of the salt lake know all about it,

we are planning our own pools

to support the natural
evaporation of lithium

at the shore of the lake.

The lithium will be delivered to Comibol,

A motor vehicle management plan
was passed in 2010

the growth rate was restricted

to a maximum 240,000
new car registrations per year.

Currently, there are a total
of 5.4 million cars in Beijing,

which means
we have reached our goal

of remaining below 6 million cars.

Until 2017, new registrations

will be limited to 150,000 annually.

This is the core
of our regulatory concept.

On the 26th of each month we raffle off
licenses for private vehicles,

except during the Spring Festival.

During the most recent lottery we
received 1.74 million applications,

while granting 18,000 new licenses.

This means the chance of being
granted a license is approximately 1%.

The tower was a shell, unfinished,
without running water or electricity.

everything ourselves.

We used telephone cables for the wiring,
but that didn't work out.

Then we pooled together money
to install the electricity and lighting.

We cleaned everything.

We initially lived in tents.
Those were very difficult times.

There was only water on the ground
floor, so we took baths down there.

And were forced to carry
the water up one floor at a time.

We had nothing.
We started from scratch.

It was an abandoned construction site.
It was a huge effort.
