Yuexuan.

Mohua is serious this time.

She told me

She loves you

Wants to marry you.

She doesn't want to leave you for her lifetime.

I am afraid that she will do something stupid.

But I can't deceive her.

So you can deceive me?

I marry your brother.

Just because I am insignificant?

Sorry.

But you are different from her.

Deceiving you is my biggest mistake of my life.

I live in guilt every day.

You know this.

If you feel guilty, you should go to the party and grant her request.

It's...

It's the only time I beg you.

Begonia.

You don't think you are ridiculous?

So what you did to me is not ridiculous?

Ok.

We should stop being ridiculous.

I can make up for the mistakes I made.

Please don't torture me like this.

Ok?

I don't want to torture anyone.

I don't want to deceive anyone either.

I have made the mistake.

I am suffering from it every day.

For you,

Whether it is a year or two, even ten years,

I can wait for your forgiveness.

But I only hope it's our business.

Others have nothing to do with it.

Can you understand?

Well.

Lang Yuexuan, I ask you

You said you would compensate me.

Tell me.

How will you compensate me?

All you need is that you promise her request.

This is the last chance to compensate me.

You are sure you will torture me with this method?

Well.

If this is what you want,

I promise you.

So you can deceive me?

I marry your brother.

Just because I am insignificant?

All I need is that you promise her request.

This is the last chance to compensate me.

Mohua.

You are so beautiful today.

Thank you.

It's decorated so elegantly.

What will you do?

It's your birthday?

You will know later.

Then I will wait and see.

Yuexuan

Go.

I invite you here today because...

I want to do something special.

It's about my lifelong happiness.

So I hope you could be the witness of my happiness.

Yuexuan

I love you from my childhood.

I don't know how long I have loved you.

Every time I see you, I am so nervous.

I am so afraid that you know my little secret.

But I look forward to seeing you.

I thought...

It could be something like dependency or expectation.

But I didn't know it's love until I was going to lose you.

I am addicted to loving you.

I know people will tell me...

Girls must be reserved and dignified.

This is the way I used to be.

Every time I had to hide and see you in the corner.

I only dare to say in my dream that I love you.

But it will separate us apart.

So Yuexuan

Can I be your girlfriend?

She is so brave.

She dares to say it.

Yes...

Yes...

Yes.

Gu Begonia.

Is this the result you want?

Yuexuan

Are you angry with me?

Sorry.

I should have told you in advance.

I should be the one who says sorry.

I don't want to disgrace you in front of them.

Because...

Anyway, I am very touched by what you did today.

To be frank.

I have asked myself.

Can I accept you?

But when I say Yes.

I find I can't deceive myself.

I can't hurt you.

So.

So we are just friends.

I see you as my best sister.

I think this is the best way for us.

Fortunately, you did not say this just now.

Otherwise I should go to die on the spot.

Don't scare me.

It's a joke.

But love is blind, right?

It's okay, Yuexuan

I am so happy as long as I can get along with you.

I will try to make you fall in love with me.

All right.

You should go now.

I will explain to them.

Bye.

Yuexuan

I have used all the strength to love you.

to get you.

I even force my best friend.

But...

Why?

Why can't you give me a chance?

Sister.

Why are you so gloomy today?

Didn't go to the workshop in the afternoon?

No.

I went to Mohua and Yuexuan's confession ceremony.

What happened?

They are lovers now?

Is sister Mohua crazy?

Forget this.

I feel so tired.

Sister.

You should come home, if you are tired.

Anyway, we are not afraid of family Lang.

Now the most important thing is to find the medicine's formula.

We need to cure Yueming's face.

So I can stay away from family Lang.

Begonia.

Begonia

Mom.

Come over.

Help me have a look.

How's the flower?

Mom.

You want to make clothes for me?

For young master Lang.

Ok.

I will do it for you.

Mom.

What flower are you embroidering?

This is called Ice Crystal Kylin.

Ice Crystal Kylin?

Let me see..

Mom.

How do you know this is Ice Crystal Kylin?

