Dr. Cutie

Episode 23

How can you be so foolish?

How did she come to Mansion Ji?

She is a registered doctor

at the General Medical Academy.

She lied to his majesty,

and came to our mansion.

You two.

One is General J.

One is Marquis Marvel.

Now,

how could you protect a liar

who concealed her identity

and came to Mansion Ji

with an evil intention!

Mother.

When I knew that

Tian Qi is a girl,

I still chose to let her stay,

That means

I will take responsibility for her.

If his majesty

wants to punish her,

then punish me first!

Mother,

I knew

earlier than brother that Tian Qi is a girl.

If later his majesty blames anyone,

I'll plead him

to punish us together.

Good,

good,

good.

Now I

give you two choices.

One

is to report this case

to his majesty,

let his majesty deal with it.

If you don't report,

I'll report for you.

The other is to

regard me

hear nothing,

and saw nothing today.

I won't expose her crime of lying to his majesty.

But

she must leave Mansion Ji right now.

I won't send her away.

And I won't

send her to his majesty with no preparation.

You're not going to deal with her,

I'll do it for you!

You'd better stay with her forever!

What do we do now?

Madame Ji is still angry.

However stubborn my mother is,

she won't change my decision.

Don't worry.

Zheng,

take care of Tian Qi for me.

I'll explain to mother.

Brother, don't worry.

These two brothers are going crazy.

They all stand up for a liar.

Madame, please calm down.

General J

is waiting outside.

I don't want to see him.

Go tell them

to let Tian Qi disappear from Mansion Ji.

Otherwise, he'll never see me again.

Madame, please calm down,

this is the moment

that you should be more patient.

Otherwise,

you will get into their trap.

I think

Tian Qi

is not as innocent as she seems.

She desperately pleased General J.

She must want to rely on the power of Mansion Ji

to achieve her goal.

What 's more ridiculous is

why she dressed as a man?

I asked her, she wouldn't answer me.

Heng and Zheng

even

give consent to her disguise.

They still don't know Tian Qi is Shen Zhao'er.

That's great.

So we can see that

this girl is not that innocent.

She's got General J and Marquis Marvel

wrapped around her finger.

She must be killed.

Otherwise,

she will be a disaster to Mansion Ji.

What happened to the late Jiedushi,

you still remember, right madame?

Of course I do.

He wanted to express his deepest love,

that he spoiled his concubine and destroyed his wife,

This is common in large mansions.

The disaster happened then

almost ruined me and Heng,

and the whole Ji family.

What troubles you

is exactly what I should worry about.

The cleaning-up of this mess

you can leave them to me.

If General J and Marquis Marvel have any doubts later,

it has nothing to do with you.

I'll leave now.

Why hasn't General J come back?

Won't he be punished?

Qi.

Mother loves brother,

she won't be hard on him.

Qi.

Have you already

confessed your love

to each other?

Yes, General J and I...

Bless you.

If you ask me

in this world,

if there's a man that I can't compete with,

that should be my brother.

If someone else wins your heart,

I might be mad at you having a bad taste.

But if he's my brother,

you both

care so much about people around you.

I'm really happy that

you two can be together.

Thank you, Zheng.

I'll go in and get something.

And give it back to you.

No need for that.

You mean

that jaze pendant I gave you?

That jade pendant

is a present I gave you as a friend.

Now,

it represents my best wishes and consent.

From now on,

if you still regard me as a friend,

then you should keep it.

Just see it as

a promise I gave you.

In the future, if you have any trouble,

come find me with the jade pendant.

How's that?

You have nothing to lose, right?

Such a good deal,

of course I'll accept it.

Zheng,

I'm really want to thank you.

When I was in great danger,

every time you would help me out.

I'm really blessed

to have you as a friend.

How did you come here?

How about Tian Qi?

Mr. Sheng has arranged someone to protect her.

Don't worry.

The reason why I'm here

is to be with you

and ask for forgiveness from mother.

Do you remember when we were young,

if we made a mistake

we got punished together,

and asked for mercy together.

Today,

how can I be absent from this?

Zheng, thank you

for speaking up for Tian Qi today.

