of racially charged incidents

occurred yesterday, rocking the city.

Last night, 15-year-old Andre Watkins

was accidentally shot
and killed by the police

as he played basketball
with his friends.

The police believed Andre was armed

and that he'd been involved in a
robbery that occurred nearby.

He matched a description of the suspect.

That's a little harsh.

I've been there plenty of times.

all have a choice in this moment...
