I heard Zhaoyi Nie got frightened a while ago.

I hope it is nothing serious?

Thank you for Imperial Concubine’s concern. Wushuang was not harmed.

Imperial Concubine’s pearl hairpin

is such an expensive gift.

Wushuang will dare not to neglect it,

even if her body is smashed to pieces.

Is that not

the gift from me?

The style of this hair ornament

comes from Li State.

I was afraid it will not meet Younger Sister’s expectations.

I was delighted beyond measure.

Wushuang will wear it every day.

I shall always remind myself

not to forget

Imperial Concubine Du’s boundless hospitality.

Then I am relieved.

Concubine Du is really biased.

We did not receive such gifts

during our meeting ceremony.

Concubine Shu is jesting again.

Concubine Du may think

that our palace

is full of petty pies.

Mother, it is getting late.

Concubine Du is newly married.

Why don’t we let Imperial Concubine Du

go back to the palace to rest first

and come back tomorrow for a chat with us all.

It may as well be like this.

The coming days will be long. (there will be ample time)

You are all Xiao Family’s women.

Hereafter, you should spend

more time together.

This female servant will comply with Empress Dowager’s instructions.

Prime Minister Gu, this way please.

Prime Minister, do have a look.

This is the imperial garden.

Young Lord’s flute sounds like sounds of nature.

I was suddenly drawn here by the sound and entered the Peach Forrest.

Let me show the way to Young Lady.

The Prime MInister will personally carry out the decapitation.

Gu Qinghong,

Even though I did not find you worthy of

of Qianqian, the true pearl in my palm, (beloved daughter)

I still gave her to you.

And today you are returning kindness with ingratitude,

wanting to decapitate nine degrees of my kinship.

Have you not done something

that was against reason and nature

and that was intolerable by the course of nature?

Today, I will give you a taste of the whole clan

being beheaded and its wealth confiscated.

Humble officer Wang Shijie

pays respects to Zhaoyi Nie.

Lower the sedan chair.

May I ask

who is visiting the imperial garden?

Replying to Zhaoyi,

it is Li State’s Prime Minister, Gu Qinghong.

Gu Qinghong pays respects to Zhaoyi.

Prime Minister Gu is too courteous.

I heard that Imperial Concubine is benevolent and generous.

When the Imperial Family went to pray at Donglin Temple,

it was trapped by epidemic.

It was Imperial Concubine who come up with a family secret prescription

to cure Lan State’s epidemic.

King of Lan has bestowed the title of “zhaoyi” on you

out of the deep respect towards you.

Destiny of the nation is bright

because of King of Lan’s brilliancy.

Great Lan’s subjects have survived this great calamity

because of a great blessing.

This

cannot be attributed to one person alone.

Prime Minister Gu is visiting the imperial garden,

because he presumably wants to know

whenter Li State’ Princess

is safe and sound in Lan State.

I am only ordered

to report everything to the Li’ ruler.

And Li State’ Princess

was bestowed the title of Imperial Concubine Du

before being officially married into the Lan State.

It can be seen that King of Lan

dotes on the Princess.

Seeing Imperial Concubine today,

I can see that you are bright and beautiful

and have a refined temperament.

It seems that Li State' Princess

will not be inferior to you in any aspect in the future.

Prime Minister Gu will presumably return to the north immediately

so I hope that all Prime Minister Gu’s wishes will come true

and that you will successfully execute your mission.

Lift the sedan chair.

Your Majesty, take some rest.

Empress Dowager

sent Eunuch Li to bring this over.

Did Concubine Du

greet the empress this morning?

Replying to Your Majesty, Concubine Du wen to

Empress Dowager’s Shangyuan Palace this morning.

Did Zhaoyi Nie go there as well?

I heard that she was a little late.

She wore splendid dress to attend.

Zhaoyi Nie got frightened during the hunting.

Was she not recuperating at her palace

and excusing herself from paying respects?

It seems that

Shangyuan palace was pretty lively today.

Go out and stay vigil.

I do not want to see anyone today.

Yes.

Stop.

Except King of Rui.

Yes.

Our humble selves pay respects to Imperial Concubine Du

gracing Cuihua Pavilion with her presence.

Rise.

Thank you, Imperial Concubine.

I especially came

to see Zhaoyi Nie.

It is truly unfortunate.

Zhaoyi Nie went to the imperial garden.

Is that so?

