Still not leaving?!

Elder Sister! Elder Sister!

Elder Sister! Elder Sister!

Elder Sister, look who has come.

Look who has come, Elder Sister.

Don’t kill me...

King of Rui came to see you.

Wushuang...

Elder Sister… Elder Sister

Elder Sister...

King of Rui came to see you.

King of Rui came to see you, Elder Sister.

Elder Sister… Elder Sister...

Elder Sister...

It’s me.

How did she become like this?

She has been like this for three days already.

I do not know what happened.

She was already like this

when I woke up.

It is all my fault.

I did not take good care of Elder Sister

Did His Majesty come?

No one has ever been here

except for the King of Rui’s Consort

that tool Elder Sister’s pulse.

What did she say?

She said that Elder Sister’s madness

was caused by a drug.

She has not developed an antidote yet.

But Elder Sister and I

eat the same food every day.

How could she get poisoned?

Do not kill me...

Do not kill me

Wushuang...

Wushuang!

Look at me, Wushuang.

Wushuang, it’s me, Fengqing.

See clearly. It’s Fengqing.

Yes, you stepped on my foot.

You broke your leg, do you remember?

It was me

that saved you from the river.

We fell from the cliff together.

We watched the stars

at the bottom of the cliff together.

Beyond the starlit sky

there is my native planet.

I took you there once.

Do you remember?

Where did Xiao Feng’s Suang’er go to?

Did the little white rabbit forget the timber wolf?

I am Fengqing.

Are you really trying to push Fengqing away?

Wushuang,

do not be afraid.

I will get out out of here later.

No matter what you become,

I will never leave you.

Let’s go.

Don’t be afraid.

Get out of the way.

Stand down, all of you.

Step down.

Stop.

- Royal Highness King of Rui! - Back off, all of you!

King of Rui...

Royal Highness...

What is going on here?

Back off!

Let us pass,

otherwise we,

the two evildoers, will never

let you off.

Back off, you all.

Fifth Elder Brother!

His Majesty has arrived.

Paying respects to Your Majesty

Rise.

What the hell happened here?

Imperial Concubine Lian

has been going crazy for days.

Except for King of Rui's Consort,

no one came to visit care,

no one cared whether she was

dead or alive.

Your Majesty,

It is this official's wife’s fault.

This official's wife hates

Imperial Concubine Lian,

therefore, she has not reported

her true condition to Your Majesty.

Imperial Elder Brother, it was younger sister’s fault.

It was younger sister who thought

that Imperial Mother and Imperial Sister-in-law’s deaths

were related to Concubine Lian

so she did not let anyone

notify Imperial Elder Brother.

May Lord Buddha preserve us.

Buddha has a tender heart, he saves those who repent.

All right, all rise.

Pass my verbal instruction,

send Imperial Concubine Lian

to the Yuanxiu Palace.

Imperial Medical Bureau should do its best to treat her.

Miao Minghu, leave all the other matters for the time being

and find the culprit

for Concubine Lian’s poisoning first.

Official shall obey.

- Thank you, Your Majesty. - Thank you, Imperial Elder Brother.

No need.

I was the one who brought her here.

I will leave with her

today.

We have to leave here completely.

What supreme treasure? What world?

I do not want them at all!

Xiao Fengqing

Who is

the king of the whole country at this moment?

I shall give Heavenly Tear gemstone

to the king of the country.

All I want is that Wushuang leaves from here.

Henceforth,

all my love

towards Great Lan and the Third Elder Brother is lost!

King of Rui!

- No! - Fifth Elder Brother!

General Miao,

did you want to meet with me again and again

because of Wushuang’s private matter?

Humble official dares not bother

Your Majesty with private matters.

This meeting is for Great Lan’s sake.

You might as well say it.

Humble official risked his life to fulfil

Your Majesty’s order to find

Empress Dowager and

Her Majesty’s killers.

Recently, he did not hesitate

to use King of Rui and Concubine Lian as a bait

to set a trap for those behind the scenes.

After Empress Dowager and Her Majesty’s death,

Your Majesty ordered a thorough investigation

but the incident with King of Li and Heavenly Warrior

still distracted Your Majesty.

Humble official understands

Your Majesty’s heart.

There were countless options

until someone framed

Concubine Lian with the earring.

Nowadays, the country

is pressed both with the domestic and internal troubles.

