[The Moon Brightens for You]

[Episode 1]

It is said that there is no intercourse between water and fire.

Wind and thunder are not incompatible.

Xiao Empire and Yan Kingdom had always been irreconcilable

and mutually antagonistic.

Ten years ago,

the two armies launched a decisive battle on the border.

Xiao Empire's elite troops were ambushed.

The situation was critical.

Yan Kingdom's army brought up the rear with a magic ballista.

The great power of the magic ballista made Xiao Empire's shield become vulnerable.

As the arrows came like rainfall,

Xiao Empire's soldiers fell down and died.

At this critical moment, many masters in Jiangdong

led by the leader of the martial arts circles, Lin Xiaotian,

went to rescue the Xiao Empire's army

and retrieved the hopeless situation.

Wonderful. Wonderful.

After this battle,

both countries were severely wounded

and had no choice but to stop fighting.

Unexpectedly, at this time came the news of Lin Xiaotian's death.

The position of the leader of the martial arts circles became vacant.

There are many rumors in the martial arts circles

saying that Lin Xiaotian's sudden death suggested another explanation.

Lin's death has been an unsolved case ever since.

This decennial assembly of the martial arts circles

will be held in Luoyan Peak in Jun'an City

to select the new leader of the martial arts circles

and inherit the Seven-star swordsmanship.

Is the Seven-star swordsmanship you talked about

the one that Lin Xiaotian used to take the head of the general among millions soldiers?

Exactly.

Then I also want to go meet these heroes of the world.

Stop talking. Stop talking.

You can't defeat them.

Why are you laughing?

The highlights of this Wulin assembly is more than that.

The newly-released Beauties of the Martial Arts Circles Ranking

is also very interesting.

Are you gonna talk about Lin Fang again?

It has been several years that no matter what it starts with,

it always ends with Lin Fang.

Yes.

No more pranks. No more pranks. No more pranks.

Although Lin Fang is the son of former director Lin Xiaotian,

he acted like an patrician in Jun'an City.

I think he is not only the first beauty in Wulin

but also the first-ranked beauty of the Xiao Empire!

If you asked me,

I would say that the first beauty in the world is my mother.

Go on bragging.

Be careful I might beat you up!

- What's going on? - That's right.

Eldest Senior Brother.

Go back with me. Let's go.

[Voice of Martial Arts]

Senior Brother. Let go of me. I can walk myself.

Don't even think about it.

If I let you go, I don't know where you are going.

It is only my father wants to see me. When can't it be done.

Master ordered that there should be no delay.

Let's go.

Eldest Senior Brother. Why only you come to find me?

Where is Second Senior Brother?

You know it. Just say.

Where did you send him this time?

Second Senior Brother. It's cool and quiet here and the scenery is beautiful.

Isn't it fun?

Put me down.

You dare to trap me.

It's you who wanted to trap me first.

So? Lift a rock and drop it on your own feet.

If you've got balls, don't run away.

Hurry, Second Senior Brother.

I'm coming. Stop running.

Eldest Senior Brother, look at this crazy girl.

You can't catch me.

The glimpse.

Eldest Senior brother.

Master is waiting for you. Let's go.

Second Senior Brother.

Let's go.

Don't.

Wait for me.

You crazy girl. Don't be arrogant.

Let's see how master punishes you.

[Zhan Family Mountain Villa]

All right. All right.

I know your eyes are bigger than mine. All right.

You know you're wrong but never change.

I should understand why even if I have to die.

I ate the snow jade shrimp and steamed the red-spotted grouper.

That's no big deal.

You ate the snow jade shrimp?

And the red-spotted grouper?

And iced orchid.

What? You.

Father. The iced orchid is really not that good.

It's not as delicious as the day lilies in the back hills.

That is the birthday gift for your mother that I brought from the Western regions.

All right. All right. No need to be so mad.

Exactly!

The red-spotted grouper. I didn't eat a bit.

It was all eaten by elder senior brothers and Xiaosi.

No. No. No.

Master. The elder senior sister forced me to eat.

