Legend of Fei

Episode 28

Your young master is attending Extermination Meeting, too?

Yes.

They're buddies.

If your young master's life is in danger, he'll do something.

Where's your young master? -I'll take you to him.

Master Xie considers you one of us.

Jiachen. -Yes.

Inform him about her arrival. -Sure.

This way, please. -All right.

Oh dear me.

I came to Lingling instead of Southern Xinjiang.

"East Gate"

Are you all right, Ms. Zhou?

I'm all right.

Let's go.

What's there to see?

Thanks for rescuing me.

I can only repay you for your kindness in my next life.

Enough, Mr. Qiansuiyou.

Stop speaking like your play.

Let me rephrase it.

Thanks for saving me from misery.

I'm indebted to you.

That's more like it.

Last time, I saw you Ms. Zhou were inseparable.

Why do you think it's misery now?

It's human nature to like the new and hate the old.

Haven't you seen this enough, Ms. Lingyu?

Then it's too bad.

Why? -A fine man like you...

...will get your heart broken.

I won't. A'Fei is a fine woman.

I don't deserve her.

Why do you always dress up as Qiansuiyou?

Yuyi Troupe is all women.

It's convenient for me to stay here as a man.

It's better to avoid unnecessary trouble.

Again, thanks for rescuing me.

I can only repay you in my next life.

I'll go now as I have something important to do.

Till then, I'll see you.

What is he hiding from?

"Dear me.

You're still hoping for her to come.

When you saw her, you ran away instead.

She didn't come after you and you.....

It's laughable.

No big deal."

Old fellow.

You're quite tough.

No big deal.

Why were you on the carriage?

You're simply rude to an elderly man.

Excuse me.

Why don't you dare to look at me?

Why aren't you running? -You're blocking me.

You're thinking of running away? -Did you enlist the help...

...of Peddlers Gang? -Yes.

You're slick.

Even the Peddlers Gang weren't able to catch you.

That's damaging to their reputation.

But I had a better plan.

I thought of catching you at Huo Liantao's meeting.

What do you think?

You knew when I got on the carriage?

Did you follow me all the way here?

You cheated, A'Fei.

Why don't we compete again?

We just met again. You don't have to do this, pretty.

Those were crazy moves of the Geese Saber. Amazing.

Are you seriously mad at me?

A'Fei?

Have you gotten better?

Back at 48 Strongholds, you once told me...

...about the deadliest poison in the world, Piercing Green.

The victim's bone initially feels cold...

...and the body looks as if it's frozen when the person dies.

How do you know it so well?

I've seen much across the lands...

...and.....

Enough. I don't believe you anyway.

Perhaps I'm knowledgeable...

...and I know every wonder in the world.

I wanted to ask you about your martial arts background last time.

You made me faint though hitting my drowsiness point.

Why did you do that? -You were hurt.

You needed to rest because you're hurt then.

You kept asking me about trivial matters.

You were full of questions. Who could bear with that?

I had to make you sleep.

48 Strongholds is awaiting a rebuild.

You should work on that...

...yet you're creating trouble here in Lingling.

I'd been away from my mother for long.

I sneaked out from home again after reuniting briefly with her.

I was trailing Peddler's Gang all the way.

All I got was vague news.

I was pursuing...

...and searching.

Now you're accusing me of creating trouble here.

"She was actually looking for me.

I'm here because of Shuibo Mark on Huo Liantao's invitation card.

What else do you think I do it for?

Ocean Sky Bracelet was unknown months ago.

Now all parties...

...are in pursuit of it within a short time.

Huo Liantao's invitation card...

...is meant to make this known to everyone.

Even Disha knows about 48 Strongholds' double tokens.

I have to take the initiate to investigate it.

Do you expect me to sit at home and do nothing?

Are you pleased with my answer?

A'Fei, I.....

Black Tortoise is here.

Run for you life!

"Black Tortoise, Ding Kui of Four Gods Mountain"

"I may not live for long.

We shouldn't be together."

What is it?

Say something.

Just look over there.

He's Black Tortoise of Four Gods Mountain.

They've just arrived, yet they're causing a scene.

Looks like he's going to create a havoc.

Don't you know who he is?

Or course I know him.

Not only that,...

...I even beat some of his henchmen.

You're usually well-behaved.

Now you got yourself into trouble. -So what?

It was just some of his stooges.

Do you expect me to be polite to them?

You're just too.....

You made a sneak attack on me back at 48 Strongholds.

It was my turn.

Now we're even.

Your legs are simply too long.

"Lingling"

Now we're here in Lingling City.

Why must Ding Kui snatch my invitation card?

There are four masters on Four Gods Mountain.

Zheng Luosheng, aka Azure Dragon, is cunning and sinister.

Mu Xiaoqiao, aka Vermilion, is eccentric.

Feng Feihua, aka White Tiger, is unreasonable.