If you want to disperse the dark clouds,

it can only be made with a violent storm.

I can only retreat in order to advance.

I have to continue to play this fatuous and self-indulgent ruler

to let the real murderers

relax their vigilance.

I believe the murderer

is still in the palace.

But King of Rui and Concubine Lian do not know the truth.

They may hate Your Majesty.

So much that...

So much that they actually leave me?

In fact, this is also what I want.

I expected the two of them

to leave after

we were attacked

with the poisonous incense in the imperial tombs

and search for their happiness.

Great Lan is in danger now.

I do not know when Heavenly Warrior will be back.

By then,

they will never be able to get away.

At this point,

I must stake all on one cast of the dice.

Otherwise, it will be just one step short of success.

Don’t leave… don’t give up...

His Majesty...

Wushuang...

needs you...

Wushuang!

Concubine Lian!

- Imperial Concubine Lian! - Wushuang!

- Concubine Lian! - Elder Sister!

I will get her out of here first.

King of Rui, you cannot take her away.

I am her eldest brother.

As her eldest brother, I will not allow anyone

to manipulate her fate.

Concubine Lian’s madness

must have been caused by someone from the palace.

I won’t allow you to take her away

until we find out the truth.

Are you willing to watch her

suffer in the palace?

I know her personality better than anyone else.

As long as she is considered Li State’s secret spy,

she cannot rehabilitate herself

and she would rather die

than live with such disappointment.

King of Rui,

look at Qianqian’s appearance.

Are you not making her

suffer more

by taking her away on an impulse?

Fifth Elder Brother, Elder Brother Miao is right.

If this madness

was caused by drugs,

it is imperative to find

the antidote now.

Imperial Concubine Lian’s situation

is extremely serious.

Your Majesty! Your Majesty!

Reporting to Your Majesty,

a lot of commoners

have gathered outside the gates

and they are shouting

that Your Majesty should

hand over the King of Rui who stole their children.

They will burn him to death

together with the evil demoness.

I don’t understand.

What stolen children?

Whose children?

Replying to Your Majesty,

King of Li is looking for

Concubine Du’s missing child in her name.

He sent someone to take away

all the newborn childrens in the city

and framed the incident

on Royal Highness King of Rui

and Imperial Concubine Lian.

Just last night,

Deshun and Royal Highness King of Rui

were misunderstood by the commoners.

Royal Highness was afraid that using magic

would hurt innocent people.

I ask Your Majesty to believe Royal Highness.

it was all done by the King of Li.

Royal Highness is innocent.

Deshun, stop talking.

Your Majesty, we have blocked

all the news concerning

Concubine Du losing her child since the beginning.

How did King of L learn about it?

There is only one explanation.

Concubine Du must have disclosed it herself.

How is it possible?

Concubine Du has been delirious

since she received this blow.

Continue.

Since Concubine Du is also involved,

we can prove

that she is feigning her madness

in order to hide her original actions.

Your Majesty,

official's wife went to Guanju Palace once

to take Concubine Du’s pulse.

Her pulse is extremely normal.

There is no trance of madness in it.

Official’s wife

has clearly reported it to Your Majesty

Your Majesty,

humble official has a way

to calm common people’s anger.

and to prove whether Concubine Du is faking it or not.

It can also attack King of Li’s

aggressive arrogance.

General Miao wants

me to

hand over Concubine Du?

Yes.

Since the commoners do not know

who the evil enchantress is,

how about we hand over Concubine Du first?

If she pretends to be crazy

and encounters such danger,

official thinks

she will show her true colours.

Your Majesty,

official's wife thinks

that General Miao’s words are reasonable.

Yunle also agrees.

This female servant also thinks

that this is a good method.

It’s too risky.

if it’s not handled properly

the war between the two countries

will be triggered.

Your Majesty,

from the moment King of Li brought Heavenly Warrior

into our Lan State,

the war between the Lan State and the other country

has already begun.

Very well.

As General Miao said,

let’s start with Guanju Palace’s Concubine Du first.

As for Concubine Lian,

she will be taken care of

by Yunle and King of Rui's Consort.

General Miao, prepare the strategy.

Let’s take a long-term approach.

Official shall obey.

As for Concubine Lian,

she shall stay at Yuanxiu Palace

until she gets better.

As long as she does not

tell me herself

that she is leaving,

she will remain my concubine.

I am leaving Heavenly Tear gemstone to you.

