The Unspectres and I have just entered

the infamous "Firelight Caves",

where it's rumored that a young girl

was burned alive by a local satanic cult.

Now, legend has it you can still hear

her screams of pain in the dead of night.

So, we're going to try to find out

if her soul still walks the caves.

Here we go.

So - it's a little after ten at this point.

Uhm, we're fairly deep into the caves

and we've just stumbled upon

these strange markings on the wall.

Which could have something to do with the occult.

We're not sure.

Our newest member of the team, Zoe here

is getting ready to record for EVP.

Ready? - Yeah.

- We're going to try to make contact.

Guys! EVP's up.

I think I said that place wasn't too safe

and nobody should go there.

A building that even a team ghost hunters

are kind of freaked out to go into.

I don't really think that's a great idea.

That call was Tyer from the RealVibe network,

and they're interested in picking up the Unspectres

for an entire season.

Oh man, maybe we'll really start making some actual money.

We can finally get some new equipment.

I can't believe this is actually happening.

Well, it's not happening just yet.

There's one condition.

We have to make this pilot, and we have to make it ASAP.

So, what's so special about it?

It mysteriously closed it's doors down in the late 80's -

no explanation.

So did most of the other buildings in old downtown.

That's true, but the Farhope building

is just a little bit different.

There's a huge laundry list of weird shit

that's been going on there this last little while.

You see, there's been all kinds of reports of voices,

humming, strange music;

but the craziest thing by far

is all the suicides.

- Holy shit. Jake's not kidding.

I mean, people were offing themselves,

like every other day.

Why have you never told us about this place?

Because it's dangerous.

Andre, we're professional ghost hunters.

I mean, our jobs are dangerous.

Jake always used to drag me to Farhope when we were young.

He was obsessed with it.

Farhope was where we had our first paranormal experience.

It's basically why we started the Unspectres.

Behind me is the infamous Farhope building.

Now you've probably never heard of it.

Back in the 80's there was a rash of paranormal reports.

In 1988, 27 people committed suicide

in the span of four months alone.

Subsequent investigation didn't yield anything,

and the officials shut the building down.

We're here today with the Unspectres

to uncover the real truth behind the Farhope,

or as we like to call it,

"Suicide Tower".

- [JUDY] That's exactly what they're going to want.

- [JAKE] I thought it was over the top.

- [JUDY] Alright! Let's make some money.

- [ZOE] Yea, let's do it.

- [SIMON] According to the blueprint here,

there's a big open space in the back,

so that looks like it'd be our easiest way to get in.

- [JAKE] Okay, great.

We're about to enter the building.

And it's been, years?

Years since anyone's stepped foot inside.

So we have absolutely no idea

what the conditions are like inside.

Yea. On that note we gotta think about safety.

Inside we're lookin' at possibilities of black mould,

vermin.

And the place is for sure structurally unstable,

so just watch where you step and keep your eyes peeled.

Let's take a look around

and just see what we're dealing with, okay?

for God knows how long...

There's all this weird graffiti and shit

on the walls.

Now, so far,

I mean we haven't found or experienced anything,

but maybe Simon can help us out with that.

Simon? - Yea.

So, through my research,

I've discovered that all the suicides happened

on the 10th floor and above.

So it only makes sense for us to move up higher,

which this weird writing seems to indicate.

I've got a blueprint. - Excellent.

Which will help us navigate our way.

Let's get this over with.

- [JAKE] Alright, let's just get out of this room.

Uhhm, we'll regroup. Take five. Go over those blueprints.

I mean, it can just be like a surge in power lines,

but there's also a chance that it could be picking up

some sort of supernatural energy.

- Now, even though the EMF spike was brief,

it's still pretty exciting for us.

- Whatever set off the EMF, it was moving fast.

- Okay, well, I'm thinking, uhmm,

I found a stairwell here at the back of the building.

We should just hit that and move our way up.

- Perfect.

- Just because nothing bad has happened doesn't mean it won't.