Ding Kui, aka Black Tortoise, is temperamental.

We, Xingnan Sect is weak. Of course he'll take advantage of us.

They want to attend...

...Extermination Meeting by all means.

I never expected them to create such a fanfare.

A storm is brewing here in Lingling City.

Is that Zhou Fei? -Looks like her.

What is she up to?

Ms. Zhou, you are..... -I got a composer.

Zhou Fei. -A'Fei.

What's all this?

Chuchu? You came in time. Give me a hand.

Let me help you. -It's all right.

Didn't you hear her?

You.....

Give us a room, boss.

This old man is surely weighty.

He's Young Master Xie.

What happened to his face?

It's a long story.

Cousin!

You disabled him. -Li Yan?

Hold it! Come back!

Why are you here?

No. How did you sneak out?

Brother..... -No more excuse.

Look for our agents and return to the mountain.

Go back to 48 Strongholds at once.

You're her brother. Can't you be gentler to your sister?

The people from 48 Strongholds are real bad.

You're all the same.

Can you be kind to your sister and cousin?

Looks like you're doing pretty good, Li Yan.

You even have someone to help you here.

Calm down. -This is the first time...

...someone is rooting for me.

Cousin, I heard Yuyi Troupe is in Lingling City recently.

Do me a favour. Please invite Madam Nichang.

As you wish.

Stop it, you two.

Just go.

"Huo Fort"

Our master isn't seeing any guest today.

Tell your master.

I know he has the news about Ocean Sky Bracelet,...

...but Disha sets its sight on it.

So he's seeking allies to go against Disha.

Let's join forces and put our differences behind.

We're virtuous. We will never join you.

You want to see our master? Over our dead bodies.

Qimen Dunjia formation is set up in the forest behind us.

It was specially designed by Chongxiaoxi of Qimen for us.

No intruders can ever come out alive.

Tell your master...

...that I'll have a chance to kill him one day!

Master, do you want to destroy them all?

Yes, let them kill each other.

I have already...

...put kerosene within the formation in the forest.

I'll just wait for them to enter it...

...and they will be burned to death.

That's a marvelous plan.

Legend has it...

...that Master Huo is dumb and reckless.

It looks like...

...that isn't true.

Show yourselves.

With your assistance,...

...Ocean Sky bracelet will belong to us!

Cut the nonsense, Ding Kui. Dream on.

Let's join forces at the Extermination Meeting!

No.

Mu Xiaoqiao, I know...

...you're indebted to Huo Changfeng,...

...but you have risked your life for him for years.

Huo Liantao is now the new master of Huo Fort.

He is just a joke.

You still want to help them?

None of your business.

I have a gift for you.

This person escaped when the old Huo Fort was destroyed.

He bumped into us.

He knows many interesting stories about the Huo family back then.

Let's hear him out...

...before you decide...

...to side with Huo Liantao at Extermination Meeting.

"Gentle breeze blow the clothes.

Here's the moon's dazzling ray.

"Master Qinghui"

That way, Madam.

You're finally here, Madam.

There's never been peace...

...since I met the two of you.

Where is he? -He's inside.

It can't be.

What is it, Madam?

I've seen this poison before.

It's the deadliest poison ever.

Is it Piercing Green?

How can it be?

Do you have any solution?

He can still live for a year or more...

...without using his inner energy.

I may not a medical expert, I know...

...his body is fighting against the poison.

He'll still live so long as he doesn't move too much.

Look after him closely.

Madam.

One more thing, Madam.

Please do me a favour.

Madam.

I don't understand.

I have never seen anyone doing this to keep a man's heart.

Didn't Master Xie try to avoid her?

Perhaps he loves her too much.

That's why he'd been avoiding her.

The Heavenly Lock is invaluable.

Is it proper for us...

...to just give it away?

It's completely useless in our hands.

However, it's useful for lovers.

To them, it's like the hard-to-get...

...love potion.

What are you doing?

The guy was wearing this. It fell on the doorstep.

I accidentally spilled some hot tea on it.

Then I saw the smoke disappearing at once.

I realised it was cold inside when I touched it.

Let me see the guy who's poisoned with the Piercing Green.....

I don't know what you're talking about.

Who are you?

I'm Ying Hecong. Everyone calls me the Physician of Venom.

I'm sure the guy lying there...

...is poisoned with Lianshen's Piercing Green.

Let me help.

Come on in. -Thanks.

What are you doing?

He won't live long.

Listen, Piercing Green will turn him...

...into a frozen corpse within three months. Awesome, right?

Looks like he's been poisoned for about a month.

Wait.

Lianshen has been missing for many years.

Who poisoned him? -A month?

What now?

He has strong inner energy.

It's unexpected for a person of his age.

How did he get that?

How did he get that?

That isn't right.

I got it.

The Soul-Seeking Needle.

