[Legend of Fuyao]

19

~ Episode 34 ~

20

The power of good and evil has always been mutually waxing and waning.

21

Now that there are strange occurrences on all nations,

22

this kind of evil power must be not your average kind.

23

I fear that we need all nations to unite to fight it.

24

Empress, the immortal pill for today has been made.

25

I am not feeling very well today. Just put it down first.

26

Empress has a weak health. His Majesty said that you must take this on time.

27

May Empress not make things difficult for me.

28

- It must be this medicine is too bitter, hence, Royal Mother doesn't like to take it. Just put it aside first.

- But...

29

If anything will happen, I will bear it. Leave.

30

Ji'er, your Royal Father also have good intentions.

31

I'll just take it.

32

Go now.

33

From now on, your life and death, your everything,

34

have nothing to do with Megrez Empire.

35

Today, if there is no other matter,

36

let's disperse.

37

Your Highness Crown Prince.

38

Princess has been working for several days. You must be tired.

39

Go back earlier to rest.

40

I...have a small request.

41

Don't know if Your Highness will be willing to do me this favor.

42

The Megrez Imperial City is a place of sacred spirits.

43

I came here in a rush and wasn't able to go around.

44

You know this place very well.

45

Can you tour me around?

46

I've already made instructions that as long as you want to,

47

my people can accompany you to tour around.

48

But...I want that person...

49

...to be you.

50

Princess, please conduct yourself with dignity.

51

How dare you pretend to be the princess of Plough Nation?!

52

Capture her!

53

Your Highness!

54

What is it, Jian Xue?

55

The person that Prince Assist said to be disguising as Folian is Fuyao!

56

You and Folian has colluded beforehand to harm me, am I right?

57

Stop with your nonsense. Hand me the Purple Phoenix badge.

58

I then grant you a full corpse!

59

You better check first if you've tied your belt well.

60

Royal Father, this is all my fault.

61

I didn't make thorough considerations and delayed fetching Folian into the palace.

62

Fuyao didn't know about my identity.

63

She also won't pretend to be someone just for this immaterial status.

64

Royal Father, you are the holy rule of the Five Regions.

65

You surely will not be unjust to an ignorant citizen.

66

Royal Father...since I was little,

67

I never asked you for anything.

68

But today...please be merciful and let her go.

69

If you want to punish anyone, I will bear them all.

70

I've already let her go.

71

But whether she can survive or not,

72

will depend on her own fate.

73

- Young Lord.

- Fuyao is in trouble. Immediately send out all members of the Secret Guard to look for her.

74

Yes.

75

I already said everything that must be said.

76

If Your Highness can help me fulfill this matter,

77

and you're able to have your wish to become the Crown Prince of Megrez,

78

the person I'm marrying

79

will then be you.

80

It's a deal then.

81

Your Highness Prince Assist did everything to help me.

82

I surely will remember this favor.

83

For you, I will be there at your beck and call.

84

Even the person that you don't like,

85

I already eliminated her.

86

Shouldn't you do something for me?

87

That person is highly skilled in martial arts.

88

She knows unique skills.

89

Prince Assist, you also suffered in her hands.

90

You must know that just with your ability,

91

it's impossible to capture her.

92

If not because I made preparations beforehand

93

and asked Qiaoling to follow her all the time,

94

doing some tricks on her food,

95

it would have been questionable

96

if you can still be standing here right now.

97

Fine. Since Princess has this good foresight,

98

then I'm sure it is very easy for you to get Wuji too.

99

Princess, don't be angry.

100

I just feel sorry for you.

101

Since that Wuji is unwilling to marry you,

102

why still be nice with him?

103

Moreover, he's not the only royal descendant of the Megrez Empire.

104

If you marry me,

105

I surely will not disappoint you.

106

Your Highness, you must have forgotten what I promised last night.

107

If you became the Crown Prince,

108

I naturally will not hesitate to marry you.

109

You just have to be that Crown Princess Consort?!

110

Yes!

111

Since little, I was the most intelligent,

112

most beautiful, and Royal Mother's most favorite daughter

113

among my sisters.

114

But I...

115

...just have to be a second princess.

116

Just because I was born a year later than Fengjing,

117

the queen throne of Plough Nation

118

can't be mine.

119

All my life, I have never lost.

120

But only in this thing, no matter what I do,

121

no matter how I strive,

122

I will never win.

123

What can I do? Either...

124

...I quietly be a Plough Nation second princess,

125

or...I become the most respected woman in the whole Five Regions.

126

Even the Queen of Plough Nation must look up to me.

127

I want to become the Empress of Megrez Empire!

128

I agreed before to collude with you

129

because you told me...

130

...that you will become the Crown Prince.

131

Even if I love Wuji very much,

132

just to be this empress,

133

I can also sacrifice him.

134

But presently, you still haven't become the Crown Prince.

135

Hence, the words said don't count.

136

What if I'm able to obtain the Crown Prince position?