You dare to say it. You ate the most.

Junior Sister. You dare to say it.

Although the three of us ate a red-spotted grouper,

- you ate ten snow jade shrimps yourself. - Exactly.

There aren't as many as ten. There are only nine.

You're still quibbling.

You have been naughty since you were a child.

You must be punished today.

Why did you throw that at me?

[Zhan] (T/N: "Zhan" is their family surname)

What is this thing?

Our leader token.

Why is it so shabby?

You dare to say that.

[Zhan]

Why did you give me this?

From this day forth, the position of the leader of the Zhan clan has been transferred to you.

Father. You being mad at me caused you to go insane?

Or am I dreaming?

Usually you say father doesn't give you a chance to go out.

Today father transfers the position of the leader to you.

Now you can go down the mountain as the leader of the Zhans

to attend the assembly of the martial arts circles.

Father. Mother.

How could this responsibility fall upon me?

Can't it be one of the Senior or Junior Brothers?

- Greetings to Clan Leader! - Greetings to Clan Leader!

How come you're normally not this in sync?

Just go as you were told.

What are you doing?

Mother. Is this my father?

He's not a fake one, right?

It's true, Hong'er.

Your father has agreed to let you go down to attend the Wulin assembly.

Father. Why don't you go yourself?

If I go, I will probably be hunted.

When I was the deputy director of Wulin clan,

in order to go after the most beautiful woman in the world that it, your mother,

I withdrew from the martial arts world.

Those young people hated me a lot.

I knew it was a trap.

I want you to go out and see the world.

From now on, the name of the Zhans in Jingzhou depends on you.

Finally I can have a rest with your mother.

Mother. You don't have to help me pack things up.

I still have Xiao Lan.

Xiao Lan. Xiao Lan!

Miss.

Miss. Good skill.

Hurry. Iced orchid fried bacon is ready.

Let me tell you. I just did what you told under...

Is this my Iced orchid?

You also added bacon.

M-madam, you're here too.

Let's eat together.

What kind of master can have what kind of servant.

You two are like this. How can I be at ease to let you go down.

- Mother. - Go down?

As the Patriarch, I'm going to take you down to attend the Wulin assembly.

Happy?

Miss. When did you become the Patriarch?

Madam. Is our family coming to an end?

What are you talking about?

Then the bacon. I should eat myself.

Later I may have no chance to eat.

You naughty girl.

Come here, Hong'er.

Hong'er.

If you didn't grow up, you wouldn't leave me.

Mom. Don't worry. I know what to do.

This is the golden silk armor I'm passing down to you.

You will be invulnerable if you wear it.

Really?

Why is there a hole?

Didn't you burn this hole when you were seven?

Just wear it the other way around.

All right.

Mom. You and father are more alike.

Hong'er. Remember to wear it close to your body.

I'm going down tomorrow.

Today, I'm going to get some bird eggs to eat.

Patriarch Zhan. You are very mature in this set of enlightenment swordsmanship.

Thanks. Thanks.

You're good too, former Patriarch.

Father. The scenery is so beautiful.

Although the scenery here is beautiful, the world outside is broader.

Father. Do you really let me go down like this?

Hong'er. You will grow up eventually.

Young people should have aspirations in everywhere

and travel the world with friends.

You want to know about Wulin in Jiangdong, travel the Xiao Empire

and experience more in your youth.

As your father, how can I stop you?

I know that father loves me the most.

Hong'er. This time going down the mountain,

it's not the most important to fight for the position of the director of Wulin clan.

The most important thing is to make friends in Wulin and show them your marital arts skills.

Let them know that our Zhan clan is not weak.

I won't shame the Zhan clan.

I still have a word to tell you.

Father.

At this time, don't talk about major principles to ruin the atmosphere.

You must remember this word.

No matter what happens in the future, your Father and the Zhan clan

are always your strongest backings.

Father.

But...

if you cause any trouble outside, don't say you are from the Zhan clan.

[Jun'an]

Miss. We finally arrived in Jun'An City.