Your dad gave me one when he came back.

It's said to be a valuable Chinese herbal medicine.

It looks good.

So I embroider it.

Sister.

Now mom is still conscious.

Maybe we can find this flower.

Mom.

Tell me about Ice Crystal Kylin.

Ok...

According to the legend,

The phoenix needs to plunge into the raging fire with all the

hatred and grudges in the world every five hundred years

and it will be reborn for a better spirit and flesh.

When the phoenix rises from the raging fire,

the raging fire will congeal into a flower automatically.

The flower's name is Ice Crystal Kylin.

We can have one flower every five hundred years.

So precious.

I see.

This is a flower that represents rebirth.

So it can remove all the scars and the skin will be reborn.

Yes.

This flower can exist in the world for a thousand years.

But it won't bloom.

It is said after the coldest thing in the world falls on it,

it will bloom in an instant.

Mom.

What is the coldest thing in this world?

Yes, what is it?

I am expecting you to tell me.

Messed up the sure thing again. Now it falls in Lang Sinian's hand.

So ridiculous.

Who will disagree?

Now their workshops are busy with producing and shipment

day and night.

The worst is that all the small workshop owners

who argued with you now play well with family Lang.

They even speak evil words behind you.

They say...

Say what?

They say family Lang outcompetes family Shi

either in goods' quality or the personality.

Lang Sinian.

We are in deadly hostility.

Xinqiao.

When will family Lang's batch of goods be delivered?

I don't know.

But recently they have imported quite a lot of raw materials.

Lang Sinian.

I will make you pay.

Yueming

Begonia

Why do you come out?

Come in.

I am worried about you.

So I wait here for you.

Well.

Are your mom and Xiahe ok?

They are fine.

Actually it's my fault.

I should go to visit them.

Can you bring me next time?

We will talk about it another time.

Ok

I will do as you say.

Well.

Have you taken the oral medicine and topical application of drug on time?

Yes.

Look.

I look better now.

The effect is quite remarkable.

It will change the scar if you keep on using it.

Now we still need one last medicine.

Your scar will be cured with that medicine.

What medicine?

I will help you.

No need.

You just need to maintain a good attitude.

You should leave the rest to me.

Okay.

It doesn't matter even if my face can't be cured

as long as you can stay with me

A'quan.

Ronrong

Why are you here?

Go shopping.

This is commander in chief Long in Kunyang.

Commander in chief Long.

This lady, why are you so familiar?

We have met on the coming-of-age ceremony.

No wonder.

Fair lady..

Who is this?

She is my cousin.

Cousin?

You even have this beatiful girl as your cousin?

Great.

Rongrong

If nothing special, you should go.

I and the Commander in chief have work to do.

Commander in chief, good bye.

Girls, girls, girls

Lunch time.

Go to eat now.

Ok

Be careful.

Lady Begonia.

Master Shang.

Begonia, take a break.

I am fine.

Well, master Shang.

I have something to ask you.

What?

Do you know Ice Crystal Kylin?

Ice Crystal Kylin?

It's said it's a flower that can heal scars.

You know it.

Only the senior know.

How do you know about it?

The Ice Crystal Kylin has nothing special.

But it will have a special effect when combined with a secret recipe.

Of course, it's just a legend.

Do you think the legend is true?

This Ice Crystal Kylin will be so powerful?

Tulipas used to be so common before they were discovered

Who could ever think it makes gorgeous rouge lip glosses?

Gifts from nature are so mysterious and surprising.

All creatures mutually reinforce and neutralize one another.

We will never know what will happen until we try.

The first one who found this doesn't mean he is the cleverest.

But he is more delicate than others.

As for Ice Crystal Kylin, whether it will have the effect, it depends on your heart.

Commander in chief Long.

You should drink more because we seldom drink together.

Don't stand on ceremony.

I have a place in Kunyang because of you.

It's all your fate.

I just help you a little.

Bottom up.

Come...

Bottom up.

Come...

You think I am commanding.

Come.

Actually I am on tenterhooks all day.