137

If you're able to get it,

138

I'm your woman then.

139

[Always auspicious, forever prosperous]

140

Young Lord!

141

How was it? You have any news?

142

Someone captured Qiaoling, the maidservant by Folian's side. After torturing and intense interrogation, she confessed that Fuyao was taken away by Prince Assist.

143

What other information were you able to get?

144

She also said that she poisoned Fuyao. I fear that right now...

145

Young Lord, you must not! Young Lord, I know that you are worried about Miss Fuyao. But Prince Assist has always been opposing you.

146

If you rashly go to Prince Assist Manor now to get her, I fear that you will incite a conflict between the royal siblings.

147

Royal siblings? I kept giving way because I considered that we were siblings.

148

What underhanded matters have he done that I didn't know about?!

149

He dared to touch Fuyao today, so why must I still give him any face?!

150

I won't even give him any last lining.

151

Although the Plough Nation has mountains of gold and silver, they don't produce jade stones.

152

In the whole Five Regions, I'm afraid you won't be able to find

153

another top-grade jade bracelet like this.

154

Immediately send someone to deliver this to the official residence of Princess Folian.

155

Yes.

156

Aren't you going to hurry and leave?

157

Your Highness, I heard that Crown Prince has been searching the whole city for that fake Folian. It has caused such an uproar.

158

Looks like Crown Prince cares a lot about this fake Folian.

159

Good. I surely will not make the people that Wuji cares about

160

have an easy time.

161

You clearly got hit by my Soul-Locking Needle.

162

Timing and Subtitles brought to you by Fuyao's Court Team @ Viki.com

163

Impossible. My Soul-Locking Needle clearly hit you

164

and you're heavily injured.

165

Impossible...definitely impossible.

166

Impossible...

167

[Prince Assist Manor]

168

Move aside!

169

Your Highness Crown Prince, without an imperial decree, you can't trespass into the Prince Assist Manor.

170

If you insist in going in,

171

this...is breaking the law of the royal clan of Megrez Empire.

172

Your Highness Crown Prince, if you continue to move forward, based on the rules of Megrez Empire, they...

173

...they must block your path. If you get hurt, I'll get killed.

174

Letting you in, I also will get killed.

175

Your Highness Crown Prince!

176

No!

177

Kill her!

178

Girl!

179

You're here.

180

I'm here.

181

Girl...

182

Killing you will not be enough to dispel the hatred in my heart.

183

But letting you live...even for a moment,

184

I can't allow it!

185

Crown Prince, you must not kill the First Royal Son!

186

Move aside!

187

- Young Lord, calm down.

- Move away!

188

Young Lord!

189

Verbal decree of the Father Emperor,

190

Prince Assist...

191

- Young Lord, calm down!

- is asked to enter the palace for an audience.

192

- Hurry up. Hurry..

- Yes.

193

Young Lord!

194

Calm down!

195

Royal Father...

196

Royal Father, save me...

197

Wuji...wants to kill me.

198

Royal Father!

199

If Wuji really said that,

200

the one being carried inside here would have been your corpse.

201

Royal Father!

202

Do you know what you lacked?

203

You want to be the Crown Prince.

204

That's not a bad thing,

205

but you are just not smart enough.

206

Wuji went to Firmament to train. You though you now have the chance

207

and took great pains to win people's hearts. But in the end,

208

you lost in the hands of that fake Folian.

209

Do you know what the royal clan puts much importance on the most?

210

Reputation!

211

If this matter spreads across the words, spread into our ancestral chamber,

212

First Royal Son...

213

...how do you plan to continue living?

214

Royal Father, you surely have a way, right?

215

You surely have a way.

216

Just reluctantly continue living then.

217

After all, you're my son.

218

Royal Father!

219

You must give me justice!

220

Royal Father!

221

She's out of danger for now.

222

Girl... Everything's fine. I'm here.

223

Girl...

224

Wuji, come out with me for a while.

225

How did she get injured so severely like that?

226

Zhangsun Pingrong was once a disciple of Xinghui, one of the ten holy ones.

227

He learned some abilities, but I didn't give it much care.

228

Never thought that he successfully learned the Divine Physician Starlight.

229

I was too careless.

230

This is kind of martial arts has a unique poison. Plus the fact that Fuyao already had evil poisons in her body.

231

For so many poisons combining inside one's body, usual people would have already died.

232

Now, other than the seal poison in her body is gobbling up the other poisons,

233

the seal poison itself

234

is getting stronger. If we drag this any longer,

235

I fear that...

236

You fear that what?

237

What are you fearing?! Say it!

238

I fear that...

239

...her life will be in danger.

240

You surely have a way to cure it, right?

241

Young Lord, His Majesty left his meditation chamber earlier and manned the imperial court the whole day.

242

He also made a decree asking that you immediately enter the palace.

243

I've already led my men to investigate it.

244

The person who harmed Prince Assist was indeed the person who disguised as Princess Folian.

