Si Feng.

I know that you are not a demon.

You have nothing to do with Sky Hall.

I am not

a demon from Sky Hall.

No.

No.

Si Feng, you look so handsome when you smile.

No.

Impossible.

I’ve never thought that you are troublesome.

And I’ve never wanted to stay away from you.

Impossible.

Impossible.

With me by your side, no matter what we face, I’ll protect you.

Si Feng!

Are you leaving because you are upset after I pushed you away?

I took off your mask.

Of course I’ll take the responsibility for you.

Really?

You have different statuses.

And that is the greatest sin in their eyes.

You didn’t see anything.

But you are so sure that I was wronged.

- Do you trust me that much? - Of course

I know what kind of a person you are.

You are different from them.

Don’t be afraid.

No matter what happened, you’ll always be Chu Xuan Ji.

I do have some things to tell you.

But

I can’t write it on the wind bell.

Because this is

a secret that I have to bring to my grave with me.

After you unlock this Lugong puzzle, you’ll see it.

If she finds out about your real identity,

do you think she’ll still protect you?

Xuan Ji is different.

She won’t hurt me.

You are different from her.

Human clan always kills those who are not from the same clan.

Didn’t you say that you’ll love him forever?

So what if he’s a demon?

You can’t love a demon?

Xuan Ji.

- Time to wake up. - No.

Lize Palace has killed so many people today.

If we don’t get rid of them, there’ll be serious consequences!

Arrest him!

Si Feng!

No.

No.

Si Feng!

Don’t hurt Si Feng!

Si Feng.

Si Feng!

Say it.

Tell them that

no matter what Lize Palace did, it has nothing to do with you.

Si Feng, tell them that

what the palace lord did has nothing to do with you.

He and you are different.

You’ve never hurt anyone before.

Si Feng!

Si Feng, explain it to them!

Si Feng!

No!

Si Feng!

Xuan Ji, stop this obsession!

Look carefully!

Not only Yu Si Feng is a demon,

he’s from Rose Gold Bird Demon clan who killed your mother!

That’s right! Back then, your mother brought you to a medic and ran into

Heroine Hao Feng who had been missing for years outside of Dianjinggu.

She was chased down by Rose Gold Bird Demon. You remember

how your mother died, right?

We and Rose Gold Bird Demon are sworn enemies!

Xuan Ji.

Believe me.

- Si Feng. - There must be a misunderstanding.

I’ll get to the bottom of this.

Si Feng.

Are you still going to make things right for this girl?

Fine.

You should just let her kill me then.

It’s you.

So, you are that woman’s child.

If I had known, I would’ve killed you too.

Master.

What did you say?

The Rose Gold Bird Demon who killed my mother is you?

You’ve always known about this right, Si Feng?

I didn’t keep this from you.

You’ve been lying to me, Si Feng!

Si Feng!

There must be a misunderstanding.

Xuan Ji.

Si Feng.

You should’ve known that this is the result that you’ll get!

So,

you are that Rose Gold Bird Demon.

Today, I’m going to avenge my mother!

Come on!

Dingkun Sword!

Xuan Ji.

No.

Xuan Ji.

What kind of demonic spell is this?

He is absorbing our qi.

Master.

No.

Master! No!

Xuan Ji.

Master.

Don’t kill anyone anymore!

I’m going to kill you!

Xuan Ji, don’t go there.

He’s using his demonic core to gather up spiritual power.

It’s very powerful. You’ll get hurt.

I can’t let him hurt them anymore.

Let go of me! I want to kill him!

You can’t kill him with your power now.

Believe in me.

Xuan Ji.

Don’t force me!

Si Feng!

Xuan Ji.

Don’t worry.

I won’t let him kill anyone anymore.

Si Feng.

You’ve been lying to me.

I’m sorry.

Master.

Si Feng! What are you doing?

Master.

Stop.

Stop!

Yu Si Feng is a 12 Feathers Rose Gold Bird Demon too.

Let’s kill them together! Xuan Ji! Do it!

Si Feng!

Si Feng.

Si Feng, your Loveless Curse has been activated.

Si Feng.

Why is it like this?

I have to get to the bottom of this.

Xuan Ji!

Si Feng.

Xuan Ji is your demon.

You are too obsessed with her.

Si Feng.

Master.

Am I going to

die soon?

You’ll be fine.

This is just the pain from the Loveless Curse.

With me here,

you’ll be fine.

Come.

Si Feng.

How are you feeling?

Go now.

I have to go back.

Go back?

You are still thinking about that girl?

She saw that you are a demon.

She’ll just think about the grudge with Rose Gold Bird Demon.

She just wants you dead.

No.

Xuan Ji will not be like that.

I owe her this.

I have to make things right for her.

What a cursed relationship. What can I do to make you give up?

You know that she won’t forgive you.

She hates you.

Listen to me. Forget about her.

Put her away from your mind and don’t mention about her again.

If you go back, you’ll die.

You’ve been lying to me, Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Si Feng.

Si Feng!

Look. She still won’t let you go.

She wants to kill us!

Si Feng!

Let him go! Don’t take him away!

He is Lize Palace’s disciple. Let him go?

- And let you kill him? - Why would I kill him?

You are the only one I want to kill!

You are killing him with your heart.

Nonsense!

This is all

your fault.

I’m going to kill you!

Si Feng.

Si Feng!

Si Feng!

Why, Si Feng?

Tell me why you did this, Si Feng.

Tell me.

Leave!

I don’t want to see you anymore!

- Si Feng! - Si Feng!

I told you that I’ll teach you how to fall in love with me.

I won’t leave.

Our previous lives are not important.

The one in front of me right now

is the one I care the most.

You promised me.

You said that you won’t lie to me.

I trusted you so much!

Ling Long!

This prosthetic hand is quite nimble.

Long time no see. Do you know how much I missed you?

Do you miss me?

Let go of me!

Don’t be afraid.

You know that I won’t hurt you.

You are indeed my Ling Long.

I love this personality of yours.

What are you doing?

- Let go of me! - Come here!

- Let go of me! - Wu Tong!

Stop! I’ll fight you!

Ling Long, are you okay?

- I’m fine. - Ling Long.

Have you forgotten how intimate we were?

Shut up!

I’m going to kill you.

Let go of me!

Ling Long!

Let go of me!