It seems that there is little predestined opportunity

for me and Zhaoyi Nie to meet in the palace.

I have long heard

that Zhaoyi Nie has come from a foreign country.

I assume Cuihua Pavilion

is be different from the inside to the outside.

Can you let me take a tour around?

This...

Cuihua Pavilion is quiet, beautiful, simple and unadorned.

We ask Imperial Concubine not to disdain it.

Imperial Concubine, please.

Jiao Tong,

There is a pair of vases that I brought

from the north inside my sedan chair.

Take this eunuch with you

and bring them over.

This is something

I brought

all the way from the north

for Zhaoyi Nie.

make sure that nothing happens to them.

Yes.

You also go with them.

Yes.

It seems

that you are living well,

Miao Qianqian.

It was Imperial Concubine Du

that gave Miss Jiao Tong her name, am I right?

Unexpectedly, it is rather masculine name.

Name that cannot be chosen yourself is of no importance.

it is more pitiful to have a body

that you have no control of.

Yang Zhi pays respects to Imperial Concubine Pin Yu,

Meiren Ya.

We have not seen Zhaoyi Nie

since she took a fright during the hunt.

Imperial Concubine Pin Yu was so concerned about it

that we came uninvited.

It is really unfortunate.

Zhaoyi has not come back yet from flower picking.

Then we shall ask Eunuch Yang to pass a message

that we will come back another day.

Sending both Imperial Concubines back.

What is it?

Do you not feel well?

Are you all right?

Imperial Concubine, let’s hurry back.

Imperial Concubine Du came

to deliver these

two vases to me?

She said that she wanted to chat with Zhaoyi.

She clearly knew I was not at Cuihua Pavilion...

Concubine Du tried to bribe Yang Zhi,

presumably to peek into

Zhaoyi’s daily life.

Where did His Majesty go today?

Yang Zhi has asked

Eunuch Li about it during the dinner.

He said that His Majesty

did not go anywhere to rest tonight.

Instead, he invited King of Rui to Longyin Hall (Longyin Hall - imperial study)

to discuss the border issues

with Commander Miao and the others.

Did you find it?

I have been yelling for half an hour

and even used his favourite

icicle fish to coax him

but he didn’t come out.

Forget it, he is probably playing somewhere

He will naturally come back

once he is hungry.

It is getting late.

Elder Sister, rest early.

Yang Zhi is taking his leave.

Servants! Servans!

Why did it happen?

Could it be Concubine Du?

Imperial Concubine,

this humble one will report it to His Majesty.

Wait!

Bury Xiao Bai quietly.

If Princess asks about him,

tell her he wandered away.

Elder Sister,

can you really swallow such offence?

Concubine Du is only kind on the surface

while doing such mean things.

She gave me two big gifts in a row.

I will give it back to her sooner or later.

Imperial Concubine Du’s face

is glowing with health after the marriage.

I am happy at the mere thought

of Nie Wushuang’s

frightened face.

Tomorrow, Her Majesty

has invited everyone to appreciate flowers at Jingyue Lake.

The drama is yet to come.

You are such a bold girl.

You actually brought this one

from Li State.

Princess,

maidservant has kept this snake for so many years.

I did not want it

to be burned in the alchemy room.

Imperial Concubine,

maidservant has soaked it in venom

for 7,749 days.

Saving anyone who gets bitten by it

will not be possible,

unless someone releases the poisonous blood in time.

Open it.

This is a new southern dessert and pastry

prepared by the imperial kitchen.

Concubine Du has just come to the Lan Palace.

Check what would you like to eat.

Thank you, Your majesty, for your concern.

These dumplings are sparkling and crystal-clear.

And the stuffing is different.

It seems that the diet in the north

is slightly different from that in the south.

But this female servant

was also eating these snacks in the north.

These rose cakes

were made by Zhaoyi Nie for Ziyan.

Since Ziyan likes to eat them,

imperial chefs also learned how to make them.

It seems that I still have to

learn a lot from Zhaoyi Nie.

Concubine Du is exaggerating.

Mother! Mother!

These flower is for you.

Ziyan is really obedient.

Zhaoyi Nie, this flower is for you.

Zhaoyi Nie, just accept it

as Ziyan’s kindly feeling.

Thank you, Eldest Prince.

Zhaoyi Nie,

Will you give me some rose cakes?

All right. Come.

‏There is a snake!

‏Ziyan, are you all right?