245

Such a mistake happened because we were unable to provide thorough protection. May Your Majesty forgive us.

246

Pretending to be the princess of Plough Nation,

247

hurting the royal descendant of the Zhangsun clan,

248

this person...must die.

249

Informing Your Majesty,

250

I heard that Crown Prince has taken the female criminal away.

251

I fear that this might taint the mighty reputation of the imperial family.

252

Don't know what connection the Crown Prince has with this matter.

253

Lord Duan, what do you mean by that?

254

Are you suspecting Crown Prince of conniving with that female criminal

255

and planned to assassinate his own older brother?

256

General Lei, why get agitated?

257

I just said that the female criminal was taken away by Crown Prince.

258

Of course, there are matters in between that must be investigated and verified.

259

Since Prince Assist is hurt, we then must strictly punish the perpetrator.

260

We must not let the female criminal escape.

261

Arrest the female criminal and execute her first.

262

For the rest, let's just talk about it next time.

263

Your Majesty, this person is currently in Crown Prince's Shangyang Palace.

264

What? You can't dare to go there?

265

Royal Father.

266

Your Highness Crown Prince, the female criminal who disguised as Princess Folian today has committed a grave crime.

267

I was ordered to arrest her and bring to justice.

268

I heard that it was Crown Prince who took her away.

269

Fuyao is indeed in my manor.

270

But to arrest her or not, may Royal Father wait a little while before making the decision.

271

I want to ask Royal Father to have a private chat with me.

272

Timing and Subtitles brought to you by Fuyao's Court Team @ Viki.com

273

Get up.

274

Thank you, Royal Father.

275

You must know about the matter of Prince Assist getting hurt.

276

There should are a lot of methods to resolve this.

277

But there is only one method that can end everything at once,

278

that is to execute this woman.

279

This way,

280

the truth will never be known.

281

To put it in another way, who will still care about the truth?

282

I know...

283

...that the Megrez imperial family must not have any scandal.

284

I also know that Royal Father's heart is like being sliced into pieces for learning that your son is hurt.

285

I also know very well that this matter has incited unrest and we must placate the hearts of the people.

286

Royal Father can opt to not punish the perpetrator,

287

but you must not falsely accuse an innocent woman.

288

Innocent?

289

She was never innocent.

290

An ordinary woman from the normal class citizens

291

bewitched the Crown Prince of my Megrez Empire.

292

Isn't that a crime?

293

Starting from the day that you liked her,

294

she already has committed a crime.

295

And the more you try to exonerate her now,

296

the heavier her crime becomes.

297

Wuji...

298

Since you were little,

299

I've started to teach you

300

that an emperor must not have any weakness.

301

I've taught you military tactics

302

and the art of strategy, but I overlooked...

303

...love.

304

How many emperors, kings, generals, high ministers,

305

heroes, and warriors, all fell because of love?

306

Fine. Today,

307

I'll get rid of this love for you.

308

You can hate or bear grudge against me.

309

Maybe, you'll eventually understand my painstaking efforts today.

310

This is for the million years of foundation of the Five Regions.

311

Royal Father, you must not!

312

It's too late.

313

Stop right there!

314

If you go out these doors, you will regret it.

315

Royal Father, forgive me.

316

Crown Prince, please go back.

317

I'm going to save someone right now. Don't any of you stop me.

318

One person that blocks me, he becomes my enemy.

319

If a thousand men will block me, they will all become my enemies!

320

Your Majesty, Crown Prince, he...

321

Crown Prince was able to break the guard's defense and will be leaving the palace soon.

322

Crown Prince?

323

How is Fuyao now?

324

She's not going to last long. Quickly take a look at her.

325

What do we do, Crown Prince?

326

Let's not waste time. Let's hurry and leave.

327

335

The matter today has created a lot of noise.

336

And now, I'm hastily leaving the city. Royal Father will surely not tolerate it.

337

If there are any situation, you must immediately tell me.

338

Yes, Young Lord.

339

You also must take note of Prince Assist and Folian. I fear that they might cause trouble.

340

Once I'm gone, you would be working more.

341

Young Lord, no need to worry about me.

342

It's just that the journey this time is quite far. You must take good care of yourself.

343

Miss Fuyao is a blessed person. She will be able to turn her ill luck into a good one. (able to survive)

344

Go now.

345

I always thought that...

346

...if I beg Royal Father regarding Fuyao, he surely will spare her.

347

Never thought...

348

You belittled your Royal Father.

349

No.

350

I placed too much importance on myself and that almost killed her.

351

Don't blame yourself too much.

352

Fuyao's body has numerous strange poisons restraining each other to begin with.

353

They have long endangered her life. Presently, the Starlight Passion Lockup Toxin of Zhangsun PIngrong,

354

came so fiercely, that's why, she ended up unconscious.

355

Hope that we can successfully find the bugleweed in this trip to South Clan

356

and rid Fuyao of the Passion Lockup Toxin.

357

Don't worry. You have me.