You have to call me the Patriarch.

Yes. Miss Patriarch.

Great. Great. Great.

Great. Great.

Great.

Come. Have a look.

Sugar-coated haws.

Great, one more.

Great. Great. Great.

One more.

Great.

Great, one more.

I thought the market under the mountain was already lively enough.

Unexpectedly, an ordinary street in Jun'an City

is more lively than many of our streets.

- This is the Jun'an City of Xiao Empire. Of course it's different. - Great.

Great. Great.

Great.

This is the smell of Wulin.

One more.

Miss. The horse pooped.

Sugar-coated haws.

Miss. Looking at your skeleton,

I think you will be a genius in martial arts skills.

Okay.

Now there is a chance to become famous.

If you visit the Chen family as an apprentice, you will be students of the future director of Wulin clan.

you will be students of the future director of Wulin clan.

What do you think?

Join now.

Join now. The previous price is ten taels of silver.

Now, only eight taels of silver.

I am the Patriarch of the Zhans in Jingzhou.

What if you take me as your master? I will only charge you five taels.

Great!

Never heard of it!

Visit the Chen family as an apprentice.

You want to cheat me?

He must be from the village if he hasn't heard of the Zhans.

We are from the village.

Miss. This is a shop that makes the flag for the clan.

Then let's make one too. How imposing.

We don't need it. Let's go.

Have you ever heard about the heart warming pearl?

You even know about that.

The black sheep from the Zhengs

took out the heart warming pearl for money.

And spent ten thousand to redeem it.

Now the whole Wulin knows that the Zheng family has the pearl.

Feng Bufei issued an order to steal the treasure.

It's bound to be captured.

Exactly.

Feng Bufei made crimes continuously in Jun'an recently.

- The Grandes families are really unlucky. - Come to chase me.

Unexpectly, this time it's Zheng's turn to receive the order.

- Feng Bufei. - Hurry. Chase him.

[I heard your family has a Heart Warming Pearl.I'm coming to get it tonight between 11 pm to 1am.]

Mr. Zheng leaked the news when he came to redeem his son.

He didn't know why the heart warming pearl appeared at Zheng's house.

Well, according to this...

What a fool. What a fool.

Miss. We are not going to buy the flag?

I've come up an idea to be famous.

Feng Bufei wants to steal the heart warming pearl.

What is the heart warming pearl?

Does it have anything to do with us?

Of course it does.

Heart warming pearl is the best treasure.

Wearing it can prolong your life and make you look young.

If you grind it into powder and eat it, you can increase your power. It can act as soon as it is used.

This pearl has always been out there in the world.

Now the pearl is here.

They said Feng Bufei was coming to steal the pearl.

Who is Feng Bufei?

It is said in Wulin Rumors that

Feng Bufei is one of the three demons in the nether world.

His light-body skill is brilliant.

He is good at empty hands skills.

Whether it's treasure or cryptic, as long as he wants,

he will definitely get.

I just want to meet this person.

Miss. I think you want this pearl yourself.

Certainly not.

Think about it.

If I defeat Feng Bufei and return this pearl to its original owner,

I can be famous.

Yes.

But Miss, the pearl is useless to you.

Considering your power, it's still useless even if you take ten pearls.

I'm afraid you can't get the pearl but will be bullied by someone.

You dare to make fun of me.

If you dare to make fun of me again, I won't take you to see Lin Fang.

Miss. Miss. Miss. You can definitely do it.

Miss, what are you looking for?

Later you will know.

Great. Great. Great.

[Tongfu Inn]

Beautiful pearl head-ornaments.

Sugar-coated haws.

We're here.

This is what the Wulin Rumor said

where the heroes will stay, Tongfu Inn.

Welcome.

This way, please.

Come, this way.

Room costs five taels of silver.

There is no bed but a futon.

Masters don't need a bed to sleep.

They only need to sit and meditate.

Really?

Sorry, miss.

This room is reserved for heroes and masters.

You two are not heroes or masters.

We are heroes and masters.