Now outside revolutions are everywhere.

I am afraid, one day Kunyang will be in uproar.

Revolution?

Riffraff.

They are just in the name of the revolution.

They only rob the merchants.

Only the people will suffer.

Now Kunyang is in peace, we need to thank you.

To you.

Protecting Kunyang is my duty.

My responsibilities.

But tell the truth my ability sets me back.

Do you know?

Now they are recruiting horses and soldiers everywhere.

The richest will have the most guns, right?

Yes.

Maintain an army for a thousand days to use it for an hour.

Maintain means money.

Boss Shi, you know the drill.

To be honest.

Earlier on, family Lang messed up my order.

They all say Lang Sinian is righteous.

I didn't expect he would stab my back

disregarding the feelings of fellowship.

I have to swallow my hardships.

Really?

In the small Kunyang, how can you fight against each other?

I

I can't get along with them.

People will see it as a laughing stock.

So I need you to be the judge for me.

So what's your take?

Family Lang finds me troubles for more than once.

I think it won't be good for us to shed all pretences of cordiality.

But family Lang is so arrogant.

I can't tolerate it.

Now you need the money.

As far as I know,

Two days later, family Lang will have some imported goods in the port.

You should seize the opportunity.

You think it's ok?

Nothing comes for free.

We just use this money to protect Kunyang.

Boss Shi

How much does the shipment cost?

Ten thousand silver dollars

You just need men to kidnap the goods and take it to me.

You don't need to leave Kunyang.

You can have 10,000 silver dollars so easily.

You should caculate it.

whether it's worth it?

Come

Cheers.

To you.

Come

Bottom up.

Where did you go last night?

Why not go home?

My own business.

None of your concern.

You asked the leave from the workshop, right?

I have the rights to ask you why right?

Lang Yuexuan

You don't go to the workshop

Don't go to see Mohua.

Why do you come to me?

I am busy.

Begonia

I did not promise Mohua.

I have explained it to her clearly face to face.

I promised her at the party.

Because I don't want to disgrace her.

You really want me to promise her?

But.

Mohua loves you very much.

It's her business.

None of my concern.

You can hate me

But you can't decide who I love.

I get it.

When will family Lang's goods arrive at the port?

As I know, this afternoon

You should get prepared.

Don't worry, commander in chief.

I will wait for the goods to arrive at the port with my men.

Don't be so flagrant.

We can't be exposed.

Yes.

I have faith in you.

I will reward you.

Thank you, commander in chief.

The lady we met at the hotel entrance today is your cousin?

Yes.

Your cousin is married?

Not yet.

The girl is good.

Have an appointment with her another day.

Ok

The account book history is normal.

We have settled the payment of small orders.

There is no big problem with the cash flow.

After we get the raw materials transferred from outside on time.

There is absolutely no problem with on-time delivery after the production.

Young master

Say it.

Our raw materials transferred from the outside were hijacked.

Raw materials are hijacked?

What happened?

Originally everything was fine.

After we saw the pier, they were about to unload.

Suddenly some masked men came out from the water

and they killed some people.

I jumped into water to survive with these brothers.

What do they look like?

They have guns.

They have masks.

Masks.

Did they say anything?

The accent?

I seem to hear...

I think he should be their big brother.

He said to stop the ship by the river.

and wait for the ship owner to redeem.

From the accent, I think they are the local people.

There is another possibility.

They have lived in Kunyang for several years.

How could this happen?

You know the importance of this shipment.

Why didn't you have more hands?

No.

That's the way we do things for so many years.

We haven't encountered this before.

Besides, the ship was about to pull in to shore.

We were ready to unload goods.

Who could know some robbers would come from the water?

Yes.

We can't do anything about it.

We are so lucky to tell the story here.

What is it?

What's up?

It's so noisy here.

Master Shi.

Before the ship pulled in to the shore, the shipment was hijacked.

Kunyang's port is very safe all the time.

How come this happen?

Yes.

Yuexuan.

Uncle Shi

How could this happen?

Do you need to go back to ask your dad?