As for Tian Qi,

you don't just take her as a friend, right?

You like her.

Yes, I indeed liker her very much.

If she doesn't choose you,

I won't easily give it up.

But the one she loves

is none other than my beloved brother.

Only a man like you

is worthy of her.

Losing to you,

is not a loss at all.

But you should promise

to forever love her, no matter what.

No matter what happened,

you should stay by her side.

Zheng,

I've already known

my feelings for Tian QI.

Now, I promise you

I will protect her

with my life.

If I fail my promise,

I'll be punished by you.

Okay.

If she stays with you

but is not living a happy life,

even if we will become enemies,

I'll take her away from you.

I promise

that day won't come.

By the way, brother,

I found another thing.

Young master of Dong Mountain Village,

Dong Zichun.

is probably around us.

Don't forget that

you are soldiers of General J.

Standing here

is not to follow orders from Mandame Ji

or orders from any others of Mansion Ji,

but to follow orders from General J,

to keep Dr.Tian safe.

Remember that?

Yes.

You can't go in without permission.

Tian Qi is my student.

Can't I have a look?

Mr. Sheng,

is Tian Qi really a girl?

She is your student.

Don't you know if she's a girl?

No, I mean. He's my student.

How can he suddenly become a girl?

I need some time

to accept this fact.

It's not a coffin board becomes the coffin,

what can't you accept it?

Then that is to say,

Tian Qi really is a girl.

You didn't know.

When I was paddled last time,

Tian Qi helped me apply medicine,

I was naked at the time.

I really didn't know

she's a girl.

And every day, I let her...

She saw this part of my body so many times.

If General J knows this,

does that mean I offend

the noble?

What you said makes sense.

Isn't it?

Tian Qi is not as ordinary as before.

Maybe

she is Mrs. General.

Then she used to

call me Grandpa Sheng.

According to seniority,

then, then General J should call me grandpa too.

By the way, she always made that...

medicine for men.

If General J knows this,

that's disrespectful.

But I'm telling you,

compared with me, yours

is not a big deal.

What happened?

Do you remember Tian Qi also received paddling?

After she was beaten at that time,

it was me that

forcibly took off her pants

to apply medical gel.

She didn't want to,

but I still tried to pull it off.

If later General J knows this,

will he give me corporal punishment?

You're screwed.

I really didn't know she's a girl at that time.

What you said is true?

You took off her pants.

No, no, no,

I... I... I didn't make it,

I, I, I, Tian Qi

defended till the end.

She, she, she, she didn't let me do that.

I... I...

I...

Who am I?

Where is this?

Where am I?

What happened?

Why is it so dark?

It's dawn.

It scared me.

It scared me.

It scared me.

Now, my true identity has been exposed.

It not only makes it hard for General J.

Maybe

I'll even lose the chance of taking revenge.

What should I do?

Is Madame Ji still angry?

Probably mother

can't accept this at the moment.

Though I think

she won't try to harm you.

But just in case,

I told Sheng Anhuai

to guard outside.

These days,

you can't go anywhere,

just stay inside.

Mother is still angry.

It is possible when she sees you,

she'll lose her temper again.

I know.

I'm just worried that

I

ruined your relationship.

Alright.

No need to worry.

Mother just

can't accept this at the moment.

When she comes around to it,

she'll see

even if you are an unknown woman,

you are better than a man.

Telling others you're a girl

is good too.

In this way,

you can be a girl

in the mansion.

And

we don't need to hide from others

and stay together secretly.

It's also a good thing for us.

Alright,

no need to worry.

I'll deal with everything.

What you need to do now

is in the future,

no matter how difficult it is,

don't hold back,

stay with me all the time.

You know?

Who's that?

Live your life.

Dad, mom.

Dad! Let me go!

Dad!

Are you okay?

I'm alright.

Go chase him.

Are you okay?

- I'm okay. - Tian Qi.

Let me have a look. Did you get hurt?

Where did you hurt?

I'm okay, okay.

Zheng, what's going on here?

The masked man knocked down the door guards.

I found him.

So I chased him here.

He's skilled in martial art.

It's good that Dr. Tian is okay.