What does

our Ziyan want to eat?

Ziyan is full.

You are full already?

Let’s go out to play then.

What do you want to play?

Ziyan wants to fly a kite.

Fly a kite?

All right.

Let’s go to the

imperial garden and fly kites together,

all right?

Go first.

It’s windy today.

I seem to have a little cold.

I want to have a rest first.

All right.

Concubine Shu, go inside and rest then.

Let’s go.

Yu Xiao, it is windy outside.

I will go into the house to rest.

Stay outside.

Yes.

Official Xue.

You came.

What about them?

Don’t worry.

They went to the imperial garden.

Are you all right?

Rest assured. I am well.

The plan went well.

By the way,

was Lan State’s grain and fodder

really seized by the King of Li’s people?

Of course. With my cooperation as well.

There are

quite a few people who have been bought by

King of Li already.

By the way, everyone outside the Court of Judicial Review

wanted to find out

whether Concubine Du was really crazy

and who caused Concubine Lian’s poisoning.

Did it reach Concubine Du already?

Miao Minghu said one should take a long-term approach.

I think everything

will start tomorrow at earliest.

I send supplements

to Guanju Palace every evening.

If I go too early, someone may suspect me.

I wonder if Official Xue

has sent these news

to King of Li.

Not yet.

What I am worried about now

is that if His Majesty really exposes Gao Yan,

he may forsake you and me

to save herself.

It seems that Concubine Du cannot stay alive.

We have to

sacrifice her to protect ourselves.

We will inform King of Li

after we kill her with a borrowed knife.

King of Li loves his imperial sister very much.

He will be eager to send his troops.

When two countries will go to war,

it will speed up our harvest.

But Gao Yan

is a very smart person.

Excessive love and hate

can make a person lose her mind.

What should I do now?

Tell Gao Yan

that she is now in a dangerous situation.

That we have informed

her Imperial Brother

that everyone is trying to find

an antidote to save Nie Wushuang.

Only one can prevail between her

and Nie Wushuang.

The one that will remain

will be handed over

as the evil demoness to the hungry crowd

to burn her alive.

All the credit for it should go to Miao Minghu.

I understand.

As long as we help Miao Minghu

get the antidote to save Nie Wushuang,

no one will suspect

you and me.

At the time, as long as I help King of Li’s

Heavenly Warrior break into Great Lan

Miao Minghu will

definitely end up

like Ding Keyong.

Aunt, what now?

Ziyan, take it easy.

Aunt will think of something.

It’s not long enough.

Is there anything else?

No.

This will not do.

Try from that side over there.

Humble general greets Princess,

greets Royal Highness Ziyan.

Elder Brother Miao.

Here.

You are General Miao from this kite.

You are really fierce.

Royal Highness Ziyan recognized humble general.

Imperial Mother says you are a great hero.

Defeat Jiuliao!

- Eldest Prince! - Defeat Jiuliao!

Eldest Prince!

Defeat Jiuliao!

Is Royal Highness Ziyan still unaware of

Her Majesty’s fate?

Ziyan is too young.

No one knows how to break it to him.

Princess,

His Majesty and several ministers

are still waiting for the humble general in the imperial study.

Humble general will take his leave first.

Did Imperial Brother...

Did Imperial Brother call Fifth Elder Brother

to imperial study as well?

Probably not.

But Royal Highness Yun'an is there.

I am taking my leave.

Elder Brother Miao!

Elder Brother Miao,

Yunle has one more thing to ask for.

Princess, please speak.

Great Lan is in deep water and scorching fire (in dire straits)

King of Li’sHeavenly Warrior

is already at our gates.

Elder Brother Miao and Fifth Elder Brother

are Imperial Brother’s right-hand men

that he cannot lose.

But Imperial Brother

is also the ruler of the country.

He always has to consider his dignity.

So no matter what happens,

I ask Elder Brother Miao

to help Imperial Brother

protect Great Lan.

Rest assured, princess.

Humble general’s life

was saved by His Majesty and the princess.

Humble general

will never forget this kindness.

With Elder Brother Miao here,

I am confident that Great Lan

will survive this difficult time.

I have decided

to go to the Donglin Temple and become a nun

after all this is over.

Elder Brother Miao,

take care.

What? You still dare to make a move?

Since you are so daring,

taste my power.

Make way.

Make way.

Are you making way or not?

Hit me! Hit me!