Did he offend someone?

You have no much time left for Hua Jili's deadline.

You are in the trouble at the critical point.

You can't repeat my mistake.

Thank you for your care.

We will handle it ourselves.

Bye.

After we arrived at the dock,

we rescued two men from the water.

According to them, the robbers came out of the water.

and hijacked the goods.

It's so weird.

Generally, the robbers will hijack the ships which are about to leave port.

Because most of them are finished products.

They are very valuable.

They can sell them for money easily.

But they hijacked our raw material.

They are useless if they don't sell them.

And.

We saw Shi Jizhou at the pier.

Dad.

You think...

Shi Jizhou

Master.

It's him, definitely.

Otherwise how can he appear at the pier?

If it's him, he is quite sure to do this.

Dad

Do you need me to see him now?

No.

Uncle Quan.

Help me prepare a big gift now.

I will go out tomorrow morning.

Yes, master.

Commander in chief

How's the play on the river?

It's very smooth.

Now we have the goods.

I am about to ask you how to deal with it.

Brilliant.

Then we should wait for the opportunity.

Today we have the time.

We should ask your cousin out.

Today?

Any problem?

No problem.

No problem.

Commander in chief

Lang Sinian wants to see you.

See.

It's a good omen.

Send him in.

Adjutant Hu

Adjutant Hu

What are you thinking about?

Later you should act a battered-body play in front of Lang Sinian.

I have taught you, understand?

Please.

Good for nothing.

Crap.

There are so many bandits on the river.

Why didn't you tell me earlier?

What are you doing all day?

Commander in chief

Master Lang is here.

Brother Lang is here.

I should come another day.

Come

Come

Please sit

Tea.

Please sit

Come

Sit.

Brother Lang.

You may not know.

There are some bandits on the river.

The ships which about to pull in were hijacked.

Think about it

They are the goods Kunyangers need for emergency.

I am so anxious.

You have people in your heart.

Think what people think.

To be honest.

The hijacked goods are mine.

Your goods?

Look at you.

If I can get these bandits, I will peel them.

I am here to ask you to uphold justice for me.

Brother Lang, don't worry.

My troops are stationed outside the city.

They are needed outside the city.

I need some days.

After I transfer some troops back, I will help you get the goods back.

But I can't delay the goods for too long.

Now?

It's not so easy.

Commander in chief

I know, it's not easy for you.

You need to consider all aspects.

But this time I need to beg you.

This shipment is very important.

If I can't get the goods as soon as possible, I won't deliver the goods on time.

Till that time, I am not the only one who suffers the loss.

I am afraid, in the future no one will purchase Kunyang's rouge.

I can understand.

But now I don't have enough hands.

I really can't help you.

Commander in chief, don't worry.

You can name the price.

I will cover all your fee for mobilizing troops.

As long as you can help me.

Well.

And I am going to open another store in the south of the city.

You can have some shares.

Commander in chief, you can't underestimate the shares.

This is a never-ending live money.

You can make much money if it's well-run.

You are so generous.

I go all out.

Adjutant Hu.

Yes.

You should mobilize all the force in the city to the river now

at all costs.

Take brother Lang's goods back.

Yes

Brother Lang

No problem.

Don't worry.

Yes...

Dad.

How about it?

Solved.

Long Deshui promised to help me.

So we can take the goods back?

Long Deshui's trick is not a good one.

But there is nothing I can do with him.

We have to give money to his endless pocket.

Fortunately, he just needs the money.

We won't be the enemies.

Don't worry.

We will take the goods back.

And.

Before the shipment goes out, we can't be careful enough.

We need to keep an eye on not the bandits or Long Deshui.

But he

Dad

Actually I am curious.

When you were young, did you have some grudge with Shi Jizhou?

He did these tricks all the time.

Not it's not the normal competition.

He wants to ruin our family.

You don't have to know the grievances of the previous generation.

After all these tricks, neither of us have benefited.

Shi Jizhou collude with Long Deshui to be my enemy.

In the future, we have to be more careful.

Yes, dad.