‏Xue Ke, take him away!

‏Call Imperial Physician!

‏Zhaoyi Nie was bitten by a snake.

‏Elder Sister, your hand is turning black.

‏It seems that this snake was highly toxic.

‏If it is not treated in time,

Zhaoyi Nie will lose her life.

‏Concubine Du, is there a way?

‏This female servant knows nothing about the venomous snakes

‏and has no solution.

‏It seems that Zhaoyi Nie

‏cannot stand it anymore.

‏This...

‏If you want to keep

‏Zhaoyi Nie alive,

‏you have to cut off her arm!

‏Concubine Du, do not be reckless!

‏Wushuang!

‏Fifth Younger Brother...

‏I won’t be polite towards anyone

‏who dares to be disrespectful

‏in front of Her Majesty!

‏Wushuang, are you all right?

‏Servants, report to His Majesty

‏that something happened to Zhaoyi Nie!

‏Yes.

‏Seal the Yi Palace off.

‏Concubine Yun, go and find out

‏why there was a poisonous snake in here.

‏Yes. This female servant will make a thorough investigation.

Hurry up.

- Wushuang… - Elder Sister...

Wushuang!

Stop the sedan chair! Stop the sedan chair!

Put the sedan chair down.

‏Wushuang! Wake up, Wushuang!

‏Why is this poison spreading so fast?

‏Elder Sister,

‏nothing can happen to you!

‏No...

‏There’s…. there’s poison...

‏I saved your life.

‏Even if you want to die,

‏you have to ask my permission first.

‏You have to live a good life for me.

‏Take Zhaoyi Nie to the Cuihua Pavilion.

‏Let Imperial Physician Du treat the snake venom.

‏Quick!

‏Yes. Hurry and lift the sedan chair!

‏Imperial Physician Du

‏How is Zhaoyi Nie faring now?

‏Your Majesty has arrived!

‏Rise.

‏Stand up first.

Yes.

What exactly happened to her?

‏Replying to Your Majesty, this poison is very severe.

‏Fortunately, Zhaoyi Nie’s poisoned blood

‏was sucked out.

‏It is a miracle that the residual poison

‏did not enter the five internal organs

‏But please Your Majesty, rest assured.

‏Zhaoyi Nie’s life is not in danger now.

‏Why there were

‏a poisonous snake at the imperial banquet?

‏Your Majesty, calm your anger.

‏I have ordered Concubine Yun to send people to investigate this matter thoroughly.

‏Why did

‏Imperial Physician Du Zhichu not come to check on her?

‏Reporting to Your Majesty,

‏my Father fell sick and asked for leave.

‏That is why I have come in his stead.

‏I heard that Du Zhichu has a son

‏with excellent medical skills.

‏But I am afraid that you have little experience

‏and will not be able to handle Zhaoyi Nie’s poison injury.

‏Zhaoyi Nie is truly blessed.

‏If Zhaoyi Nie’s poisoned blood

‏was not sucked out in time,

‏this humble servant is afraid that even

‏the reincarnation of Hua Tuo would not be able to save her. (Hua Tuo - ancient Chinese physician from the Eastern Han period)

‏Zhaoyi Nie put herself in danger

‏to save the Eldest Prince.

‏Does Your Majesty not think that the incident

‏with the poisonous snake is somewhat strange?

‏Reporting to Your Majesty,

the poisonous snake was captured in the imperial garden.

‏Du Ruo.

‏Official is here.

‏Take a look at the poisonous snake.

Yes.

‏Reporting to Your Majesty,

‏this is a legendary, highly toxic snake

‏that is handed down from generation to generation.

‏I have

‏seen it in medical books before.

‏But this kind of snake

‏is only raised in the northwest.

‏This humble official does not understand

‏why should it suddenly appear

‏in the Lan State’s imperial palace.

‏What was this person’s motive?

‏Did he want to harm the Eldest Prince

‏or was he trying to hurt Zhaoyi Nie?

‏Could it be that he wanted to harm the Eldest Prince

‏and Zhaoyi Nie

‏became the scapegoat?

‏From now on,

‏all food and medicine

‏that will be consumed in the palaces ‏and especially in the Cuihua Pavilion

‏must be handed over

‏to the imperial kitchen and Imperial Physician Bureau

‏and checked with a silver needle.

‏Hurry.

‏Who? Who is there?

‏King of Rui!