Brother,

this black man

apparently aimed at Tian Qi.

This time, he ran away.

He must come back again.

Brother should assign more guards

to protect Dr. Tian.

This man is masked.

Only you two had physical contact with him.

Can you tell who he is?

I, I know who he is.

Who is he?

He is Chen Wuyong.

I didn't expect that Tian Qi

is the daughter of Shen Qingyun.

She indeed is.

If Tian Qi

is exposed as Shen Zhao'er.

It will definitely make them notice.

Then come to check my identity.

And then check my relationship with you.

So

I want to secretly

get rid of Shen Zhao'er.

But father,

now you are kneeling down here with a gloomy face.

It proves you failed.

I looked down upon Tian Qi.

I didn't expected that not only didn't I get rid of her.

But also I alerted the enemy.

I made the Ji brothers notice.

Father, don't blame yourself.

Father, you may arise.

If it is as what you said,

then getting rid of the Ji family,

is a good thing instead.

Tian Qi has been like a fire,

and already made the Ji family

full of smoke.

I don't mind adding more fuel

to burn down

the whole Ji family.

Now, it counts on you.

Are you willing to sacrifice yourself

to ignite the fuel.

I saw a bite scar on his wrist.

So

I'm sure he is Chen Wuyong.

A bite scar?

How do you know?

He has a bite scar on his wrist

because I bit him when I was young.

So that means

the enemy you seek avenge on,

is Chen Wuyong.

The matter that you have an enemy here.

Why haven't you told me before?

I'll talk about it later.

But now you must tell me

why Chen Wuyong

would kill you secretly?

Chen Wuyong killed my parents.

After figuring out a clue I found,

I knew he is a member of Mansion Ji,

so I came here

to find out everything about the case of my parents.

But

I... I've never had a chance to

get closer to Chen Wuyong.

Today, he came after me.

I don't know

if he already knows who I am

and wanted to kill me.

By the way,

today when I was fighting him,

I sprayed poisonous powder on his face.

This poison powder is very effective.

If feels burning hot if spread on the face.

It is very painful.

He must want to find an antidote.

Leave this to me.

You're scared today.

Have a good rest.

Okay?

Don't overthink.

Sheng Anhuai.

Yes, my lord.

How can I help you, my lord?

Pass down my order,

send agents to each pharmacy.

If Chen Wuyong shows up, report it to me at once.

And

he knows that we'll arrest him.

He is likely to use disguise.

If someone appears with a burning mark on the face,

follow him secretly.

And report it to me at once.

Don't act without my order.

Yes, my lord.

General,

can you promise me something?

After arresting Chen Wuyong,

can you let me interrogate him?

Don't worry.

This time he wanted to murder you so badly.

If Zheng didn't show up in time,

I can't imagine how this will end up like.

Take a good rest,

and leave this to me.

Zheng,

the most dangerous place

is the safest.

He might come back to the mansion.

We should divide our men.

You lead a group to guard the mansion.

Brother, I'll handle the matter in the mansion.

It's just that...

How about mother?

I'll handle it.

I think

Chen Wuyong trying to kill Tian Qi

probably because he found out her identity.

It's also possible that

he was under the order of mother.

Alright.

I drink with you all night.

You should tell me

why you want to get drunk.

If you let me know,

I can at least try to help you.

How could you help me?

There's a girl I like

for a very long time.

For her, I can stay here to

protect her for the rest of my life.

Who is this girl?

She can make Marquis Marvel fall for her.

But she likes no one but my brother,

and brother likes her too.

There's nothing I can do about it.

Marquis Marvel,

I think,

you're different from your brother

just because you're not a general.

Because of this, that girl

might just value power.

So she chooses your brother rather than you.

Nonsense.

She isn't that kind of person.

Marquis Marvel,

please pardon my bluntness.

I'm really standing in your shoes

to help you.

Men finds women by their appearance;

women finds men for their power. It's quite normal.

I'll bet on it.

If

you were your brother,

the result might be different.

Stop it, you didn't come

to drink with me at all.

Then just leave me alone.

I can drink by myself.

Here, Marquis Marvel.

My lord,

a child brought this letter.

