After learning information gathering and analysis of data, now you can decide how many tables you're

going to create, how many columns of those tables and the data types of them, creating a table in SQL

Server require three things.

Name of the table.

You need to define the columns and the you need to define the data type of those columns.

You can see a syntax here: create a table, table name, column one, data type, column one, data type, column two

data type column three.

And every table must have a primary key.

Only one column in a table will be defined as a primary key.

You can ask why primary key?.

What is it for ? why you can't create a table without primary key?.

A primary key in every table

Will allow you to identify every data in the table so you cannot duplicate those data.

It will help you to save only unique data in one table.

The primary key will help you when you're doing search.

You search data in a table.

You use the primary key because it's unique in a table.

There is also a secondary key, which is the primary key of an other table.

It means you have two different tables, one table send his primary key to another table in that table

where it has been sent.

It will be consider as a secondary key.

That table has it own primary key.

Then the key, which comes from an another table, will be a secondary.

It can even one or more than one secondary key in one table.

That secondary key.

Also, it helps for search data, which is searching from the other table.

I'm going to show it in example.

You understand it better, how you can have two tables, one table send it primary key in other

table. To create a new table.

You open SQL Server Management tool, you click database.

Right-Click

on table, name the table, add the column and data type.

Then you done with table. To create a new table is not difficult.

You can use this procedure even if many people can use a different procedure.

But this one is very easy, right-Click

on table, you name the table, you add columns and then you add the data type of columns. I will show you

in practice how to create a new table.