‏Thank you, Eunuch Deshun.

‏Your Majesty,

‏most probably,

‏the snake first bit Zhaoyi Nie

‏and then King of Rui.

‏Therefore, the poison in King of Rui

‏did not go very deep.

‏This humble official has bled

‏King of Rui with silver needles just now.

‏Most of the poisonous blood

‏has been released.

‏The most important thing now

‏is for him to drink this bowl of antidote.

‏In this way, we can get rid of

‏the residual poison in his body.

‏Du Ruo is careful as expected.

‏it has been rumoured

‏that Du Zhichu’s medical skills

‏were inherited by you.

‏It is also Imperial Physician Bureau’s blessing.

‏This is a matter within this humble official’s duties.

Strange...

There is no wound

on King of Rui’s body.

How did the poison get into his body then?

‏King of Rui is unconscious.

‏he is unable to swallow anything.

‏How could this be good?

‏This...

‏Why don’t… why don’t you give him the medicine with your mouth?

‏This way King of Rui will be able to drink it.

‏This is one of the ways...

‏Deshun has served King of Rui from an early age.

‏Let Deshun do it.

‏It’s inappropriate.

‏There has never been a reason for eunuchs

‏to be this close with the imperial family.

‏You may cause damage to King of Rui’s reputation

‏in the future.

‏It was Deshun who did not think about it carefully.

‏But it is extremely urgent now.

‏Do we have any other way?

‏Imperial Physician Du, since you have prescribed this medicine,

‏you can take care of it,

‏Your Majesty,

‏how could this humble official dare

‏to touch King of Rui’s precious body?

‏This humble official

is a man.

‏Imperial Physician Du, you are a doctor.

‏It is important to cure the sickness and save the patient.

‏Do not worry too much.

‏Think of it as of a drug test for King of Rui’s sake.

Wushuang...

Wushuang...

Your Royal Highness...

‏Your Majesty...

‏Why don’t we use the

‏Commander Miao’s ice cicada

to detoxify King of Rui?

‏Ice cicada? Where is the ice cicada now?

‏It has been kept in King of Rui’s mansion.

‏Why did you think of it just now?

‏Hurry up and bring it over!

Yes.

‏Why didn’t you say it until now?

Your Majesty...

Come.

Your Majesty has been here all along...

‏Come.

‏How could Wushuang dare

‏to bother Your Majesty to feed her the medicine?

‏Let Xia Lan do it.

‏Don't say anything.

‏Hurry up and take the medicine

‏to get better quickly.

‏Otherwise, I will be very unhappy.

‏I have asked the empress

to go over to King of Rui

‏and bring the ice cicada here

‏to help you detoxify.

‏Thank you, Your Majesty.

‏Wushuang, you have suffered for me.

‏Does Your Majesty know

‏who released the poisonous snake?

‏Being as smart as you are,

I think you can guess who was it.

‏So what is Your Majesty going to do?

‏It would be easy to deal with

‏if it was someone else.

‏Since it happens that it was her,

‏I must think carefully about it.

‏Concubine Du’s honorable status

‏is related to the relationship between Lan State and Li State.

‏And

we are going to send rescue troops to help Li soon.

‏Your Majesty’s situation is naturally difficult.

‏No matter what Your Majesty intends to do,

‏Wushuang will understand.

‏Only Wushuang

‏can draw close to my heart in the imperial harem

‏and understand my intentions.

This is truly

enough for me.

‏Concubine Yun will not bring anyone to search, will she?

‏Imperial Concubine Du worry too much.

‏With Imperial Concubine’s significance

‏who dares to disrespect you?

‏Furthermore,

‏one would need extreme courage

‏as well as solid evidence

‏to implicate Imperial Concubine Du

‏with today’s matter.

‏Well done.

‏I shall reward you with something to drink.

‏How dare a maidservant drink tea given by Imperial Concubine?

‏Why do you not dare to drink it?

‏Are you afraid it was poisoned?

‏You are my trusted aides.

‏How can I part with you?

‏Drink.

‏Did you discard the basket for rising snakes?

‏Replying to the Princess, after the accident

‏maidservant has burned the basket

‏and the items for feeding snakes

‏down near Jingyue Lake.

‏Did you clean up the ashes

‏after the burning?

‏Who brought

‏the poisonous snake

‏to the palace from the north?

‏And who proposed to use this

‏stratagem on the day of flowers appreciation

‏when it actually went out contrary to the expectations?