But this child couldn't tell who sent him.

Do you want to have a look?

Now that you have business to do,

I'll leave now.

Have you caught Chen Wuyong?

Not yet.

But

I have cast the net wide in search of him.

Catching him

is just a matter of time.

Don't worry.

Once I catch him,

I'll tell you at once.

The wound you got yesterday,

is it getting better?

Haven't you applied medicine?

I've applied the medicine I made.

See? It's almost healed.

I've dressed up as a man for a long time.

I almost forget.

By the way,

speaking of your disguise as a man,

it's time to settle it.

Do you want to report me to his majesty?

Of course I won't.

I have to find a way to

make doctor Tian Qi

die of illness in Mansion Ji.

Then,

you can marry me

as a girl.

In this way, you can be Mrs. General

with no worries at all.

Even though his majesty finds out,

if he wants to punish my wife

for cheating,

he need to punish me too.

He'll surely consider

the contributions I made to this country.

Then he won't punish you easily.

Qi,

I don't know for my next life

if I can meet you again.

So this life,

I want to give you the best that I have.

Will you marry me?

of course, I...

Of course I do.

But,

but I came here

because I want to take revenge.

At this moment, the top priority

is to find Chen Wuyong

and take revenge for my parents.

Only after finishing this,

can I think for myself.

Do you know what I mean?

I know.

I've said,

as long as we are together,

your thing is mine.

If you need me,

I'll definitely support you.

By the way,

what's going on

with you and Chen Wuyong?

Who are your parents?

I...

about this...

Alright,

if you don't want to say,

I won't force you.

After catching Chen Wuyong,

I'll let you handle him.

And you can finish your revenge.

By then,

you won't have any excuse,

to hide anything from me.

Mother,

Zheng, here you come.

Mother,

I want to ask you one thing.

Though it's a bit offensive,

but I want mother to tell the truth.

Zheng,

Between us, mother and son,

we can always talk about anything.

I came here to ask you,

back in the days,

did you ordered to make

my birth mother to commit suicide in front of you?

About this,

how did you know?

You don't need to know.

You just need to tell me

did or did you not?

Why don't you answer me?

Is this all true?

In this world, not all things are

as simple as black and white.

For the question you asked,

I can't give you a good answer.

Why did you force her to die?

Why?

Zheng,

you don't know the situation of Heng and me.

We were under great danger.

I gave your birth mother two choices.

One, her child lives and she dies.

Or her child dies and she lives.

I feel so guilty about you,

Zheng.

Let my mother

die of protecting me.

You are so cruel.

For many years, I

called a bad woman mother.

I am foolish!

This is ridiculous!

Are you're satisfied after all this?

You liar!

I'm sorry.

It's all my fault.

If you want to take my life for your mother,

I have nothing to say.

But Heng is innocent.

He didn't know anything.

He treats you like real brother.

Don't be mad at him.

A life for a life, do you think I can't do it?

Come.

Here.

This cape

I made every stitch with love.

When it's cold,

you can put it on.

Thank you, mother.

Mother, I'm leaving.

Mother. Go back and rest.

Go.

Heng, I'm sorry.

You've been nice to me all this time.

Is that because you don't want me to

stand on the opposite side of brother?

Now, I've known the truth.

You don't need to be so hypocritical from now on.

Zheng,

whether you believe it or not.

For all these years,

to me,

you're a son of mine.

You are no different from Heng.

My lord, our people reported that

in a downtown pharmacy

they found Chen Yuyong.

A group of people is following him,

and he found the place he hides.

Should we bring him back?

I'll go there on my own.

Why do you want to kill Tian Qi?

The reason why I kill Tian Qi

is for the Ji family.

Tian Qi, to the Ji family,

to you

is dangerous.

Don't make excuses.

Answer my question.

Why do you want to kill Tian Qi?

Why do you hate her?

Because Tian Qi is not someone else,

she is the daughter of Shen Qingyun.

You say Tian Qi

is Zhao'er.

That is to say,

her parents you killed

were Mr. Shen and his wife.

That's right.

I killed them.

But I did this

all because of madame.

Madame?

Mother.