There are the acupoints of Tanzhong, Baihui...

...and what else.....

Fengfu, Lingtai, Tianchuang, Dazhui.

Tianchuang.

These are the marks left by the Soul-Seeking Needle.

The needle usually doesn't leave any mark.

It'll heal in days even if you accidentally get pierced.

This guy has an unusual body.

Even if he has a little blood clot,...

...it'll be frozen and never dissipate for months.

The marks left by needle are even more obvious.

Isn't the Soul-Seeking Needle...

...able to keep him alive for a while?

You're right.

The Soul-Seeking Needle.

Now I got it!

The poison was already inside his body long ago.

Someone also injected strong energy into his body at that time.

That suppressed the poison.

Then, several of his acupoints were sealed with a secret method.

That means the acupoints have formed a cage.

The strong inner energy is keeping the poison at bay.

He'd be fine so long as the energy stayed in place.

Somehow, something happened.

He used the Soul-Seeking Needle to forcefully exert his energy.

His blood flowed slowly...

...amid the poisoned condition.

This reduced the positive effect...

...of the Soul-Seeking Needle.

You get what I mean?

Did I make all it easy to understand?

He told me that Yu Lao used...

...Guiyang Pill from Great Apothecary Valley as an antidote.

So I can use the Guiyang Pill as an antidote for him?

What he needs to do is just taking Guiyang Pill...

...and forever living at a place with abundant moisture.

He can live long.

However,...

...we don't know how long the poison is in his body.

Piercing Green has settled deeply within his body.

Even Taishang Laojun wouldn't be able to save him,...

...let alone Guiyang Pill. It's hopeless.

Didn't you say you could save him?

Is there no other way?

He couldn't be saved, but.....

Speak.

If you want him to spend the rest of his life with less pain,...

...no warm food is allowed, else this will stimulate the poison.

He must never use his inner energy ever again.

It will be fatal...

...if he tries to use it.

Surely you can do more. You're the Physician of Venom.

The people are just calling that for fun.

It's my hobby to collect all kinds of poison.

I'm not good in curing one.

I have an idea.

How about I give you a snake?

Don't be scared.

Don't be scared.

Done.

I just wanted to help him. Why did you do this?

Forget it.

What an ungrateful person.

I forgot to ask who poisoned the guy.

Just leave it for next time.

Why did you be a busybody?

You just left after that.

Then you're dead at an unknown place out there.

So you think you're great?

You think you're great?

Are you moved by yourself?

Xie Yun.

You did this?

This is the Heavenly Lock. The key has two layers.

The first layer is the lock cover that can only be opened...

...via a special way. You have to open this to see the second layer.

It can easily lock a person such as Xie Yun.

It could even lock both Li Zheng and Yin Wenlan at the same time.

They can't free themselves from it without knowing the correct way.

Thank you, Madam. -You're welcome.

What's this thing you got from Madam Nichang?

What are you doing?

I'll buy you a new one. -Don't bother.

Forgive me.

You've been too kind to me.

I appreciate it very much.

The only good thing about you is that you're tactful.

This.....

This.....

How did you come up with this?

I'm a elegant good-looking guy after all.

It's extremely challenging...

...for me to walk like this.

Imagine I'm carrying this when nature calls.

Listen.

You see,...

...don't I look awkward? It's like I'm kicking a jianzi.

Blame Li Sheng for this.

Don't tell anyone.

Which part to confine him to?

Not to the couch.

The couch can't stop him from leaving.

How about locking you with him?

It isn't a good idea to lock a man and a woman together.

It's inconvenient.

It's just inconvenient.

Put it on his leg.

The other one.

Perfect.

Before I knew it,...

...he put the other end of the lock on your wrist.

For me, I would have lock your neck.

You wouldn't have had to kick the jianzi. Just chew your feet.

Wonderful. You're simply brilliant.

As your mentor, I should feel happy for you.

Get me something to eat. I'm hungry.

You've been chasing me the whole day.

I didn't eat anything at all.

Sure, I'll get some food for you.

Mr. Xie's meals should be as plain as possible from now on.

Strictly cold food. Not even a little warm.

It's a hot day.

When the food turns cold, the taste will become bad.

Just follow my instructions.

Thanks.

Life matters most than anything else.

Mr. Yang has been waiting for you...

...at the backyard for long.

Yang Jin?

Why did you cheat in a duel again? -Did I?.

Again! -Wait.

Are you scared?

"Yang Jin...

...is fascinated by sabers.

He's easily fooled.

I could only cheat to get away from him."

You know why I left home? -To compete with others.

It's because of Ocean Sky Bracelet.

What's that? -Ocean Sky Bracelet.

This is a heritage.

It contains relics of the sects that fell apart...

...due to natural or man-made disasters. Do you...

know anything about Guiyang Pill?

It can increase our inner energy. -Really?

Of course.