‏Princess, spare me. Princess, spare me!

‏Everything this maidservant did

‏was for Princess’ s sake.

‏Maidservant deserves to die hundreds of time.

‏Imperial Concubine is aware of your loyalty.

‏But sometimes

‏even best accomplishments can backfire.

‏Only one of these two teas is poisonous.

‏Whoever drinks it,

‏let’s treat it as the will of Heaven.

‏This will also satisfy your desire

‏to die hundreds of times.

Prin... Princess...

‏His Majesty has arrived!

‏What happened

‏so early in the morning?

‏Your Majesty, this female servant has committed a capital offence.

‏How can this female servant ever forgive myself?

‏What’s on earth is it?

‏The poisonous snake that hurt Zhaoyi Nie

‏came out of this female servant’s

Guanju Palace.

‏Concubine Du, why were you hiding poisonous snake?

‏it was this female servant’s maidservant Rou Fang.

‏She heard Imperial Physician’s diagnosis

that this female servant‏ has not acclimated to staying in Lan State

therefore I have been dizzy

‏and vomiting all the time

‏Rou Fang listened to a folk prescription

‏where they were using snake poison as a medicine guide

‏to relieve the symptoms

‏so she asked someone

‏to buy a toxic flying snake

‏outside the palace.

But I never thought that

‏the snake would suddenly disappear.

‏Continue.

‏Rou Fang was afraid to get into trouble

‏so she secretly burned the snake basket

‏vy the Jingyue Lake.

‏After this female servant came back,

‏she was scared witless

‏after hearing about all this.

‏I only said that I will take her

‏to see Your Majesty to plead guilty

‏but who knew

‏that Rou Fang was so chicken-hearted

‏that she actually committed suicide by taking poison.

‏So that is how it was.

‏Your Majesty,

‏it all happened because of this female servant not guiding her servants in a proper way.

‏I ask Your Majesty to mete out the punishment.

‏If it weren’t for Zhaoyi Nie taking turn for the better

‏then this female servant

‏would drink the poison herself!

‏Since it is not your fault,

‏why should you be held responsible?

‏Your Majesty...

‏Xia Lan,

‏have you had any news

about King of Rui?

‏King of Rui has never entered the palace.

‏he sucked out poisonous blood for me

‏when I was poisoned.

‏I do not know how does he fare now.

‏Elder Sister does not have to worry too much.

‏King of Rui has a robust body.

‏it is not easy to take him down.

‏Besides,

‏ice cicada can detoxify all kinds of poison.

‏Since Elder Sister’s snake venom poisoning was cured,

then King of Rui will also be fine.

‏Xia Lan will go out and carefully seek for more information.

‏Imperial Concubine.

‏Concubine Du’s maidservant, Rou Fang,

‏committed suicide by taking poison.

‏They say that Rou Fang

admitted that she brought the snake into the palace.

‏After the snake escaped

‏and Rou Fang learned

‏that the snake has hurt Imperial Concubine and King of Rui

‏she knew she could not escape the punishment

‏so she committed suicide by taking poison.

‏Now that Imperial Concubine has escaped danger,

‏you have to be more careful around Concubine Du in the future.

‏Yang Zhi shall take his leave.

‏Reporting to Princess,

‏now that the arranged marriage is over,

‏I have to go back to Li State.

‏Prime Minister Gu has come to bid Princess farewell.

‏Let him in.

‏Yes.

‏Imperial Concubine, Prime Minister has arrived.

‏This humble official’s mission has been completed.

‏I came here to say goodbye to Princess.

‏You really want to go.

‏I have to bid you goodbye.

‏Wait!

‏Are you not going to ask

‏whether this princess

‏lives well or bad here?

‏Let me in.

‏Zhaoyi Nie.

You are not allowed to enter, ‏Zhaoyi Nie.

‏Withdraw.

‏Yes.

‏Zhaoyi Nie,

what are you doing in my Guanju Palace?

‏Wushuang has heard

‏that Li State’s Prime Minister Gu Qinghong

‏is young and promising.

‏I have greatly admired him in my heart.

‏I have come

‏especially today to bid Prime Minister Gu farewell.

‏Ridiculous.

‏Zhaoyi Nie, who is deeply loved by the King of Lan

‏has actually come to visit

‏Li State’s Prime Minister Gu.

‏This truly makes

one speechless.