Come on!

You dare to hit me?

Princess!

It hurts! It hurts! It hurts!

Let go! Let go!

There are so many of you

bullying one girl.

What kind of heroes are you?

Elder Brother Miao, look.

I hope I can bring some fond memories with me

when I finally leave.

Princess, do not talk nonsense.

Princess needs to be brave.

Humble official will be here

with you all the time.

Elder Brother Miao

Did His Majesty really released Nie Wushuang

from the prison and sent her

back to Yuanxiu Palace?

King of Rui这 made such a fuss

that he shocked the whole palace.

Your Majesty could not stay aloof and indifferent.

No wonder

there are more soldiers outside

Guanju palace this afternoon.

But why do they want to save her?

She is but an insane woman.

It will be a burden to keep her.

Miao Minghu is chasing after this matter.

He will make a thorough investigation of this matter.

And King of Rui’s Consort is to find

the antidote to cure Nie Wushuang.

The antidote that you have in your hands.

You mean that

they might search

the whole Guanju Palace?

I think it is only a matter of time now.

It is not safe for you

to keep the antidote here.

It is also not safe to leave the antidote

with you.

Unfortunately, Jiao Tong is not here

and cannot send the antidote out of the palace.

Why should

Jiao Tong take care of this matter?

What? Do you have a plan?

Don’t forget.

Miao Minghu puts all his energy

into the new army

and mobilization of the powerful guards.

If it goes into Official Xue’s hands,

it will not be difficult

to send it out of the palace.

Cai Ying.

Take this medicine out of the palace

and give it to my Imperial Brother.

Whoever can pin Nie Wushuang down...

he can control both Xiao brothers.

Maidservant is willing to do it for Imperial Concubine.

Concubine Shu,

ask Xue Bi

to send a message to my Imperial Brother

and ask him to send someone to meet

with Cai Ying outside the palace

so she can deliver the medicine smoothly

and return to the palace.

Why Imperial Concubine will not

escape from the palace with Cai Ying.?

My Imperial Brother,

after learning that Qin'er disappeared,

he stole Lan State’s

children under the name

of King of Rui and evil demoness.

He made a great show of it.

And this is just a beginning.

If I won’t find my child one day,

all these children

will be buried with me.

Popular feelings are fleeting.

When that time comes, I am afraid that

Xiao Fengming

will torture

Nie Wushuang to death in my stead.

I am still waiting

for this good play to commence.

Concubine Du is as intelligent as expected.

Cai Ying, this is the palace token.

Tomorrow, many maidservants will be

visiting their relatives.

Just dress up

like Yu Xiao on my side.

In the morning, when the guards

will change their positions,

go from

Guanju Palace to the palace gate.

You are one of us now.

Commander Xue will wait for you outside the palace gate.

Yes.

General Miao.

Tell Commander Miao

which palace you come from?

Xinyi Palace’s Yu Xiao.

You are from Xinyi Palace?

Yes.

But why do I remember

that you are a Li State’ maidservant

brought to the palace by GUanju Palace’s Concubine Du?

You must be Cai Ying.

Search her.

Check if there is anything hidden on her.

What is this?

This is…. this is a headache pill.

I am afraid this is the antidote

His Majesty wants to use to save Imperial Concubine Lian.

How bold.

Trying to smuggle the antidote out of the palace.

Hurry up and catch her.

The truth has not yet been ascertained,

Why were you so eager to take action?

Humble general got flustered

I ask the general to pardon the offence.

Imperial Concubine Shu is in poor health.

These are the snacks that Imperial Concubine

ordered the humble one to bring over.

Imperial Concubine Du, take time sampling them.

Situation escalated.

Miao Minghu appeared at the gate.

Cai Ying died. The antidote was found

To deceive the public,

I had to pretend that Yu Xiao’s token

was stolen by Cai Ying.

It is inappropriate for you and me to meet now.

You have to pretend that you are insane till the end

and wait for King of Li’s help.

Now that everything was revealed,

I, Gao Yan am not afraid to destroy everything with me.

Humble official has identified

the maid that died outside the palace gate.

as Guanju Palace Imperial Concubine Du’s

personal maid, Cai Ying.

Xue Bi found a bottle

of antidote on her body.

It was really Concubine Du’s doing.

She pretended to be crazy after losing her child

but she acted from inside with forces from outside,

waiting to meet with her imperial brother Gao Yang.

