Then these 3 acts are broken down into 8 sequences.

These 8 sequences are then structured into 5 major plot points.

Fourth: The midpoint.

Fifth: Crisis.

Sixth: Climax. And the Seventh: Resolution.

Any screenplay that does not follow these rules becomes a major flop..

..and never becomes a hit film.