‏Besides, Prime Minister Gu came here

‏to bid farewell to this princess.

‏And this place

is not a place where

you can come and go as you please

‏Wushuang is at loss

‏regarding Princess’ words.

‏Have you not come unannounced

‏to Wushuang’s Cuihua Pavilion?

‏Why can’t I

‏come to Guanju Palace?

‏Courtesy demands reciprocity.

‏This is how one entertains guests.

‏Nie Wushuang,

‏you are nothing but

‏a mere zhaoyi now.

‏You are not qualified

‏to be presumptuous in my palace.

‏I think Princess misunderstood.

‏I have explain my purpose in coming

‏as I wanted to bid farewell to Prime Minister Gu.

‏Minister Gu,

‏you mustn’t drink this wine.

‏Who knows whether there is a poison in it.

‏Is Princess judging others by her own merits?

‏Minister Gu!

‏Thank you, Zhaoyi, for offering the wine.

‏Princess,

this humble official has to hurry on his way.

‏I cannot dilly dally here.

‏Minister Gu!

‏Princess saw it herself.

‏This glass of wine

‏was just an ordinary drink.

‏Nie Wushuang...

‏or should I call you Miao Qianqian?

‏What kind of tricks are you playing?

‏Wushuang is open and straightforward.

‏It is Princess who is actually sinister.

‏Do you think everyone

‏is just like you?

‏You can make such mean and shameless deeds

‏just to harm the others.

‏Today, I have come to warn Princess.

‏No, I should call you Imperial Concubine Du.

‏This is the Lan State

‏and I am no longer Miao Qianqian

‏that will allow others

‏to bully me as they please!

‏Your Royal Highness, Imperial Physician Du has come.

‏Greetings, King of Rui.

‏This humble official

has come to deliver medicine to Your Highness King of Rui.

‏No need.

‏Look at me.

‏Do I look sick to you?

‏All right, all right, all right, just do what you want.

‏I heard

‏you have fed me the medicine mouth to mouth.

‏Looking at your eyebrow arch,

your appearance is quite good.

‏If you really

‏were one’s daughter,

‏would I have to

‏take responsibility for you?

‏King of Rui… Your Highness King of Rui, I...

Imperial Physician Du,

‏your fragrant powder

‏is too choking.

‏It wouldn’t be that you like me?

‏Since Your Highness King of Rui is fine,

‏this humble official will take his leave first.

‏Your Royal Highness, you would not be

‏chasing after men, right?

‏Should Deshun still concentrate

‏on massaging your shoulders?

‏Imperial Physician Du,

‏which palace did you go to for consultation?

‏This humble official pays respects to Zhaoyi Nie.

‏I was just delivering medicine to King of Rui

‏Was the snake venom

‏in him dissolved completely?

‏Replying to Zhaoyi Nie,

‏King of Rui’s snake venom

‏did not enter his blood by the snake bite,

‏therefore his situation

‏was not as dire as Zhaoyi Nie’s.

‏This humble official treated it

‏with bloodletting and ice cicada.

‏King of Ruii has completely recovered already.

‏I am on my way to Yi Palace.

‏Is Imperial Physician Du going

‏to check Her Majesty’s pulse?

‏I was just about to do it.

‏I saw that you were

‏not feeling well right now.

‏Are you ill?

‏It’s nothing serious.

‏Reporting to Your Imperial Majesty,

‏Your Imperial Majesty’s pulse is peaceful.

‏The headache is caused by lack of sleep.

‏When this humble official goes back,

‏he will give Your Imperial Majesty’s prescription

‏for calming nerves and invigorating qi.

‏It will take care of it.

‏Imperial Physician Du Du is truly superb.

‏It was really impressive how you

‏have cured Zhaoyi Nie’s snake venom poisoning.

‏Thank you, Your Majesty, for your care.

‏Thankfully, Imperial Physician Du

‏treated me in time and nursed me carefully.

‏I thank Zhaoyi Nie for her favour.

‏This is this humble official’s duty.

‏Zhaoyi Nie, now

that the poison in your body has been dissolved,

‏this humble official will prepare

‏a prescription for Zhaoyi Nie upon his return

‏that will nurse your impaired health.

‏All Imperial Concubines,

‏this humble official will take his leave first.

‏Imperial Physician Du, you are injured.

‏Humble… Humble official committed a breach of etiquette.

You...

Could it be...

‏Is… Is this...