Was the antidote

taken by Concubine Lian?

Not yet.

King of Rui's Consort is afraid that it could be Concubine Du’s trap

She told us to take the antidote

back to the Imperial Medical Bureau for examination.

Was it Xue Bi that led you

to the palace gate this morning?

Yes.

And the one who killed Cai Ying with one stroke

was Xue Bi’s subordinate, Zhao Heng.

This Xue Bi...

really thinks too much of himself.

I think

he has his

henchmen not only in my army

but also in the imperial harem.

Humble official thinks alike.

Therefore, humble official ordered Wang Shijie

to secretly investigate the property dynamics

of all generals in the Lan army

and especially their families

to see is they have acquired

a new batch of unidentified properties recently.

And the result?

As Your Majesty expected,

Xue Bi’s men,

especially those who

escorted King of Li out of the country,

have recently acquired

a batch of unidentified properties

and returned home.

General Miao,

we must hold our breath

before we lead out

the other henchmen.

Have the people outside the palace calmed down?

It is said that

dozens of children have disappeared these days.

The crowd is excited.

I am afraid it will be

to calm the public anger without

handing out King of Rui or the evil demoness.

I am afraid that King of Li

has killed all the children in a fit of rage

and blamed everything on King of Rui

After Wushuang gets better,

I must find a way

for her and Fengqing to leave.

Your Majesty...

General Miao,

normally when the siblings meet, they hold their offspring on their knees.

But for Gao Yang

it was just an excuse to stay in Great Lan

because what he wants is to destroy Great Lan.

Come, come, come.

Line up, everybody.

Everyone will get a share.

Our rice fields are dying.

We are also worried about

the next year’s harvest.

Exactly.

Where did you get so many crops?

Yes. Where did you get so much grain?

Come, come, come.

Line up, everybody.

Everyone will have a share.

This way. This way.

This way, aunt. Come.

It’s true.

Wonderful.

Why is the elderly so sad?

My son

died during the battle with Jiuliao.

He left a posthumous child.

We raised it with rice and water

but my newborn grandson

disappeared for no reason.

My… my daughter-in-law took to her bed and does not leave it either.

There are so many other children

gone from home.

Yes.

I heard it was an evil demoness from the Li State

that came to Great Lan

who cast spells with King of Rui

that destroyed our fields.

It’s truly base and shameless.

What is the young lord called?

I was ordered by King of LI

to send rice to common people.

King of Li?

You mean King of Li, Gao Yang?

Is that true?

it was King of Li.

King of Li came to bring us rice.

He sent people to bring us rice.

Wonderful.

Where is our benefactor?

Thank you very much

I am just Great Li’s merchant.

King of Lan particularly favouring the evil demoness

is not only a disaster

but it also makes common people riot.

They rob your children,

destroy your crop fields.

I am extremely sympathetic

towards your situation.

My humble self sincerely

want to help you.

I am afraid that

King of Lan’s tyranny will bring chaos to the whole north

and Jiuliao will use it to invade us.

When the time comes, everything will lay in ruin.

Fellow villagers,

they all say that King of Li is a tyrant.

This is the biggest rumour made by King of Lan

to slander King of Li.

Did you hear that

Lan State’s empress dowager and empress

passed away one after another?

Yes.

A man who killed his mother and seized the throne...

a man that put down his own empress...

Can the emperor who eradicates hos stepping stones

really implement the policy of benevolence?

It’s rather impossible, right?

It’s impossible, don’t you think?

I came to Lan State

because of my sister’s

newborn child

that also landed in King of Lan’s hands.

Everything I do today

expresses my hope for being reunited

with my family as soon as possible.

I also feel indebted as if the favour

was received not only by you but also by me.

I also hope that you will

find your children

as soon as possible.

This is my sincere wish.

Fellow villagers!

He is right.

They say King of L built Heavenly Warrior

to fight with my Lan State!

Let’s not believe his

honeyed words!

Yes. Is he not lying to us?

This is the biggest misunderstanding in the whole world.

King of Li’s Heavenly Warrior

was built to protect the common people.

He would never harm anyone.

it was King of Lan who indulged in a wild fantasy

and wanted to compete with

King of Li’s Heavenly Warrior.

Not only will I

give you rice today,

but i will also give you money

so that the things can get better

next year.

He’ll give us money? He will even give us money?

I will be determined to help anyone

that supports King of Li to find their child.