- We want this room. - Okay.

Our inn has no deception.

You two have a rest first.

You can call me if you have any request.

Thanks.

All right. Okay.

What a hick.

Miss. I think we are cheated.

Don't just think.

We are really cheated.

But as a master, I don't care about him.

We have more important things to do this time.

More important things?

On the road, we agreed that when we arrived in Jun'an,

in addition to eating delicious food and buying new clothes,

we also plan to see Young Master Lin.

I'm so happy even just think about it.

- Come and have a look at flowers. - Okay.

Take a look at the sachet. This way. Come.

Miss, this is what you want.

I want to see this. Look at this.

- Fragrance Flowers. - Great.

- Scented sachet. - This one.

Okay. Thank you.

- Great. - This way. Come.

These cost us a lot of money.

At home, we rely on parents.

Away from home, we rely on their...money.

These are worth the money.

Let's go.

Young Master Lin. Young Master Lin.

Miss. It seems to be here.

It's here.

Young Master Lin.

How could we see with so many people here?

The glimpse. Light-body skill from the Zhan Family.

There are really Jun'an's people.

So enthusiastic.

Lin Fang. Lin Fang.

Lin Fang.

Brother Wenxuan. You came to my house for a visit.

There is no need to bring so many guards.

Are you afraid that I will treat you badly?

It's just because a few days ago I got a letter from Feng Bufei

saying that he wanted to catch me.

My adopted father was worried about me

so he sent many guards to go out with me.

Dongxue. Take them out.

Yes, my lord.

Let's go.

I heard that this Feng Bufei has great light-body skills

and is good at stealing.

Within a few months, whether it's a commoner or an aristocrat was robbed by him.

Now he dared to catch you.

Doesn't this mean that our lord is a treasure?

Young Master Lin. Young Master Lin. Young Master Lin.

Young Master Lin.

Young Master Lin.

Young Master Lin. Young Master Lin. Young Master Lin.

Young Master Lin. Young Master Lin. Young Master Lin.

Today, Wenxuan's coming to my North Yard

make our gathering more elegant.

Yes.

I do not deserve this compliment.

Zifang and everyone are so hospitable.

Today we must not leave until we are drunk.

Everyone, please be seated.

Wenxuan. Please.

Please.

Today, just enjoy yourself.

Wenxuan. Come on. One more toast.

Come on. I'll fill your glass.

Come on.

Come on.

Come on. Cheers.

Young Master Zhang. Let me propose a toast to you.

Come on.

Miss. I didn't expect in my life I can actually saw Young Master Lin.

This is my best day.

Did you see clearly?

The wind just blew.

I saw it through the curtain.

Although I have been stepped on countless feet,

it's worth it.

I didn't see anything.

You. Go back to the inn and wait for me.

Come on. Young Master Zhang. Let me propose a toast.

Young Master Zhang.

Fill the glass.

Young Master Gao. Where is our family's lord?

Why did you always let him wear that kind of clothes?

So uncomfortable.

It's windy. Our lord has a poor health.

If he catches a cold, he can't get out of the bed for more than half a month.

Wenxuan. Wenxuan.

Maybe he went to see flowers.

Come on. We won't leave until we are drunk.

- Come on. Cheers. - Cheers.

Everyone, gather around.

Hurry and split up to find Young Master.

Yes.

Young Master. Young Master.

Young Master. Young Master. Young Master.

- You go this way. - Okay. Okay.

Still running?

I see where you can hide.

I will just have a look.

Young Master. Young Master.

Sir. Have you seen my lord?

No.

- Did you find him there? - No.

No. No.

Hurry to find our lord. Don't let Feng Bufei take advantage of it.

Yes.

You guys follow me.

Yes. Yes.

Young Master. Young Master Lin.

Look at me, Young Master.

Young Master.

I'm here. Young Master.

What are you doing? Don't crowd.

Young Master. Young Master. Young Master.

- Young Master. - Who are you?

You guys, go that way.

Yes. Yes.

Young Master. Young Master. Young Master.

