Is he the guy who rejected the loan application?

Yes, brother.

Who let you in?

Security!

(Slaps)

Sign it. Come on! Sign it.

Sir! You haven’t repaid the previous loans yet.

So?

Do you refuse to sanction the loan?

- Huh? - How is it possible, Sir?

Not possible? Huh?

Ouch!

Come on.

Sign the sanction letter.

Stamp!

Just an hour left for Aditya Group to face the bank.

On one hand, the Imperial Bank Chairman,

Mr Sundar Das is all set to liquidate the Company.

On the other hand, there are thousands worried about their livelihood.

Good morning, Sir.

Good morning, Sir.

Have you got the Company closing papers ready? - Yes, Sir.

It won’t take more than hour.

Sir.

As soon as the meeting is over, start seizing the Company assets.

Sure, Sir.

The police and the lawyers are also standing by.

Good.

Sir, biscuits and some coffee? - Please.

Ok.

Thank you.

So you don’t have to worry about the investors at all.

It is sorted out.

Raj!

This is no child’s play.

If our involvement gets public, then no one can save you.

Certainly not.

That won’t happen.

And Gajendra! Keep the media out of this.

The matter shouldn’t reach beyond the hotel.

Ok, Sir.

Could you speak to the Home Minister?

Hmm.

He was in an all night meeting with his Executive team.

But I am in touch with him.

First, take care of your business.

I will manage the minister.

Sir, I need another small favour.

There is some Goldie in Delhi.

I will share his information. Please handle him, Sir.

I will take care of him.

Thank you.

Come on. We are getting late.

We have to go early.

Must we do this?

Sir has asked us to.

What if we don’t?

Santhu! Let us keep the boy.

Are you mad?

Make it fast.

(Phone ringing)

Ma’am! It’s Glodie.

Yeah, Goldie.

Something is up in Delhi, Madam.

No one is taking my calls.

That won’t work, Goldie.

Things should go as planned.

Money is not an issue.

All ok, Ma’am?

Whatever we do Rajyavardhan is always two steps ahead.

So someone is keeping him informed.

How?

(Phone ringing)

How is the pan cake, Sir?

The best thing that happened in the last 24 hours.

Thank you, Sir.

What the heck is this?

Are we expected to cremate the bodies now?

They are paying for it.

As if they are paying us a fortune!

Don’t even talk about money.

Instead, we should have kept the kid with us.

How cute he was!

Hey! Missing me already?

You filled your boss’s ears with whatever I told you when we were intimate, didn’t you?

You have used me for information, haven’t you?

You played me, didn’t you?

Answer me, Vikram!

Have you lost your mind?

No, that’s not true.

Really?

Then how did your boss know Peter had offered Ara ten million?

Sadiq’s offer, Goldie in Delhi, Siddharth’s offer-

How did Rajyavardhan know about all these?

No, Ragini, I….

Did you tell him or not?

I was just doing my job.

I thought you were different.

And we had a connection, Vikram.

But you disgust me!

What the fuck!

How dare you get my son kidnapped?

Couldn’t help it.

I had to do it to save your skin and mine.

Did…did you reveal about me?

No.

But if you manhandle me again,

I would.

Ah!

Hey, Raj!

You know what, Sadiq?

I don’t want your money.

Oh!

Really?

I extended a hand of friendship to you.

But you only saw a necessity in it.

You insulted me by meeting Aratrika.

Take it easy, Raj.

I don’t think your tricks are going to work on me.

I know this is more than just revenge for you.

And I also know that you and your friends in Delhi are going to kick me out.

…once this deal is done.

Right information you got there.

If you were as wise as your uncle, you would understand by now how things go in India.

And you would also know that I would be the winner.

Oh, really?

We will see about that.

I will see you in the Board Room, Raj.

Are you sleepy?

A little bit, Momma.

Ok.

Sleep for a while.

I will attend a brief meeting and be back in a jiffy.

And I will order your favourite breakfast!

Pan cakes and waffles!

Yay! - Yay!

Mwah! Sleep now.

(Phone rings)

Hello!

Madam, DOA Chairman. Please speak.

Madam Aratrika, Goldie has explained everything.

Thank you so much for Mayur.

I will talk to the Defense Minister immediately.

Don’t worry about DOA clearances at all.

Thank you so much.

Ok. Yeah.

Brother, you sent for me?

Hmm. Sit down.

It’s ok, brother.

Tell me.

What is the status on Siddharth’s proposal?

It will be ready before the show-cause meeting.

No.

Keep it on hold.

Brother, in the present scenario we have no other way.

This is the right option.

Trust me.

This circus had begun six months ago.

Siddharth promised you 20 million dollars.

No wonder you support him.

Rathore will not blink an eye until he sees my end.

Sundar Das is hell bent on liquidating my Company.

Every single person around is an opportunist.

An intelligent man should know not only to amass wealth but to safeguard it.

There is no need to make simple things complicated.

I always knew that all of you together would land me in trouble.

That’s why I took my own precautions.

Ask Ara to come.

(Sound of rain)

What’s wrong?

Why such long face?

Still thinking of the boy?

Fine.

Let’s do it.

Let’s do as you say.

Smile at least now.

Let’s go.

(Gun Shots)

(Phone rings)

Hello?

Listen, kid.

I am sorry.

I won’t be able to help you.

Too many powerful people are involved in this.

If I help you, they will kill me and my son.

Be careful, child.

And I am sorry about Goldie.

(Revolver Sound)

Gasp!