Fellow villagers!

King of Li

send people to help us get our children back.

King of Li is truly a good man.

Come. Get your rice.

Fengqing...

Fengqing, you cannot leave...

You cannot give up on His Majesty...

She’s awake.

Wushuang, you are awake.

Imperial Concubine Yun...

Elder Sister!

Xia Lan...

Concubine Lian just woke up, she needs to rest.

Du Ruo...

thank you.

Thank you for taking care of Wushuang all the time

You do not have to thank me.

I am an imperial physician.

Whoever it is,

I will try my best to take care of him.

I did not take care of her

because of you.

- Don’t cry… - My son!

Don’t cry.

Don’t cry.

What happened outside?

Old Master,

it seems that another family

has lost their child.

Enough, don’t cry.

- What to do? - Don’t cry.

Don't be sad.

Who are you?

Li State’s Grand Tutor?

Exactly.

What is it?

Prime Minister Wang,

please come with me.

King of Li has something important to discuss.

I am great Lan’s prime minister.

What scandal would it be for me

to talk privately with your monarch.

Besides,

you seem reluctant to invite me

What are your intentions?

Prime Minister Wang,

I am being persuasive now.

Don’t blame me for being rude

if you fail to appreciate my kindness.

Don’t worry. Line up.

Thank you.

Give me some more.

Good people, thank you.

Wonderful. Thank you.

Are you happy earing rice?

Happy!

Thank you. Thank you.

Thank you.

King of Li is such a good man.

Thank you very much.

Don’t go hungry.

Prime Minister Wang, long time no see.

King of Li.

Heavenly Warrior lost.

You promised my monarch

that you will not enter Lan territory for ten years.

Yet you are still lurking in Lan State

with ulterior motives.

Lan State has bright mountains and limpid waters.

It is a place propitious for giving birth to great men

Who is willing to leave from here empty-handed?

What else do you want?

You have robbed

my Great Lan grain supplies

and used my Great Lan’s grain

to buy the Great Lan citizens’ hearts.

What an incredibly queer move.

Was it unexpected?

I call it “taking from people,

to give to the people”.

What a brazen audacity…

Prime Minister Wang, where are you going?

I am going to tell the people

the truth.

That they lost their food

because of King of Li.

You are too naive.

Do you think people care

about so-called truth?

Do you really think they care

where the food comes from?

Commoners care about food and wearing warm clothes.

They will support whoever

that can give them peace and prosperity.

Last year, many refugees from Li State

fled south to Lan State.

They would rather work as coolies

rather than build water conservancy for Lan State.

You extort refugees

so that become

destitute and homeless

and wander about with no home to go back to.

During Jiuliao’s invasion...

who was the good one, who was the evil one?

Listen to the noise outside.

It charms my ears.

One can do good for a lifetime,

one can do evil for a lifetime.

What common people fear most is war.

I can keep them alive.

I am a wise monarch

while Xiao Fengming,

who can make them destitute and homeless

is a despotic ruler.

I can’t believe that a tyrant

has actually said these words.

Are you having fun?

What exactly do you want from me?

I am a steady person,

I am not fickle.

I won’t leave Lan State

even for a day without

Dongling Temple and Concubine Lian.

Even if I have to live in the Lan Palace.

Live in the Lan Palace?

Heavenly Warrior has lost.

These are but lunatic ravings.

Reporting to Your Majesty,

Imperial Concubine Du has arrived.

Imperial Concubine Du, why are you not kneeling down?

Since I came here

to be humiliated today,

I will not leave this place alive

no matter if I kneel down or not.

So

you do not bother to keep pretending?

A mad person

would talk rubbish with her hair in a mess

and a dirty face.

And even if I lose,

I have to keep

my Great Li Princess’s dignity.

You have poisoned Concubine Lian so that she goes crazy.

Your heart is truly vicious.

What qualifications do you have

to talk to me about dignity?

It was Nie Wushuang

who stole my first love and my son.

She is unkind but you call me unjust.

I will never regret anything

I did to her.

Isn’t her poisoning solved already?

Why do I have to participate in such a

lively public trial?

Did you abandon her?

Concubine Du,

it is your hatred

that makes the world abandon you.

Concubine Lian is different from you.

Even if she goes mad,

even if she never gets better,

we will still protect her.

- Humble official... - Wushuang...

pays respects to Your Majesty