If you don't shout, I will let you go.

- Who are you? - Who are you?

- I. - Stop talking.

I know what you are here for.

You know?

Look at your flustered look

You also came to see Lin Fang secretly.

- Also. You came to see Lin Fang, too? - Yes.

Why do you want to see Lin Fang?

I have the same reason as yours.

Search carefully. Hurry.

Hurry. This way.

Young Master. Young Master. Young Master.

Young Master. Young Master.

- Young Master. - Go that way.

Let's go.

Young Master. Young Master.

Sorry.

Look at the situation today.

I'm afraid I can't see Lin Fang today.

Let's take this opportunity to leave.

Don't want to see Lin Fang?

No. It's a bad start today.

Maybe another day.

I don't think you are very clever.

Let me take you away.

We best go separately.

Will you be okay?

All right. I'll go first.

What's your name?

Xiao Lan. See you.

Feng Bufei. Don't let him run away.

No need to chase. She is not Feng Bufei.

Young Master. Who is she?

- See you. - Thanks.

- Your noodles. - Thanks.

See you next time.

You're afraid of the dirt. Don't eat at a food stall.

- Sir, a bowl of noodles. - Okay.

- See you. - Sachet.

Feng Bufei is coming to grab the heart warming pearl.

Do you have his whereabouts?

Not yet.

Keep inquiring.

Yes.

Sir. I don't want the noodles.

The noodles are already cooked.

Have a look.

Sachets.

Lord.

How is him doing today?

Today is the same as usual.

Did he break into someone else's house again?

No.

Father. Don't die.

Father! Father! Hurry up and wake up!

Father! Wake up!

Hurry up and wake up!

Father, don't die!.

Father! Father!

Father, don't die!

Father, don't die!

Father! Father! Father!

Stop crying. Listen to what he is talking about.

Don't die. Father.

Stop crying.

Listen to what he is saying.

Father, don't die.

Father. Father.

Father.

What are you saying, Father?

Father.

Don't die.

Father, what are you saying?

Father.

Don't die, Father.

Don't die.

Father. Father.

Zhan Podi has disappeared in wulin for so many years.

Now there is a clue again.

You still suspect him?

He was the only one who left the battlefield that year.

Even if he was not the murderer of my father,

he must know what happened.

But he suddenly disappeared for many years and left no trace.

Now the Zhan Family reappears in Jun'an.

What does it mean?

This is Zhan's Patriarch token. Did Zhan Podi come?

This was left by a little girl.

She looked eighteen or nineteen years old.

It should be Zhan Podi's daughter, Zhan Qinghong.

Zhan Qinghong is an interesting person.

The Zhan family should also come for the Wulin assembly.

I will find out the whereabouts of Zhan Podi.

Thank you.

Now, considering the situation, what do you want to do?

Return this to its owner, of course.

Miss. It's a pity that you didn't see Mr. Lin.

I'm so crazy that I will climb over the wall to see a man.

Never mention it again later. What a shame.

So you really want to join the fun?

Feng Bufei wants to steal treasures.

Heroes in Wulin must gather to catch him.

How can I miss this opportunity to meet the world and become famous?

I'm leaving

Feng Bufei. Leave the heart warming pearl.

Interesting.

You want to snatch a treasure from me?

- If you have the ability, come and get it. - Heart warming pearl.

This is rare.

Someone really uses the backscratcher as a weapon.

You dare to use poison behind my back.

You. You're shameless.

I used poison in a fair way. How could I be shameless?

You. You scared me.

General Xiahou. Finally, you came.

You secretly learn so many marital art skills.

Now you know I am amazing, right?

Feng Bufei. Your kungfu skills are miscellaneous but not precise.

Even though you can use more kinds of kungfu skills, you can't defeat me.

He can see through this.

Who is there? Show yourself.

The Zhan Family in Jingzhou. Zhan Qinghong.

Return the Heart Warming Pearl to me.

It's not yours? Why should I return it to you?

Little Girl. In this world, there's nothing I can't steal.

You rascal.
